So I was watching ninjago (surprising, I know) and call me an idiot but i just noticed this.

As a kid, I always wondered why the ninja were so colorful. Like, how is this guy dressed in pure white supposed to hide in the middle of the night? And don't get me started on red, which blends in just about nowhere.

It just hit me: What if they weren't MEANT to hide everywhere?

They're meant to blend in with their elements.

soft concept for ATSV:

its after the events of the movie, things have smoothed out, the teens are for the most part living their best lives, Miguel is working on... it... and getting his relationships with the kids to at least how they were before he decided to try and fight a 15-year-old, things aren't perfect, but its better.

movie night. kids are piled up on the floor, Peter B. and Miguel have somehow been dragged into it (read: peters happy to be there, per usual, and Miguel is more than happy to be involved, even if he would never admit that, not even to himself). the movie's long been over, credits rolling, all the kids are fast asleep, and both of the older spiders know they can't just leave them on the floor.

que Peter and Miguel doing what every tired parent has done after a movie night, carrying their kids to their beds, or in this case, back to their own dimensions.

the tentative "we should get them home" comment from Miguel breaking the quiet that had settled over the group. the near silent argument over who's taking who where between Miguel and Peter. the awkward manner of picking each one up, each of them tall or lanky or otherwise awkward to hold, seeing as none of them are little kids, some are barely even teens anymore.

Miguel having to suck it up and take Hobie cause he's too tall and too much for Peter to manage, complaining even as his heart melts ever so slightly at the peaceful look on the kid's face. Peter taking Gwen so they don't have to portal twice, barely holding back a smile when he watched Miguel soften hopelessly. Miguel offering to take Miles home, looking almost... ashamed for asking, but Peter just gives him the go ahead, and watches as the older spider picked up the much smaller kid like he was nothing, tucking him close to his chest and portaling off to leave him in his bunk, hushing him as he flutters in and out of sleep.

the two tucking them in, peter with much more pep and giddiness, and admittedly, more picture taking, but surprisingly, Miguel being much more tender and careful, making sure blankets were pulled all the way over and pillows were fluffed and that he didn't accidentally wake any of them up. gentle parting goodbyes in the form of tussling hair, double checking windows and doors are locked, and wishing them sweet dreams.

after Peter takes Pavitr home, completing the task of putting the kids where they ought to be, Miguel has to sit through all of Peter's gushing and photos, murmuring something about him looking like a creep with photos of random kids sleeping in his phone, before lurking off to his office to reflect on the night and the ruckus he just went through for kids he was hell-bent on convincing himself he didn't care about. Peter going home to MJ and his daughter, contented and tuckered out, already plotting how to use the photos like crypotnite. Miguel cherishing the memories of the night.

thats it. thats the idea. the mental image is better then the idea on paper, but you get the jist.

Led an unprovoked (technically we don't know if that is true, but let's assume) attack against the rats in the garden

Used an unfair, war crime-coded tactic to win

Killed many innocents with it

= Narratively presented in a good light, has the background of his war crime told and explained (actually going too far because it comes across as though Solovet's abuse and involvement are supposed to excuse it, which it does not. Hamnet was an adult who is responsible for his actions; your tragic backstory is tragic but it does not excuse your war crimes).

Also, not to mention, judged Gregor, a child, for an inborn talent he has, conveying that it makes him a bad person. Either way, he is supposed to be sympathetic and everyone buys it.

Sandwich:

Led an unprovoked (technically we don't know if that is true, but let's assume) attack against the diggers

Used an unfair, war crime-coded tactic to win

Killed many innocents with it

= Narratively presented in a bad light, has nothing about the background or circumstances of his war crime explained (we get like, what, one line from Vikus?), and yet that one line immediately makes him without a doubt or question a horrible, evil person and even an unreliable prophet (because your moral alignment absolutely is connected to the validity of your prophetic abilities, yes).

Also, not to mention, he is not responsible for the tragedies he's seen, and very likely only tried to help the Regalians and Gregor deal with them by trying to write his visions down and giving Gregor his sword. Either way, he's supposed to be unsympathetic and everyone buys it.

So a lot of people make the winners of the Life Series as somewhat of a celestial theme.

I propose that they are part of the major arcana of tarot cards.

We already have the Sun (Grian), the Star (Scott), and the Moon (Pearl).

In my mind, Martyn is the World (a card centered around completing cycles - like a 24 hour day) and Scar is the Wheel of Fortune (basically a man who is the embodiment of fortune - both good and bad).

I couldn't help but read through Everbyte's Moonvale meets Duskwood page again, and something made me theorize further.

Naturally you are already in your next case and your new friends are counting on you. On the other hand, worrying about your old friends doesn’t just let you go either. Has something happened to them?

Duskwood is not far from Redlog Pines. Should you ask your new friends for help? Or should you go and check out the situation in Duskwood yourself?

Now, remember about one of Everbyte's posts? When they asked if they should invite Phil to Redlog Pines one day, so we could ask him ourselves how he and his sisters are doing?

Considering the fact that we, as Duskwood players, are given a side story, and only we start with "Suddenly, you get a call from an unknown number ...", I came to the next conclusion:

We'll get a call from Phil, who got released from jail, and wanted to infrom us/ask about us. Considering all of our friends' contacts are lost, this most likely could be possible.

What happens next, is an endless possibility.

Will he help us through the case? Will we find out the Hawkins siblings are actually from Redlog Pines (considering that Jessy mentioned she didn't grow up in Duskwood)? Is Phil somehow connected to Eric and Adam? Maybe the three are childhood friends, and now that one of them dissapeared, Phil wants to keep an eye on the case? He might even try to invite us to the Aurora again, reasoning with "We could visit Redlog Pines as well, and you could look around and do your detective things."

Everbyte left us with many shady, question filled blank pages. And what else could a fandom do with these papers than not to fill them with theories?

I have a feeling that we can't except many or any updates until May 24th, so we're left alone with the clues and hints they gave us.
