Just learned that Ewan had a billy idol-punk rock phase when he was 15, so i’m imagining a teen punk Obi-Wan next to hippie Qui-Gon and them always arguing over the music in travels, Obi-Wan wearing eyeliner & wearing rings, Qui-Gon wearing high waist 70s pants.. so much chaos

(In conclusion between Yoda listening to hard metal, Dooku jazz or classical music, Qui-Gon a hippie and Obi-Wan a hardcore rock enthusiast, Anakin bubblegum 2000s pop girl bands and Ahsoka listening to 2008 emo bands this lineage is cursed)

(Also Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon sometimes agreed on several artists but he is in forever pain when Anakin never stops hummig to songs hed never EVER listen to)

(One time Anakin found a holo of 17 year old Obi-Wan drunkenly singing a song on a stage in some shady bar wearing too much eyeliner and shirtless and Qui-Gon cheering in the background -he hangs it on his bedroom wall)

YES to everything, I can absolutely see Obi-Wan entering Anakin’s room, saying “so, about that last— ” and then seeing Anakin smiling so widely with such a disturbing glee in his eyes that Obi-Wan instantly knows he’s up to something. He frowns, mentally goes through every ridiculous thing that Anakin could have done in the last two hours he left him alone, and finally follows Anakin’s eyes, which keep looking up in a very unsubtle way to the image on the wall.

No word can describe the terror he feels when he recognises his dumb and scantily clad teenage self dancing on top of a shady bar, and worse, the fact that Anakin knows and will probably never shut up about it now, harassing him to know more about the wild childhood of his poor master until Obi-Wan gives in. 

So Obi-Wan Kenobi, great Negotiator, composed Jedi Master and level-headed war General, opts for the only logical way to deal with this situation.  

Which is whispering “oh no”, immediately shutting the door on Anakin’s delighted face, and starting to run when Anakin yells gleefully in his back “I’VE MADE 100 COPIES OF THIS. 100, OBI-WAN. YOU CAN RUN NOW BUT THIS IS GOING TO FOLLOW YOU UNTIL THE DAY YOU DIE”
