It wasn't even October, yet Buckzo household was already being decked out in orange and black. Sasha liked to start early, no matter the holiday. It was like that since she was little. And now she had yet another person, er, demon, to share the tradition with. Speaking of:

Sasha found him in the living room, tangled up in black garland.

"Need help?"

"No no honey bun, I'm perfectly fine. I can do this, you don't need to worry about a thing!" he said confidently, like he wasn't just trying to untangle himself from his garland chains. He was very adamant on doing most of the decorating business himself. It was going to be their first Halloween as a married couple, and Blitzø was nothing short of perfectionist when it came to matters of their relationship.

"Here, let me help." She knew he just wanted the best for her but didn't like when that lead him to situations like these.

"Thanks. I'm sorry I messed up. I just wanted to prove I could-"

"You don't have to prove anything. You are enough to me just the way you are.

That was all it took for him to embrace her like he's never going to let go and capture her mouth passionately with his own. He was so warm, like her own personal heater.

She'll let him have this one. Pumpkin cookies can wait for later.
