Well, one of my friends started a new business.
Which is annoying to me because she sent me a message asking about my goals and shit- acting like we haven't been talking nearly every day for years.
She knows what I have been doing (or I thought).
She knows that I regularly review my diet and regularly exercise.
She sent me a template message and when I said I was already on something, she asked me to post a tester message on the Facebook.
I did it. OK, whatever...but she wouldn't tell me even what fucking company it was. Are you fucking kidding me? 😒
So a friend signed up for her program and messaged me. So I asked what company it was.
But why the fucking cloak and dagger. We are actual friends. Starting a fricking business and hitting me up without telling me what the actual business is? Come on!
Apparently this pissed myself off to the 9th level. She should know that I am with a coach, and doing the damn thing every day. Ugg.
Apparently on of the things is skinny coffee:
$55 for 15 servings, I think.
Tumblr media
In comparison to the slim coffee I previously reviewed:
Which was...$35 or $39 for 30:
Tumblr media
So...
Idk if ya'll run across stuff like this.
Weirdly enough, I probably would have bought a package if she hadn't been so fucking weird about it because as you know, I am trying alot of weird shit. I was extremely heavy for a long fucking time. And if a weight chart says I am supposed to weigh 120.... good God. I am still 80 pounds away from that, AFTER 120 pound loss.
I am already on something that is helping me, it is called Nomorbidity from The Ambrosia Collective. I also started Alkemi from them back in October.
I have also been taking something called Slim from TS transformations.
If you are interested in either of those, just use Google and order them.
What is the point of this?
Oh yeah, I am super fucking annoyed that a person who got weight loss surgery hit me up like a fucking acquaintance; pretending like we haven't been heavily involved in each other's lives.
If you start a business, don't do this. Your friends deserve better.
I am probably going to fall down an anti-MLM series of posts now.

Today was my cheat day, and I decided to have some cake. 🍰 Surprisingly, I didn't enjoy it much—it was kind of dry. (That's why homemade cakes beat box mixes, right?) But my usual dark chocolate hit the spot as usual. 🍫 I'm going to have to pick up some more after work tomorrow because I'm all out.
I'm also trying out some Pilates today, which is fun. I always get excited when anticipating or carrying out actions that contribute to the vision of myself I aspire to. 💗🧝🏾‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️
Aside from that, I'm giving coffee another chance. ☕ I've never been into coffee much. My usual routine of making it, forgetting about it, reheating, and then dumping it doesn't work and is admittedly quite wasteful. So, today, I'm giving iced coffee a shot. I love ice water and keep a thermos of ice on me at all times, so I feel like iced coffee might be my thing. ❄️☕
I'm also looking forward to hitting the local market tomorrow for some fresh veggies, so I'm stoked about that. 🥬🥦🍋

The Impact Of Caffeine On Metabolism And Weight Management
As I sat down with my morning coffee, I couldn't help but ponder the curious role this beverage plays in my daily life. Caffeine has become such an essential part of my routine, yet I've always wondered about its deeper impact on my body and health. The article "The Impact Of Caffeine On Metabolism And Weight Management" I just read provided some fascinating insights that have given me a whole new perspective on my favorite pick-me-up.
It was eye-opening to learn that a staggering 85% of adults in the U.S. regularly consume caffeine. I knew it was widely used, but that statistic really drove home just how normalized and ubiquitous this stimulant has become in our society. And as I reflected on my own reliance on it, I realized I've never fully grasped the nuances of how it works and what benefits or drawbacks it might hold, particularly when it comes to managing my weight.
One of the most intriguing revelations was caffeine's ability to boost thermogenesis - the process by which the body generates heat and burns calories. As someone who has struggled with maintaining a healthy weight, the prospect of a natural compound that can temporarily rev up my metabolism is quite exciting. I've always known caffeine can provide an energy boost, but the idea that it may also be helping me burn more calories is a game-changer.
The article's insights into caffeine's influence on lipolysis, or the breakdown of stored fat, were equally captivating. If this stimulant can truly enhance my body's utilization of fat reserves for fuel, that could be an invaluable asset in my weight management efforts. Of course, the long-term implications are still being studied, but even the potential for short-term benefits is compelling.
Hearing about caffeine-containing supplements like Fitspresso was especially timely, as I've been contemplating trying a product to help curb my appetite and give my metabolism an extra push. Knowing that these formulas aim to harness not only the appetite-suppressing effects of caffeine but also other complementary ingredients provides a helpful framework as I evaluate my options.
That said, the article also rightly cautioned about the importance of individual sensitivities and potential risks associated with excessive caffeine consumption. As much as I'm eager to leverage this compound's benefits, I'll need to stay vigilant about monitoring my body's response and finding the right balance for my needs. Disrupted sleep, jitteriness, and medication interactions are all valid concerns I'll have to keep in mind.
As I finish my coffee and reflect on what I've learned, I feel empowered with a deeper understanding of caffeine's multifaceted impact. This ubiquitous substance is clearly far more complex than I'd ever realized, and navigating its nuances will be crucial to unlocking its potential advantages for my metabolism and weight management journey.
With a thoughtful, personalized approach that takes into account my individual needs and sensitivities, I'm hopeful I can find the right way to integrate caffeine into my lifestyle in a way that supports my overall health and wellness goals. The path ahead may require some experimentation and fine-tuning, but armed with these insights, I'm excited to embark on this new chapter of self-discovery and optimization.

Man I was watching that TikTok about the new Dunkin' Donuts drink or whatever and I took a second to think about it because I was like "That doesn't seem that much worse than every other drink you can get from literally anywhere", and it dawned on me how FUCKED we are right now.
Everything we eat in the US is PUMPED full of sugar and ESPECIALLY high-fructose corn syrup because it's super fucking cheap and also subsidized to all hell by the government. Soda companies have made themselves INGRAINED into American food culture and we think NOTHING of drinking a coke, Pepsi, or Dr. Pepper with most of our meals (especially when we're eating out). Sodas are stupid unhealthy and FULL of calories but they aren't filling or nutritious in any way. I have a bottomless void of a gullet when it comes to drinks, and sometimes when I'm eating out I'll usually have 3-4 refills before I'm even done eating. It used to be worse. We just down these foods which are basically primarily corn-syrup and sugar every day and people wonder why Americans are all so fat and why we all have diabetes.
Like Jesus dude it's a *norm* here to have to put in a lot of work to NOT be overweight??? And we think nothing of that??? It should be the other way around — like we should have to WORK to be fat. It's so fucking wild. We are overworked, constantly stressed, and for most of us a good tasty meal is like a highlight of our day — and then we're shovelled sugar, caffeine, high fructose corn syrup, and grease directly into our mouths before we can even object. The worst part is FOOD IS TASTIER WITHOUT ALL OF THESE UNHEALTHY ADDITIVES!!!!!! OUR FOOD TASTES LIKE SHIT AND MAKES US FEEL LIKE SHIT AND WE DON'T EVEN GET ANYTHING OUT OF IT!!!!!
RAAAAAAAA!!!!!
The next time you're driving to work and pass by a factory that produces and processes corn into corn syrup blow it up for everybody's sake <3
