breakfast:
one banana (large) 121cal
3 boiled eggs 214cal + 2tsp mayo 188cal
another banana + apple 185cal together
two lindt chocolate truffles 166cal
874cal all together !!

Super scared cause I’m going to dinner for a friend’s birthday tomorrow. Usually I could just order something small or eat a bit and take the rest “to go” but the plan is for us (4 people) to order a different appetizers and dishes and share it all.
I think I’m gonna just have to take small bites of food, take long to chew, and basically pretend to eat more than I am and let them have the majority. It’s giving that one Cassie scene from Skins but whatever.

hes tired of me being this big too im sure. when we got together i was 120 lbs and 4 years later and a baby i got up to 200 lbs. I am only down 7 lbs currently but thats progress..

whoops i made cookies. but they are relatively low cal, 84 kcal per cookie!! here’s the recipe!
preheat the oven to 350
mix all the ingredients
make 12 balls of dough
space them out on a parchment paper lined pan
flatten them with fingers to be generally cookie shaped
add the criss cross pattern with a fork
bake for 7 minutes then let them cool
(it was actually like 1/4 cup of flour)

today was pretty good and i’m ending at 875 cals
i had a latte (190) and breakfast sandwich (420) skipped lunch, and then for dinner i had yogurt with granola (185) and an apple (80)
definitely restricting more tomorrow, my goal is 700. i’m honestly debating going to buy a scale rn bc i want to weigh myself tomorrow morning so badly 😭
