im still so stunned i am even capable of turning miguel into this lovable guy. i dont even mean to 😭 i honestly thought i was doing the complete opposite because i wasnt meaning for him to be made out that way, which is funny and somewhat cute. many always say that and im always beside myself when it’s mentioned . him being some sort of weighted blanket, that drawing? one of my favorites ngl. i just might draw some more soft miguel, have them all in one post to relief dashboards of my spam LMFAO

i could go on and on about nonviolent communication. #1 fic of all time. I spent more time than id like to admit reading it, its that good. thats why i draw the things i do, its such an enjoyable read 😭 i gotta draw more of it instead of waiting on the next chapter because theres so many amazing moments i read that i really wanna put on the canvas. green deserves so much fanart for how well-constructed their story is and for the amazingly done writing that makes miguel come to life even more. it’s astounding, green is really the reason i was writing to start with ❤️☺️

on the subject of writing, ive GOT to write more, just need some ideas that isnt too far from how he is in canon (i love him for what ive seen, not because of the fantasies ive hd lmfao). writing takes so much thought and i commend those who take their time to make amazing pieces, i can barely crack 2k words without thinking this is a masterpiece when the talented can make 4k words and its only the mf START. ITS NUTS. but im not here to compare, just paying so much gratitude for authors on tumblr haa im rambling UGH

you probably already saw this in ur notifs but i have been OBSESSED with everything tot you've posted ever since my tot obsession came back. like. OH MAN I VIBE WITH YOU. YOUR IDEAS AND DISCUSSION OF CHARACTERS. CHEFS KISS. poly ot5 is my everything especially bcs it gets DEEP into every one of them :D

and i was thinking about mc's parents meeting nxx. in a scenario where maybe, they need researchers and for some reason or whatever they need someone personal, who they can fully trust including maybe some nxx stuff.

luke looks at mc. mc looks at luke.

well, if marius von hagen needed them. surely they'd be allowed to leave the program maybe temporarily.

and that's how vyn, artem, and marius have their internal parental issues brought out in full force at the sight of mc and luke with mc's parents. like they're just coddling them in the Parent way and they're both enjoying it as a Son and Daughter would. and those three are just like Oh. Wow. That Looks Nice.

artem has both parents but like based on how he's lonely as a kid i know these sorts of interactions were surely few and far between. he would Not be so emotionally repressed. marius has a loving dad but a dead mom who people blame him for and austin has said himself that he Represses. like marius. and vyn? Disastrous. yeah they would be having a Moment with that sort of scenario

and the Moments they will be having when the parenting goes to them too. because i think mc's parents are the type to parent their kid's friends too. they see these sad boys and think. Adopted.

im So For mc’s parents vaguely becoming pseudo-parents to the other three. i mean, they already did that with luke, whats 3 more neurotic grown men?

(sidenote 2: i joke sometimes that luke is unintentionally very good at collecting father figures. aaron, that Bar L owner, a bunch of mentioned NSB seniors he worked under. people see luke and go “wow is anybody gonna son-ify that young man” and then they dont wait for an answer, they just go for it)

itd be sweet and also entertaining if mc’s parents invited them all to a dinner. i mean, the nxx boys are the people she hangs around The Most so it’s basically like meeting her friend group! her….really weird and varied friend group who REALLY want to make a good impression.

IT IS DARK

it is going to be a dark fic, like as dark as i can possibly make it, like little to no wholesome or fluffy moments, i want to make it as twisted as possible, so yes many toxic relationships and morally dubious decisions

as for the characters i havent rly decided on who exactly, BUT i do have four dynamics that i want to explore that i'll list here:

asylum director/new patient: ok so this dynamic is basically, a new patient has been entered into the asylum, and they've been wrongfully convicted of a crime. to get out of it, they've pled insanity, even though they are fully sane. this has unfortunately attracted the attention of the asylum director, who is an obssessive, unstable, and sadistic person who's taken a liking to this patient, and will NOT allow them to leave. so yes very reversal of dynamics, this is a DARK pairing, bc it will def involve medical torture to "cure" or "condition" the new patient, PLUS very intense stockholm syndrome. this is NOT gonna be a happy go-lucky relationship guys, if anything, this is probably the worst dynamic among the four in terms of healthy relationships. (i am leaning towards sahyo or minayeon for this pairing idk it works really well)

new nurse/oldest patient: so this will probably be the focus of the fic, if i dont plan on releasing solo fics for the other pairings HAHA. basically a new nurse and caretaker has been hired to take care of the asylum's oldest patient, a supposedly deranged individual who can't be "cured". but upon the nurse's observations, this patient is kind and polite, and remarkably sweet to her. but obviously there is more to them than meets the eye. this pairing is less toxic than the first but still ill-advised because it involves the corruption of innocence and morality, as the nurse falls deeper and deeper for the patient. (looking at dajeong, minayeon, or motzu for this one, its definitely a younger to older dynamic, younger nurse and older patient)

established doctor/asylum orderly or guard: so this relationship is basically a couple that goes down the rabbit hole. an established relationship, the doctor is the pride and joy of the asylum for "curing" so many patients. what the people don't know is what the doctor does to "cure" people. enter the asylum orderly/guard, who carries out all of their "operations" and "sessions" through very violent means. it's a question of how far they'll go to succeed and whether love triumphs morals. yes this is toxic, but these two truly do love each other, and they're too far in deep to stop now. (this is probably dajeong or motzu. a charismatic doctor and a stoic orderly)

asylum psychiatrist/asylum janitor: lastly, the simplest and probably healthiest, but still not that healthy, relationship. the asylum psychiatrist is an old, jaded soul who works late nights at the asylum to get all their paperwork done. the janitor of the night shift always encounters this doctor late nights, and they walk home together. the janitor is just a simple person who likes the psychiatrist, but the psychiatrist hides many dark secrets that might turn the janitor away. yep this is very simple and very unlike the others at first glance, but the psychiatrist has seen many things and done many things to get such a comfortable position. (this one might either be motzu or minayeon, older janitor and younger doctor)

so yeah ! these are the pairings i wanna explore. i imagine this as a single fic focusing on the new nurse and oldest patient, but who knows, yknow !

SIKE I don't start things I know I won't finish (involves an elaborate planning procedure, ask @getawayfox ) and once I start them I push through it even if I have to drag myself crying (I'm insane I know)

I love writing dialogue, and some people have told me it's nice, so I shall go with that!

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Ohh loads I reckon,, I'm going to stick to sharing run on sentences and can't write long plots. Cos I have to do lots of academic writing and copywriting, and that's going pretty steady, so idw to break that and spiral by thinking too much about this :') esp cos idh much time and energy to write fiction rn

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

Yes if done right! Like you do things to make sure you don't throw off those who don't know that language and like make it part of the flow. And/Or footnotes! I've done dialogue in Hindi in my fics, and I've written an entire one in a script play format in Hindi too for @curlyy-hair-dont-care

hey so this may be. A Question. but how would gaffen + widget + maybe the champions react to undertale/deltarunes characters. sorry for undertaling you </3 . also anything on the champions descendants?

OKAY here i go. finally. im gonna limit it to gaffen/widget unless I can think of a funny interaction between undertale characters and the champions I think solely bc there are a lot of them...these are gonna be fairly superficial and based on first impressions don't think too hard about them </3 cause theyre kinda bad

honestly they'd collectively be very weirded out by monsters that can actually speak to them. widget and daruk would definitely try to work things out and yknow. not try to kill anyone while given the first sign of violence gaffen might start attacking everyone. so my first thought is. they are probably better off sticking together in this scenario because of gaffen. and tbf it's not like widget wouldn't be suspicious either, she would be less than friendly at first, especially if she learned how monsters got into the underground. she'd immediately start wondering why and paint humans as the victims who must have had a good reason to do such a thing. idk i'll go in the order of a neutral route

flowey: i'll be honest they would not like flowey...which is HORRIBLE ik. I imagined them trying to beat him up and them him resetting which!!! I do not blame him. if they knew more about him I don't think gaffen would be sympathetic and urbosa would just be pissed. however. mipha probably would reconsider. widget would be all like DONT LOSE HOPE THERE MUST BE ANOTHER WAY!!! revali going "tch I would do cooler things if I could reset everyone" would be funny i admit but smhhh

toriel: ok I admit I think urbosa would be like "shes such a soft mom geez." (baka.) if gaffen wasnt in work mode he'd want to make puns with her and eat her pies....in the meantime he will stare soulfully at her. if toriel read widget facts about snails then widget would be fascinated im ngl she would stay in the ruins with toriel if this was an actual undertale route. however I think they are just taking a tour so whagever

sans: widget would be a bit startled by his jokes! also I think sans would realize that shes like, a PRIME target for them. gaffen and sans would get into a staring contest and gaffen would lose because sans has no eyelids. or does he

undyne: urbosa being like UM. I am FAR less of a show off than you are. you must serve your kingdom with grace. and then they get into a suplexing contest. daruk also joins but he's like oh haha i'm doing this for fun :) while undyne and urbosa are giving it their all. widget is cheering for urbosa obviously and gaffen is a last-minute contestant. widget cheers even harder for urbosa. im not sure who would win but it's not gaffen. also urbosa thinks it was super funny. also mipha would be fascinated by the echo flowers + have a lot of fun swimming around in waterfall. heartbroken by onion-san and tells her all about zora's domain </3

alphys: im going off my immediate first thought so honestly widget asking what anime is and alphys freaking out about it at first and widget being like OH NO WHAT DO I DO. mipha being like...tell me about this...anime...also widget would think mettaton is really cool. revali might like it but he would not express interest at first. and then he would criticize the sequel to mew mew kissy cutie along with alphys really passionately (iirc??? I forgot which one she didnt like) gaffen is eating instant ramen noodles straight out of the package when no one is looking. also if widget knew about the true lab she'd be like well um its fine ??? you did what you could ig wouldnt think of it as bad at all. which. erm. widget. urbosa would complain that her and daruk cant fit in the elevators and criticize asgore's city planning

asgore: yeah speaking of him. idk I think theyd like him. especially if they've heard a lot of good things on their way over. im imagining them all sitting down for tea...widget might be a little skeptical. and would also definitely figure out that him and toriel are divorced and ask intrusive questions about it. if this was deltarun id say asgore might be a little more interested in talking to gaffen I think he would see a bit of resemblance between gaffen and kris, mostly just quiet + weird + :| face I think. gaffen would just be quietly intimidated I think

HATED JOHN - regret version

i'm not sure if i like this version of hated john better than the original hmmm.... his voice is certainly more dynamic but it doesnt feel like he's used to singing like that haha. a lot of voice effects being used too. i guess it's not better or worse it's just different p: instrumental sounded identical to the original to me but i'll have to relisten, i wasnt paying much attention to it

electravel starts with a train chugging noise lol he's going all in with the toybox album theme

otherwise sounds pretty damn close to the original so far. vocal delivery is sliiiiightly different. actually i think i like this version better

man he still has that problem where his vocals kinda get drowned out by the instrumental sometimes though

sorry to hear your shift was shit!! arghghg we all toil under the goochie grip of capitalism. i had an idea about rook and vil but it's in the book 6 settings and though it's not really relevant to the plot nor is it spoiler heavy, the initiation of the scenario does involve some context from the book and i dont know if you'd mind mild spoilers!! not to mention the og thought leans into nitty gritty smutty territory lmfao lols.... all rook stans are vil stans by proxy and both these blonds whisper terrible thoughts into my head every nite... other thoughts vil and rook using you as a lipstick sample tester with their new array of colours; can't have their colour looking less than flattering on you when they kiss you, right? vil will gracefully leave a peck on your lips, on your cheek, on your forehead, on your jaw, on your neck. if he isn't satisfied, he huffs and wipes it off with gentle ease. if he is, he smiles to himself with prideful satisfaction-- leaves the mark on, and reaches for another. rook thinks all the colours are absolutely magnificent on you! he's a little less dignified than vil in having his turn, but it's also very crucial to see how the swatch looks smudged against your lips ok. at the end of it you'll be looking like that "came home drunk last night and got way too excited to see my cat" picture except your whole face is marked with kiss stains. or vil having you substitute in as an actor and him slowly growing enamored with your innate beauty, both on the silver screen and just right infront of him. maybe he has rook as the photographer and he, too, falls madly in love with you. now you're the muse of two people who are very adamant on helping you to be the most radiant version of yourself and showing you just how brilliant you are now...

Oh to be a living lipstick swatch for Vil and Rook <3 also you’re so right about becoming a Stan of one by association with the other. I actually started out the other way around as a Vil Stan™️ out the gate in book 5, and by book 6 Rook fully sank his claws into my brain. Their insane levels of loyalty and responsibility, as well as their loves for their respective crafts made them so interesting to me. There’s actually a post somewhere on here that I made right when I started book 6 about how I didn’t give a fuck what Idia had going on, I just heard I got a kiss from Vil and I was gonna bulldoze my way thru for him haha. Andddd then I ended up REALLY caring what Idia had going on (I still wanted my kiss though hehe hoo). Whatever the Shrouds have going on should be studied by our nations brightest minds bc girl what the FUCK. Book 6 has been my fav part so far though- the mini game segments were so cool??? Like I loved that addition sm.

Anywho, yes in my mind palace I am romantically involved with both Rook and Vil, they are my strange and wonderful companions <3 also swatching lipsticks so he knows what color looks best when he kisses you is SO Vil, and thinking that every color looks beautiful in its own way is SO ROOK like oh my god 😭😭 the only thing that they can manage to agree on, their respective eccentricities aside, is that you look lovely covered in kisses.

Bill denbrough x reader

I was on my way home when i hear something come from the sewer. I slowly approach it when i saw a bunch of eyes suddenly open from the sewer!

I stumbled back when i hit something, or someone.

It was bill the guy from earlier. "A-a-r-re you ok?" He asks looking concerned. "Yeah im fine i just uh thought i saw something in there." I say pointing at the sewer. For a split second i saw horror in his eyes that quickly turned to concern. "What d-d-did you see..?" "Oh uh its nothing i just i you know what nevermind youre going to think im crazy any way!" I awkwardly laugh. He shot me a look. "Ok fine its gonna sound crazy but i swear i saw pairs of eyes coming from there." I say defeated.

He just stared at me. Why is he just staring at me jeez. "C-come with me." He pulled my hand! "Hey wait where are you taking me???? hello?!!?!"

We arrived at his house which i didn't realize was that close to mine. We were at his garage, i look around while he got rid of a white blanket covering some sort of thingy majiger.

"What the hell is that?" I ask, confused as to what that thing made out of pipes is. "I-its the sewer s-s-s-system, i was t-t-thinking, maybe what y-y-you saw there-" "can you maybe uh i dont know, get to the point?" I cut him off, getting impatient "maybe what you s-s-saw was the m-m-missing kids, you k-know, betty, my b-broth- i sound l-like the cr-crazy one now do i?" He cut himself off laughing awkwardly looking at me "yup definitely sound like the crazy one between us." I reply "and no i dont think its betty or your brother, if it was them they would have called out to me but they didn't, it didn't, its something else" i add.

He stares at me for a few seconds, studying my facial features as i inspect the sewer system copy he made. "Hey bud where does this all lead to anyway?" I ask making him snap back to reality. "O-o-h i-it leads to t-t-he creepy house at- wait let me s-sh-show you."

He gets an action figure, throwing it down the pipe, he then got the hose and turned it on making water flow down the pipes in turn, pushing the action figure through. I follow the action figure in awe, it looked cool but so scary at the same time. Just the thought of someone in these sewers gives me the chills.

The action figure then dropped into a box labelled "the barrons?" I ask him "yeah, t-the c-creepy looking house. I-i-it led there, i was thinking m-m-maybe all o-o-f them are there and i-i-if we c-can go we could h-help t-he-" "wanna go?" I ask, cutting him off. "I-i-i-f its ok with you sur-" suddenly something dropped off the shelves, i looked back and saw those eyes again, the only difference is it looks like its getting closer and closer and closer…

"RUN" i scream at bill running for the garage door. Both of us scream. We ran as fast as we could but the garage seem to get longer and longer, the seem to get far away more, it seemed to get closer and closer. Reaching the garage door, Bill was struggling to open the garage door. It wouldn't budge haha we're fucked. "OPEN IT WHAT THE FUCK" "I-I-IM T-TRYING" "TRY HARDER!"

as we frantically scream the pair of eyes suddenly turn into a clown slowly walking towards us, grinning and pushing anything on its way, even dropping the sewer system bill made. As it makes its way to us, i hit bill making it harder for him to open the door "FASTER WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!?!??" I scream at him "SH-SHSHUT UP IM TRYING" he snapped back. But he was too late, it was already close, it ran straight to me. It looked horrifying, as it ran towards me, it opened its mouth wide. Revealing bloody sharp teeth, ready to chomp me up. Well this is it im dead goodbye world i love you all goodbye now. I close my eyes covering my face with my hands as it sprung towards me.

But i wasn't dead. Why wasn't i dead?? I was frozen but then i realize bill opened the garage door just in time, haha thank god.

"A-are you ok???!" Bill ran to me asking, shaking me by my shoulders. I turn to face him. Staring at his scared face. "Y-you saw that too right??? Or am i just going crazy…" "i s-saw that t-too dont w-w-worry." He said, he was frozen, we both were. We just stared at the garage for a few minutes trying to process what the hell just happened.

He helped me up, not letting go of my hand. He dragged me into his house to the living room so i could sit down and rest, He went to the kitchen to grab me a drink.

"Thanks" i say before drinking the glass of water. I gave it back to him and waited for him to get back.

There was awkward silence when he returned.

None of the both of us knew how to bring up what just happened. "So….are we both going crazy now or was that actually happening" i say trying to start a conversation. "Pr-pretty sure that a-actually happened. If it d-i-d-didn't then my sewer system would still b-b-be one piece." He shrugged. He looked terrified but was trying to hide it. "Whatever that was, im sure thats what took them, betty, your brother.." he stayed silent, trying to process the information. He then stood up and turn to me with ang earnest look "we sh-should really g-go and help them! I-i-" "go where?" His dad asked entering their house, making me stand up. "Going nowhere sir" i smile getting ready to leave.

"I should get going its getting late see you bye!" I ran out the door avoiding his dad's stares. I hear Bill scream "wait!" but i didn't look back, i wanted to go home and rest, heck i just almost got attacked by a killer clown! It felt so unreal, what i need is a good night sleep and my mom's fucking good adobo for dinner.

"WOAH YOU CUT YOUR HAIR! YOU LOOK GOOD BEV!" i beamed at her when she opened her house door. She laughed at my reaction, "shall we go?" She asked smiling, handing me her arm. "We shall lady marsh" i say bowing then interlocking our hands together as we walked to her bike. I sat behind her bike as she peddled, my hair flowing with the wind. It felt nice, to have her with me. My very first friend.

We arrived at the quarry a few minutes later. We saw the losers, no offense intended, standing there in their underwear looking silly.

They were bickering about whose going to jump first.

"Pussys" i smile taking off my clothes and ran straight to them and jumped off. "WHAT THE FUCK!" i hear richie scream making me laugh, i few second later bev jumped in too. We played for a few seconds then screamed at the guys to jump too.

"COME ON DONT BE PUSSYS!" "we just got shown up by girls!" "Come on jump!" Bev added to my statement, and then they did.

We played and swam around, "HOLY SHIT THERES A TURTLE" i say "where?!" Richie looked "there!" I pointed at the water, when he dunked in, i gave stan a look, we then held Richie's head under the water making him struggle a little bit.

"WHAT THE HELL?!?!!??" richie screamed at us making us laugh "leave him alone guys" eddie mumbled "oh come on dont be such a killjoy eddie" i say splashing water on him "trying to protect your boyfriend now are we eddie?" Stan added "shut up" eddie rolled his eyes at us swimming away as we laughed at him and Richie's red ass face.

Ben, Bill and Bev seem to have a world of their own so we let them be, the B world as i like to call it. "Why the b world?" Stan asked "cause! Like their names start with b duh" i explain.

Suddenly, Bill swam right between me and Stan "h-h-hey [name] can we t-talk for a sec?"

He asked "sure" i reply as he held my hand under water leading me up to land, god the ground felt so hot i feel like my feet were burning.

"So…."

"So… how are you d-d-doing? I mean after what h-h-happened yesterday a-a-and-" i cut him off "im fine bill, how about you? I mean if i were you i would never step foot in my garage but im getting side tracked here i was actually wondering if maybe we could pretend that didnt happen?" He stared at me for a few seconds before asking "why? S-sh-shouldnt we do something about this?? W-w-we could save betty! G-georgie!" He said, he looked pissed and sad at the same time making me sad too. "I know but, we cant drag them into this"i say looking at the losers playing happily in the water. He thought for a second "fine" he pouted looking defeated. "Hey, if it makes you feel better i'll help you look for Georgie?" I awkwardly smile at him, trying to cheer him up. He just smiled and then talked about

A few minutes later the losers joined us. They all sat on the ground while bev sunbathe.

We were all staring at her. Admiring her even, when she suddenly looked at us making us all look away.

Richie went through ben's bag teasing him about how school ended but he still had his books. Pulling out some sort of folder.

"oohh~ who gave you this?" Richie asks ben teasingly as he grabs a note. "Now one" ben quickly grabbed it and put it back in the depths of his bag. "Whats with the history project?" Eddie asks "oh, well when i first moved here, i didn't really have anyone to hang out with" ben explains as we pass the folder full of newspapers about past derry events. "So i just started spending time in the library" he added. "You went to the library?" Richie asks "on purpose??" I added confused as to why he would want to hang out there.

"Oh, i wanna see" Bev says standing up and making her way next to bill. "Whats the black spot?" Stan asks "the balck spot was like a night club or something i dont knoe i dont read news papers" i answer "you dont read anything at all" Bev states "woah! Not true! I read like…uh…you know what maybe i dont read." I say making Bev chuckle. "Y-y-your hair-" i hear bill faintly try to compliment beverly before ben cuts him off "your hair's beautiful, Beverly" "oh, thanks" Bev says tucking her hair. "You see this right?" Richie whispers to me "see what? The obvious tension?" "So you do see sweetcakes" he says back at me, grinning.

"I have more stuff at my house….if you guys want to come and se-" "GREAT LETS GO!" I say excited to learn about nerdy stuff. Ignoring that somewhat jealous feeling im having right now.

Josh Hutcherson Count Report!!!

[Long post ahead]

If you follow me, you'll know that since the peak of the Josh Hutcherson Renaissance, I started the Josh Hutcherson Count, inspired by the comments under various IG reels stating the number of Joshes they have encountered so far to illustrate the ridiculous popularity of the meme. Under the cut will be a review of the data collected by me over a period of over a month - from 23 Nov to 31 Dec of the number of Josh posts and reels I have encountered on Instagram.

So, to start things off, I would like to say that this is nowhere close to like a proper study or investigation. At first this was just like a fun thing I thought I was gonna do for like a week when the meme dies off. For the first week, I basically used sheer memory to count the number of Joshes that appear on my Instagram feed, which definitely means the data collected is not going to be reliable, but whatever. After one week, I got a tally counter app, which increased the reliability of the data collected. However, this count should still be taken with a grain of salt because I think I counted on other social media apps once or twice, even though the scope was only on Instagram, and I stopped collating data at the end of the day after 1 week (I knew the number of Joshes in total, just not the number of Joshes per day). (Also I think you should take this with a grain of salt because this is literally a Josh Hutcherson count, not a serious academic study or anything haha) (and I liked those josh reels so the algorithm gave me more, which skews the data up)

Fortunately, I'm that one annoying friend who sends every single reel I see, so I also sent many of the Josh Hutcherson reels I encountered to my friends along with the number of Joshes at that point in time. One of my friends (@gghggabc) collected all of the Joshes that I sent to complete the data (absolute mad lad btw) and created a graph illustrating the trend in Josh appearances.

Without further ado, I present to you, the TOTAL NUMBER OF JOSH HUTCHERSONS I ENCOUNTERED IN 1+ MONTHS:

So, as you can see, the Josh Hutcherson Renaissance reached its peak in late November - early December (or according to my data at least) and then slowed down significantly in December. The cumulative graph became less and less steep until 31 December, when it came back up a little bit (I vividly remember seeing A BUNCH of Josh Hutcherson edits popping up on my feed as I was watching the New Year countdown. it was wild). There were a lot of fluctuations in the number of Joshes encountered per day, most likely due to different screen times and whether I interact with the Josh posts or not.

Average number of Josh per day: 40?

Min number of Josh encountered: 7

Max number of Josh encountered: 214 (thats insane i dont know if this is correct anymore thats way too much)

Im not done yet but move it thoughts so far (SPOILERS)

I hate this but i'm getting this out of the way right now because i am NOT pointing out every time this happens, but i cannot believe how much unintentional deviantart type shit is in this?? Obviously it's all goofy cartoon gags so it's innocuous in intent but with so many in quick succession it feels like we're checking off boxes here. Kids, there's nothing more cool than drawing characters you like, but if an anonymous stranger ever randomly approaches you asking you to draw "what if ashley was giant haha", THAT'S NO GOOD

One other thing before i get into the individual stages that i thought was weird even back when they released the trailers for this, and i'm being a little fun police about this, is fhat i dont like the implication that this ancient civilization was colonized and converted into a tourist trap. I don't know how i would have fixed this but seeing it all laid out like that is like oh, this feels sucky.

WARIO: I like the callback to smooves in his stage and also that he gets both in and out of trouble by being a massive dick. The new voice......it's gonnna have to grow on me

MONA: Was a little disappointed that she was looking for mermaids instead of like barnacles or something but it's fine, mermaids can be for everyone. Joe is a fucking maniac but i respect him.

THE CRYGORS: really fucking cute. I love the pose mike does when you win. Also, the retroactive cave drawings of each of them are super funny

ORBULON:

4.T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK first of all, i know i said that i wasnt gonna bring this up again but i really really hate the orbulon weight gain thing. Do you know how many of that exact image i have been accosted by before this game was even announced just by googling his name?? TOO MANY. And now all of them are REAL. I feel betrayed.

now that that's out of the way. WHAT!!!!!

I don't know how to feel about the oinker being alive. I'm at a loss. On one hand, it upends everything we know about the oinker. On the other hand, i too have a soul bond with my car

I enjoyed being able to look inside orbulon's brain. I think that is all i ever wanted to do in a wario game.

One thing i think is highly consistent with his old characterization is that he WOULD instantly welcome people worshipping him like a god

THE ORBULON DAD REVEAL. It's like. See I thought we were going to meet him in person and it would be like a big lore thing but this is literally a joke. I'm ok with a joke. I'm ok with a gaff.

I really appreciated all of the slapstick. If orbulon doesn't eat shit on the concrete is it even worth it

This is in a later cutscene but i'm addressing it here, i simultaneously love and hate the fact that orbulon is depicted sleeping on a lounge chair slurping a drink because i literally drew him doing exactly that in the next camping episode. I'm very happy that we are all in agreement that that is a thing he can do. But mark my words i did it first so you gotta act surprised okay

OK one last thing but i really liked rhe chicken rap

ASHLEY: Just your standard garden variety ashley cutscene. Even on vacation red needs a vacation

THE REMIX BUS: this is my favorite cutscene in the game. Super funny, love the chaos as well as seeing each character fooling around and just hanging out, and mike's singing is melodious. This is the peace all true warriors strive for

CRICKET & MANTIS: I think i said "WHAT" out loud like five times during both of these cutscenes. WHAT!!!!!!!!!

KAT & ANA: Similarly, CRACTUS??!!!?! FROM WARIO LAND??!! I enjoy how many random throwbacks this game has. Also, nice to see the return of leo even though i didnt care about him that much. He's alright

JIMMY T: Beautiful as always. 10/10 no notes

Dribblenspitz: I think there is more raw emotion in dribble's "AW, NUTS" than the entire rest of the game. Love their cutscene

Also love that REPORTER KEN is BACK and i guess he wears contacts now good for him. Love the traditional dribblenspitz sci fi shooter boss

i've found your content quite recently, and i really enjoy your CC! it has added a very nice touch to my game, especially your teeth sets, and ig i just wanted to let you know that! finding out that you were one of the rare CC creators who keep their stuff free was a really pleasant surprise

i honestly never understood the paywall thing. modding was never supposed to be an income source. coming from other modding communities back to ts4 after taking a break from the game is always such a jarring experience. i swear no other community has anything like this going on, i dont know how ppl can look at this and think it's normal, or even go out of their way to defend it

this community is honestly so stressful, and i'm not even up to date with any drama bc i stay as far away from that side of the community as possible... ig it's just. very refreshing to see someone speak out abt it from time to time

Inktober days 11-15!!

I PROMISE I DIDNT FORGET TO POST THIS, I HAD IT WRITTEN AND EVERYTHING BUT YET TUMBLR DIDNT POST IT??? So erm.... I scheduled it for 'today' at like... 2 pm i think? my time, that is... LOL (turned out the queue didnt work! so its 6pm!)

so anyways, I'll upload yet again on sunday (tomorrow!) since I also need to post on Halloween!! oh boy!! so theres my uploads for the rest of the month, if you want to check back :D

Hey CHAOS CAKE, how are you doing?

I am doing quite well all things considered

I just want to share a bunch of things because I'm bored

1. I competed at another robot event where I did a bit better than last time... marginally (fight links)

2. Somehow my silly ideas post has managed to get over 2000 views, which I am still dumbfounded by.

You probably already saw this, but I still find it amazing that one of MY ideas was able to inspire the creation of something so wonderful!

I would also just like to say, thank you.

You were one of the people who gave me the confidence to start publicly posting my ideas back when I was first getting started.

It eventually got me to start reaching out to other people to try and turn my outlines into full fledged stories, since I can't write dialogue. This is something that I would never have even thought of doing as recently as June! And I really owe most of that to you cake.

So, just know that I am grateful for all the help you have provided me. I hope that school isn't being too hard on you, and that you are getting enough time to destress and relax! I wish you luck in your comic and hope to see it inspire more people as it did me.

I do want to return the favor, so if you ever need any assistance with your projects, just ask!

But I'm also thankful, thanks for actually feeling comfortable enough to share them with me, they were really fun, and congrats on all your accomplishments (yes i saw the comic, loved it)

I honestly just, I'm really happy, it's stupid maybe, but for me, this is like my own accomplishment, that i was able to help out and inspire someone

So keep up the work, even if I'm no longer available, I'm cheering from the sidelines!

And thank you so much, my comic is going good so far. Unfortunately tho, school isn't being the best at the moment, but i can manage. I've been able to desstress when getting back home ^^
