• scouts love language is acts of service and pyro's is quality time.

• someone needs to put all three of you in a psych ward

• sometimes when you all go on a walk in the street Scout will accidentally cause trouble with someone and Pyro will join in and fight them and you either join in or get them out before the cops come.

• oh my god.

• they're pretty fun to be with. Scout is usually a flustered mess whenever Pyro or you show any affection towards him due to the fact he had to fight for affection from his mother as a child. Its new to him, especially by two of the people he adores.

• Pyro and Scout draw together, and whenever your down they will both make you doodles of stuff that makes you happy. They will make your room super comfortable while Pyro gets a bunch of snacks from the fridge, sitting together to get ready for movies!

• You guys have this thing where whenever one of yall are feeling down, Scout goes to buy an insanely terrible movie and the last person to laugh or groan at the movie wins. It really cheers you up.

They're not the best at comforting words, so they show comfort by actions.

They're both pretty clingy! An hour away from you Pyro is already whining while Scout is just trying to make due. But usually they'll still have a good time together, sometimes going on their own dates while your away.

If they go somewhere, they'll get you something from there as a "souvenir" and beg you to come there the next time they go so nobody gets left out.

• Scout loves peppering the both of you with kisses, he doesn't mind that Pyro has a mask usually he'll be silly and blow Pyro a kiss from the distance. It makes the both of you giggle, he's such a goof.

Pyro gives you both mask kisses...Well more like boops. Though if your far into your relationship, day by day he'll start opening up more about himself. He starts by not wearing gloves around you, to lifting his mask up slightly to give you both a proper kiss. (random but I headcannon my boy has a tooth gap :D)

It makes both of your hearts melt to know he trusts you enough to do this, and he's thankful for your patience.

The three of you look very chaotic to other people but alone together you are just real sweet to each other. They both get so calm around you that they don't feel the need to show off or cause chaos, yall just wanna hang out sometimes yk?

• in general yall r just adorable. They're all so sweet to each other and to you too, yall always eat together and they'll always be there for you if you wanna rant or vent about your day.

All of them are amazing listeners, and good at comforting...how?? How did you get so damn lucky? They'll cuddle up around you as one of them holds you, listening to you talk and ramble about how bad of a day its been.

Soldier will give you a motivational and surprisingly really helpful speech, Demoman will hype you up and tell you it's gonna be okay, and Engie likes to make you your favorite foods to make you feel better.

They're not as touch starved as others may think, but one day they don't see you they start to miss you a lot. Please don't leave them alone for too long, they can go mess around together but it doesn't feel the same with you left out.

♡Sniper and Spy♡

• snipers love language is physical touch and words of affirmation, Spy's is quality time and gift giving.

• you get so spoiled with affection by them

• sniper was always a secluded man, so was spy. But brought together they were amazing....and then your here? The whole relationship is so sweet.

• Sniper will hold your hand any chance he gets, Spy holding your other hand. You three like to go on quiet walks at noon, enjoying the weather and even going to a cafe on the way.

• Spy absolutely spoils the both of you with gifts, expect a gift from him atleast two times a week.

• you guys don't really go to loud areas since Sniper doesn't enjoy them, so your dates are usually real intimate.

I'm talking picnics under a tree as the sun is setting, watching the clouds as the three of you joke and talk about.

Or, romantic dates by the sea...enjoying the scenery and maybe even going for a swim.

You three are the most calm couple out of all of them I'd say.

Even though sniper and spy have many differences, they still are so cute together! they match like puzzle pieces and are great to be with.

• though...there are times those differences do get to them. Sometimes they'd have petty fights over...something. if this does happen, just talk to them both about it and give them some time, they'll just hug it out and it'll be fine then.

• if your ever upset, they will try their best to be there. Sniper will comfort you with the sweetest things you've ever heard, holding you tightly. While Spy gets a reservation at a private restaurant booked for the three of you that night, taking you out and making you forget about your troubles.

• Heavy and Medic both are acts of service and quality time.

• the two of them are even more secluded than Sniper and Spy. Medic is usually always in his medbay working away, while Heavy is usually resting, cleaning Sasha, or doing light reading to pass the time.

The three of you are like that old couple down your street who do the most corny shit ever, knitting for each other except its with medic and heavy and you lmao

Broke your favorite pencil? Heavy will get you a better one. You feel dizzy? Come over to medbay, Medic will prepare and make sure they never bother you again.

Knight was easy lol- design and name wise. I already knew his S/O’s name was Prince/ss (depends on gender lol- and if you don’t like either of those just a neutral Royal title lol) so every good Royal person has a knight in shingling armor- so Knight it was lol.

Chardonnay- Ok I'll be the first to admit, I didn't originally plan on adding Noir when I started (More commonly Wine) so I was cool giving a wine name to Chardonnay and now there are two lmao. But I think Chardonnay is good for SF sans, Also his clothes? 20/10 in love.

Silver- ugh poor Silver, I'm gonna make him relive his trauma :[ but he was an addict underground, and was clean above, but now he's thrown back in the middle of it. So not happy :[ I chose silver as him name since everyone always names him after like money and such, and to semi-match Angel his S/O

Butterfly’s Poison; Blood Chains (Chou no Doku) Part 2 - Hitoshi Fujita Route

Oh dang, so even if you choose Fujita, he can't go on the outing with Shiba because he's just a servant, so Yuriko still ends up getting kissed by Shiba! I don't like that😭 I like how Yuriko refused to take no for an answer and said Fujita must eat out with her next time haha. I guess she will have to be the forceful one since Fujita would never overstep his boundaries. Men who make warm drinks for the girl at night when she can't sleep or have no appetite are always the best!! It's funny because I had hot chocolate right before reading this so I can feel how warm it is haha! It's quite cute to see different sides to Yuriko. With Shiba, she's snarky and now with Fujita, she's a bit bratty that it's actually quite adorable haha. It was so cute how excited she was to go watch a movie with Fujita that she even said he's not allowed to refer to her formally and they're to hang out like friends haha, he definitely has his work cut out for him. It must suck to not be able to watch a movie comfortably if you're too short and people in front of you are too tall, I know the feeling for subtitled movies haha, but I get no Fujita who will carry me to see better lol. Considering how Fujita has been beside her for most of her life (I think?), it'll probably take both of them some time to see each other as something more. Feeling them at close proximity is definitely one way for that to occur haha. It's sad that Fujita enjoys spending time with Yuriko but feels like he shouldn't because they are master and servant. I was happy when he asked if there was any way he could help console her when her mother died though. I have to agree with Fujita that the Yuriko in this route really has boundless amounts of energy hahaha, the song definitely fits her, she's never ready to sit still when it comes to wanting to go out and play with Fujita and other things lol.

A common but sad story for Fujita's family that his mother fell in love with a sailor, gave birth and then got left behind when his father returned to his homeland. It's heartbreaking to think of the women left behind having to fend for themselves with a baby, it's probably even worse because Fujita's mother was rich but got disowned because of this. At least she was able to earn a living through teaching piano. It's kinda funny to think about a young Fujita who had such a sweet tooth that his mother had to hide sweets away from him and only give them to him as a reward hahaha. Well, if she says it like that (saying she would be all alone in this house if Fujita keeps treating her like a stranger), of course Fujita can't put her at a distance, especially since her parents passed away so quickly and suddenly, and Mizuhito is never here. It's really cute how Yuriko can so honestly act like a child towards Fujita and so innocently hug him in happiness because he agreed to talk more about himself to her. I think it's so endearing, and honestly, I would be so touched if I was Fujita. I think of myself as a boring person as well, so if I saw someone so genuinely happy that I agreed to tell them more about myself, I think I wouldn't be able to stop myself from feeling happy and appreciated too. Hahahah, I didn't expect to see Fujita in a frilly white apron! That's so cute lmao. The Nomiya family really are so blessed to have Fujita as their butler. He has no qualms for doing anything and everything even if it is outside of his role as a butler. He truly serves the family because he genuinely wants to help them out as much as he can. It seems that discrimination against his mixed blood is a bigger deal than expected, so Fujita has been eternally grateful towards Yuriko's father for employing him and even making him the head of the servants. It's really sweet of Yuriko tell Fujita that he's family and that she wishes for his happiness just as he does for her and her family. It was heartbreaking to hear him so bluntly reject the notion of her considering him family. Like, I understand his perspective but like Yuriko, it definitely hurt.

I am surprised Fujita agreed to go back to his hometown with Yuriko. I don't know how it feels to go back to your hometown to find no traces of the space you spent your childhood because it got demolished but I do know the nostalgic feeling of going back somewhere you used to always be feeling like it never happened and that your past didn't exist and it's a very melancholic feeling, so I would think Fujita feels worse but at least he had Yuriko with him. It's true that we can't prevent change and it's for the best usually when it improves the town but as Fujita said even if the house is gone, his memories with his mother are in his heart. The only sad thing is that when even your memories become fuzzy, and that's when you feel like you're a horrible person for forgetting even if it can't be helped. For me, I feel like there are so many things I've forgotten that I shouldn't have and it hurts to think that I can only remember a bit, it makes me feel heartless for my mind to think it wasn't useful and to forget it, but no matter how hard I try to remember, I can never again clearly grasp how I really felt when it came to these memories. I used to be proud of how good my memory was, but as I got older, I find it difficult to remember many things I feel like I should remember.

It was really sweet when Fujita said people can always create new memories, and that coming here with Yuriko has now become one of his important memories of this town. I would feel really honoured if I was Yuriko haha. I actually quite enjoy how Yuriko is experiencing the tumultuous emotions of love when it comes to Fujita, especially being a bit frightened at the fact that she realises she can also be so rash and do things without thinking of the consequences just because she's so mad at Fujita for being so expressionless towards her potential marriage with someone else. As someone who also vividly remembers how love can make you do the most silly and irrational things, I couldn't help but empathise. It's interesting that if it isn't Shiba's route, he doesn't cause a fuss in public in front of Iida when he sees them but instead visits her home to question her about it. I was super cheering Yuriko on when she expressed her frustration about how Fujita hasn't reacted to anything and then clearly confessed her feelings for him, like dang you go girl! If he didn't kiss her, I would have been mad because it's about time he cracked haha. I get it but it was pretty funny to see Fujita be the one to run away after kissing her, and Yuriko be the one baffled as to what just happened lol.

Mizuhito has played with the maids before too? Dang, thought it was just outside. I don't blame Fujita, he's been thrown away by the women he's dated so many times, he feels tired and scared, but I really like Yuriko's attitude towards it. She's so tired of Fujita not doing anything, she tells him to make advances on her and try to make her change her mind and not leave instead of merely accepting that things are as it is. She wants him to more aggressively pursue her and make it that she can't live without him and I guess that's what he has always been lacking towards his partners - he has never showed them how much he really likes and wants them. But considering how tough of a life he had to see his mother lead, I'm sure that's also a part of the reason why he refuses to go against the status quo. I'm glad Fujita has come around after the debacle with Majima, but their debts really were resolved so easily with the debt certificates returning to them after Majima bought them and gave it back to the house for some reason? Maybe we'll get more elaboration on that in another route lol, like why did Majima do that? To give Fujita a happy ending?🤣 LMAO at Yuriko wondering how Fujita handled his libido before they got married and when he was single because of his sexual appetite😂😂 I think it's sweet that on the outside Yuriko has been isolated from her relatives because she married a butler, but everyone actually still very much cares for her and understands her choice by sending them gifts, that's cute. I knew there would be an ending where Fujita would basically be like a mistress but I feel bad for Shiba. He wanted Yuriko so much, he agreed to her having another partner. I also feel sorry for Fujita, like omg, to see him so openly cling to Yuriko in front of other servants? Yuriko really does seem to have broken him with how sadistic she is. When Mizuhito first came back with money, I was suspicious, but I didn't want to accept that he was prostituting himself, that's just so so sad... I'm not sure what to think of the private club ending because it didn't have much to do with Fujita unless I'm missing something? The CG was pretty even though it was disgusting though lol.

Overall, if I were to describe Shiba's route as a rollercoaster where I was excited in the beginning when he saved her, and then I fell into the abyss when he started being quite a jerk, and then I liked him again after he confessed properly, then I'll have to describe Fujita's route to be as if you're enjoying a boat ride on a lake, pretty calm and peaceful most of the route with no high or lows. I didn't mind the route but I can see why people would view it as boring because Fujita is a very passive man that refuses to do anything and show his feelings towards Yuriko until pushed to the brink. Even though he was like that though, I did enjoy their little dates going back to his hometown and getting to know each other better outside of their master and servant relationship. I also liked how Yuriko acted very bratty in this route, it was pretty fun to see a different side to her that's childish and impulsive, especially the tragic ending, like dang that was unexpected haha. The relationship really felt like the cute kind of age gap love where the younger one does their best to break down the barriers of the older one into accepting a relationship that they couldn't view as socially acceptable, so it has all the angst, rejection and tantrums thrown and pain that comes with the rollercoaster of emotions of wanting the other to reciprocate and just abandon all social responsibilities and views. I guess it's kinda cute lol, but nothing special or different, so yeah, it's not a bad route for me haha, especially since I did enjoy the peaceful beginning.

saeyoung has... stranger more unique ways to show you affection, and the pet names he uses do not escape his whacky tendencies - uses pet names as a way to put a smile on your face and to make you laugh, to see that cute bright smile on your face! of course though, saeyoung has a (small) share of pet names that are more sensical and have some sort of more obvious meaning behind them. he starts off using dumb pet names, then as he gets emotionally attached stops, then he accepts he loves you and starts using really cheesey pet names, theenn he regains some of his happiness with you and becomes more jokey again (WHEW!).

okay so - it’s assumed that saeran is actually a DID system but i’m writing for good end saeran because um - lets be honest the alters were not the most healthy and probably wouldn’t have been doing any pet name calling (ray being too insecure, black suit saeran and unknown... being black suit saeran and unknown? it would have been sarcastic and mean)

after all of the hardships you guys had gone through... saeran was TERRIFIED that you would leave because why on earth would you want to stick by with him i mean?? all he had known his whole life is literally mistreatment he thought you were too good to be true. but you stuck by and you gave him what he had needed for so long - you always made him feel safe and he finally belonged somewhere, felt like the world wasn’t ALWAYS out for him, he could breathe easier now. very reluctant at first - messing up with you especially gave him paralyzing fear. but then you showed him such loyalty, he looked at you and saw that yes you made mistakes, that you were human, and you reminded him that it was okay to be human too. so slowly he trusted that you would accept him being affectionate back - he wanted to appreciate you like you appreciated him - despite all of the flaws he saw in himself constantly. (WHOO I LOVE SAERAN SO MUCH OMG CAN YOU TELL??)

pet names include: - angel (do i need to explain this?? you’ve saved his life - his future, everything. he sees you with a halo around your head constantly, even at your darkest moments, because he’s been there before too!) - flower (at first glance may seem like a cute thing because ray liked gardening - which sure part of it is that - but moreover he talks about your beauty when he uses this pet name, about how happy you make him, he sees you as someone delicate and gentle yet at the same time someone bold and bright - someone that the world NEEDS) - sunshine (you brighten his day, his month, his year, his life - aaand well a garden does need sunshine doesn’t it? you keep him going when he feels like giving up) - love and dear (too classic not to be included with a man that wore fancy suits JHGH)  - sweetheart/sweetie/honey (along with his big sweet tooth - he thinks you’re the sweetest person he’s ever met) - sugarplum (pls let me have this)

Agh, sorry this is so late! I was planning on posting at least two more stories for #jttwfestival2020, so naturally my computer decided to break down the last few weeks of December. ;;

So, here is my exceedingly late contribution for Day #6: Make Your Own Bizarre AU! I will be cross-posting this on my AO3 profile, RavenMoon33, so feel free to check it out there as well.

This is a superhero AU (because I’m just a sucker for those tbh), so for some basic information:

Guanyin is a director/supervisor (think Nick Fury but better) working for the Lotus Syndicate (superhero agency) who goes under the codename Bodhisattva, Sanzang is one of her tech guys (think Q) whose codename is Monk, while the rest of the pilgrims are miscellaneous superheroes put together to be one of the Lotus Syndicates best superhero teams.

I’m already building up a bigger story and world for this (because I can’t seem to help myself apparently) and I do plan on continuing it with at least a few more parts/chapters. I’m not sure yet if I’ll be posting subsequent parts on Tumblr or if I’ll just keep them all on AO3 in a single story/series (purely out of laziness lmao) so keep an eye out for updates there if you like it.

“Monk, thank you for coming on such short notice. Please, take a seat.” Sanzang took a deep breath to hide his nerves and did as Guanyin bid him, sinking into the comfortable cushioned chair opposite her desk as well as he could with prickles of anxiety keeping his body tense and alert. He kept his briefcase clutched tightly to his chest as if it could be a barrier between them. 

“There’s no need to be so anxious,” she laughed, “I promise I didn’t call you here for anything bad.” He gave a pointed look to the tea set and trays of cookies and sweets positioned strategically on the desk, an obvious bribe if ever he saw one.

“Bodhisattva, the last time you called me in here like this you assigned me to the Five Finger Mountain case.” 

“Which turned out well, didn’t it?” She replied, sipping serenely at her tea. He blinked at her, flabbergasted, for a moment.

“I nearly died at least three times, nearly got fired, and spent a full month surviving in the woods on my own!” He stood up angrily when she just continued to stir her tea, pointing an accusing finger at her. “I’m just a tech guy, I wasn’t even supposed to be out on the field! What part of that is good?”

“The part where you rooted out dozens of spies in our network, exposed one of our highest-ranking members for corruption, and got half a dozen of our operatives out of enemy territory after they’d been held prisoner for years, all from your computer in the middle of a run-down shack in the woods?” 

He opened his mouth to protest, he had just been doing his job after all, but she cut him off before he could even start. 

“Or perhaps before that, when you helped save countless civilian lives by actively going out to the mountain site yourself and manually disabling the satellite gun before it could wipe out a quarter of the population, because no one else would listen to you and I was busy being framed for everything going wrong?” He sheepishly sunk down into his seat at her firm look, fighting the urge to hide his very red face in his hands. 

He couldn’t exactly brush the whole thing off as nothing with her sitting right there in front of him, knowing more about what exactly those two months had been like for him than anyone else did. She didn’t seem angry at least, the same as she had when he refused a promotion and the rewarded recognition the higher-ups offered him after it was all said and done. 

(He didn’t want the glory of being the person who wasn’t fast enough, smart enough, good enough to save the seventeen people who died between the time he figured out what was really going on and the time he finally gave up on The Lotus Syndicate getting anything done and going rogue. Three days, seventeen people- he should’ve been better. He didn’t want the operatives who made it out of there trying to thank him when they’d been stuck in a dark basement for months, some years, while he’d been off doing who knows what. He should’ve been better. He didn’t want the glory). 

But she at least understood, later, when he explained it to her, so she wasn’t angry anymore. He still couldn’t bear to meet her eyes though. Eventually, she took pity on him, handing him a steaming cup of tea. An olive branch. 

A few moments of silence passed.

“I was just doing my job.” He muttered at last, sullenly stirring sugar into his tea, accepting the silent apology for what it was. Neither of them liked to think too deeply about that time. She smiled gently at him, the warmth of it easing the tension out of his muscles. The tense air around them cleared.

“And you performed admirably. You are one of the best tech operatives in the business after all, if not the best.” He shook his head slightly, but didn’t try to protest. Questionable heroics aside, he was good at what he did, and they both knew it. “Which is why I’ve called you in here today. I have a new assignment for you.” 

He perked up when she placed a folder on the desk between them, eager to leave the shadowy confines of the past behind. Besides, he’d been stuck on filing duty for the past month thanks to Guanyin’s momentary absence and his temporary supervisor hating his guts for whatever reason, and he was bored.

“What is it?” He asked, even as he reached forward and plucked the folder off the desk.

“Have you heard of the Nomads?” He snorted and gave her a disbelieving look.

“No,” he drawled sarcastically, “I can’t say I’ve heard of our most powerful superhero team, the ones who have racked up almost half a trillion dollars in damages in the last year alone and who have single handedly caused the PR department to go on strike no less than three times in the last two years.” Her mouth twisted into a wry yet fond smile.

“They are a handful, but their results more than make up for their more… unique methods.”

“Reckless methods, more like it.” He muttered, starting to flip through the file when she only nodded serenely at him. “What about them?”

“I want you to be their new tech.” He nearly choked on his tea.

“You want me to what?!”

“Be their new tech.” She repeated firmly, setting down her teacup and fixing him with the no-nonsense look he knew better than to ignore. “They’ve become one of our most powerful assets in only two years, but any team without a good tech is basically flying blind. They’ve been doing good out on the field, but they’re not as new as they used to be. The enemy will start to figure out their weaknesses soon, and without a good operative they can trust to lead them well when they’re in dangerous situations, they have a pretty glaring one.”

“You’re not telling me they’ve been operating for two years without a tech?!” He asked incredulously.

“Of course not! I make sure they have a tech for every mission, but,” here she sighed and rubbed at her temple, and she must’ve been exceedingly stressed out if she was actually showing physical signs of it, “they’ve also managed to drive away every tech I’ve assigned to them within a month or flat out refuse to work with the ones who don’t run. They need a good operative, someone competent who won’t run away when the going gets tough, until I can find a more permanent replacement. The pickings are slim, and I want to avoid having to start poaching techs from other departments if I can help it.” 

She looked at him then, her eyes beseeching him in the way they only did when she was asking for a favor as a friend, and not as his boss. 

“You’re the best pick for the job, because you know what you’re doing and I know I can count on you to do it well.” He could feel himself wavering now, and he could tell she knew it too. “Please Sanzang, you’re the only person I can trust with this right now.” He sighed and slumped back in his chair, defeated.

“How long do you want me on this then?” 

“Seventeen months.”

“Seventeen-?!”

“Just until my assistant, Novice, gets back from his mission with the Jade Apprentices,” she interrupted, a hand raised in a plea for civility, “then you can have any position or assignment you want as thanks for taking this one on.” 

He paused, considering.

“Even at Thunderclap? You know I don’t like working on the field.” And a position at Thunderclap would practically guarantee he’d never have to go on the field again.

“Yes,” she nodded after a significant pause, though she didn’t seem particularly happy about it, “even at Thunderclap. You’ve more than earned it, if that’s what you truly want.” He sighed in relief and nodded. 

“Alright then. Seventeen months.”

“Seventeen months.” She agreed. “You can have the rest of today off, but you’ll be flying out to their main base in Beijing tomorrow morning. I’ll send you the relevant details tonight, but until then try to get some rest. You’ll need it.”

Sanzang did not rest. Once he got home (or rather, the hotel room he’d been living out of for the past few weeks- staying in the same place for too long made him nervous nowadays) he hunkered down in front of his computer monitors and spent the night doing research on the group he’d be spending the next year and a half babysitting.

The Nomads were made up of four members, each more powerful and dangerous than the next. 

Freefall, Red Sand, Nine-Toothed Boar, and last but certainly not least, their leader Great Sage. 

With the notable exception of Great Sage, each member of the group had been employed by the Lotus Syndicate for at least a few years before falling out of grace in one way or another, whether through an excessive amount of public damage getting them demoted to less than stellar positions in the Syndicate (Freefall and Red Sand) or the sheer amount of HR complaints getting them flat-out fired (Nine-Toothed Boar). 

The three of them were only reinstated as high-ranking superheroes after the Five Finger Mountain incident revealed a distressing amount of Lotus’ heroes to be corrupt, severely depleting the Syndicate’s fighting force and requiring many previously fired or demoted heroes to be reinstated (even if only temporarily).

 The three were put on a team with one of the Syndicate’s newest and most powerful superheroes (Great Sage, who as far as Sanzang could tell seemed to have popped up out of nowhere) both as a PR stunt (public damage and HR complaints or not, the three were still public favorites and no one was more popular in the public eye than the Great Sage himself) and as a way to keep a close eye on all of them, just in case.

Regardless of their rocky relationship with the Lotus Syndicate however, no one could deny they did amazing work. 

It seemed every week there was a new story popping up in headlines about their latest accomplishment in making the world a safer place; stopping bank robberies, rescuing hostages, uncovering shady gang operations, saving the entire world from some type of otherworldly threat, fetching cats stuck in trees- you name it, they’ve done it at least twice in the past six months alone. 

Sanzang couldn’t deny they did a lot of good, helped a lot of people, but even just looking at the reports on the damages left over from their altercations with criminals made a headache start throbbing behind his eyes. And he wasn’t even technically responsible for them yet! 

He sighed and started compiling folders on all four of them; their powers, their personalities, their greatest successes, their worst failures, every scrap of a clue to each one’s backstory. 

Forewarned is forearmed after all, and dammit, Sanzang was nothing if not prepared.

(Sanzang would soon come to learn that when it came to dealing with the Nomads, there was, in fact, no way to be prepared.)

Hey TT, when answering the skelebae quiz, I would always get Sans and it surprises me how many poeple could get Stretch. No matter how many times I tried I’d never get him( I could even get Edge and Black lmao) so what’s the secret to obtaining his metaphorical heart?

Oh man, it’s been so long since I’ve made this quiz.  I honestly have a new quiz halfway typed up in my drafts, so I’m gonna aim to get that out soon.  ;D  But I just took the old one, and I got Mutt (here’s a breakdown of his quiz answers, if anyone’s interested), but I had no idea that Stretch was the skele the most people have gotten!  

Stretch’s answers center around family and creativity.  I always thought he’d be a good partner to be genuinely interested in things you make.  You’re writing?  He’d be an amazing beta reader.  You’ve drawn something?  He wants to see it, and he’d be happy to pose for you or help you with reference shots.  You’re sculpting, sewing, crocheting?   He’s nearby, either watching or scrolling through his phone, but he’s definitely interested in the process.

He also shares a Mutt answer “Goal?  I’m just trying to make it through the day” because he can definitely relate, and he also has the “to be the best version of myself” answer because I think he’s someone that can help with that.  He’s always good with advice and being there for you.  (He also has the “I wanted a new life, as a different person” answer for the same reasoning.)

His ideal date answers are the lazier options -- couch cuddles and “I’m more of a casual person.”

Pranks and nsfw humor are his sense of humor answers -- the latter because I have him tease Edge with that kind of humor so often, so I feel that he appreciates it.

He cares about his friends' well-being above all else (”make sure your friend is all right”) and values complete honesty.  (”Always; honesty is important”)  Sans and Edge also share that answer, by the way.

His jealousy answer is “Sure, who isn’t?”, but it isn’t because he’s a jealous person.  It’s because he’s so laid-back and nonchalant that he wouldn’t be upset if you were; he’d be able to talk to you calmly about it and find out why you’re feeling that way.  

For the Underground questions, he’s got the “took all the candy” answer because of his sweet tooth, he doesn’t care for dogs or cats (I’m thinking Temmie and the annoying dog makes him not really care here), and he’d rather lie in the Echo Flowers and listen to the ghosts of conversations.  

When it comes to if you’re going to initiate a conversation with them, Stretch got the “depends on the social setting and my anxiety levels” because I think he’d be the one most likely to speak to you first.  Plus, he’s really good at making you feel included in conversations and introducing you to new people to ease that anxiety.

 He got the “I forgive so easily that I let people walk all over me” answer because he wouldn’t exploit that.  But he also isn’t the type to hold a grudge.  Also, he got the “Lock yourself in the bathroom and refuse to speak when he pounds on the door.” answer because I think he’d be good at dealing with it.  He could talk you down from the other side, or give you space until you’re ready to come out; he’s patient.   He’s also perceptive af, as you guys know, so when dealing with negative emotions, if you answered, “I try to hide it, but I end up making passive remarks and hinting at how I feel,” he’s the skele best suited to pick up on that.

 I think the problem with that quiz is that there’s too many overlapping answers.  Sans and Stretch have such similar personalities that they do share some of these answers, too.

Garou can recover from basic corny pick up lines with relative ease once he gets used to them. But it’s the real intimate AND corny ones that get him to be the flustered wolfboy that ties his tongue together, his wittiness coming to a halt.

“I’m fighting the urge to make you the happiest man on earth tonight.”

The low, breathy, intimate lilt to their voice as they say that to him? Whispering it into his ear to make sure nobody knows what they’re saying? To make sure that their words are meant for him and no one else? That they mean it, and that this isn’t a prank?

Imagine that when they’re in private. Garou would try and bark out a laugh and taunting remark to cover up how flustered he is. But if they kept going, kept smooth talking him, tell him how much they loved him…

God knows how red Garou’s face would be. That bravado would slowly break apart until you have Garou hesitantly, but not unwillingly, be quietly more submissive. You order him to cuddle you? He’ll let out a half hearted huff, eyebrows furrowed down, eyes not looking at you, and nuzzles into your hand. Praise normally feeds into his ego, but heartfelt whispers about how sweet he is, how handsome he is, how he’s such a good boy?

Garou pretends that they’re cheesy lines that makes him groan in exasperation and tells them to stop, just like any other guy who hates corny stuff. But only part of it is true. One of the reasons he hated them was because they reminded him how alone and alienated he was from the status quo- he never particularly wanted a relationship himself, but with the way that the people around him kept cooing over their loved ones, a part of him knew that he was never particularly liked enough to have a sweetheart if he wanted a relationship. It’s just one of those things that made him bitter about what the popular can have but the hated cannot.

He’s witty enough to respond to cheesy lines over time, but the ones that really get him are intimate ones whispered only to him. Those ones aren’t challenges or playful teasing, but ones that cherish him.

Garou can act like the tough guy all he wants, but he’ll turn away so they don’t see his face. Way too embarrassing. ;3

Garou freezes, whirls around and sees a cute teen around his age asking for his number. Garou has a bit of a blush on his face, but it’s only a bit. Hell, no one hit on him before, so that must mean the lovesick sap meant that for someone else.

Garou turns around and keeps walking, scoffing to himself. Probably for one of the people in front of him.

“You don’t want my number, hero hunter?”

Garou chokes on his words and turns around again, the same guy/girl looking at him with a bit of a mischievous glint in their eyes, laced with a bit of confusion at him leaving.

Garou furrows his brow and slowly walks over to them, the visual not unlike a wary stray dog coming over to greet a human offering food.He stops right in front of them, glowering. “Look, you. I don’t know who put you up to this, but you’re messing with the wrong guy. Do you know who I am, dumbass?”

The offender just smiles, and takes a step forward. Garou’s glare intensified as a result of him not wanting to take a step back in response, but he’d be lying if he said he wasn’t a little wary of the look that they’re giving him. Scowls, glares, empty looks hiding disgust or rage, fear stricken eyes, he’s seen them all in his hero hunting career.

There’s no trace of it here. He can’t bargain to get them to leave him alone when they aren’t afraid of him or when they don’t want to capture him for some sweet, sweet cash.

He’s out of his element, but he’s survived worse, didn’t he? He can take out a squad of heroes while severely injured- he sure as hell can adapt and learn from a new threat.

The teen laces their hands together behind their back, and Garou’s eyes flick to them. Their clothing didn’t exactly have any pockets, and on this warm day, the material was pretty thin. The weapon they’d be hiding would be thin and all too easy to block or dodge. If they knew who he was, odds are that it’s going to be poisoned. Something powerful enough to kill him.

But they didn’t pull out a weapon. Nothing up their sleeves or from their pants.Their hands just laced together and their posture relaxed into a more coy demeanor. Garou’s eyes flicked back to their face, and holy-

“Everyone knows your name, Garou. But I want to be the only one who knows how you scream mine in bed.”

“WHA-“

Garou hisses in shocked mortification and bolts from them for a good foot or two. They were in a public space god damn it! There were only a few people around, but even they were starting to stare and whisper to each other. That little outburst got him more than a gasp from their ‘audience.’

Wait a fucking second.

Garou’s shock twisted into a hatred. No wonder they were acting so cutesy.“Real fucking classy, amateur. You think you’d have the balls and the wits to humiliate me in front of your fans?”

The teen’s eyebrows shot up to their forehead. Suddenly, the recognition sets in as they look to their sides, a few housewives whispering to each other in their doorways, quickly looking away when they catch them.

But none of it registers to Garou. The hatred- the self hatred- boils under his skin and wrenches his heart as an ugly feeling washes over him.

Memories of being torn down and humiliated as a kid- a girl who was the leader of her group laughing after revealing that her confession was a lie, her friends capturing it all on video. Memories of angry tears running down his face when they mock him for being such a sissy for blushing and smiling the way he did, and giving a heartfelt thanks for the beautiful bouquet of flowers she gave him.

The same one that was snatched from him and given to her boyfriend, who walked into the room upon her giving the cue. Taller, older, and playing for the school’s football team. A smug smile was the last thing Garou saw from her before a swift punch to his face from her boyfriend knocked his gaze to the floor, the aching, bruising feeling, the iron taste on his tongue, the loose tooth waggling from its place- it was all too much. He ran away from the little birthday ‘party’ he was invited to, the video and its views online acting as her sick present.

He didn’t bother coming to school that day. Tacchan would’ve seen it too.

But the H.A. was after his ass, and they’d do anything to pin any blame on his name for any sort of crime- misdemeanor or not.

He spat at the person’s feet and stalked away into the crowd, not noticing the apology on the tip of their tongue, the sorry look on their face, as he bit out some sweet, parting words:
