also ig this is a bit of a hot take for mlp? but i don’t think i’m opposed to the idea of starlight glimmer being redeemed. like the whole point of the show is that friendship wins the day, so many characters being redeemed makes sense for the show’s themes and such. nor do i necessarily think she should have to suffer to earn her respect back.

where Neil moved his family to the middle of nowhere Indiana because he knows 80s bumfuck nowhere doesn’t have a lot of support for disabled ppl and hates his son (as we all know)

At first billy tries to hide it, he had gotten used to learning how to read lips and make inferences on what people were saying, if he happened to miss something? He’d just brush it off, saying he wasn’t paying attention.

Billy might have a slight deaf voice, Neil probably came along with his “no son of mine” spiel so Billy had to learn how to speak as Neil thought was “normal”.

Steve begins to notice something different about Billy; slowed reaction time, really focusing on people’s faces, etc, and brings it up to Joyce.

Joyce, concerned, waits until the next time Billy is in her store to ask if everything is okay. Billy panics, he thought he was doing perfect, if he doesn’t his dads gonna kill him, so he very quickly excuses himself out of the store.

Maybe some further concerned Steve and Joyce? Teaming up to help out Billy? 🥹

i am into all of this. i wanna say way back in the early days of the fandom there was a deaf!billy fic i read.... or it was steve. or it was neither of them and im thinking of another fandom entirely lmfao anyway!

joyce picking up books from the library and learning very basic signs for the next time billy comes into the store. she's just trying to be polite but it still makes billy panicky that someone knows. ooooh if neil and billy come into the store one day and she overhears neil giving billy shit about not listening to him and how he needs to get his shit together etc etc and she immediately decides this man needs to be put down like she is not having it but she also knows theres not a whole lot she can do right now besides make her presence known and get him to back down.

steve helping billy out in the classes they share together and even in the classes they dont he finds a way to get notes from other people without letting them know its for billy, and billys constantly wondering how steve keeps pulling this off but steve wont reveal his secrets. them developing this silent language on the basketball court that makes them unbeatable... many thoughts many thoughts

idk how joyce and steve end up joining forces in all of this but i know they do!

bumi/how they handled the bumi arc in general. some parts i actually like better than the og. like how aang knew he was bumi right away. makes way more sense to me.

why did katara never train w pakku?? that makes 0 sense. i understand she was mostly self taught throughout s1. but the whole thing was that: yes, katara was good before pakku, but when she finally did get a master, she became EXPONENTIALLY better and really came into her own. i am not buying that she becomes the master katara we know and love without learning from pakku. so unrealistic. when zuko says “u found a master” and she said “yes ur looking at her”. oh girlboss feminism u are going to HELL!

would like to take a moment to say^^^ i am a feminist ok. do nottttt get it twisted. but girlboss feminism is brainrot.

aang. did not bend. a single drop of water. are u fucking KIDDING ME? that was nuts.

really felt like if u did not watch the original series, this show would feel SO all over the place and u would have so many “wtf is happening” moments. the whole omashu shit was kind offfffff a mess. i see where they were going and why they were doing that but in hindsight after the fact i was like… if i knew nothing ab this show that would have been the most confusing clusterfuck.

and i think my biggest/most general complaint that i already talked about that i will briefly touch on: trying to do too much. why are we putting in characters and plot points that do not come till seasons 2-3 and are completely unnecessary now (secret tunnel, wan shi tong, swamp-kinda episode, etc.)

final thoughts?

it was enjoyable. i cannot deny that. landscapes were gorgeous. fights were well choreographed and looked GOOD. some changes were genuinely made for the better, and even changes that i do not necessarily think were better, i could respect the creativity of some changes and understood why they were there. but overall, as most live action remakes go, this was a flat portrayal of one of the greatest pieces of fiction of all time that suffered from some overly ambitious ideas and dull writing with little to no sense of whimsy. while some performances exceeded expectations, others that were crucial to the integrity of this show really disappointed me.

overall: 6.6/10. this number is completely subject to change.

Yes this is about Billy Hargrove. Also YOU GUYS HAVE NO CLUE WHAT CONTEXT MEANS AND IT SHOWS. Max literally yelled at Lucas IN FRONT OF BILLY. HE WAS LIKE 20 FEET AWAY WATCHING AND LISTENING TO THE FIGHT. She yelled at him that he makes her feel like shit/that he treats her like shit. And whether u wanna admit it or not, Billy does care about Max. And even if he didn't, he is forced to take care of her. He has to be the parent. SO WHY THE HELL. After hearing that this random boy he's never met, treats his little sister who he cares about and is forced to be responsible for, like shit. Would he NOT tell her that there are some people you shouldn't be around. And that that boy is one of them. And in the Byer house where he sees her with Lucas again, AFTER HE WAS JUST ABUSED BECAUSE SHE RAN AWAY, of fucking course he's gonna target Lucas and not one of the other boys. He hasn't seen them with Max, he has no reason to thing of them as being bad influences or harmful.

And fuck no it doesn't excuse his actions or make them okay. He still attacked a 13/14 (don't remember their exact age) yr old. But nothing about his words or actions are explicitly, outwardly, whatever word u wanna use, racist. And even if he is racist (which by the way, every yt person, especially/specifically in America has institutionalized racism at the very least which takes a long time, and lots of education to break down, which isn't gonna fucking happen when u live in an abusive household where you have other things you have to focus on so you and ur kid sister don't fucking die, especially in the 80's), Max never fucking says anything about it. Even if what he said or did was racist, Max never said or did anything. Obviously I could understand her not saying anything to Billy because she might think he'd get angry. But she never goes to Lucas trying to comfort him, apologize for Billy's behavior, anything.

While I'm on the topic I might as well bring up the fact that NO ONE IN THE SHOW. EVER FUCKING TREATS LUCAS WITH RESPECT OR UNDERSTANDING IN RELATION TO HIS STRUGGLES WITH BEING A BLACK TEENAGER IN THE 80'S. In season 1, he gets SO MUCH shit from the fandom for not trusting Jane/El. A random girl who showed up out of no where, who, through no fault of her own, brings a bunch of dangerous ppl coming after the group. And basically no one gives Mike any shit for doing the same thing to Max in season 2. In season 4 when he is trying to fit in, to not be seen as a weirdo, outcast, freak, etc. So fucking many people treated him like he's an asshole for that. He is a black 15 yr old boy in the fucking 80's. In a town that is predominantly white. Where all of his friends are white. Most of the people at his school, are white. Of fucking course he's gonna do whatever he can to "fit in" and stay with the popular crowd. Not doing that would put even more of a target on his back. I'm so happy they put in that brief moment at Benny's where the only other black person on the team and at the house comes over to tell him it will be okay after the police show up. That he's not gonna be in trouble. Despite a good portion of the fandom being really diverse, be it queer, poc, etc. so many of y'all put the cishet yt characters on a pedestal and either ignore or straight up shit on the few queer characters & poc characters.

Initial thoughts on ch 2 ep 1 (ik it’s early but I wanna lay out some stuff rn)

Listen, ppl all had their own opinions about the protag swap theory. Some thought it would happen, some thought it was stupid, I thought it was gonna be a temporary POV change in the first episode before Teruko got back to her regular girlbossing and whaddaya know, I was right!

On the topic of me being right though, I swear the only times I am right about things are when I can’t exactly explain why I think something, therefore I don’t ever say it because “that’s stupid,” but I feel like the motive as well as the delivery, both in the timing and the fallout, was something I could’ve seen coming. I dismissed the idea as too dramatic at some point, apparently forgetting that DRDT is the reality TV of fangans (but probably less scripted somehow).

I’m honestly pretty hyped about the motive though. I always thought that the canon equivalent in the first game was lacking in some ways, so seeing a fresh twist on a classic is always fun.

It also makes me wonder about the hidden quotes. Ik I talk abt these more than I reasonably probably should given they’re, uh, hidden, but in addition to what probably counts as more context for J’s quote, I’m also currently looking at Arei’s and Levi’s.

Levi talked a bit about his family and being disowned as well as how he feels he has to put effort into being nice, so a part of me wonders if there’s something he feels particularly guilty about in relation to his quote. His listed dislike is also unpredictable people and I figure that may be related as well.

But Arei’s seems more pertinent to me. She’s been nothing but an emotionally manipulative ass this whole time and now she has someone else’s dirty laundry and the full ability to air it if she so pleases, but idk what she’s gonna do with it. If her quote is relevant to something in this chapter in particular, she may decide on keeping it to herself. She obviously has a limited idea of how friendships really work, but maybe she has some decency when it comes to a situation like this.

Teruko’s commentary and leaning on the 4th wall as well as MonoTV’s incredibly (in)convenient incompetence is really only doing more to reinforce the idea in my mind that she knows way more than she’s letting on as well as a the fact that a lot of information about her is being withheld from the audience and we probably don’t have a complete look into her mind. Also, the phone. We have seen that phone before, just not in the killing game.

I feel like Arturo’s reaction to finding out J was related to a famous actress was... kind of what I expected it to be, but for all his preaching about physical beauty, he sure didn’t fuckin notice anything special about her until that exact moment, huh. Almost like he’s full of shit and just obsessed with fame and glamour as concepts.

It’s also really sweet to see Charles actually probably have more faith and hope coming out of the trial than going into it. And despite the tensions and him being turned down, him asking Teruko if she wants to explore with him is probably the most civil conversation they’ve had so far throughout the entire game. I think even if neither of them have a lot of faith in everyone else, they at least seem like they have less hard feelings towards each other. Like two siblings who grew up in a shitty household and always fought but start actually tolerating each other the moment they accept they were both victims even if they don’t really talk about it.

I’m fuckin scared to see my boy get woobified even more tho.

Oh! And a bit more on J’s quote actually. I wonder if her animosity towards her mom (and actors as a whole) was just wrought from the secondhand fame she never wanted or if her mother tried to force her into acting herself. Her dialogue in the FTEs that dropped last year at the very least indicate she had femininity forced upon her, but pushing a child into acting for more fame and fortune is a very special kind of fucking your kid up for the rest of their life and the horrible shit child actors and actresses are put through is becoming more and more discussed in an ever increasingly digital world.

But yeah. Mega hyped for this chapter, especially with the motive as I am, unfortunately, a sucker for hot, juicy goss

i didnt like hearing mack call kim “mom” so soon in 9x15. i think it would have made more sense if she called adam “dad” before she called kim “mom” because she already had a mom she was close to before and she never had a dad.

idk if these are from the same person or i’ve blogged something that ppl are just now seeing and ppl are genuinely curious about my opinion on a super similar topic.. but the messages came in nearly back to back, so i’m gonna answer both here :)

i’m probably the only one who feels this way, but i disagree that Adam should’ve gotten dad first or that it was too soon for Kim to be called mom because she remembers her mom and didn’t really have a dad. fwiw, my family is dealing with a similar issue with my niece trying to understand how to address her step dad now that he’s adopted her and my nephew. everyone in this fucking family seems to have an opinion without asking the kids what they want and it's honestly fucking dumb but that's a whole other story lol. i would say to Mack what i said to her— a new parent in your life doesn’t cancel out the love or memories you have of the parent who has passed away, but you can also call multiple people mom and dad at the same time. hell, if all your parents are alive, you can call as many people mom or dad if that’s how you see them. if anything, having extra people to love and care for you and make you feel safe and happy is what the parent you’ve lost would have wanted. it's what any parent wants. and there’s no timeline or goalpost on when you should start calling someone mom or dad. and anyone who tries to force you to say something one way or the other is gonna get to have a not so fun conversation with me about respecting your decision and your boundaries on the subject matter.

and well, yeah that last part doesn’t apply here obviously cos it’s all opinion in fandom and that’s totally fine and valid lol, but i would gladly say that to anyone who is wrestling with something similar in their own life. the argument of ‘well she had a mom but didn’t have a dad, so—' doesn’t hold up for me. it's not a statement i love hearing when talking about blended families cos there's no common qualifiers for how or why someone decides those things and lumping all situations like that under one umbrella is not my favorite thing that fandoms do.. it's actually one of my biggest frustrations with how blended families are talked about in a lot of fandoms.. but my headcanon that they all celebrated BOTH of Mack’s moms for mother’s day is accurate until the show explicitly tells me otherwise because i can't fathom that Kim would be mad about that.

i do think, narratively, where they had Mack call Adam dad was pretty fucking perfect. for a show that gets relationships wrong A LOT, this one was always a safe spot for me. i knew that Mack would look at Adam as her dad and i had hoped we’d eventually get burzek on good terms again, but to hear her say it like for her it was never and has never been in question felt like the right choice. it was not a throw away line, it was very much meant to mean something doing it in that moment in that way. because it sure as shit was in question for all the adults in the room and i think that it needed to be addressed. i don’t necessarily think it needed to be said sooner because it was always just a matter of when Mack would say it. thank god that poor kid didn’t have to parent trap those two idiots tho lol.

my only real expectation for that moment was that it had to be during this season. for all the build up, for all the arguments, for all the pushing each other away, that moment had to be before the season ended. and it had to be Mack's doing. i would like to hear Kim say something like "you're her dad", sure, but for me it was always about when Mack would say it.

Just a little tired from the summer heat…

Gojo clutches the cardboard box tightly to his chest. He had just finished packing Getou’s belongings from his room and was starting to head off to throw them out; Teacher Yaga had given Gojo the job of cleaning out his best friend’s dorm a few days after news about his classmate struck them. Gojo doesn’t know why—he never understood Yaga’s elaborate way of reasoning anyway. Maybe the physical throwing out of his things is supposed to be some act of closure?

He scoffs at the proposition; how corny. Killing the dude would be enough closure for him.

(Or at least, that’s what Gojo wants himself to believe.)

Just as he was about to step out of the room with the box, Shoko walks through the door, a trail of smoke spilling from her lips and a half-lit cigarette between her fingers.

“Oh, surprise to see you here. I wouldn’t think you’d ever step foot in this room again.” Shoko says nonchalantly. She peers over Gojo’s shoulder as she scans the now-empty room and brings the cigarette up to her lips, taking a slow drag.

“Yaga tasked me with cleaning up his stuff,” Gojo replies, lifting the box up.

She lets out a puff of cigarette smoke as she perks up. “Actually, let me go through that. Getou asked me to bring him some of his things back.”

Gojo’s eyes widen. Ouch. “He asked you?”

Shoko winces at the boy’s tone. “Yes, he asked me. You know, you weren’t his only friend, Satoru.” She lifts the cigarette back up to her lips.

“I know, I know,” Gojo dismisses loudly.

Shoko huffs out another cloud of smoke and shrugs. “Well, he is a criminal now. It’s not like he’d wanna see the person who wants to kill him.”

“But I don’t—“ He hesitates. “I don’t wanna kill him…”

Shoko notices the waver in the boy’s voice and raises an eyebrow. “Special-grade sorcerer Satoru Gojo doesn’t want to kill a criminal?” She asks, sarcasm dripping from her voice.

“Satoru Gojo doesn’t want to kill a friend.”

“A friend that broke the rules of jujutsu sorcery. Doesn’t sound very ‘special-grade’ of you to just let him off like that.”

“God, shut up,” Gojo grumbles.

Shoko’s expression drops, but she quickly forces out a laugh and says, “Just teasin’ ya.” She takes another drag from the cigarette and glances down awkwardly.

A moment of silence passes between the two.

Gojo is the first to break it when he asks, “Why didn’t you kill him?”

She scoffs and looks up, a puff of smoke escaping her lips along with the sound. “What would I have done, reverse cursed technique’d him to death?”

“Oh, yeah. I forgot.”

Shoko looks away as she takes one last drag. “Happens a lot, I think.”

Another drawn-out silence goes by.

“You’re lucky you don’t have to make the decision to kill him or not,” Gojo mutters.

Without turning back, Shoko hums her agreement. “Yeah, I don’t even know what I’d do if I had the power to…” she replies, cigarette smoke hanging in the air alongside her words.

When Gojo looks over at the girl, he notices a faraway look in her eyes, but she quickly turns back when she notices his stare. Her attention is brought back to the box in Gojo’s arms. “So, will you let me take that off your hands?”

“Yeah, alright.” He drops the box unceremoniously onto the wooden floorboards. “Mind if I help? Got nothing better to do than rummage through some dude’s old junk, unfortunately.”

Shoko chuckles and says, “I don’t think he’s just ‘some dude’ to you.”

“God, I wish he was.” (No, he doesn’t.)

“Seriously, though. I appreciate the thought, but I’m definitely sure you do have better things to do,” Shoko says as she drops to her knees in front of the cardboard box. “Besides, I don’t wanna hear you sulking over him all the while.”

Gojo rolls his eyes, but doesn’t push further. “Alright, fine. I’ll see you later for dinner, though. Gyudon or what?”

Shoko perks up at that. “Dinner? When did we agree on that?”

“It’s Sunday, no? Suguru always told us Sunday means dinner together.”

The girl’s expression wavers, but she cracks a smile. “Sounds good then, Satoru.”

(I like stating my opinions and say what the fuck I wanna say because people are too scared to admit idk how many I'm gonna do bc I have alot of unpopular opinions that'll piss ppl but that's a good thing because idc and stay mad.)

● I love nicki minaj. She'll always be my fav female rapper, but I will admit nicki minaj's Pink friday 2 album was mid. Like, I was so hyped because she's finally put out a new album now there we're a few songs I liked and were my favorite but I just couldn't have the energy to listen to rest of her others. Her album could have been a lot better. There were over 20 songs, and I just felt like a lot of the album was just an archive of old songs she never got to release. I do feel like there were other good songs that stood out, but I also feel that those could have been singles, I feel like if she delayed an album 3 times there could have been something monumental. I feel like the songs sound kind of sloppy and rushed. I just don't think this album will be memorable. Now, I am a barb, but I won't admit how I feel about nicki's music because other barbz won't admit to it.

● letting your dog kiss you in the mouth is weird asf and unsanitary. Please get help immediately. Pets also should not be sleeping in your bed unless you enjoy sleeping on a dirty ass floor with all that bacteria. If you're walking your dog constantly, why the hell is your dog sleeping in your bed and licking your face? If your dirty just say that.

● Chrisean rock won't be famous in the next 2 years. She is a liability, and she likes to put her hands on powerful people and people with influence. Fighting is all fun and games until you fight the wrong person. It's fun and games to fight and be entertaining for tv, but when you're going against powerful heavy hitters and you try to pick a fight with somebody who's a powerful heavy hitter you won't be around for long.

● Taraji p. Henson and Gabrielle union have every right to address their struggles, and they don't deserve all that backlash they got to address the issue of the lack of equal pay in Hollywood. Yes, they may have more money than the average person, but just because people have different level of problems, that doesn't mean they still don't have problems.

● Cardi b should have seen the signs earlier and left offset. Every fucking year she has a problem and somehow it makes it to the fucking internet. Clearly, y'all weren't happy at all and just stuck to co parenting peacefully. ● If you don't think good people exist and everyone wants something from you, maybe your ass should be a good person because you are what you frequently attract, and that's why most of y'all don't want to hear.

● Celebrities working at fast food restaurants for good PR and promotion is lame asf and is not relatable. Please stop trying to relate to people who are working 9 to 5 for about 2 hours, wearing a uniform, having somebody record them, and releasing it the fucking internet.

● these dumbass ski masks people are wearing, are fucking ridiculous. Every time I see young men wear these ski masks, I cringe. Like you're going to die and get killed because these masks became popular around 2012. ● Celebrities who complain about fame and popularity are lame and corny. Like bitch no one's forcing you to be here. There are other well-known and respected celebrities who completely went under the radar and want to live a regular life. Well, forget about the peaceful Saturday I was daydreaming about. As it always happens with my mom, she did her best to rattle and unsettle my spirits.

I was watching instagram reels in bed to tag my bf in, when she came into my room and sat on the bed next to me. Her footsteps sounded so rushed when I heard her walking towards my room that I thought she had something important to tell me, but she just came to hang out. And I could feel that something terrible was coming by the way she was stroking my hair, forcefully or forced, idk how to describe it. Mechanically almost. And then she asked me what I usually do on Saturdays. I told her I just lie in bed until noon, have a meal, chill inside or go for walks if it's nice outside. She then asked me if I don't feel bad spending my time alone, and I said no, I like being alone. The truth is that I'm almost never alone, because most of the time I'm on video calls with my boyfriend, or hanging out with my coworker. But I didn't even get to say that, because she asked me "wouldn't you like to find a boyfriend in that city?" I was like...? Huh? What for? Well, just to spend time and hang out and go on walks with... And just have a boyfriend. :-) I said well, I have a boyfriend. She replied "but he doesn't live in that city!" oh, I need one for every city? She was like "for all you know he could have someone else in his own city too". I was so mad I started shaking, I asked her why she would say something like that to me when she doesn't know anything about him, us, or me for that matter. She doesn't know our relationship, she's never cared about it, now suddenly she's worrying about me and who I spend my time with in my city? How can she say that to my face so casually like a joke, then smile? That is truly psycho behaviour and I shut that shit down immediately. She apologized (well, not really, she just told me to not be mad at her and tried to change the topic) and told me to tell my bf to take care of me. Like thanks, he's really gonna appreciate that after you just implied that he's cheating on me and suggested I do the same. Anyway, after this she told me the story of how she discovered that my stepdad had a mistress and about how so many ppl tried to tell her about it but couldn't because of him. And how they had so many fights because of that. I wanted to tell her to not allow this betrayal to project her insecurities and bad experiences onto me, but I just couldn't find the words, and we had to whisper so as to not be heard by him. It's terrible, I know she skipped some details because she also told me this story via text, and there were some truly truly barbaric and mind-shattering aspects of it. But after our discussion from before I couldn't find it in me to feel as terrible for her as I should have, or to display the affection she might have needed. I just started tweezing my eyebrows 💀 like, she could just put her money where her mouth is and divorce him like she did with my cheating dad, but then her living/housing situation would just worsen. I mean, not tragically, but she would have to move back home with grandma, and the last time she had to do that she got super depressed. I know that because we shared a room 🙃 and, well, it would just be really sad. I get it. Plus, I don't think my stepdad is still fooling around, although you can never know. She told me "men are just like that" as a justification for why she said that hurtful thing, and while I know she was just projecting and she was also kinda right, I just don't feel like it's the thing to say about a relationship you know next to nothing about, your daughter's relationship at that.

Somehow despite being spoiled for the twist at the end .... I literally didnt understand that was a different universe until gwen said. I literally read a post abt how Rio's eye color was different Yesterday and i guess it fell to the wayside i just thought tht in the last ten minutes miles was gonna travel to a whole nother universe where he was gonna meet his alt self ...

Also despite spot mentioning tht miles spider was from earth 42 ... I forgot abt it so when miguel was acting like miles was so different i didnt get it bc like ...well ben was there n im just so comic brained tht i didn't consider tht ofc miles is different

Also so trippy to have it confirmed tht all spiders have to exist in their own universes n also follow the same trajectories that peters did ? Like super trippy to me as a comic book reader n also shit i dont think other heros even get touched upon in this movie so a lot of these spiders r totally alone n also soo bizarre to imagine Anya for example following Peters schtick like making w police chief death central to the universe according to miguel n all characters having a connection to a chief? Including Hobie? Literally melting my brain tbh. Kinda funny tht gwens death isnt a canon event

Ganke wasnt just nerfed bc of the mcu he was nerfed for the narrative bc its important that miles is a lone wolf w nobody to help him making him further alienated which is good narrative wiss but like i kinda dislike it mostly bc well wht i love abt marvel is how its so community focused. Like even if his parents know they cant help in a way that comic ganke or also tiana n now misty can..idk i do like that the world it presents is obviously not saying that miguels pov is the right one and jess drew becoming a turncoat at the end to Help Gwen is nice. But idk it rubs me the wrong way w little in a way i cant quite articulate.

I do love that this movie had two Anyas... Classic Anya and a remixed one. Which ugh god is why this everyone being peter mixes throws me off like Hobie as a peter remix is so .... Like in my mind there's different types of spider variants theres 1. Peter remixes 2. Remixes of characters in peters life (cooper coen, gwen in these movies) 3. Entirely different entities divorced from peter (hobie, anya).

Also im so fascinated by the way cop shit is handled in this movie its kinda insane like its Schroeder's copaganda n depending on how you view it (n wht they choose to do next movie to thread that needle 👉😉) gwens speech abt how being a spider was being a cop refers to being a part of miguels paramilitary operation which she left ....

Like her dad left the force w the implication of the system being rotten n not abt justice but like not abt justice bc in this specific instance its anti vigilante. Like it's not abt policing as an institution its abt this specific situation which like ring ding ding still copaganda bc it presents the gotham idea of 'well of the cop can b pro vigilante n help the vigilante n hes good to go. But him quiting bc thematically significant n mb the writers trying to pull shit abt the narrative being the only good cop is one who quits. Like its fascinating bc the movie is touching on abolitionist ideas 'i tried to good within the system' 'youre a good cop n trying to do the job so someone worse wont and i tried to do the same thing' but like not going all the way

Probably bc shareholders would nvr let an abolitionist movie get as much money as a studio film can go. Which is a shame

lowkey thought snapchat and mr. teeth whitener were also dating because when i came on board she was always at their house. i remember thinking how weird it was that she wasn’t a content creator yet had no problem oversharing their relationship when he didn’t even do that. it always felt one sided to me, then when he kept making it publicly known that he was single and seen with other girls i got second hand embarrassment. whats even more shocking is shes still going. someone said it on tumblr already but she desperately tried to make her birthday into a duo event even though he never wished her a happy birthday publicly. shes still liking things about europe, his song, edits, tomorrowland announcements for this year and is making it seem like shes joining them next week. to see him be so mum but also delete stuff is interesting but i gotta say, i dont think he’s completely set boundaries with her or else shed stop, at least i hope she would.

i mean, i can understand why someone from the outside would think they were together for a period of time. they always seemed to be connected at the hip so i get it. but as a fan, especially one that slowly learned things over time, it always felt so weird seeing them forced together bc sam and kat wanted to hang out alone. which i get, don't get me wrong, but snapchat was only on these trips bc kat wanted her there so she wouldn't be lonely while the boys worked so… idk. i'm not gonna get upset about old shit lol

as for their recent non-celebrated together bday, i don't think she was trying to make it seem like they were gonna be hanging out on their shared bday. i think a lot of fans just ship the two of them and make edits together, especially when it is their birthday, so i think she was just heavily favoring the ones of her and him instead of just hers.

i get a lot of ppl are sus of her liking anything that has to do with colby (and her usually), but i think it's also good to remember that they are friends. at the very least she has started to like stuff that's related to kat occasionally so it's not complete favoritism towards colby. just… mostly lol

again, i think it's always good for me to reiterate to just ignore her at this point. it ain't worth the grief.
