desc: you, ( name ), are jake and neytiri's oldest daughter. being already 18 and under tsu'tey's wing ( he isn't dead in here because i love him and i want uncle tsu'tey content ) you are ready to step up as the next olo'eyktan once your father was ready to give up his spot within the next couple of years but of course that wasn't the case.

said the male na'vi as he observed the young woman's arrow missing its target once more.

" come on now uncle tsu'tey cut me some slack, we've been at it since the first the first rays of sun . " the woman groaned, tired and hungry .

" . . . fine, you've won this time ( name ), you're dismissed, go before i change my mind . "

with a quick smile and a fast kiss on her uncle's cheek ( name ) started making her way towards her family's tent for breakfast and to spend quality time with them before today's raid .

" ( name )! guys! ( name ) is back! " exclaimed tuk while sprinting towards her older sister ready to embrace her .

" tuktuk, good morning! oh and good morning mother! " greeted ( name ), picking up tuk and making her way towards her mother, neytiri who was sitting outside basking in the crisp air of the forest . " i'm assuming that kiri is with grandma but where are neteyam, lo'ak and dad? "

" good morning, my daughter, and yes, you're assuming correctly, kiri is with grandma as for your brothers and father they've went for a morning fly. " replied neytiri while handing ( name ) a leaf plate of fruits . " it's a shame that you will not be attending the raid today but i understand, your uncle can be quite harsh on you. "

" you can say that again! " chuckled ( name ) while putting tuk down and taking the plate . " and thank you for the food, i haven't gotten the chance to eat yet. " going inside and sitting down, the young woman begins eating before laying down and drifting into dreamland.

it was the screeching of ikrans that woke the girl up, had she slept through the whole raid? that was new but also something she was expecting after training for the whole morning. getting up and changing her attire, ( name ) made her way towards the raid party and before she could see them, she heard them, well she heard him.

" YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE SPOTTERS! YOU SPOT ENEMIES FROM A DISTANCE! DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR? " hissed her father . " jesus i let you two geniuses fly on a mission and you disobey direct orders . "

" sir i take full responsibility— " started neteyam.

" YEAH THAT'S RIGHT! you're the older brother, you should act like that, i knew i should've taken your sister instead of you two knuckleheads. "

" and you should've also known that their older sister would be listening to you scold your two kids as if we're in the military, father or should i say, sir? " said ( name ) while raising one of her eyebrows. " neteyam is actively bleeding and you're yelling at them. look at them, LOOK! they are hurt. you may continue this little tantrum once they get healed. "

" ( name ) please— "

ignoring her dad, the girl walked towards her brothers, looking over them and frowning upon seeing their injuries. " you two, go get patched up, i'll handle this. " she gently told them as her hands stroked both of their cheeks before they both made their way towards the medical tent.

( name ) turns towards her father with a scowl on her face as soon as she saw that her siblings were nowhere in site. " what was that about? "

" they were— "

" actually i wish to not know. " sighed ( name ). " father i understand where you're coming from but please try to understand them as well. all that neteyam and lo'ak want is to please you and your expectations, and that's hard on them. i'm not saying to not scold them but maybe try to talk and listen to them because if you don't then karma will come and bite your ass when you least expected. " finished ( name ) as she walked up to her dad and hugged him before making her way to where her siblings were .

nothing could've prepared ( name ) for the next day however.

" w— what do you mean we're leaving? what about the forest? th— the people ? i cant abandon them father, i CAN'T . " panicked the older girl once she heard the news of her family's departure. " i've trained night and day so i can take your place and care for the omaticaya people, i'm sorry but i cannot— you cannot ask me to leave them, i won't. "

" then what will you do ( name )? stay here and hope for the worst? what if you die? i cant lose you daughter . . . " said jake as he started tearing up.

a sigh and heartfelt hug were seen and heard before the girl started speaking again .

" i will take your place as olo'eyktan, i won't be alone, i'll have uncle tsu'tey. i've learned all there is to learn so please, leave me behind, escape father. " she pulled away from the hug slightly to look at the rest of her family before continuing. " take mom, tuk, kiri, lo'ak and neteyam and keep them safe, i know you can dad. and meanwhile i will be taking care of the people, i'll make sure that when you come back the forest will be the same as when you left. "

pulling away she grabs a hold on her dad's hands and looks him in the eyes.

" trust me father, trust my way. "

I hope you're doing well ! I'd like to ask for an imagine on a subject I've rarely seen.

It would be a "sully family x mom!reader" where Jake and reader are mate (not Neytiri) they start a family, Neteyam, Lo'ak, Kiri and Tuk. In short, the Sully family except it's not Neytiri, but the reader.

And my idea is that in the final battle, instead of Neteyam dying, it's the reader who sacrifices herself to save her family ?

You had fallen in love with the dream walker that your sister had brought home fifteen years ago, and you didn't know you could have a future with him until you did. Jake sully had won your heart and it seems like you won him over as well, as you had taken him as your mate and he had taken you as his wife. Within those fifteen years you had made a life with him having children and having happier but that happiest was not melt to last.

Jake " we have to get to the children"

neytiri " Jake I will help you free the children"

y/n " I can help as well ma Jake and sister" Jake and neytiri looked at you worried to death, you are not a fighter but a healer like you mother.

neytiri " no sister you most stay here"

y/n " neytiri those are my babies out there and their friends, we are going to need all the help to save them"

Jake " please honey"

y/n " I need to help save my children and their friends I will not let, innocent lives be take today or any other day" Jake and Neytiri soon let you come with the group.

Jake " if you get to them free them and make sure they get into the water and get away"

y/n " yes my love" The tiro had soon taken off and got the other warriors ready for battle, to go save the children from the RDA as everyone else was fighting you had sneaked towards the boat.

y/n " find the children and get them to safety" you are now on the boat walking slowly and swiftly, as you are trying not to be spotted by any of the RDA.

solider " hey stopped right there" you soon had seen the solider and soon went into overprotective mother mood, and you soon attacked the solider tossing them off board.

y/n " no one is keeping me from my children" you soon followed the sound of cries and those were tuk cries, as you had peeked around the corner you saw the kids.

soilder 3 " why did you get stuck on watching these annoying kids"

solider 2 " be quite kid once you dad is here we will have our revenge" you had soon came out of hiding as the solider looked at you, they were shocked that navi got onboard their ship.

sully kids " mom"

metkayain kids " y/n" you soon hiss at the soliders as you held your blade ready for a fight, you will do anything to keep your kids safe from harm and their friends as well.

solider 2 " get her" the soldiers were coming at you but you had fought back toss some of them off board and others else where on the boat. Once they were all out you soon made you way towards the kids.

neteyam " mom you came for us"

y/n " yes I did babies" you had freed neteyam some the cuff and soon gave him another blade.

y/n " help me free the others"

neteyam " yes" neteyam and you had freed the others kids from their cuffs.

tuk " mama"

y/n " I'm here now baby girl it will be okay mama promises"

solider " not so fast lady" more rda solider had shown up as you had pushed tuk behind you as the older kids, got ready for a fight. Soon there was sound and payakan had come jumping out from the water and soon landing on the rda solider knowing them out.

kids " payakan" payakan soon had rolled back into the water and swam to the other side of the boat.

y/n " everyone onto payakan right now"

lo'ak " mom"

y/n " yes lo'ak wait where is spider"

lo'ak " they still have him mom we have to help him"

y/n " yes we most but everyone else not payakan now"

neteyam " mom I'm coming with you for help"

aonung " come on tuk lets go" aonung had helped tuk into the water, along with helping his sister and kiri.

rotxo " we will swig back for you three and spider"

neteyam " thanks" rotox and aonung soon dove into the water as well as everyone got onto payakan, who soon dove under water and swam away a bit.

y/n " now come on let go save spider" the boys soon followed after as there is a race tp save spider, the boys had spotted him with some RDA soldiers.

y/n " be safe and don't do anything to reckless" the boys had nodded their head as the trio soon jumped into action, and saved spider from his capture.

y/n " spider I'm happy you are safe we can talk later run now all three of you, we need to get off of here" the boys had nodded their heads and soon run as lyle had come. the boys were helping to fight but lyle was not giving up, soon the three had reached a place to jump into the water.

y/n " go go go now"

lo'ak " yes mom" lo'ak and spider had jumped first and soon there is you and neteyam.

Lyle " hey miss sully and junior sully" lyle had started fighting off his gun towards you and neteyam. You had soon grabbed neteyam protecting him from the danger, and soon tossing him into the water and following after him.

lo'ak " we made it"

spider " that was scary"

neteyam " mom are you okay"

y/n " I'm ... ahhh I think I was hit" the three boys panic as they soon to see blood in the water.

tsireya " guys over here"

lo'ak " help our mom has been hit she needs help" all the kids seem panic as payakan moved quickly, you had been helped onto payakan.

kiri " mom we got you someone called dad tsireya can you help me"

tsireya " yes I can help you"

lo'ak " paean please hurry to village or close enough" neteyam was one the com speaking with his dad, as the kids did their best to help you. You felt horrible because of the pain that was taking place, but mostly how the situation was is effecting the kids.Payakan soon reach a beach not the far from the village.

???? " kids" Jake voice had been heard as him and neytiri race towards you.

neytiri " go get your grandmother and norm right now"

tuk " yes aunt neytiri" tuk had ran off with rotxo coming as well, as the group had moved you onto the sand.

Jake " I'm here my love I'm here you are going to be okay"

y/n " ma Jake thank you for the amazing fifteen years ... please take care of the kids for me and love them for me"

Jake " I love you as well and the kids love you as well" you felt like you were getting sleepy as your sister had helped the girls with you, Jake was holding you asking you to stay awake and talking. Soon everything become blank for you, but you had felt happy that you had been able to save the children.

eywa " my child it not time for you to leave this world you are still need"

eywa " one day you will come here but today not the day" Even before you could say anything else, a bright light had over taken you. As you soon open your eyes and jolted open as you began coughing.

????? " honey" you had soon had been talked into a group hug by your kids and Jake, they are all happy to see you are wake and alive.

Jake " you are back you are really back"

y/n " yes I back"

neytiri " thank you great mother thank you" the family was happy to have you back they had explained how you had dead, and they had been mourning your death, until you had come back to life. Everyone saw this as a miracle that you had come back to them, and not you were not going to leave them just yet. You had done anything a mother would have done sacrificing yourself for the welling of your family, as they are everything to you and you couldn't bare to lose anyone else right now.

"I need to protect what's mine."

PAIRING: Neteyam te Suli Tsyeyk'itan x fem!omatikaya!reader.

SUMMARY: While hunting with Neteyam you encounter a dangerous predator, your beloved wanted to keep you safe.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Okay, so that's my first work and I hope it's great. If you guys want me to write something just tell me and I will do it.

You were with Neteyam hunting in the forest. You made a bet on who would kill an animal first. Neteyam says he will do it, but you also insist that you will win.

After a few long minutes, when nothing appeared in your sight, you thought you couldn't win anymore. However, you heard a small rustle (which fortunately the boy standing behind you didn't hear). The leaves of the bush moved slightly and then a medium-sized animal ran out from behind them.

You nocked your arrow, aimed the right point and shot. The creature fell to the ground, bleeding profusely from the wound where the arrow was stuck.

"Ha! Ftue!" you let out a scream of joy and turned to Neteyam. The boy turned with raised eyebrows, immediately landing his gaze on the lying animal.

Despite the fact that you won, a sincere smile bloomed on his face. He held his bow in his left hand and cupped your cheek with his right hand, stroking your cheek gently with his thumb. "You did it." he laughed.

"I know. I can't wait to tell Kiri. Her older warrior brother, lost to his less experienced girlfriend" you laughed showing your fangs and your hand landed on his chest gently nudging him.

His smile faded as he stared at the spot behind you. He stood still with his hand on your cheek. You wanted to turn around to see what he was looking at, but his grip on the cheek made it impossible.

"Do not move." he whispered, making eye contact with you. "Will you do something for me?"

"Teyam what is this?" you asked, frowning. You didn't understand what he meant.

"You have to get out of here, okay? Run straight to the village." he replied with a stern expression on his face. You thought he was making fun of you and pushed his hand away to see if there was actually something behind you. And it was.

In the place of trees, leaves and bushes stood Thanator. He stood there completely still, calmly watching you. So the earlier animal run, sensing danger in the distance.

"Kä" he said grabbing your arm and turning you towards him. "Kehe" you whispered nervously as you nocked an arrow to your bow.

A stupid order on his part, of course there was no way you would leave him alone with this creature. True, he was a very good fighter, almost like his father, but the Thanator was a deadly threat.

You wanted to turn around and aim an arrow at the animal, but you flinched as the creature roared loudly heading straight for you two.

Maybe it wasn't very logical, but the boy pushed you to the side, so that you fell off a small rock. He nocked his arrow aiming straight at him. For a moment you thought that Thanator was running straight at you, but after a while you realized that he was heading straight at Neteyam.

You couldn't control your thoughts. You must have done something or Neteyam has little chance against this huge creature. You didn't have your bow because it fell off when you fell. So you decided to get his attention.

You jumped like a slingshot and howled loudly, meeting the nervous gaze of the boy who was nodding his head from side to side in incomprehension. But it worked, the animal focused on you. You started running as fast as you could. You avoided trees, branches and bushes, jumping every now and then.

But thanator was dodging everything easily catching up with you. You had to confuse him or he'll get you. You saw a tree whose roots protruded quite high and created a not very durable shelter.

But they might have helped you gain a few seconds advantage on the animal. In the blink of an eye, you jumped into the hole, banging your back against the ground. You hissed in pain as the animal in the meantime began to break through the roots with its huge paws.

Fatal mistake. There was only one side exit, but he would have sensed you and noticed you. You had no choice, Neteyam wasn't around and the roots were starting to break from the weight of the animal.

You crawled out of the hole, but Thanator had already sensed what you were doing and ran around the tree, finding you. You thought you had no chance seeing his mouth wide open roaring at you.

However, before he could do anything, an arrow flew into his mouth, wounding him deeply, causing him to immediately fall to the ground.

You had your hand on your chest with shock written all over your face. You turned around and saw Neteyam standing a few feet away.

When he saw you were scared, he ran to you and took your face in his hands. "Are you okay? Did he hurt you?" he asked, checking you from head to toe. "Kehe" you gasped as you made eye contact with him.

His gaze was concerned and warm. You stood on your tiptoes and pressed your lips together in a deep kiss. Neteyam grabbed your waist with one hand and grabbed your back with the other, whereupon you broke the kiss and hissed in pain.

"What? Let me see" he spun you back then his eyes landed on the bloody nape of your neck. When you fell into the hole, you must have cut yourself on one of the sharp branches.

"I'm fine." You turned to him slightly annoyed. "And you're not. You wanted to be alone with Thanator and tell me to go to the village? That was crazy." You changed the subject and stared at him angrily, which made him chuckle pulling you closer to him.

"I need to protect what's mine." he said stroking your head. "Right? I could handle him, you were crazy to get his attention."

"Mhm, I have to protect what's mine too, Teyam." You repeated his words, smiling widely.

"Okay, let's go, we need to dress your wound." he said, looking out of the corner of his eye at the animal that was already dead. He grabbed your hand and you walked towards the village.

"Irayo Si, Neteyam." you looked at him. To which he looked back.

"Irayo Si, Y/n."

My interpretation of Itachi's character is fairly contrasting with yours. I pose my arguments against your analysis. I hope I would get a lead unto having an unbiased opinion.

Itachi's position in here between was a rock and a hard place. Having witnessed horrors of wars he chose to the stop war. It wasn't the best decision but even still he accomplished many things.

A new Forth Great Ninja war was prevented. Uchihas plan wasn't to reform the government it was to take control of them. Their desires were clearly reflected in their demands. While half of them was about freedom, the rest was only to control village. This, along with Obito's plan for revenge and war, will definitely start a war.

Madara, with the pact, was foiled for more than seven years long enough for the strong Shinobis like Naruto and Sasuke to grow up and defeat him.

Sasuke's life was saved. Itachi would go at all lengths to protect his brother. Afterall, its only obvious he would be over-protective of Sasuke since both loved each other a lot(as siblings).

The Uchiha's reputation were saved. Imagine what would have happened to the Uchihas after the war. The people were already suspicious of the Uchihas and now we will have never ending persecution and would be branded as traitors, doesn't matter if the coup won or lost. The coup wasn't about reforming anyway.

People in the village got to be safe too.

And despite all these he still regretted a lot enough that he wanted the person he adored the most to kill him. Also, no one here is trying to justify his action. A justification and a reason has a clear distinction. Just because there was a reason it doesn't make the acts were justified. He himself acknowledged that. The writer didn't try to justify nor did Itachi himself. People like, Hashirama and Naruto, appreciated the role he played and praised him as a Shinobi.(being seen as a villan while protecting the people isn't easy, btw). They weren't justifying or glorifying his actions in any instance.

He wasn't an absolute nationalist. He he was an idealist. His motivations most cases(especially while making big decisions)were to 'not beget war' and 'maintain peace'. Doesn't matter if Uchihas managed to control the village it still starts war, death, destruction and countless losses which is exactly what Itachi hated from when he was 4. He also wanted to reform the village by becoming a Hokage. He wanted to wiped out the entire ninja system since ninjas were the ones who were used as a weapon for the Diamoyo start constant wars. The Leaf was sort of obnoxious in the time of Tobirama and Hiruzen's regime. But even still, the Hokages were good and passionate and also the people were innocent.

How do you even know it was prevented? Shisui stating that hidden villages will take advantage of Konoha’s civil war to invade was just a fear that was actually constantly proven wrong throughout the series; when Suna invaded and Konoha was destroyed (forcing it to send their most powerful shinobi out of the village to collect money) no other village took advantage of the situation, not even Kumo or Iwa, two of the big five that were not struggling politically or militarily as Suna, Kiri and Konoha were. Kumogakure even tried to kidnap Hinata while in the middle of signing a peace treaty, yet they did nothing against the Hyüga clan nor the village during one of their most vulnerable state.

Furthermore, you mean to tell me that a civil war (I am using that notion generously because Konoha is a military state with a non-civilian population, specifically trained for combat) destabilizes the military and economic power of a city, yet the complete disappearance overnight of one of the village's founding and most powerful clans does nothing to its structure? Other villages wouldn’t see the absence of Sharingan-wielders as an enticing opportunity to strike? Do you mean to tell me that a village was left without police to control it overnight (and their job is considered super important by detractors), yet the city did not succumb to chaos?

Their desires were clearly reflected in their demands.

What were their demands? Enlighten me.

While half of them was about freedom, the rest was only to control village.

Where do you get this information from? There’s nothing of the sort stated in the manga.

This, along with Obito's plan for revenge and war, will definitely start a war.

Obito’s plan needed the annihilation of the Sharingan-wielders as he didn’t want anyone capable of obtaining the Mangekyou to jeopardize his plan to control the ten-tails, Itachi killing the Uchiha literally allowed Obito to start the war!!

… what? This doesn’t make any sense and has nothing to do with Itachi… you mean to tell me that Itachi killing his clan made Sasuke as powerful as he is? Because Sasuke has always been powerful and has always been Indra’s transmigrant, and as I’ve said, Obito wouldn’t have been able to initiate the war (or at least would’ve been incredibly difficult for him) with the Uchiha clan still alive!

Sasuke's life was saved. Itachi would go at all lengths to protect his brother. Afterall, its only obvious he would be over-protective of Sasuke since both loved each other a lot(as siblings).

An eight-year-old was tortured mentally by his brother through Tsukuyomi by watching his clan and parents get killed over and over again, was left to live alone in a compound destroyed by his brother’s actions, having to clean his parents’ own blood and fend for himself –but at least he’s alive… the circumstances and solitude in which he grew is abysmal, traumatic, negligent and inhumane, but we don’t care as much about children’s safety as we do children being just alive.

There were other children in that compound, children that knew nothing of and participated not in the coup to which Itachi didn’t extend the same kindness he did his brother.

What “reputation”? The Uchiha were always constructed under a negative light within Tobirama’s system, you lot keep saying they were saved from being seen as detractors when there’s not a single panel that states they were planning to change the system as a whole (rather take down the current government, which is not the same).

Furthermore, to think that they cared about the rest of the population's mindset regarding them is so incredibly simplistic I have to laugh at it –they’re the strongest clan in the village, without Uchiha, there’d have been no village in the first place, and they were already aware of the unfavorable perspective in which they were regarded by others, nothing in itself would’ve changed.

The Uchiha being seen as loyal to the village helped no one but the current system as it is, as they’re seen as a government without opposition, it wasn’t about maintaining the Uchiha’s honor, but keeping the fragile credit of the structure and those in power -if Uchiha died in their own terms, then other clans will know about the clan’s discomfort with the current mindset, and those that feel uncomfortable with it might find a group that validates such sentiments:

Kakashi admits to being uncomfortable with the way he's viewed by the system, he even uses plural when referring to ninja ("we ninja") -meaning there's a communal uneasiness with the whole situation.

The fact that the government silenced detractors (Uchiha) by killing them will only deepen further the general shinobi population's discomfort, which is why is imperative to silence the truth.

[On another note, why do you keep using "honor" as an excuse to execute an entire compound of people? The entire clan was decimated and the whole "honor" of the family rested as another responsibility Sasuke had to endure all by himself thanks to "Itachi's love" -they were left with no honor as Sasuke was forced to restore it! Furthermore, they're all dead! What is "honor" gonna do for them? For the massacred innocents at least? They did nothing wrong and were killed regardless, their honorable nature wasn't even being questioned!]

People in the village got to be safe too.

Safe of what? When was it stated they were going to fight against those who weren’t in power? The problem is they rebelling against those they deem their oppressors but not the government refusing to renounce their power in order to keep the “population they hold so dear” safe? They are both willing to kill innocents (so I guess some people in the village weren’t safe, but in your book, they don’t matter as much), and use the rest of the military population to strike against Uchiha (which is also, never actually stated!). The idea of a “within war” was never confirmed as the Uchiha had no chance to strike, no one is to say they weren’t trying to take power through force yet quietly, no one is to know what was their actual plan as that was never brought to light!

The Uchiha are wrong for wanting to take the power but the government isn't wrong for wanting to keep it, the Uchiha are wrong for their methods to seek authority but not the government for defending the status quo. Uchiha having power would mean annihilation, somehow, despite them being against just their oppressors, not Konoha as a whole; while the government seeks to protect the village despite massacring an entire and most important portion of their militia and one of the founders' clans.

And despite all these he still regretted a lot enough that he wanted the person he adored the most to kill him.

He regretted nothing, he wanted Sasuke to kill him in order to both give him an objective and to distract him from finding out Konoha’s involvement in the Uchiha Massacre, shouldering the entire responsibility of their demisse.

Also, no one here is trying to justify his action.

But you are, you wrote point after point why he had to kill his clan.

A justification and a reason has a clear distinction.

What distinction? You need to expand on the notions you think are relevant to you own argument.

Just because there was a reason it doesn't make the acts were justified. He himself acknowledged that. The writer didn't try to justify nor did Itachi himself. People like, Hashirama and Naruto, appreciated the role he played and praised him as a Shinobi.(being seen as a villan while protecting the people isn't easy, btw). They weren't justifying or glorifying his actions in any instance.

What are you even writing? I’m being honest with that question, claiming to have a reason to kill his clan is used as a justification for his actions! I can’t believe I have to explain that to you. He never said he had no justification (their coup was treated as such over and over, everyone took advantage of them wanting to coup in order to both order the massacre and carry it out!!).

How on earth can you write “People like Hashirama and Naruto appreciated the role he played and praised him as a shinobi but they never justified him”, so are they praising him or not? Them positively reinforcing Itachi and praising him for “his sacrifice” (you see, not only he is perceived as a villain, he is a villain, he killed an entire kin -again, innocents included, in order to maintain specific people in power) is justifying his actions under the notion of the “greater good for the village”.

He wasn't an absolute nationalist.

He did everything for Konoha! He even claimed himself to be “Itachi of the Leaf!” What are you even talking about?

He he was an idealist. His motivations most cases(especially while making big decisions)were to 'not beget war' and 'maintain peace'.

Yet his actions concluded in Obito being able to control the Ten Tails with almost no real opposition as the only other Sharingan-wielder was Sasuke.

Doesn't matter if Uchihas managed to control the village it still starts war, death, destruction and countless losses which is exactly what Itachi hated from when he was 4.

How do you know? Do you have an entirely new manga written by Kishimoto about what would’ve happened had the Uchiha taken over the village? Itachi hated Uchiha since he was four because they brought “war, death and destruction” but not Konoha that actually provoked such wars, deaths, and destruction, what an intelligent boy!

He also wanted to reform the village by becoming a Hokage. He wanted to wiped out the entire ninja system since ninjas were the ones who were used as a weapon for the Diamoyo start constant wars.

Funny, under Hiruzen’s regime he would’ve never become Hokage, furthermore, when did he even hinted to want to become Hokage?? Never in the entire manga. Also, the Daimyo did little to nothing when it came to wars, those were all the Kage’s responsibilities! Dear Lord, did you at least read Team 10’s Arc? Asuma’s background literally explains how the Shugonin Jūnishi fought each other because six of them wanted the entire military power of the Land of Fire to be managed by the Daimyo alone while the rest, Asuma included, defended the Hokage’s existence.

The Leaf was sort of obnoxious in the time of Tobirama and Hiruzen's regime. But even still, the Hokages were good and passionate and also the people were innocent.

Which people were innocent? The children and non-Sharingan wielders that knew nothing of the coup and were massacred regardless? How can you write “the Hokages were good” while they literally ordered the mass killing of people they swore to protect? How can you use “obnoxious” and “good” to describe the same two people?!

Gosh, the fact that you lot (Itachi stans) don’t comprehend that his involvement in the massacre of his own people alongside the protagonist’s endorsement of state-sanctioned genocide, makes the annihilation of an entire portion of a village a plausible option to handle internal disagreements is disastrous.

Committing genocide against the village’s own people sets a dangerous precedent where future governments can see and use such slaughter as a conceivable, even necessary, tool at their disposal whenever they feel threatened, making any clan vulnerable to the decisions of its government and guaranteeing the silence of possible detractors or even the censorship of constructive criticism of the political, military, economic and cultural system.

A Big Misunderstanding

From the very first moment you and your family had landed in the village of Awa’atlu, when your eyes landed on a certain Metkayina boy, you had fallen head over heels. For a while it confused you, it really did. You always find yourself asking ‘Why do I like him?’ He was a complete jerk to you and your family.

But then you guys would have these moments that made it seem like it was just you and him there, going unnoticed by everyone else. Ao’nung was the person you got partnered up with to teach you how to ride an ilu.

When you first found out Ao’nung was going to be the one to teach you, You thought you were an absolute goner. You were already preparing yourself to eat water when you got on the ilu, but Ao’nung definitely surprised you.

His whole bad boy act went away as he taught you, He made sure you understood everything that he said, he made sure you had the correct posture, unlike your brother who got thrown off right away. He was gentle, making sure to not put his hands anywhere that would make you uncomfortable, asking if you were doing alright, and when he let go and told you to take off, although it sort of took a couple tries, you definitely got it down faster than any of your other siblings, except Kiri your older sister obviously.

When the first time you managed to not get knocked off you swam back to Ao’nung, you were so happy and proud of what you had just done that you jumped on him giving him a big hug while shouting “I did it! I did it!” although it caught him off guard for a second, he found himself blushing hugging you back. “You did, I’m proud of you”.

You pulled back with your face flushed with a purple hue of embarrassment as you realized what you were doing with a quick apology. Ever since then, you guys have had these types of moments. You found yourself hanging out with Ao’nung more and more even when he's not teaching you a lesson.

You would sneak out late at night, making sure everyone was sleeping and that you were quiet enough not to wake them up. Ao’nung would wait for you at the end of the pathway/docks on his ilu and help you get on behind him, he would show you underwater caves he found while exploring, or sometimes you guys would race ilus, sometimes you won but it was rare but you still managed to keep up by his side.

One of the more common things you guys would do was stargaze together, just like you guys were doing right now. You and Ao’nung had both snuck out and had taken a break from racing against each other so there you both lay on your backs against the rock, side by side in a calming silence staring up at the stars.

“The stars are so pretty, especially tonight. Right Ao’nung?” You ask the boy laying next to you. “Yes, they are. The most beautiful…”

Turning your head you meet his aqua eyes staring back into yours with a gentle smile on his lips, you smile back as you scoot closer leaning your head on his chest. Over these couple of days, your feelings for Ao’nung have bloomed profusely, the more you hang out with each other you keep finding little things about him that make your crush grow more.

Maybe you should tell him, you thought you were sure he reciprocated the feelings so what could go wrong? “Hey Ao’nung, can I tell you a secret? '' You ask him, sitting up while looking at your hands, fidgeting nervously. He follows after you with a look of confusion and worry mixed on his face.

“Of course, You can tell me anything. What’s up?” It takes you a moment to muster up all the courage you have to let the simple 3 words out of your mouth, you could feel Ao’nung eyeing your face as you take deep breaths in.

“I like you,” you said while looking up from your hands in your lap to his face, waiting to see a smile and for him to tell you the same words back…Except he wasn't smiling when you looked up. In fact, he was actually frowning.

Were you mistaken? Had all the signs he was giving you just a big misunderstanding? Did you just make a big fool of yourself? A bad taste in your mouth erupted as you came to regret ever saying the words, had you just ruined your relationship with the one person you cherished the most?

Ao’nung rubs the back of his neck as he pulls away from you scooting back. “(Y/N)...I appreciate that, but we can’t. I'm Metkayina and you are Omaticaya. It would never work out...I’m sorry but I don’t feel the same…It’s getting late we should probably get going back to our Marui’s” he tells you as he fully stands up calling for his ilu. “I’ll see you later (Y/N)”. And with that, he left.

Shock ran through your whole body, You couldn't believe what just happened. Tears welled up in your eyes as you started to stand up calling for an ilu. How stupid were you to think that Ao’nung would like a Na’vi like you. Tears ran down your face to your chin and into the water, you don’t bother to wipe them either.

His words stayed echoing in your head like a broken record that got stuck on a verse and repeated the lyric over and over again. ‘It would never work’ ‘I don’t feel the same'

Your chest aches in sadness the whole ride back, quiet whimpers leaving your lips as you sniffle clearing your nose. You could taste the salt from the tears as you licked your lips. Why did I do that? Had you been misguided by all the moments you guys shared with each other alone? Thinking back to every memory of the times, he had made you a necklace with shells that were your favorite color, was that just a friendly gesture? The times when you guys would get lost in each other's eyes and fail to notice one another slowly leaning in, or maybe he did that by accident? You weren't sure but all you knew was that he doesn't like you back.

But little did you know how wrong you were about the boy. When he heard you say those words it was like a breath of fresh air, a wave of relief after finding out you liked him back but he had to push those feelings down as he rejected you and every word sent a pang of pain to his chest. He didn’t mean a word to you at all, In fact, he was in love with you. Out of all the other girls in his village, he could only picture you when he thought about someone who he could see himself growing old with.

When Ao’nung confessed to his parents about wanting to court you they didn't bother letting him finish as they immediately shot it down, telling Ao’nung no.

“ Mother, Father! Why? You guys have been bugging me to find someone to mate with, and when I do you refuse? Don’t you want your son to be happy? I love (Y/N). I wish to be mated before Eywa with her. I want her to be my future Tsahik. Don’t you understand?” He pleaded and pleaded with his parents begging them but they didn’t change his answer.

“No. That's our final word. We knew this would happen, so we have been searching through all the village girls that would be a perfectly suited mate for you. Kezä seems like a kind girl yeah? You guys will go on a date in a couple days to get familiar with each other.”

Kezä. She was one of Tsirey’s friends. He will not lie she was beautiful but she could never be compared to your beauty and alluring charm. Ao’nung saw through Kezä’s little fake persona she made everyone seem to see. She was fake, and an absolutely disgusting person. Hearing her name had already left a distaste in his mouth.

Ao’nung was exhausted at this point, emotionally and physically, his emotions were flying around everywhere. For once he thought his parents would support their son in finally finding someone he truly loved but all it seems is that they only care about their reputation and not about him.

When Ao’nung had finally reached his Marui he walked right in and went to his cot to lie down, but he wasn’t tired. He couldn't sleep with the fact that he had said all those things to you, He swore he could see the light from your face drain with every word stabbing one after another.

When he left he wanted to turn back around and run up to you, grab you in his tight embrace, and whisper in your ear that he was sorry, that what he said was all lies and it wasn't true. But it was already too late, the damage had been done.

Ao’nung didn’t want to give you false hope, he would rather choose your happiness over his own. If he had to tell you those things to make you stop liking him then he’ll say it, As much as it hurt him he would not let you live to be alone, he knew you would do that for him too.

His date with Kezä was to be tomorrow. Yes, Ao’nung was gonna go through with it but he was going to reject her after they finally got away from his mother, he was gonna set it straight that he didn’t love her and he only had eyes for you.

Unlike Ao’nung, Kezä was boasting with excitement, all that lying and fake acting paid off as she caught the Tsahik's attention and got just what she wanted. She had a crush on Ao’nung ever since they were younger, that's why she became friends with Tsireya, to get closer to him she didn't care about the girl a single bit nor did she feel bad, as long as Kezä got what she wanted it doesn't matter, she was willing to do anything to get Ao’nung.

Kezä was absolutely delusional, she created fake scenarios in her head so much that she lost touch with what was real and fake. In every interaction she had with Ao’nung, she always seemed to think too much about it when Ao’nung picked up the basket she dropped ‘accidentally’ and he picked it up for her, Ao’nung was just doing it because he was a well-mannered boy and it was his duty as the future Olo’eyktan to help his people, but to Kezä she thought Ao’nung was sending it subtle hints that he liked her.

Ao’nung dreaded every second that passed by ever since he opened his eyes this morning, his eyes were red and puffy from crying. Oh how much he regretted everything, why couldn't things go his way like he wanted them, It was supposed to be you that he was going on a date with not some girl he wanted nothing to do with.

Sadly Ao’nung was forced to get up and go out with her spending the whole day together. He will admit, those were the most depressing moments in his life as he dreaded every second of it. Right now they were currently walking on the shore side by side, although Ao’nung made sure there was a decent gap between him as Kezä kept trying to move closer.

Throughout the dreadful day, the only thing he could think about was you as they did everything. When they had gone ilu racing (it was more of him trying to get Kezä lost so he could leave though) she could hardly catch up with him, she was such a lousy rider he wouldn't be surprised if someone told him the girl wasn't a true Metkayina, her posture was all wrong, when she called the ilus it was too screechy. He swore he saw the ilus swimming away when she called after them.If it was you with him racing ilus you would have either been by his side the whole time or maybe even won.

Or when Ao’nung suggested they go hunting, as he watched her throw a spear it was absolutely embarrassing, it was like watching a baby except the baby would probably be better at throwing a spear, now you may not be good at hunting either but you sure knew what direction to throw it in, Kezä managed to throw it backward instead and it nearly grazed his arm as he stood there.

Then there was a moment when he and Kezä were walking past a group of children playing and one of them tripped and fell, causing the little boy to scrape up his knee, He was expecting Kezä to rush up to the little kid but he watched as she just laughed and pointed at the crying boy, telling him to stop being a baby. (he was literally a baby).

This was one of the reasons why he fell in love with you. You had the purest soul, ready to drop anything if someone was in need and that was an important trait that a Tsahik would need, to be prepared to take care of her people no matter what. If you had seen that little boy you would have rushed up to him, coddling him in your arms as you told him it was gonna be okay, you probably had some ointment and bandages in your bag too, as you were used to carrying stuff like that around due to always looking and taking care of Tuk. That's where your motherly instincts came from, sometimes he caught himself thinking about having children with you and hood of a mother you would be.

As it got later in the day Ao’nung and Kezä now stayed standing by a rock as Ao’nung told her that he needed to tell her something in private. Kezä thought nothing of it, she was thinking he was about to confess the undying love that he has for her and then he would whisk her away to the spirit tree and become mated before Eywa, oh how that poor girl was wrong…

“I want to get this straight and over with Kezä. I don’t like you at all, and Honestly, your presence makes me want to throw up in my mouth. I will never see you. I have my eyes on someone else and I love them. I hope you can understand. I apologize for wasting your time today, I was forced to hang out with you, I never wanted to be here in the first place.”

As every word entered Kezä ears it added to the fuming anger, if this was a cartoon she would have steam coming out from her ears and her whole body would be red. She could not believe he said those things to her.

“You're joking, right? Jokes are supposed to be funny and this isn't funny, I know you like me Ao’nung you don't have to hide from me because I like you too! You didn’t think I saw those hints you were giving me? Come one ma Ao’nung” She said as she walked close to Ao’nung trailing a finger over her chest as he was backing up.

‘What is wrong with the girl?!’ Ao’nung thought “I’m not joking Kezä, I don’t know what you are talking about ‘hints’ but I have given you none. I don’t like you.” He yells smacking her hand away as he backs up more. He was starting to get quite scared and creeped out by the girl.

Kezä scoffed and turned her back to Ao’nung laughing. She shook her head, she wasn’t blind. She saw you and Ao’nung sneak out together before but she could never guess her Ao’nung would grow feelings for a such foreign creature, you and your family never belonged her in the first place. In the corner of her eye, she saw you walking towards them. ‘Oh this is perfect.’ she thought as she turned back around to the boy still behind her.

“Hmm, I guess you're right Ao’nung I was in the wrong. Can I just tell you one last thing before I go though?” She said taking a whole 180 and a pout on her lips. Ao’nung could only roll his eyes as he was over the girl and was ready to get away from her. “Sure whatever, What is it?-”

Soon he was cut off as he gets shoved with his back against the rock as Kezä forces her lips on his as she grabs his hands moving them around her. He stood in shock not knowing what to do as he struggled against her.

“Ao’nung! Are you over here- Oh….Uhm I’m so sorry for interrupting you guys…” Ao’nungs eyes widen as he hears the sound of your voice. Finally winning, he manages to push the girl off of him with a strong shove and she falls into the sand landing on her bottom.

“(Y/N)! Wait come back it's not what you think it is! Please! Let me explain!” He screamed out to you as he was running after you to catch up.

What had happened was you went looking for Ao’nung, You wanted to tell him to just forget about what you said so you guys would go back to being normal friends again, but of course, when you found him he was locking lips with another girl.

The familiar pain began to grow in your chest as you witnessed the scene happening before your eyes but you could bear it no longer as you muttered a quick apology for interrupting and running away.

Tears rushed through your eyes as if it were pouring down rain, one after another, they just kept falling and falling. This time you couldn't hold back your cries. You let them out one by one as they began to come out louder and louder, Your vision goes blurry, you could hardly make out anything in front of you, you were just hoping you won’t run into anything or anyone.

You call for your ilu and hop on as you quickly swim away. You could hear the sounds of Ao’nung calling your name but you ignored them. You needed to cool down, You could hardly deal with the emotional pain you were going through right now, Breaths were coming in and out shaky.

Finally, you reach one of the underwater caves Ao’nung had brought you and you crawl into the deepest corner and begin to let everything out. Screams bounced amongst the walls as you wailed your sorrows out.

‘He really didn’t like me, this whole time he was after another girl’

‘How could I be so stupid not to see that.’

Hiccups interrupted your cries in between, you punched the ground as you watched a droplet of tears pool by your fist, You were angry, sad, and embarrassed.

As you hear the movement of water , meaning someone was entering the cave, you slap your hand over your mouth and do your best to muffle the whimpers. “(Y/N)? (Y/N)! Oh my Eywa, Please let me explain what happened.” Ao’nung hopped off the ilu and walked into the cave, getting closer to you.

Although the cave was dark, the bioluminescent plants gave off enough light to reflect off your face and show him your red puffy eyes and tear-stained cheeks. He had felt as if his heart shattered. Seeing you like that caused him physical pain. He moved closer trying to pull you into a hug but you would only scoot away yelling at him to leave over and over again.

“Okay! I will leave just hear me out and let me explain what happened!” His voice began to shake as he dropped to his knees.

“What is there to say? You rejected me and I saw you kissing a girl. You don’t like me! Just leave me alone. I don’t want to see you right now.” You continue to yell at him, some of your words muffled or slurred as you buried your face in your hands.

“I love you (Y/N)!”

As the words left his mouth you froze. You force yourself to calm down and take deep breaths before pulling away from your hands and looking at the boy on his knees in front of you, who had tears sliding down his cheeks as well. “What did you say?” You ask not trusting what you heard thinking that all this crying was making you start to hear things.

“It's true! Please believe me! I know what I said earlier but none of that is true! I see you (Y/N). I always had since the moment I met you- I was dumb to reject you because of my parents, I don't care what they say, let them be mad, yell at me, punish me, as long as I will have you by my side I am happy. Please understand, I love you. And what you saw earlier was not what it seemed, She pushed herself on me, and forced me to kiss her but I swear I didn’t, I pushed her off right away! I don’t like her at all she's just a girl my parents forced me to hang out with for the day. The whole time I had to spend with her, you were the only thing on my mind! Please believe me (Y/N)!” Ao’nung cried out, pleading for you to forgive him as he could not take another second of you being sad and him being the cause of it.

He gets up and walks closer to you before crouching down in front of you. You listened to every word closely while sniffling and whipping tears away. Staring up at him, finally being able to see him clearly with no tears in the way you get up and stand in front of him.

“You swear?” You say barely above a whisper, voice hoarse from screaming. You both look into each other's eyes, Ao’nung stands up now towering over you, and cups your face with both hands caressing your cheeks.

“I swear. I see you (Y/N). You are the only person I love. I want you to be by my side for the rest of my life” He whispers back leaning in closer, forehead resting against yours, some tears leaving his eyes as he shut them tightly.

Reaching up you cup his face back and use your thumbs to wipe away the tears. “I love you too Ao’nung,” you say, taking in a deep breath with one last sniffle and closing the gap between the both of you, lips against the other and they move in sync.

You thanked Eywa that it was all a big misunderstanding, and that your true love actually loved you back.

Notes: You didn't specify much, so I just wrote what I felt. This also has kind of a bittersweet ending for the reader, so I hope that you're okay with that and that you enjoy it <3

The water felt cold on your skin as you walked along the beach. It was dark and windy, and you should probably return to the marui to get some sleep, but you couldn't. The same thoughts that always clouded your mind were there once again. Your love for Loa’k had only gotten stronger as more years passed and you were unsure on whether you should confess or not.

Since they left to look for shelter at the Metkayina Clan you could only think about him. Your chest burned at the thought of having no contact with him or not knowing if he was alright. However, two months later Norm got a call from Jake explaining that they suffered and attack from Quaritch, but they won. Norm decided to vist and chek up on them since he also missed them. Besides, he would take his time to explore the new fauna and Metkayina's culture. It was hard to convince him since you were human and it could be a dangerous trip, but he understood your motives.

When you arrived there you were greeted by the Sully family, except for Lo’ak, who was nowhere to be found. You spent the rest of the afternoon swimming and having fun with Neteyam, Kiri and Tuk. They also told you that Loa’k was probably out there swimming or training.

Now that it was finally dark your heart was filled with worry. You knew Lo’ak was reckless and impulsive, so you thought about all the trouble that he could be into right now. However, your worries were soon gone.

You heard someone scream your name and you instantly recognized the voice. It was Lo’ak

Your heart was pounding faster and faster as he approached you. It had only been two months since the last time you saw each other, but god you had missed him so much…

“Lo’ak!” you shouted back as he picked you up and hugged you. It still amazed you how easily he held you in the air.

“You’re here!” he left you carefully on the ground. “You’re here!”

“Yes, I am here!” you laughed.

“I’ve missed you so much.” he smiled. “And I have so many things to tell you. The other day I met a Tulkun…”

He kept rambling about all the creatures he had met, all the things he had learned, every weird thing he had discovered… You thought it was really cute. Maybe it was the night air, or the excitement of the moment, but you would confess right there and then.

“Sorry to interrupt, but there’s something really important I have to tell you.” your hands were sweaty and you felt warmer than usual.

“Okay, then tell me.” he listened.

“Well, it’s something kind of hard to explain,” you began. “I mean, we’ve known each other since we were children and I uh, shit, this is hard to say. What I’m trying to say is that-”

“Lo’ak!” a girl screamed from a distance. “I’ve been looking for you all day! I was really worried.”

The girl approached him and hugged him. He hugged her back, putting his hands on her hips. That looked weird to you. He didn’t put his hands on your waist when you hugged him.

“This Y/N, the friend I’ve talked so much about,” he explained. “and Y/N, this is Tsireya, my mate.”

His mate. You were just apart for two months and he had already fallen in love with someone. You felt your whole world shattering and falling apart. Of course he would be in love with someone else. Tsireya looked beautiful and even if you didn’t know her you were sure she was probably kind, smart, funny… You should be happy for them. You should, but you can’t.

“Are you alright?” Tsireya asked. “You look a bit pale.”

“Oh, uh, yes.” you felt the know forming in your throat. “I’m just a bit dizzy. If you excuse me, I’m going to rest. I’ll see you tomorrow.”

Without expecting an answer you walked away from them and went into the marui you shared with Norm. When you entered you saw Norm writing on a notebook; probably some scientific stuff, you thought. You were behind him when you sat on the ground, so he didn’t see you.

“This place is amazing!” he exclaimed as he kept writing. “There’s so many new things and creatures to study here!”

“Yes, this place is really beautiful.” you said, but Norm noticed how your voice trembled.

When he turned around he saw the seriousness on your face and the tears that were about to fall. He sat next to you and hugged you tightly. Even if you weren’t blood-related he was like a father to you, and you were like a daughter to him. He hated to see you cry.

“What’s wrong, my sweet child?” he asked as he stroked your hair.

“He…” the tears started to fall down your face. “He doesn’t like me back.”

“Well, are you sure?” he asked. “How do you-”

“H-he has already found a mate.” you explained as you kept sobbing. “He loves another.”

He sighed and just kept stroking your hair knowing that he couldn’t do anything about it. He stayed like that until you fell asleep. Then, he laid you on your bed and made sure you weren’t cold. He could heal people, fix machines and even create avatar bodies, but when it comes to love the heart wants what it wants.

The next day you didn’t even bother to wake up. You decided to stay in bed all day, not feeling strong enough to see Lo’ak again. Norm would usually complain about it, but he knew that you needed time to heal. Meanwhile, he would keep up with his research.

You were alone with your thoughts until you got interrupted by a couple of knocks.

“Can I come in?” Neteyam asked.

You probably looked like shit, but you had looked worse before, so you let him in. He looked at you up and down with a worried look on his face. Your face was red and puffy, your eyelids were still wet from crying and your hair looked messy.

“Do you want to talk about it?” he asked.

“Not really.” you looked at the ground.

He actually knew what was wrong, but he didn’t want to make you uncomfortable. The night before Lo’ak explained how weird you acted around Tsireya when you met her and he didn’t understand why, but Neteyam did. He couldn’t believe how his brother could be so oblivious.

“I actually came here to ask you if you want to go on a ride with my ilu.” he said. “Just you and me.”

You sighed and looked at the boy. At least you wouldn’t see Lo’ak, so you accepted his request. First you combed your hair and tried to look like a decent human being. Once you were ready you got on the ilu, behind Neteyam.

As the ilu went underwater you wrapped your hands around Neteyam’s torso, scared of falling. That sent goosebumps all over Neteyam’s body, but he tried to ignore it. You saw even more creatures you hadn’t seen before and you wondered if you’d be able to see them all.

Once the ilu returned to the surface you were in a cave. The cave was wide and full of glowy flowers. The roof had white shiny dots that looked like stars, and the water looked even cleaner and bluer.

“I found this cave the other day.” he explained. “I thought you would like it.”

“It’s incredible.” you said as you admired the flowers. “I love it.”

After exploring the cave along Neteyam you sat on the ground next to him, layin your feet underwater while looking at the fish. At least you were distracted for a bit, but it still hurt. It hurt more than any other pain you had ever felt.

“I know you don’t want to talk about the reason you are sad,” Neteyam said. “but I just want you to know that I’m here to listen if you need it.”

“It’s kind of stupid, actually.” you explained. “I just… I like Lo’ak. I always have and he clearly doesn’t. That’s it.”

“I’m sure you’ll find someone who deserves you.” he remarked. “Someone who sees you.”

“But that’s the thing.” you sighed. “I’m a human living in a world of Na’Vis. I’m not going to find anyone who thinks of me that way. I don’t even know why I thought that Lo’ak could like me. I’m never going to be someone’s first choice.”

Neteyam sighed and closed his eyes for a moment. It hurt him to see you like that. Specially knowing how wrong you were.

“But you are someone’s first choice.” he expressed, looking at you.

“You don’t know that.” you looked back at him.

“But I do, Y/N.” he reassured you. “I do.”

You chuckled and observed the fish again. You knew he said that to comfort you, and that he probably meant that someday you’d be someone’s first choice, but you didn’t want to argue or keep talking about it. You appreciated his effort.

Neteyam didn’t take his eyes off of you. He observed the your face lit up by simply observing nature. He loved there were dimples on your face when you smiled and the way your eyes widens when you discovered something new.

“Have you seen that fish?” you pointed at it. “It’s beautiful.”

“Yes, it is beautiful.” He wasn't talking about the fish.

You’re my first choice, he thought, You always have been.

The Surprise

Okay so trans pregnancy Spider won my poll - thank you to the one person who told me who should carry lmfao - but it was a close tie. Consider this canon to the little universe but I think I'll try to write the incubator baby headcanons too cause it was really frickin close lmao

So Ningni was not planned to say the least

Penetrative sex for Spider and Rotxo is...a process to say the least

Rotxo is double Spider's size and lets just say biology is proportionate. Hence, the build up is nothing to rush through and with three kids, it's a luxury they don't get often

Plus, with their differing biology, they never really paid mind to reproduction between them

Sure it was theoretically possible but they didn't linger on it all so much

Rotxo may have thought about a baby of their own biology but it was too much a health risk and he was never sure how Spider would do. He didn't ask, wouldn't, but...maybe he dreamed sometimes

That said...maybe protection wasn't always at the forefront of their minds

Spider finds out he's pregnant after Kiri starts getting an odd sense around him, she eventually visits the ancestors for advice and is informed their brother needs to see a Tsahik immediately

They bring Spider to Tsireya first, not wanting to alert anyone with how precarious the situation might be, and she is the one who affirms Kiri's information

It scares the shit out of him

Tsireya and Kiri keep the information quiet but they won't for long - namely for his own health

Abortion isn't really a thing in Na'vi culture - mating is for life, something that means even unplanned pregnancy or teenage mishaps are between a mated pair. Medical intervention occurs but an unwanted pregnancy is nearly unheard of

Children are a blessing from Ewya - while unplanned or untimely pregnancies may happen, it's not often and it's not like it is on earth. One doesn't have to leave everything behind to be a parent.

Still - come hell or high water, no one will take the choice from Spider

Tsireya takes Anea and the boys that night, Spider pulling Rotxo into the water for a late night ride to tell him

Honestly, Rotxo didn't predict shit, homie got blindsided

Spider cries, a mixture of terrified, hopeful, and sick all coiling in his throat, and tells Rotxo that they might have messed up

He tells him of Kiri's odd feelings, how a woman Kiri didn't know told her that he was blessed, that the next generation is growing, and how Tsireya confirmed he was with child.

Rotxo is thrilled but guiltily so, terrified for what it could mean for Spider and for their family.

It's a long talk about whether or not they have a choice here - Spider hasn't even told Norm or been formally checked out - but they opt that, if it can be done safely, Spider will carry the pregnancy to term

It's not an easy decision - Spider wants the baby, at least, he thinks he does, but carrying the child to term could be a painful experience, dangerous to his body but also his mind. Growing up with intersex being the standard meant that pregnancy wasn't a female thing, but he's human, and he knows the difference

the dysphoria of the coming months will be harsh and he knows it'll bother the limited medical transitions he's been able to make

With Norms help, he's more androgynous than anything by human standards and he's been able to become comfortable in himself - pregnancy will send it reeling back

Then, there's the side of how painful and dangerous a pregnancy might become

He knows how different his body is and he knows that this won't be easy

But...Ewya blessed him

It's what he's wanted his whole life and he won't give it up now

Rotxo will be at his side and so he decides to do it

His pregnancy is the scientific question of the ages that Norm thought he discovered each time one of the Sully kids walked in his lab, but an organic Na'vi and human child is more than a little unexpected

The baby is studied closely, the growth an alarming thing when na'vi size is taken into consideration. Afterall, a newborn Neteyam was about the same size as a one year old Spider

Unfortunately for Spider, this means a good six months of bed rest

Fortunately for him, he has three very excited children

Anea tries to find out everything she can about his pregnancy. Given he has to spend it's duration in the hut, she spends most of her time with him where they can both breathe and she can help

She becomes his little helper - gathering supplies so they can prepare things for the baby, getting him food, books, and entertainment, and helping him get around as the pregnancy continues and movement gets difficult

Wialik patrols the hut, much to Rotxo's amusement, and tries to protect his uncle and sisters. From what, he couldn't say, but Rotxo finds it insanely amusing

Wialik also ends up collecting pieces to make beads, working with surprising patience to start their newest additions songcord with his family. He enlists Astayì, Kiri's oldest, and makes little figures like a child born in the Ash clans would receive. He claims it's to help his knife skills but they all know better

Vipeì writes stories and lullabies for the baby

He's little, only about 6, so Tsireya and Neteyam help him with learning songs and teach him stories to tell

He works with Rotxo too to make clothes, both for Spider and the baby

This being the first baby they had real time to prepare for, Rotxo goes a bit overboard in getting things together

He and Vipeì make Spider clothes to help conceal his chest and make new shawls that knit over his shoulders

They also make a frankly obscene amount of baby clothes and blankets, anything that a human-Na'vi child may need - a bed for the marui and one for the hut, clothes for any sort of temperature intolerance, and toys galore

By 6 months in, Spider is bedbound entirely. He's sick, drained, and craving things he can't even eat. His body is beyond heavy and he relies a lot on his family to help him - it's a lot of time spent with his brothers teasing, Tuk's mischief, Kiri's support, and even Neytiri and Jakes care.

Norm monitors him constantly in the last few months before it's decided that intervention is needed - he'll be in serious danger if they let him continue.

Ningni is born 8 months into Spiders pregnancy, something that was a risky decision on all sides. Quite simply, she was too big for him to carry much longer and her needs were difficult to predict when her species wasn't even something they could guarantee

She's a pale blue, appearing a few shades lighter than Rotxo (something her brothers claim comes from them) with tiny blonde curls. Her hair is starkly human, something Spider fears and Rotxo loves. She combines them in the face in a way they're both proud of, but her eyes are big and brown and neither of their own. Paz had to leave her mark somehow

Ningni is tiny for a Na'vi but frankly appallingly large for human standards

Spider is on bedrest for several months and then on limited action after, but Ningni is thankfully born able to breathe both human and Pandoran air

She's clearly blessed and accepted easier than her family thought she'd be (though most of the clan hopes she's the only of her kind)

Her lungs can breathe both her parents air, her body tolerates food of both cultures, she has the extra fingers of humans, the enhances sense of Na'vi, and the flexibility of humans. Her strength is a bit lesser than a true blooded Na'vi, but she's astonishingly well adapted

As she grows, she's sort of an oddball like her Auntie Kiri was

She's in tune with the world around her but rambunctious and mischievous like both her fathers

She's a bit of a jack of all trades - choosing to do everything and nothing all at once

She's the type of kid that need constant supervision and both Jake and Norm smugly say she is much alike Spider was as a child

Due to Spider being with her near constantly in her younger years, she's very close to him but Rotxo is - very proudly - her hero

• Lucio, as a Brazilian, of course would KNOW spicy foods but you know what I think?

• His spice tolerance is laughable. I'm sorry, he just seems like the sort of guy who would eat hot cheetos and Takis by the bag but when you bring in chili peppers, Korean food (Hana forced him to try Buldak) and etc? Count him out 🔥🔥

• When he strolls into the breakroom and sees you, in a competition with Hana to see who can eat the Buldak fastest AND without making faces, he probably shrieked.

• As the mom friend, he'd be completely concerned. Especially how red your face was getting, Hana was tough but she lucked out. After 10 minutes of slurping the noodles, her face was like the sauce, hot red. Lucio helped her, of course but after seeing you were still going he shuffled beside you.

"You can stop now, you won..!" He laughed nervously. You wouldn't stop gorging yourself with the noodles. You paused, took a swig of water. With a completely straight face, "I'm fine, Lucio! These are actually so good."

"Sometimes you really concern me.." He shrugged.

• Your shared love of spice with Kiri was what pretty much started your friendship!

• She saw you munching on some Taki's and you offered some. "Want some? They're not all that spicy but I like the flavor, and crunchyness."

She took a handful, nodding. "Oh yeah?"

• Since then, she's basically your eating-out friend

• You're always trying new restaurants and foods with her, of course they're all spicy. Sometimes it even gets to her and you laugh.

Her face is heated up and she's sweating bullets after downing a taco filled with a bunch of different hot sauces. Her stomach gurgled unpleasantly. Your laugh caught her off guard, "Are you laughing at me?!?"

You nodded, snapping a pic of her troubled state. "This one is so good, look! You're even sweating."

"Yeah, no shit." She huffed, wiping her forehead.

• You and Kiri always have a ton of fun, and she doesn't like to admit it, but she looks up to you.

• I'm sorry I feel like Genji would NOT have a high spice tolerance. Of course, being Japanese, he's used to a certain amount, especially in sushi and such. But when it comes to other spices, like Indian cuisine and Korean, it's too much!

• He found out about your spice tolerance when the team went out to eat, at a local sharwarma place while they were in Suravasa. Most of them shared the food but you got a wrap, with all the spices. Genji looked intrigued.

"Can I try it?" He asked curiously as you dug into your wrap gingerly. You nodded, since your mouth was full of the meat and sauce. He took a small bite, and in that second, you swore you could see steam coming out of his ears. He let it rest on his tongue and you could slowly see his ears turn pink, then his neck and face turned absolutely tomato red. Genji even tried to not make a face, pressing his lips together. He looked hilarious.

• Genji vowed to never try your food again. His tongue still burns when he thinks about it too hard.

Kirishima turned to her with a confused expression on his face. "Kiki?" She blushed. "S-Sorry! Did I say that outloud? Oh god." "I... I actually really like it!" "Y-You do?" Both of them were blushing at this point, a bright tomato red. "Yeah! Sounds manly, dontcha think, babe?" "Yeah!" She giggled. Of course it wasn't manly, but it gave her an excuse to call him stupid nicknames more often. "So... are we still gonna watch that documentary?" Kirishima twiddled his thumbs, his face still as red as his hair. "Of course we are, Kiki." She placed a small kiss on his cheek. Little did he know, she had many more nicknames up her sleeve.

Katsuki Bakugou

"Bakubaby, you did it!!!!" She ran up to Bakugou, throwing herself in his arms. Little did she know, Bakugou was standing in complete shock, completely baffled by what she just called him. "I'm so proud of you, Katsuki!! Even if All Might punched the guts right out of you." She giggled and pulled away from Bakugou, placing a kiss on a small bruise on his cheek. It felt unfair to have teachers against students, but at least him and Deku won. That's all she could think. "What the hell did you just call me?" She thought back, tilting her head. "Huh? I just called you Katsuki, do you not-" "No, before that." Her face went bright red. She had so much adrenaline that she called him a stupid nickname. "I..." Katsuki blushed, turning his face away from her. "J-Just don't call me it again, okay, stupid?" He ruffled her hair and walked off, grabbing her hand for her to follow him. What she didn't see though was the slight smile on his face.

Hanta Sero

She put another bandaid on Sero's arm. He was always getting injured and she was the only one in class 1-A who ever had the supplies to do anything about it. She never minded though, especially since Sero was her boyfriend. "Does that feel a little better, boo-boo?" She cupped his cheek, rubbing her thumb onto his cheek, which would've been romantic if he didn't burst out laughing. She crossed her arms, looking at Sero, who ended up on the floor, nearly in tears. "What's so funny?" "Did you just call me... boo-boo?!" He cracked himself up again and she turned away. "Yes! Do you have a problem with it?" To be honest, she didn't mean to say it, but she couldn't help herself. "No, no," Sero sat up, wiping a tear. "I actually like it. I just wasn't expecting it. Call me stupid stuff like that more often, okay? And uh... thanks for healing me up." He gave her a kiss on the forehead and walked out of the room, leaving her a blushing, smiling mess.

Denki Kaminari

"I don't know... that sounds a little boring." She tilted her head at her computer screen, still thinking of a date idea for her and Kaminari. "Boring?!" Kaminari threw his hands in the air, slumping down on a beanbag. "How does going rollerskating in a park sound boring?!" "I don't know. I would rather do something crazy like skydiving or roller coaster riding. I dunno." "I mean... there's a summer festival coming up if you wanna do that!" "Oh, that sounds like fun! I guess you can be good at planning, huh, Calamari!" She ran up to him and gave him a big kiss on the cheek, then getting up to write down their date on her calendar. He giggled, his face going red. "Wait... Calamari? Like the squid?" She turned around getting flustered all of a sudden. "O-Oh... uh... yeah, I... uh-" "No, I like it." Denki walked up to her and hugged her by her waist. Welcome to the Loser's Bracket submissions! If you don't know how it works, here's a rundown:

For about a week, I will have nominations open for the Loser's Bracket. Nominate as many characters as you want who were in the tournament but have lost, but do not nominate someone more than once or someone who wasn't in the main tournament. (All contestants who lost prior to the semifinals have a shot to be nominated.)

Okay, I have a few questions: In every modern au I've read, Lyle is Spider's godfather, will it be the same here? How old is Quaritch now? Who won the first round of twister? I noticed that Spider calls Quaritch on "you", will he call him dad later or will he call him by his first name/last name? I love 5 chapter, thanks for post it <3

Genre: Fluff, crack

Summary: Their reaction to you sneaking in a dog inside your dorm room

Note: You are mentioned as short in Kirishima’s part, so sorry if that annoys anyone.

Pair: 1-A boys x male reader

DENKI KAMINARI

You and Denki, the crackhead couple of the school. You two are stuck together like glue. Annoying Bakugo/Iida? You two are on it. Causing Aizawa more stress than needed? Yep. That sounds like the both of you. You two get some crazy ideas, and this is just one of them.

“(NAME)!! Look at all the cute puppies! I want to take them all!” Denki cooed. The shelter had all sorts of dogs. Small to big, youngest to oldest, the most colorful/vibrant dogs to the dullest, the laid-back ones and the ones who act like they are on energy drinks 24/7- you get it. The shelter had loads of dogs.

You and Denki finally decided on what dog to get. You two picked up an adorable little corgi. “What should we name him Denki?” “Maybe a merge of ours? Den(half of your name)? (half of your name)ki?” “Hmm, maybe we should name him Dumbo!” That’s a great idea, (name)!” As you two celebrated, a certain blue-haired male was running towards you.

“(NAME)!! KAMINARI!!” Uh oh. It’s Iida.... Oh well, we’ll just gaslight him later🙄

EIJIRO KIRISHIMA

You wanna know how Kirishima found out you had a dog? The classic game, 2 truths and 1 lie. The game you either gain friends or lose them. This game can bring you trauma. It has the potential to ruin life-long relationships. This game can get very real, very fast.

“My turn! Okay, I have red hair, I am scared of flowers, and I have a boyfriend.” You and Kirishima have been playing this for hours. “Oh gee, Kiri. I have no idea! Maybe you're scared of flowers?” You joked. “You got it right!! You’re so smart! It’s your turn!” “Uh... Okay! I got it! I am the guy male in our class, I hate frogs, and I have a dog in my dorm room!” You grinned at Kirishima. Kirishima just pondered for a few minutes. ‘Well, I know that he’s short- still manly though! He hangs out with Tsu a lot, so it can’t be that one...’ “(Name), do you have a dog in your dorm room..?” Kirishima asked. “Yep!! I thought this would be a perfect time to tell you! Do you want to see her?!” “...I-” “Of course you do!!”

You snatched Kirishima up and dragged him to your dorm room. “Gah! (Name)! I thought you didn’t like big dogs!” Kirishima said as he was tackled to the floor by your pitbull. Not going to lie, seeing a short person walking a giant dog is kind of hilarious. Just imagine it. The rest of the night was you, Nova, and your manly boyfriend cuddling in bed.

TENYA IIDA

“Tenya! Please!” (Name) pleaded. What was (name) begging for? A dog. Not just any dog, a Shiba Inu, the ultimate doge. “(Name), for the last time, no! Do you want me to read UA’s rules?! Now lets get out of here, the class is waiting for us!” Iida replied while doing his robotic hand movements “No❤️”. “Excuse me?! (name), let’s go. Now. Don’t make me drag you.” “You won-”

“(Name), i’m sorry for hurting your feelings, but you can’t bring a dog into UA!!” Yeah no. (Name) was having none of it. He want- needed that dog. So you know what ya king did? Yeah, hes giving Iida the silent treatment.

Iida sighed for the 17th time today. ‘I hope he isn’t too mad at me. Maybe a good sleep will make him feel better.’ Iida thought. “Goodnight, (name)” Iida said as he pecked your forehead. “See you in the morning.”

“wake..(name)” “(name),...up” “..water” “GAH WHAT THE FUCK, IIDA?!” (Name) screeched. He was soaked in freezing cold water. “My apologies, (name)! You were not waking up, so I had to take extreme measures!” “Why are you waking me up so early anyway..” (name) said while walking to the bathroom. As he walked, you can hear the quenching of his clothes (ew). “We have a very important day!” ‘Can’t wait..” (Name) grumbled.

You and Iida had a blast. You guys went to an arcade, you got food (healthy though. Iida’s orders...), and now you guys are in front of the game store. “Wait here,” Iida ordered. You nodded your head. Around 20 minutes later, Iida walked up to you with a shopping bag. “For me?” You asked. “Yes, (name). For you. As an apology. I know this isn’t the real thing, but I hope you enjoy it regardless.” As Iida was finishing up his apology, you opened the gift. It was Nintendogs! (Name) gasped, “Thank you Iida!” “No worries, (name).” The night ended with you and Iida cuddling in bed <3
