on the note of characters that get done horribly by the fandom: edgar "gave ranpo edogawa the chills the first and only time he's ever gotten them from another detective" allan poe. guy who giggles and teehees gleefully at the idea of killing w his ability. also poe is like just as cocky as ranpo is which is at least half the reason why he entered six years of evil and depression over losing a crime solving contest (besides the implied social isolation from him being like "ranpo we live in a society" half of which the anime omitted /j). he just literally had never met anyone who could beat him before. and then even the person who beat him was like "yeah you were so smart i was kind of getting chills about it" which implies there was a second where ranpo was like "damn i might actually lose" or at the very least "this is the closest i've ever felt to feeling like i might lose". poe also tends to keep up pretty well with ranpo at crime scenes which the only time we ever really see that besides him is when dazai tells atsushi in ranpo's intro that he might have figured out half of the case but admits ranpo probably notices way more than him so poe and dazai at the very least must be on par with each other if we're talking deductive intelligence. but half the time fanon poe is just Some Anxious Guy and the even worse cases where for some reason he's made out to be gullible as hell and leagues below ranpo when he's like the only person who's ever challenged ranpo on a detective skill level. poe is a 28 year old disturbed (said affectionately) person who kills people with fucked up and evil books and laughs about it. while introducing himself in the haughtiest way imaginable every time he gets the chance and using one of the most pretentious outdated personal pronouns ever in japanese. and it's very implied the guild had to learn japanese bc fitzgerald can't even say anyone's name right so poe almost certainly Purposefully uses such an archaic and self-esteemed personal pronoun where the only other character i can remember who uses it is Fucking Natsume. and he's hilarious for it and i love him. this just turned into me autismposting about poe but yeah

@pocketramblr @gentrychild  I am a big fan of shinsou being dragged around places he doesn’t want to be because it’s funny. that’s like the entire premise of one of my aus. 

i realized after sketching this that Shouta would not have Izuku in his Anyone gear while trying to put him near Shinsou, so feel free to imagine some combination of either: Izuku putting on his hoodie underneath the shirt, and refusing to explain why he has it to Hitoshi, this being the only way Shouta was able to catch Izuku and he couldn’t get it off him, Shouta trying to convince Hitoshi that his brother is some complete separate, low level, does almost nothing Anyone member (while Izuku uses blackwhip to climb out the window right behind him) and that’s why he needs a babysitter, Izuku changing into his costume while climbing out the window while Shouta grabs him to try to put him back into the shirt, etc.

Had a dream that there was a fifth season of the Life Series and several of the members got switched out. The main thing I remember was that Scott teamed up with ggAcho (who was there and who I know nothing about) and they set up a base that looked very similar to the Scottage, and in the first or second episode Scott gave Acho roses and another flower that was like a lilac but bluer that had apparently come out during the newest update. People started shipping them but they both came out and said that Acho was uncomfortable with it and then people continued to. I asked someone online to tell me a bit about Acho and he said that Scott had apparently known Acho since before Last Life at least and they were good friends. Then Acho and Skizz (who was also there) started making jokes because apparently Acho and Skizz's default skins were incredibly similar (I have never seen Acho's default skin) and Acho accused Skizz of stealing his skin, which of course some fans took too seriously. I woke up after that

Ya know when people told me "when you're finally safe enough that you can leave survival mode and start to let go of and process your c-ptsd/trauma things are probably going to get really, really bad before they slowly start to get better" I thought that was reasonable. I did not understand that by "things are going to get bad" they meant "you're going to find yourself in the worst mental state of your entire life, but dw, that means it's working" and tbh I simply wish someone had been more clear.

Edit: If everyone could please take a minute and think about what it must feel like to be struggling and then have multiple strangers say to your face that they find the prospect of going through what you're going through so horrifying that they'd rather kill themselves and then stop leaving comments like that I would greatly appreciate it.
