something you know, something you want to know, something you have learned
draw yourself, label all the parts you love.
what is something you know is harming you but still keep around? don't feel guilty, just acknowledge it and be gentle with yourself
write a dialogue with your younger self, or a letter to them
is this what you thought your five year plan would look like five years ago?
roadmap to how you got here
pick something that makes you happy; now write a recipe for it like you're baking a cake

nov. 2, 2021 | all saint’s day.
happy halloween ya’ll, i’ve had a very long yet stressful weekend due to the fact that i haven’t met my own deadline. however, overall non-academic wise i’ve had a very fruitful weekend.
holiday weekend in a nutshell:
clean the house (twice)
rewrite my notes on research
organize my notes on med-surge
met with my friend and she gave me these classic books!! (pride and prejudice, wuthering heights, and sense and sensibility)
bought this plant and it is called joy pathos! for only 2$
finished study med-surge (only the handouts)
currently studying on research!!
unfortunately, there are still a lot of things that i need to do, but i chose not to pressure myself over the things i can’t do since i still have a lot of time.

been journaling since I’m off for the summer and don’t have much to put on my to-do list ♡ this week was a very exciting week because my fiancé and I decided on our wedding venue! I feel like this is the biggest decision surrounding the wedding, but I am 1,000% this is our place ♡

ways to wake up better in the morning
set your alarm to a calm song enough to wake you up though (i use pretty venom by all time low)
have a dim light you can reach from your bed, turn it on as soon as you wake up (i really like salt lamps for this)
try to wash your face with cold/cool water once you get up
don't feel pressure to be insanely productive immediately after waking up. Give yourself time to make a coffee or tea, eat something, read for a bit
try to work with a lamp and not a big ceiling light, it'll shock your system less
prep the night before! i like to set my smoothies up so I can make them first thing. overnight oats are a popular option too,
don't eat a huge meal right away, but get something in your body.
have a routine
make your bed once you're up, you're less likely to climb back in it then
do not be too hard on yourself if you aren't insanely productive as soon as you're up
have a morning playlist that you can put on. mine is linked
listen to your body! sometimes, mornings aren't for everyone. that's ok <3
