F!Cell doing "hunting games" with his partner, aka them agreeing to play the world's most dangerous game of tag and Cell is always "it". It always ends in blood, sometimes more sometimes less. It depends on how much of a run-around they give Cell and how much they can exhaust him before he catches them.

C!Roier probably got really good at finding places to give Cell the run around.

YES. See, c!Roier, in my head, is a man that is way smarter than he's letting on. He's emotional and impulsive and dangerous, but he loves Cell. He knows him. He plays a few times and Cell catches him almost instantly, and that's fun in it's own right, but what Roier really wants is to make him have reactions. Cell is so cold and calculated, and Roier can't stand when he's cold to him. So he frustrates him, plays close enough for Cell's claws to rip his shirt but escapes a second too soon for Cell to really catch him.

He drives Cell insane, because finally there's someone who will give him the chase he wants but also always allow him the reward. Roier will run Cell until he's near-feral and then lay pretty while Cell rips him apart when he is caught. They're both super normal and well adjusted.
