Okay guys look. Others have sent me messages as well to read "the Familiar" or "Hell Bent" because it has heavy Alarkling moments and vibes etc.

But the truth is that I'm not interested. And not because I don't like Alarkling but because I'm not interested to read anything that Bardugo has written. At least for now.

I don't find her a good author because she has no idea how to build and expand a fictional world and she's too lazy to study politics, war, strategy and court life. Also, instead of developing characters for the better, she destroys them.

Sure "Demon in the Wood" and "Language of Thorns" are two of my favorite books that I own which speaks volumes about how she's only capable of writing short stories.

Anyway, I've already set my eyes to buy "A Clockwork Orange" or another book by Edgar Allan Poe. Pieces of work that won't disappoint me.

the Stupid Pills that the writers had Scorpia take to excuse away Tom and Kyra's continued involvement in the story and/or straight up survival was kind of infuriating.

Like, why would they not kill them? It makes absolutely no sense not to kill them? Complete zero amount of sense.

Why did they let Alex call them? Why did they make their base so easy to track via said call? Why didn't they have someone watching them get on the plane and making sure it took off? Why didn't they notice the two of them sneaking around just outside their base? Why didn't they notice them driving up the one empty road leading to the base? Why didn't they notice them driving away down the same road? Why didn't Alex or Yassen see them following them insanely closely again on the same empty, isolated road? Why didn't they notice them following them to Grendel's place and hanging around for hours?

Why were Scorpia forced to be so dumb in service of keeping those two alive? It's not like they couldn't have kept it secret from Alex for the few days it would have taken for them to have killed him too, if that's what they were worried about.

#literally the only bit I can explain away is that alex and yassen didn't notice them skulking around the mansion #because they were too busy f-ing in the back of the van while they waited for nightfall #but that's it

Not having read the chapter myself, I can't say where she's correct or not. If she is then she has a point about Heinrey being correct about Kai and the fact the kids are, well, kids.

Again, since I didn't read the epilogue--and don't plan to since I don't read epilogues in webtoons--I can't judge him as a father.

My dislike of him isn't how he acts as a husband or a father, it's actions against the eastern empire and actions along those lines and how said actions are often waved off.

But it's not worth me going into and I'd rather just reblog others who are more passionate than I.

Back in November last year I rescued a little plant that was stubbornly growing out of the trunk space of my car, and put it in a tiny pot without much hope for it.

Except that she's indeed growing, and quite beautifully, I mean look at these pretty leaves :)

Most recently re-potted her to a bigger house, which she already took root in. And keeps on growing.
