So like im not a professional hater for it bc i simply didnt like it and i only make well thought out analyses if i enjoy the thing a lot for whatever reason and to me tlt is more of a whimper than a bang. so this isnt the most well thought out & its been a year or maybe 2 since i read it. but lets go. i read the first 2 books & not nona the ninth btw, and i enjoyed gideon for the most part due to I Love Murder Mysteries. but once its no longer a murder mystery(& confined to one location) i felt like the whole thing fell apart. (That being said i will suffer through a LOT for a murder mystery) harrow the ninth was like.. confusing and i know thats the point but it couldnt carry itself well enough. like i like confusing narratives i like nonsense and i like it when it doesnt make sense. but it just like. wasnt.. good? i really cant elaborate without rereading and i dont really want to. Also it was very predictable which, how can u be confusing and predictable, idk, ask harrow the ninth

so like anyways the writing is pretty annoying. i cant say its bad writing because it's competent enough but it's like oh my god you referenced this meme from 2016 tumblr you are SO. FUNNY. like i felt like as soon as i would be like "ok this is real im getting into it" someone would drop the dumbest line in the entire world that was a reference to an outdated meme. (I wish i took notes in my book to give you an example but like... you know exactly what im talking about if you've read any of it lmfao) people are like "gideon is just annoying" and yeah, she really was, but her narration in the first book had much fewer meme references and it was therefore sooo much more tolerable imo. Like harrow was genuinely SO bad for it. but both books i read felt very very juvenile. like people will be like "it is NOT ya" but then why does it feel like ya. like ya isnt just subject matter, i would argue that the defining feature in all the ya i read as a teen was in its tone and style. and tlt totally has a similar tone. in an annoying way. like "oh funny and relatable" but like due to everyone talking like a 17 year old from tumblr.com in the year 2015 it was not like, atmospheric at all. and a lot of harrow the ninth is about The Vibe. And the vibe was not coming across well. it just completely prevented me from feeling like i was in another world in like, any way. and this is a pretty fantastical setting..

and now we move on to the fandom of it all. i saw a really good post a few days ago that i did not reblog or save but it was criticizing how ianthe specifically was written like, intentionally playing into fandom troping and it genuinely shows so hard and it's really annoying. like. ok. so i told my friend that ianthe was just discount nanami from utena. and they were like "that is not true because ianthe is a discount homestuck character, also how dare you say that about nanami." (Idk anything about homestuck so i cant tell you any more there) but isnt that crazy. she is a knock off of many. anyways so like her whole purpose is to i dont know. fuck things up in an incredibly non threatening manner? like she was not necessary but its like Omg #Failgirl! god i wish i could find the post because i am not putting it into words

i also generally found the relationships and characters to be pretty uncompelling. like i didnt really care about gideon and harrow it was like woah they like each other now. wasnt really feelin it. i know a lot of people like it and thats fine though. the characters i liked the best were camilla and palamedes and then they dropped the bomb that palamedes was a heterosexual and i was genuinely so upset. like the man had fag vibes. "Oh he could be bisexual" the thing is that he wasnt though. soooooo. this is like so unimportant but i really did feel very betrayed. bc like gay people exist in the series. and not him..? fuck off

s4 thoughts: okay honestly im really surprised the tournament arc came this early in the show because for some reason i thought it came a lot later. either i had. so much fun this was such a fun arc. i was also familiar with wayyy way more of this season than the other ones which was surprising so i mustve watched the bulk of it at least twice or something.

okay lets get the worst thing out of the way so that we can talk about things i really liked. the . euuuuuugh the garmadon / misako / wu love triangle that they still keep bringing up for some reason. actually im just going to take a snippet of one of my angry discord rants and leave it at that

number 2: THE RESOLUTION OF THE JAY/NAYA/COLE LOVE TRIANGLE!!!! thank GOODNESS im so glad that is done. i'm glad we're all friends again and dont have to bring that up in any sort of significant way going forward. hopefully. id like to see more friendship shenanigans please writers please

number 3: im obsessed with how absolutely and entirely confused i am about the timeline of ninjago. i understand nothing. i really dont and i think the writers are just as confused as i am

number 4: i think they did a better job w skylor/kai than any of the other ships so far but also half of that is because im pretty sure it being kind of shallow but having the potential to be an actually functional and mildly interesting relationship is the point instead of on accident this time. at least thats what i got out of it

number 5: speaking of skylor, who the heck is her mom. real question. this is always my question whenever any dude has a child with no mention of a mom especially because half the men in question i could not see anybody getting married to them in a million years.

number 6: i feel like the writing got significantly better this season. the plot was tighter and the jokes were a lot funnier and . yeah i dont know i had so much fun the fights were engaging without dragging on too much on characters we dont have any real investment in and i really like how they didnt just put everybody into the same stone pit and had them beat the snot out of each other. many points for creativity.

number 8: lloyd & garmadon continues to be the most interesting and compelling relationship in the show, which is great for me because im terribly invested in this. my curse in life is that the more invested i am in a character or relationship the more my brain locks up when i try to talk about it so trying to put something into words is like pulling teeth but !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WERE SO GOOD THIS SEASONNNN im also really glad they let lloyd be mad for five minutes when garmadon decides to send himself to the spirit realm or whatever to save ninjago. thank you writers. also having lloyd be the one to send him off like 😭😭😭 wow yall really out here making him kill his dad Again but also YESSSSS yesss couldnt have chosen anybody better this was so good

number 9: some more miscellaneous things, but like. dude this season was so fun. the premise is "the ceo of this megacorp noodle company is actually is holding an underground fight ring between all the elemental masters so he can steal all their powers and use it to turn all his men into anacondri" is absolutely wack and i am 10000000% here for it. still not over how the prisoners built a jet to escape the underground noodle factory, btw. some other misc observations

also cannot believe they worked literally DARETH into this. incredible showstopping spectacular amazing this was so much fun. 9/10 (<- one point docked for subjecting me to more garmadon/misako/wu) arc

1) ah yes,, the misako frustration reigns eternal. i will never get over how interesting she had the potential to be (implied to be badass archaeologist adventurer who’s also setting the trend for deadbeat moms? at the very least she could be frustrating but fun) and the dedication to making her the good guy in all conceivable situations is ACTIVELY harming the narrative. i wish she could be shitty in a fun way so bad

2) hell yeah!!!! the love triangle is annoying but cole and jay’s dynamic through out this season is very dear to me. its stupid as hell but dear.

3) mhm mhm mhm. it gets so painfully clear that they grew out of the original plan for the series VERY quickly after s2 and over time it only gets funnier as they try harder and harder to justify each new season’s premise. personal fave is “fuck it video game”

4) skylor and kai is fun!!! i’m not usually a fan of those kinds of dynamics but they’re more convincingly attracted to each other and maybe have the momentum + desire to make it work than. pretty much every single other romantic relationship at this point

5) ahh… the villains inexplicable child dilemma. theoretically she had to be the previous master of amber but imo it’s much funnier if chen just yoinked skylor from somewhere. or she was just 100% down for evil machinations and skylor’s the weirdo in the family for being half decent. either way good fuckin question why is this so ridiculously common

6) yeah!! the fights and competitions are actually pretty creative and the structure did tie the whole season together well,, this seasons technically less exciting than the others but you can def tell they had a much clearly vision and plan for it. and the roller derby is funny as hell so

7) i could talk about zane for ages and ages.. the day i finally write the android-becomes-human trope fic about him and pixal (is probably never going to come bc i can’t decide When it should take place bc his opinions would be vastly different) is the day i win. i believe it’s canon that robin’s the one who turned them over? zane rebuilt himself, pixal found him and then they got captured (the ending of s3 was supposed to tease about zane’s new body but i think it didn’t get animated correctly). i very much could be wrong but i’m like 80% sure that’s canon

8) GOD YEAH ITS SO GOOD. lloyd and garmadon carry the character dynamics for the entire show. utterly tragic. stunning. i also have nothing coherent to say about them but will never shut up about them. i want to stick s1 lloyd and current lloyd into a box and shake it until the emotions and complex feelings about their father come out

9) IT IS IT REALLY IS. ninjago at its core MUST be goofy as hell and s4 embraces it in SUCH a good way. later they get too good at angst i need stupid shit and stupid shit we get. (okay not really. what i mean is early goofiness fits with the established show, where later stuff is more. spontaneous and lol random wouldnt-it-be-funny-if stuff rather than part of the narrative’s status quo) agshdjfjfkf tysm for your reactions im never going to be able to watch it w/o those being in my head again.. ooohh there’s something there about ourboros but i don’t have words for it rn. the narrative is constantly eating itself to rewrite what was once canon so they can tell new stories. it’s crumbling under the weight of needing to tell more and more new and creative things in a world that was built for four ten minute glorified advertisements,, consuming itself and rewriting its own history by necessity…

Optigami Review + A big rant on Cat noir in season 4

Alright, I haven't been really active on Tumblr lately mainly because of school and all the work I've been receiving, but this is the one time I can post so just bear with me lmao.

*SPOILERS AHEAD*

Optigami Review:

Honestly love Ladybee, her transformation did look a bit rough, but her suit looks stunning. Too bad Cat noir didn't get to see it.

Kind of lost as to why there's only Luka, Kagami, Max, Chloe, and the other miraculous holders that Shadowmoth knew the identities of, did Gabriel just ask Adrien those specific people, and Adrien just, did not find anything suspicious about that?

Did Adrien just not question as to why Kaalki, the kwami of teleportation, was there with Rena Rouge?? And why Kaalki even teleported him somewhere so far to the Montparnasse Tower even though he's literally Cat noir and needed to fight??

Why were the kwamis magically able to be heard on the phone?? I thought they weren't able to be seen in technology, the phone is technology... So why were they heard??

Now for Alya. Honestly, she did seem a bit suspicious earlier because she wanted to be a permanent holder even though it's not the wisest decision and then completely acted like everything was fine after saying "It's your choice tho" and then immediately got to be a permanent miraculous holder... Seems like she wanted to cover her plans up by seeming sincere and then got her chance. Foreshadowing? Even if I love Alya in general, I do love some betrayal plot twist stories.

Mari is not making the right decision because, it will be okay for a moment, but Shadowmoth literally knows who Rena Rouge is. And at the end of the episode, we see him wanting to get to know Alya better. Alya is going to be in danger. This is going to affect Ladynoir. I mean, yea, I want angst but still.

Overall, I rate this episode a 7.5/10. It was impactful, we got to see Cat noir upset about not being needed, but there were also some questionable things in this episode like I mentioned previously. Other than that it was a decent episode and for once I liked Shadowmoths plan tbh.

So there's been a ton of people talking about "Cat noir is being replaced by Rena Rouge!" and all that... I just have one question, why? Why are you so upset over the fact that Rena was here for like, what, two episodes? And then saying she's replacing him? It's as if you're living in Cat noirs mind lmao. I swear I saw at least 12 videos in the span of two days after the release of Optigami saying how upset Cat noir is and how they're bashing Rena for it as if it's entirely her fault for getting to be a permanent miraculous holder and about to be replaced as the next Guardian of the miraculous box. Look, if you despise any girl that's getting more screentime over a DEUTERAGONIST, just say you're misogynistic and go. I don't mean to sound controversial, but what's up with you hating and bashing on girls that "Get in the way" of something that you cherish and baby (Ex. 'Kagami gets in the way of adrienette, Rena is replacing Cat noir, Vesperia is a replacement of Chloe and gets in the way of Ladynoir' who, may I remind you, is a racist rich girl and Cat can like anyone he wants so shut it)

Now back to the main subject, yes, you can be upset over what's happening to Cat noir, but that doesn't give you the right to completely bash the girls who have nothing to do with hurting him unintentionally (BTW, Ladybug is the one who is hurting him by not telling him anything, still doesn't mean you should hate on her, you can talk about it but bullying her over- dramatic; this is a kid show for god's sake). I am upset about Cat noir, but it's clear that the writers are planning something with him, as I will talk more about in the rest of this post.

There have been tons of foreshadowing in the past episodes about Adrien/Cat noir, so let me talk about it.

I'll start with Truth. In Truth, Cat noir gets hit by the spell, and Ladybug asks him his opinion on her role as Guardian of the Miraculous Box. He then says "If it doesn't change things between you and me, then I'm good with it!". But things are changing, and he's clearly not okay, this was some good foreshadowing I did not notice earlier lmao. This was a good part on the writers job.

In Mr. Pigeon 72, the end card is quite interesting. Practically all the photos of Adrien in this end card are of him wearing his blue scarf. When it wasn't even mentioned in this episode. Even if it wasn't said, it actually is still there. In Bubbler, when Adrien arrives to school, Nino says "Wow dude, guess adults can really change!" This line is effective to Adrien. The moment he got the scarf and apparently it was from his father, he was so happy. From the scarf, he thinks his father can change. He thinks his father is just demanding and over protective. He thinks his father just "Doesn't know how to show his love for his son" Even though, us, the audience, knows thats not true. Adrien is not blind. From the scarf, that's what's making Adrien keep on thinking his father isn't bad. And in Mr. Pigeon 72, he literally tells Marinette the moment he wants to walk with her in the rain and then sees the gorilla, "I can't, you know my father, he's demanding." Even though that's not the case. So why was it included in the end card? Foreshadowing that there will be a scarf reveal. Foreshadowing that Adrien will find out the truth. Even if the truth isn't always great.

Now for Solecrusher. I picked this scene because, I find it really upsetting. When Zoe was opening up to everyone talking about how she made different roles to please Chloe, and when Ivan hugs Zoe, Adrien is upset. Why? Because he relates to her. He makes different roles of himself or different personalities, to please everyone. That's why he's upset.

Now for the end card. Here's a little close-up. We see Adrien, Ivan, Juleka, Luka, and Rose. However, Adrien is farther from the others. He stills feels isolated and stuck. While everyone else is happy. He stills feels the need to pretend. Which is making Adrien feel worse.

This isn't specifically about Adrien, but I kind of see a little pattern here. Solecrusher shows Andre is the one who made Solitude. Queen Banana shows a movie being made. What's the next episode? Gabriel Agreste. This episode will probably be all about flashbacks. About the movie Solitude. About Emilie. Showing Gabriel, Emilie, and Adrien younger. I honestly think that Gabriel and Adriens relationship is still as bad, I just think that even if Adrien claims it was better before.

This was honestly the episode I felt the worse for Adrien. He nearly killed himself and Ladybug didn't even talk about it after. Now, I know Ladybug wouldn't know what to say, but she should at least speak up?? I mean that's all I want tbh. The end card seems.. Off. Adrien is not included even though he had a big role in comforting Juleka in the beginning of the episode. Cat noir is shown to be, smiling.. But the smile doesn't even seem genuine. He's still upset. He's still not okay. Foreshadowing that he's feeling even worse than before.

Optigami. Holy this episode. Well I already rated it before but yea. Take a look at his facial expressions. He's upset he wasn't even in the battle (Meaning he wasn't never happy with the fact that he's sometimes not even needed in fights like Style Queen), he's angry, shocked/disappointed, then pretends he's the same old Cat noir with the flirty jokes, but the moment Ladybug leaves with her superhero allies (Still questioning why she even left tho; Shadowmoth knows those identities yet Cat noir doesn't..) And Cat noir is just upset. I couldn't take the exact frame of him alone but I see him looking all moody and sad. He's now pretending to be fine as Cat noir. Which is not getting any better, but more angsty lol.

As I saw all the foreshadowing in this season, the writers seem to be isolating Adrien even more. And after the scarf reveal, I'm pretty sure he's going to pretend to be fine with that too. I feel like a lot is going to happen to him. Maybe even him possibly becoming a.. Villain? What? In Queen Banana, it shows the hero of creation, and the villain of destruction. Could mean something. Other than that, I've been thinking about a lot of angsty fake scenarios of Adrien lately lol.. Back to the subject, the possible breakdown or conflict between Ladynoir would happen in season 4. It's the most logical time.

Lu new rules is always worth the wait. I love it when the OC stood up to him. And Jungkook being whatever he’s trying to do is leaving us in suspense. But last the scene is perfect. I can picture that scene as if I was watching a drama. Especially when she say “it’ll be easy getting over you” and turn around VERY slowly. Gosh I just want to cry cause it’s beautifully written. JK probably scare that he’s not good enough for her?JEON JUNGKOOK you get on my nerves but I still love him.

REQUEST ( @marvelhaven ): Could I have a T’Challa imagine where he falls for Black Widow’s sister whom is a shield ambassador for foreign countries? I love your page btw!

A/N: Thanks beautiful! I loved writing this one, but I also thought I’d add just a little backstory just to give it a bit more meaning. Kinda like T’challa’s relationship with Nakia, but more basic like it never actually got to anything. I was going to make this into two parts, but most of the imagines I’ve created for Black Panther have broken into parts and I feel kinda bad. Anyway enjoy! - BTW I hate creating titles!

Finally the car came to a stop outside of the United Nation’s representative building of Vienna. I followed my sister out of the limo, ignoring the flashing cameras and the screams of reporters and protestors as we made our way into the building. 

Due to the events of Nigeria and Sokovia accumulating with more than hundreds of lives taken from the innocent, the United Nations and its member states had come to the agreement that the Avengers should be under their jurisdiction, going only where they wanted and no less. 

I happened to be the sister of Black Widow herself, and though I had not followed the exact same path as my sister, I still worked in the world of politics as an ex-SHIELD Agent and now a SHIELD Ambassador of foreign countries. 

When we entered the room together, many heads turning at the sight of both Romanoff sisters, the buzz of gossip coming to life. Yes, we caused a lot of attention wherever we went due the fact that one was a highly skilled assassin while the other was a well known politician.

‘Seriously, they should’ve sent one of the others for this kind of situation. I hate politics,’ Natasha muttered under her breath as we made our way over to our seats, placing our bags down. 

‘Come on Nat, it’s not that bad, just think of it as a somber sequel to your last performance at Capitol Hill,’ I chuckled as she just rolled her eyes, shaking her head, ‘And besides your spending time with me just like old times. What could be better than that?’ 

She smiled at this. taking my hand into her own and squeezing it, ‘Very true little one.’ 

Though Natasha and I lived in very different worlds now, she continued to visit me as much as she could. After the extreme training she went under in the Red Room, the only memory she had left of her previous life was me. She searched and searched for me, only to find me in a little orphanage. 

Even when she had worked for Hydra, she continued to provide me, send me money through the mail along with a letter, and to me that was enough to get through the years. 

But even at a young age, I could tell Hydra was not good news, so when Hawk Guy gave requested her to join SHIELD, I insisted she took the chance. It was many years later that I joined her side. 

I had loved fighting in the field alongside my older sister and the Avengers, however I felt that I needed to do more for those countries that weren’t as fortunate as others. So I handed in my resignation before inquiring with Fury about any political openings which is how I landed a position as an Ambassador.

‘And speaking of old times, you may want to see whose eyeing you up.’ I glanced at her in confusion before turning in the direction of her stare to look right into the eyes of the Prince of Wakanda who stood at the balcony.

I had met the Prince on many political occasions, the first where he had bumped into me, causing me to pour my coffee all over my blouse. After that we would greet each other and create small talk whenever we ran into one another. 

However that changed after he had asked me out dinner. There had been a thing between us, but it ended quite quickly, something I knew would happen. He was a Prince and heir to his father’s throne and I was-well just an ambassador, nothing more. 

‘Of course his royal highness had to be here,’ I said, now the one in a frazzle as my older sister just laughed at my change of demeanour, ‘Oh come on its not that bad! Besides you better change that expression, he’s coming over.’

‘Wait-what-’

‘Y/N Romanoff.’ I bit my lip before turning to find T’challa making his way over with that amazing smile of his. Come on Y/N, keep it together!

‘Your Highness, it’s great to see you again, it’s been far too long!’ I said with a small bow, even though we had broken things off, I knew it would be wrong to talk to him casually in public in front of so many officials. ‘I agree, Ms Natasha Romanaff,’ 

‘Prince T’challa, it’s an honour to finally meet you,’ My sister said with a small bow of her head towards him as he acknowledged her. He just smirked, ‘I suppose neither of us is used to the spotlight, considering your last trip to Capitol Hill I wouldn’t think you would be particularly comfortable in this company.’

Natasha’s cheeks flushed at this. Since the United Nations had brought the subject of the control of the Avengers, she had confided that she actually did not want to go ahead with it. She had agreed to keep herself in the good books of the nations of the world, especially America. ‘Oh, well, you could say it’s not always so flattering.’ 

‘I’d have to agree, in many of my moments that are not so flattering your sister has always been there to get me out of trouble. Isn’t that right Y/N?’ I looked to him at this as he just smiled down at me, but I shook my head in disagreement, ‘His highness exaggerates, but at times yes I’ve helped.’

‘Oh he isn’t, who is the one who ALWAYS has to help him with his tie?’ I turned with a smile towards the voice that I knew so well, bowing to King T’chaka who took my hands into his, ‘Y/N, my dear child, it is so nice to see you again.’

‘King T’chaka I must say the same,’ I said bowing to him as he just chuckled, running his hand across cheek in a fatherly manner. He turned towards Natasha, his smile falling short of anything that he had shown me, ‘Ms Natasha Romanoff.’ 

‘Your Majesty. Please, allow me to apologize for what happened in Nigeria,’ She said, her tone more formal towards the King who acknowledged her apology with a small nod, ‘Thank you. Thank you for agreeing to all this-’

At this, T’challa tugged on my wrist, pulling me away from the King and my sister. Although every fibre in my body was telling me to pull away from him and return to Natasha, I couldn’t help but tremble at the warmth of his simple touch. 

‘It really is good to see you again Y/N. I’ve missed you …’ I glanced up at him before looking away towards the city. I couldn’t look him in the eyes, knowing I’d probably get emotional which wouldn’t be too great at a United Nations meeting.  

‘Your highness I think you’ve just missed my assistance by yours and your father’s side-’

‘We can drop the formalities now Y/N, it’s just you and me.’ He took my hand into his own. 

I couldn’t help but swallow hard. 

I stared up at him with a firm expression, ‘In that case it seems you’ve forgotten my place in your life T’challa. I am nothing but a common girl.’

I went to pull my hand out of his hold but he only tightened it, ‘Not just any girl helps tie my tie Y/N. Speaking of which, it seems to look horrible, would you please assist me?’

‘This isn’t the time or place T’challa-’ 

‘You never rejected such a proposition when we were dating-’

‘That was before both of us truly realised that we had made a mistake in starting something between us. And besides it looks perfectly-’ He suddenly pulled roughly at the accessory, forcing it to become knotted and tangled, ‘fine.’ 

I stared up at him in shock, looking around to see if anybody was looking towards us before, with shaky hands, reaching up and fixing his tie. 

All the while T’challa watched me, every action that I made, as unknotted it, folded each side over another before tightening it slowly. I gasped when he unexpectedly placed his hands on my hips, pulling me closer to him so I fell into his chest.

‘Stop this T’challa-’

‘Your cheeks,’ T’challa chuckled, ‘still warm from my touch, you still tremble, you react to everything I do. I can see it. And more importantly, you know it too.’

I gazed up at him incredulously before breaking away from him, pulling my hand roughly out of his hold as I made my way back to my seat, fixing my outfit as I did.

As I sat myself down, Natasha just smirked at my flustered appearance, shaking her head, ‘That wasn’t all so bad was it?’ I turned with a glare that surely could’ve killed if I had the powers of a God. ‘Are you being serious or trying to be funny?’

My sister scoffed. ‘Y/N it ended on good terms! Why are you so upset? Isn’t it good that you can at least greet each other without the ache of a broken heart?’

I stared back at her sadly and her eyes widened, ‘No … Y/N please tell your not-’

‘I don’t know! I-I don’t know!’ I said quickly, trying to maintain my composure in front of so many people, ‘I tried not to. The moment I knew we started things, I knew what I was getting myself into and pushed myself to not feel anything! But when we stopped seeing each other … I don’t know I felt like I was missing a piece of myself.’

Natasha sighed, shaking her head, ‘I warned you about falling in love with him.’

‘I know, I know, and now I must pay the price,’ I say as I glance over at the Prince who had begun to make his way back over to his father.

‘And yet it seems, he has too,’ I turned to her with an irked expression as she held her hands up, ‘Hey I’m just speaking the truth. I mean think about only moments ago he was all over you. I think he has missed you more than you care to admit.’

I shook my head, looking back to T’challa, ‘He’s probably just bored without a woman by his side.’ Natasha just rolled her eyes, ‘If thats what you want to believe.’

The Prince watched me carefully from his seat beside his father as I conversed with Natasha. He had missed not only the friendship that they had created but the love. 

Your strong presence by his side and your words of encouragement during many troubling times as a politician, though he would never admit to others, made him more confident. But in private, he had cherished the quiet moments that you had together. 

Though he knew if he ever wanted to take things further that it may cause trouble, he still wanted to take that risk. 

‘Your in love with her aren’t son?’ T’challa turned to his father at this who was now smiling at him. ‘Baba?’

T’chaka chuckled, ‘Are you in love with her?’ T’challa stumbled on his words in shock, ‘No Baba-what would make you say that-How could-’

‘I am your father, I think I can tell when my son is in love. I can see that you and Ms Romanoff have history which I will not ask about but the more important subject is - What are you going to do about it?’

T’challa sighed at this, looking back towards you as you pulled out a stack of documents from your satchel, shaking his head, ‘Nothing, you know what people will say if I marry outside of the Wakandan borders.’

His father scoffed, ‘T’challa, pleasing the people is an important factor yes. But staying true to your heart, now that is even more important. When I started courting your mother, many people were not content with the relationship due to her forwardness!’ 

The Prince turned to his father, now intrigued by his words, ‘But that was exactly what I loved about her. I did not want to stop loving her just because of the opinions of others! So don’t make the mistake in walking away from someone who may just be your happiness for the rest of your life.’ 

T'challa smiled at this, taking his father’s hand into his and placing a kiss upon it before he went up for his speech. He glanced back towards you with a smile, promising himself that he would seek you out and express his feelings. 

I looked back towards T'challa who was smiling at me before he turned back to watch his father as he spoke. I sighed internally, forcing myself to listen to the King’s words. I couldn’t help but think of the way the Prince had held me in his arms, his hands splayed across my back, the way he stared down me down-

Suddenly a scream from the Prince ripped me from my thoughts, forcing everyone’s heads to turn in his direction, ‘EVERBODY GET DOWN!' 

I didn’t have time to register what was going on before Natasha pulled me to the ground and holding me to her as the ground shook as a massive explosion erupted, a thick wave of smoke wrapping us in darkness.

‘More than 70 people have been injured. At least 12 are dead, including Wakanda’s King T'Chaka. Officials have released a video of a suspect who they have identified as James Buchanan Barnes, the Winter Soldier …’

Tears ran down my face as I sat in the chaos, sirens ringing through out the streets along with the screams of those who were injured in the blast, the cries of the victims families or loved ones just made the pain even greater. Natasha had left my side long before, going back and forth from the building to retrieve those who were still trapped inside. 

I couldn’t help but sit in shock. The image of T’chaka’s body amongst the rubble had caused me to lose consciousness, Natasha explaining that she had barely time to catch me as I went down. The King had been like a father to me, and the event just didn’t seem real.

A hand was gently pressed to my shoulder, forcing me to finally look up and recognise the Wakandan General Okoye, who I had met on several different occasions. She looked like she had been through hell, her eyes were tinted red and swollen. I took her hand into mine with a sad smile, ‘Okoye …’

‘Y/N …’ She replied with the same expression, squeezing my hand in response,  ‘I know that the events have taken its toll on you, but if you don’t mind, the Prince would like to see you privately.’ It was like earlier that day, though my gut was telling me not to go, my heart was aching for me to listen to it. And I did. 

In no time at all, I was led to his quarters that surprising weren’t too far from the bomb sight itself, in a very fancy hotel that I presumed most of the United Nation’s representative guests were staying in. 

Okoye knocked exactly three times before opening the door, allowing me to step through, shutting it right behind me. I made my own way down the small corridor before ending of in the lounge to find T’challa’s back facing me, surrounded in silence other than the quiet buzz of the news that escaped the TV. 

He didn’t stir when I sat beside him on the couch, and as time passed, I found it hard to find words that were deemed as appropriate to comfort, that was until he finally spoke. 

‘You know, whenever I thought of losing my parents, I thought it would happen quietly in their sleep. At a time where I would sit by their side and be able to thank them for all that they had done to make me into the man I am, for guiding me through this incredible yet terrible adventure of life … but most importantly tell them how much I loved them.’

He just shook his heads, his eyes sullen and almost empty like, ‘Instead I didn’t get any of that, I didn’t even get to tell him how much I loved him. ’My tears flowed at his words placing my hand over his that lay lifeless in his lap, gripping it, ‘I-I am so sorry T’challa.’ 

And with a quiet sob, his body shook uncontrollably, the tears that he had tried so hard to hide finally fall down. I wrapped my arm around his shoulders, T’challa bringing his head to rest on my shoulder, rubbing his back gently. 

How could I comfort a man who had adored and looked up to his father his entire life? I just held him in my arms, allowing him to cry. 

When he calmed down, T’challa continued to hold onto me, almost clinging to me like a child before he finally pulled away, only to lean his forehead against my own, staring down at me. 

'T’challa-’ He placed his lips over mine, his kiss firm and desperate. I couldn’t help but recuperate, running my fingertips through his hair, causing a growl to escape him as my nails massaged his scalp. 

I gasped softly when he nipped at my bottom lip, pulling me onto his lap before a loud moan escaped me as he suckled at my neck. When his hands began to grip my thighs, riling up the skirt that I wore, I couldn’t help but shake my head, ‘T’challa wait …’

He pulled away at this, looking up at me with eyes full of desolation, his grip on my waist becoming tighter as I shook my head once more, ‘This isn’t the time for this now.’ 

T’challa sighed, nodding in agreement, ‘Your right.’ 

He played with the hem of my blouse before rubbing at my arms, taking my hands into his, playing with my fingertips as he muttered above a whisper, ‘Things will be busy from now on. I have to tend to my duties in Wakanda … and find out who truly took away the life from my Father’s eyes.’

He finally looked back up at me, pushing away the hair that fell before my eyes. ‘Please wait for me, I promise I’ll come back to you when I’m ready. When I’m stronger.’ I gave him a sad smile, caressing his cheek gently, ‘You already are. But yes, I will wait for you …’

‘Haven’t heard anything from your King?’ I rolled my eyes at Natasha’s words, throwing the dishcloth beside me in her face. It had been a year and a half since the last time I had seen T’challa who now had taken up the crown as King of Wakanda. Well, after he had found out that Bucky wasn’t the real cause of his father’s death.

He had kept in contact through letters and brief phone calls, however all of that had stopped just a few months ago.

‘You know I haven’t!’ I exclaimed to Natasha as I moved around the kitchen preparing breakfast for the both of us. Ever since the break up of the Avengers, Natasha had stayed with me, and though she hadn’t wanted to stay at the beginning, I insisted that she did. 

‘And besides, he’s a King now! And King’s don’t date an Ambassador of Shield.’

Natasha watched me as I placed an omelette in front of her with a large, warm cup of coffee, which she nestled between her hands. ‘Don’t you miss him?’ I turned to her at this, stopping in the actions of removing my apron, ‘Of course I do Nat. I miss him a lot. But eventually I’ll have to move on. I promised that I will wait for him, and I will, but I can’t wait forever.’

‘True,’ She nodded but looked back up at me as my expression fell, ‘But you still love him don’t you?’ 

Once again I froze, my back now turned to my sister, ‘Yeah. Other men couldn’t believe they let women handle the kind of work I do, they just thought … that it was because we wore skirts. But T’challa was-is different. He was the only one who respected me in my line of work, who loved me for who I was.’

I sighed, shaking my head, ‘That’s enough of that. I’ve got to get to work. Lunch is in the fridge. And remember its your turn to do the grocery shopping so I expect that to be done when I get back.’ 

Natasha groaned as I gave her a smirk, grabbing my bag and making my way out but she stopped me, pulling at my arm with a smile, ‘Hey, I’m here for you, you know that right?’ I gave her a large smile, allowing her to pull me into a embrace. 

I made my way to the office, going through my daily routine. Just as I was going through some papers relating to the economic issues of some nations of Europe, my office phone went off, pressing loudspeaker, ‘Yes Melody?’

‘Ms Romanoff, you have a guest here to see you however they do not have an appointment set with you. They say they want to speak with you urgently.’ I groan in reply, ‘Did they give a reason to why they would like to see me?’

‘Not at all Miss, they just say it is a personal matter. Do you want me to call security to take them away?’

‘No Melody, I’ll see them myself, lead them to conference room five and I’ll be down in a few minutes.’ 

I packed up the papers quickly, placing back into the manila folder that had been placed on my desk before making my way down to the conference room. As found the door to the conference room, Melody exited the room, her eyes wide in shock and her glasses askew. ‘What? What’s wrong Melody?’

‘Ididin’tknowwhohewasIonlyjustrealisedwhohewas-’

‘Whoa! Whoa Melody! Slow down!’ I said, now starting to get worried, taking her hands into mine, ‘Okay take a deep breath and go.’ 

She did as I said, puffing out her chest before finally talking, still at a rather fast pace, ‘I didn’t know who this guy was! He seemed so familiar but when I led him hear I finally recognised his accent as Wakandan and-’

‘What?!’ Melody couldn’t answer as I swiftly pushed past her, opening the double doors to face the man that I had been missing oh so terribly for the past year and a half. I almost lost my breath at the sight of him as he turned to me. He hadn’t changed much, except what used to a soft stubble had grown into a small beard, wearing a Wakandan traditional black and gold suit. 

‘T’challa.’ He smiled at how breathless I had become, looking me up and down as I leant against the door, ‘Y/N.’ I was quick in my step towards him, T’challa meeting me in the middle, his arms wrapping around me in a tight embrace. I gripped his back, hiding my face in his neck as tears escaped my eyes. 

He finally pulled me away, cradling my face in his hands gently with a small smile, ‘My love, Y/N. Don’t cry no more.’ I shook my head, wiping them away quickly, ‘I didn’t mean to. I’m sorry, it’s just been so long!’

‘I know, and I’m so sorry for keeping you waiting so long. But I promised you that I would come back to you, didn’t I?’ I nodded with a small laughter, gripping the hand upon my cheek, ‘I’ve just missed you so much.’

T’challa smiled gently down at me, wrapping his other hand around my waist and drawing me closer before placing a gentle kiss upon my lips. I smiled against his lips, both of us laughing softly as we pulled away, our foreheads touching. 

‘I want you to come back to Wakanda with me. I think your role as an ambassador will be even greater within my nation and give you the opportunity to create even more connections with other countries,’ I scoffed at his words, feigning shock as I placed a hand on my chest, ‘Are you trying to use me to your country’s advantage?’

He chuckled at this, shaking his head, his expression however changing to one of a level of seriousness, ‘I need you Y/N. The past year has taught me that I shouldn’t have left you behind. this took way too long and I have no excuse. also it’s super long and I got carried away. whoops. usually I don’t like using the whole y/n thing but I feel it was unavoidable here. anyway. I hope you enjoy!

“I know it’s 2am but can we meet up”

The absolute best thing about getting a text from a wrong number is the sheer fun you can have fucking with the person who texted you. For example, Wanda got a wrong number one time detailing how her child was a disruption to this woman’s daughter and how she was no longer invited to this family’s barbecue. For a solid four days she pretended to be this kid’s mother, and it only ended when the soccer mom threatened to call the cops. To date, that’s your best wrong number story, and to be fair, it isn’t even yours. 

You haven’t had much luck as far as messing with strangers, your first and only attempt being the incident at the Apple Store in Times Square when you were drunk. Needless to say, you haven’t gone back to the area in a long time.

Ever since moving to New York, you’ve learned that the people are friendly when you get to know them and treat them like people rather than tourist attractions. You might even call yourself one, on occasion - god knows your whole family back home thinks you’re some sort of socialite now that you’re in the big city.

Most of the time, you’re just lucky if you go out to lunch with Wanda or Val once a week. That and the debate club you frequent once a month, held at a bookstore a few blocks down from your street. The only interaction you have with men is in class and the guy who works at the bookstore on weekends. He’s seen you at your worst, from the morning to get a book for class and in the evening when you just finished a part of a series and need to find out what happens next. And dressed in pajamas in both situations. No way will you strike up conversation with him anytime soon, that’s way too embarrassing.

All this to say, school doesn’t make for much wiggle room in your schedule. And your social skills have become a bit lacking thanks to this fact

Luckily, today, a Saturday, has left you enough time not only to get ahead on your studies, but also to get lunch with Wanda, go to the library and the small museum in your neighborhood (because you’ve always wanted to but, again, time is a cruel mistress), and be back home with enough daylight left to make a decent meal for yourself.

Of course, some fucker has to text you in the middle of the night with some bullshit like;

Not only because Dr. Bruce Banner is, in your opinion, one of the best anthropology professors at your college, but because he’s helped you pursue your degree in that exact subject area. Dr. Banner’s been a huge impact on your academic success, and this guy is just flat-out wrong about him.

You: first of all, why the fuck are you messaging me (or anyone) at 2am

You: second, wrong number. but banner’s a genius and you’re wrong.

Now you’re fully awake and ready for a debate. It’s why you joined a debate club - sometimes, the need to argue should be directed in more fulfilling avenues. But it’s 2 AM, for chrissakes.

You come to the register and put the book on the counter, eyes cast down like usual. The guy at the counter, somehow always working when you’re there, takes it and rings you up. As you hand him your member card, you glance up to see oddly familiar white lettering. And a leather jacket. And a secondary glance tells you that his name-tag reads James (Bucky). You feel yourself pale as you look up at his face.

He just looks at you, confused.

She said no at first, but now she's saying yes lmao. OMG. I literally don't know what to do with this information other than like sit on it? Emma seems to be okay with me knowing this and as much as I want to tell Ari..... god idk this is so big.

This could really shake up the game for me and split up some of the big people in my alliance lkfjalkfja. GOD. Why did I even ask. Well knowledge is power and she wouldn't just like tell me if she didn't trust me???

I know I can't beat Ari and I think against Taylor it would be super close, but I also love them so much, so I would feel so bad if one of them went home bc of me lfkjalkfja. Like what is even happening rn!!! I just. Can't breathe.

Taylor calls me right. And says oh btw Jacob, Ari, and Ali pooled money at swap in order to get the REVOLVER. Which they neglected to tell me. Which is so cute. But THEN! She also tells me that Ali wants to go for Ari this round flshjsjshaa which is kinda hot and I’m BITTER AF because I literally fucking spilled my entire anxious heart to Ari and felt like they were my number 1 and NOW they’ve been hiding shit from me??? Goodbye. So then I tell Taylor about Emma having the beer and now we know where both idols are this round so woo!

So then Ali starts to call me to tell me goodnight and that he loves me (he’s such a sweetie) and I was like Ali what’s the tea? And he just SPILLS everything to me about all the alliances he’s in with Ari and how he knows we don’t stand a chance against Ari at final tribal council. WHICH IS ALL FACTUAL. And definitely things I’ve been thinking about, but also haven’t had the guts to say anything about. So basically a plan was hatched in order to get the 3-2-2 vote to still happen but have it land on ARI with the idol in their pocket this round. I am literally going to go ALL OUT for the next immunity comp bc Ari cannot win.

The way I was complaining weeks ago that I was gonna go 16th place...I have to laugh. Me and Emma seems to be in a power position this round since the majority alliance is probably starting to turn against each other according to Ari which is great because I'll have options. Last round I told Emma to distance ourselves and search for cracks within the majority alliance. That led to Ari creating The Clementines alliance with me, Ari and Taylor. Now I'm on board on this group but Tay's been doubting keeping me over Jabari as soon as they found out Emma bought another idol. I'm lying to everyone that I didnt give Emma money (which I did) and told them Nic gave Emma money before he left (which was true but it wasn't enough to buy a $500 idol). Emma got close with Dan and Jacob (separately?) but after all the disassociation with Emma people still think we're working together because they keep bringing our names in private conversations. Emma thinks it's Ari & Tay vs Dan & Jacob but Ari tells me that they are willing to vote with me and Emma this round (with Jacob? idk) but I'm not really sure what the dynamics is on their side but Ari wants to go after Tay and Dan which I'm totally on board with the idea. I would rather have Dan go first because I think the Ari and Tay thing can still be useful and Dan has more pre-existing relationships than Tay I think. The best case scenario is for me to win Immunity and with Emma having the tier 2 idol the majority alliance is forced to turn against each other prematurely. Signs have already been forming when Jacob and I called a few days ago about "Taking out the threats". If I can pull off pretending to have an idol too that'd be great because it appears that NO ONE knows where the t3 idol is which is weird. One more thing is that someone noticed about the finale being a F2 with 8 Jury Members. That really doesn't sound right and people seemingly getting money out of nowhere it's possible that some sort of Edge of Extinction or Redemption Island could be at play here. I wonder how far it goes....Premergers feel like they've been gone for far too long to have an impact in the game but hey I could be wrong.

dan is almost definitely tryin some funny business so he has got to go. i'm working with josh and emma on this one and i truly believe they are genuine, and jacob is obvs with that so it'd be four votes dan, three votes whatever the heck happens with the adoption centre split-vote plan. i don't think i even need to play my idol however im debating whether i should do so anyway because taylor is very much on the don't-break-ranks-just-trust bandwagon and i feel like she is going to be angery if i break that to go after dan without it looking like i felt very in danger? i dunno tbh. i could just pin it all on jacob and pretend to be shockedt but that feels a bit dirty and i'd like to own my moves thank u very much.... guess i'll play it out tomorrow and see how i feel

Bebop (named after Cowboy Bebop don't call me a weeb) has been formed yesterday and it's me, Emma and Ari. What a Galapagos reunion. Ari told that the majority alliance's plan is to split the votes 3-2-2. The 3 is possibly me because it's no secret Emma is going to play an idol. If no shenanigans happen it should be 3 for Dan, 2 for me and 2 for Emma with Dan going home but I do not feel good about this plan because if an idol is played then there's a high chance another one will. I plan on taking Emma's idol and playing it for myself with the reasoning is that there are people willing to keep Emma because of her goat status over me.

What's interesting to me is that Ari told me that Jacob doesn't like Dan and I'm not exactly sure why but if Jacob is open to voting Dan then I more than welcome it. Me, Emma, Ari and Jacob is the alliance that I've been wanting since merge started and how that hasn't been solidified yet is tragic. They're the three people I enjoy talking to the most. I mean, Taylor's great too but she's coming after me so she gotta go! The way that she messaged Ari saying "Are you sure it was the right choice to keep Josh?"....ARI OF ALL PEOPLE. Well, I'm glad the secret pair beware of #TeamLasagna is still going strong. Now that Ari has become less vague I know I can trust them a lot more.

BUT why on earth would she be telling me all this then? does she want to flush my idol? did she think the story would come back to me and wanted to get ahead of it? either way it doesn't make sense for her to say anything if she truly wants to vote me out, but the coincidence.... too much....... and should i be less certain of my relationship with josh? or are both their versions of the story true and they both don't want me out? my head is pounding i swear. plus jacob said that taylor told him she's "worried" about me because of what josh was saying, which lends more credibility to the idea she's being earnest in not wanting me out UNLESS she is aware of how close we are and assumes i'd tell him (i did)? I DON'T KNOW I JUST DO NOT KNOW

and then if that ISN'T enough, i have dan over here being completely erratic, first telling me how bad a day he's had that he almost wants to ask to be voted out, then saying that josh had thrown my name out which like ya i told josh he could do that. but dan's like "i'm not voting you ari i would never" and it's frustrating cuz he knows how to get to my emotions and i wanna believe him! i really do! especially since if he truly wanted me out he shouldn't tell me any of that shit. but i can't trust it i can't!!!!!! it's too risky!!!!!! ughhhhhhh

tl;dr this vote is a mindfuck and i'm 99% going to play my idol because i don't trust any of these fools anymore

Well ignore my last confessional i dont want ari out idc how big of a threat they are or good at the game they are im gonna be loyal as i can to them idk before this i thought big moves and like flipping plus being kinda deceitful was to win i did get pots last year for playing that game tho but its like idk i feel like a new side to me like i rather be loyal to people who i been loyal to from the start and not make a move just to make a big move if i lose 7-0 so be it this game i had hopes of people working with me then being deceitful to me so i am just gonna do whatever tf i want this doesnt mean i dont like the people who i am against i think this merge was full of lovely people but theres people i am more loyal then others i honestly gave josh my idol to play because i rather not be alone without them in this game then be dragged to the end by somebody else also this is funny in orgs i thought years and years back ago me and ari are like oil and water, ketchup and ice cream but playing this game with them has been so much fun!! Power Rankings ONE - JACOB (+2) Threat: 6 (+2) Trust: 2 (NC) Looking back on this round, I didn’t realize how much power Jacob really had. Jacob could have single handedly sent dan home, but failed to communicate his intentions with the minority. Had Jacob of done this, I could have easily seen him sitting in the final 2. However, this misstep will have major consequences on his game. TWO - TAYLOR (+4) Threat: 7 (+2) Finally getting myself back into a position of power. Regardless of my downfall last round, I picked myself back up and went out of my way to message josh and Emma to see if they’d like to do something. Fortunately for me, they did. I could have sent dan home this round if Jacob had of talked to me (but he had no service). I would have been sitting pretty is a majority of 3 with Emma and josh. Threat level back up, back on track to win the game. THREE - JOSH (+1) Threat: 7 (+3) Trust: 7 (+5) Just like I predicted last round, Josh realized it was time to start making the right moves to get himself further. He just needed to break up the trio. I credit myself more than I credit josh though because I reached out to him, had I not of, he could have went home. But him joining with me was a good move for his game and he recognizes that. FOUR - EMMA (+1) Threat: 4 (+2) Trust: 7 (+5) Emma, similarity to josh had a good round because of me approaching them. Emma and josh didn’t even realize their games were at risk until I figured out that Ari, dan and Jacob weren’t voting me, rather voting one of them. Not only are they the biggest threat to win, but now they’re the biggest threat to win challenges. I also saw a different side of Ari that I can’t say I like. It’s funny because I used to always think to myself, “Ari seems nothing like an Aries, they’re so calm and wonderful and sweet” YEAH throw all of that out the window. Mad Ari is a different Ari lol. Anyways back on track, they for once I think were shocked by a vote, the double tie they had no control over. And finally, finally I think we are starting to see the decline of Ari’s game. Threat level is something I’m still trying to figure out how to control, and if you fail to control it like Ari did, you’ll see a similar result. SIX - DAN (-4) Threat: 4 (-3) Trust: 7 (+3) Dan lands here because of his failure to mend a relationship with me, now that I had Emma and josh wanting to work with me, Ari won immunity, and Jacob had an idol, it really only left me with the option of voting for dan. If Jacob had of said something, dan would have left this round. Because dan chose to link back up with Ari last round, and Ari lost control this round, subsequently that means dan also lost control. The one thing Dan has over is he isn’t seen as the biggest threat in the game.

The Death of Jasper Jordan; a meta

So, let me preface this by saying that this is my first meta, ever. Im a newbie, and I understand I'm dealing with a sensitive subject, but I haven't seen anyone talk about Jasper’s death in length so here I am. I also want to say that I do have experience with what I'm talking about and I am in no way trying to be insensitive. Trigger warning: suicide and depression. ★★( have starred the areas (plural) where the actual simplified reasons of Jasper’s suicide occurred if you don't want to read all of my brain vomit)

Before we get into Jasper’s suicide I want to summarize Jasper’s life for the past 4 seasons’ Jasper gets impaled by a spear and tortured by grounders, kidnapped by Murphy, helps with the grounder ring of fire, gets kidnapped by mount weather, gets abandoned (he thinks she's abandoned them) by Clarke, becomes step-in leader, falls in love with Maya, gives her his blood, sets up and kills Mt. Weather guards, tries to protect Maya, loses Maya, laughs when a man cuts into his throat, takes the chip, tries to kill himself, decides to live just so he can die in a few months, creates DNR, creates a drug that kills all of DNR, kills himself. Now I bring up his journey because it has been a traumatic one, and this leads me into a question I was seeing on twitter, basically people want to know that if characters like Clarke can get through all they've been through and not be suicidal/kill themselves, then why can't Jasper. The answer is a simple but heartbreaking one; thats not always how it goes. Some people just CAN’T. They just... can’t. They see no point in living, they see no light at the end of the tunnel. For Jasper, it was all tunnel.

I want to talk about how much Jasper needs people. Jasper desperately needs people. He clearly doesn’t do good on his own (we first saw this when he couldn't make the shot on the bomb without someone by his side, Monty). He needs Monty, in particular. Monty and him go way back. They were bestfriends. They considered each other brothers. So when Jaspers brother and the two people he had faith/trust in and looked up to the most killed his first and only love, Jasper lost everyone. He lost Maya, Monty, Clarke, and Bellamy all at once. Grief and depression are things you can't go through alone. In the real world we have therapists and medications, in the world of The 100, Jasper didn't have anything. And this is a boy who functions on people, who collapses by himself. So now here we are with Jasper (A 16 YEAR OLD BOY BTW) spiraling with no one to talk to. He can't talk to his bestfriend because his bestfriend had a hand in killing his girlfriend. He can't talk to Clarke because she's gone (and he wouldn't want to, anyway) and he won't talk to Bellamy. (I'm explaining all of this because I want people to see Jasper’s personality and what it demands in order to live a happy life) 

We all know what happened the rest of the season. Jasper drank and drank, then he took the chip. Then he cried because he wanted to stay in the CoL. Even Raven, in eternal physical pain without the chip, wanted out. Jasper’s pain consumed him so much he rather feel nothing at all. The only time we see Jasper happy again is when he discovers that he doesn't have to kill himself, the world would just do it for him. 

Ive seen many who are upset and confused by Jasper’s suicide. Questions consist of “Why couldn't he get better?” or “Why couldn't he do like Harper and Raven?” well, the answer is clear and messy. This is where we get into debatable, sensitive territory. ★★the real world, not in a fictional TV show, people don't always get better. A lot do, many don't. And this, in its own scary sad way, is representation. Like Raven is representation for disability and WOC, Jasper is representation for depression and suicide (I know Jasper was an amazing representation for mental illness, but mental illnesses don't always get better, sadly. Hopefully they explore mental illness in other characters). Many might be able to relate to Monty now, as he is someone who tried to save a person close to him suffering with depression, but he couldn't. A lot of Jasper’s downfall had Monty in the loop, including the letter Jasper had for him in 4x01 (which could possibly make a reappearance). Monty constantly was a ray of hope, always believing they would get through it and be happier. He tried so hard to get Jasper to want to live. Unfortunately, he couldn’t. This is a real thing that happens. Now I know some could get confused and think of Harper’s line to Monty about her not loving him enough to get her to live, but we know thats not true. We know how much Jasper loved Monty. There are kids who love their parents, people who love their significant other, but kill themselves anyway. Sometimes, depression outweighs love. This is a sad truth that happens everyday. 

Now I want to talk about the tie between Jasper/Raven/Harper. These three stories are intertwined with how suicide usually, statistically, goes down. 1. You fight to live for yourself (Raven), 2. You fight to live for someone else (Harper), or 3. You commit suicide (Jasper). ★★ In a world of death and destruction, you can't have all 3 suicidal characters get out of it alive. You just can't. 

I hope next episode we see people find out that Jasper committed suicide. I want to see Clarke/Raven/Bellamy’s reaction. I want Jasper’s death to fuel something. We know via interviews that Clarke will lean more on her friends and keep them close, I was wondering if the knowledge of one of her friends losses contributes to this. I also hope we get to see Monty cope with the loss of the only family he had left. Maybe they will explore it in S5? We shall see.

So based on my perception and the information i had been collecting it seemed like you had a relationship with dana and your loyalty to me and “our side” was in question and if 20 minutes before the vote i’m told that youre going to people we weren’t working with and telling them our plan then it would make sense that youre not with us and youre not going to vote with us so a 6-4 vote with me being in the minority was possible and looking more and more realistic.. At that point i knew that i needed to play the idol to save ashton and my reasoning behind voting you out was because all signs were pointing to you were not with me so if you stayed in the game you would not only be a number for the other side but you would be someone who had previously been working with us and had receipts and information that could be used against me so taking you out right then would be smarter so at the last minute i chose what i thought was the most logical game move………….. Willow: Hey, Willow! Whatsup? I loved you in one world, but when we got to merge we ended up on opposite sides and during the early stages of merge i tried to keep my distance so that i would avoid being overly deceitful which would likely lead to more bitter feelings of personal betrayal should i make it to the finals. Everything I did in this game was calculated and fueled by logic and reasoning based on my perception, but that doesn’t mean that I played a flaw free perfect game, I’m definitely a self aware bitch and I know that I can be a little cracked’t. Obviously everything worked out to the point where I got to the final 3 so I can’t say that I would do anything differently, however to answer your question, I would say that my biggest mistake would have to be the timing of voting out Austin. There were many things that lead me to making the decision to take him out at that moment in the game, but when the votes were read and I saw that despite all the red flags, he had voted the way he told us he was going to. Okay, now to answer your general questions! This isn’t a good jury favor pageant answer but tbh my favorite part of this game was making the movie poster, I love being creative and storytelling so I just had such a fun time making that. If I were in the jury, so that would make this a final 2 of Chips and Ashton? Right? Is that what you meant? You can’t answer me right now this is a one way conversation I’m having with myself…. But in a f2 of Chips and Ashton, I would vote for Chips.  If I weren’t here and I had to pick only one person to be in the finals, I would choose Dana because I think she played one hell of a game. A minor move of mine was during the premerge one world stage. I made sure to try to make somewhat of an impression of people not on my tribe, like Zak Willow Nicholas and Josh, by having at least one brief conversation that coming at merge we wouldn’t be complete strangers, but not too much that I came off as a strong social threat. Okay, I think that I answered all your questions, I hope I did and I hope that my punctuation usage made this easier for you to read because I’ve gotten so many complaints about this before, I type like I think and speak which is just one nonstop cracked rambling with absolutely no structure asdfdsfhjasdfj i tried really hard for you lmao

I wanted to rant on dyslexia, sorry this is shitty, I can’t put my thoughts into words but.

I just wanted to say stuff, so what better way to do so than post it to my 3 followers. I wanted to talk about dyslexia, this is just something i wanted to rant about. If you don’t like it, just go away. I have dyslexia, it’s a learning disability if you didn’t know, or have been living under a damn rock. The average person when they hear this, think, “oh isn't that when you switch your letters around”? or “so your stupid”? I’ve gotten the first one said to me every time. This rant will be all over the place too btw. Anyway, that’s not the case really. Dyslexia isn't  just me sitting here switching my damn letters around, sure that’s a small part of it, maybe not even a part of it for some, or more than a small part of it for others. Dyslexia is different for everyone, but I’m just gonna talk about my type of it because otherwise this would be too long. My dyslexia affects the way I read, write, spell, understand, etc. These seem like small things, so what if you can't  do them, am i right?! No, Really that’s not true, heres a conversation I’ve had 1 million times:

Person: So what if you can’t do those things?! I can’t dance, and you can!

me: Ok but do you NEED to dance in everyday life???? Answer: No you don’t, I’m sitting here in the middle of my classes listening as hard as I can, but not understanding one bit. Teachers get tired of me saying I don’t get it, they have even told me “just fake it”. WHAT IF IT EVER OCCURRED TO YOU, THAT I ACTUALLY WANT TO LEARN WHAT OTHERS DO TOO? I LOVE learning, but I can never get the education I NEED. People with more accomidations needed for thier disablity, will get a para, or more attention I’d say. Which is so wonderful and makes me happy that they can learn, at their own pace. I’m stuck in the middle of learning disabilities with my form of dyslexia. So people will offer to help, over the fact that they HAVE to help me, because of my 504. But they will not help in a useful way for me. Sure, maybe Emily will understand ur help, but I won’t get it till you explain this 1000 more times, in a simple and understandable way. I want to learn, but I’m here getting told by teachers “we can’t help you with that” and then dropping out of school because I can’t learn in a place where u don’t even try to help me at the leasT! Now, I'm at a school that will try to offer me help, by telling me “hey, heres a 50 page book, go study that and u will get an A!”. HUNNY. NO. STOP TELLING ME TO STUDY LIKE OTHERS. ITS NOT THAT I DONT THINK I CAN. I. CANT. WHEN I take a look at a book, I don’t see these simple understanding sentences like the rest of this class. I see jumbles of lines with no meaning, It is a fact that reading will give me a headache, focusing so hard on something I can’t understand like a book? Is like telling a person to try to think of a new color. The most annoying thing I will always hear till the day I die is:

“You know how to do it”

or “you are acting lazy”

No. I don’t know how to do this, why the hell do you think I’m asking? Sure it may be me asking for the 50th time, but I never understood it those 50 times, so please explain again. If you find it annoying or perhaps MAYBE IM JUST LAZY??? Than THERES THE dOOR biTCH. BECAUSE IM Working harder than anyone in this class, I can PROMISee you that. Every class is like a battle, sometimes I cannot even look up, because everywhere I look is letters, and because of that I will always get headaches. 

     I had wanting to be in a spelling be since I was in first grade, I always thought I’d be the smart one in class about all that stuff. Instead I’m sitting here getting called out on spelling the word “cat” wrong. But apparently me spelling things like that wrong was not bad enough. I was not given ANY help for my dyslexia when I was younger, because I was told “my grades are not bad enough” Are all dyslexics stupid now?? LOL we are dyslexic with As or Fs anyway it goes, we still have dyslexia! Don’t tell me my grades are not low enough. But now that I’ve gone into harder subject and learning, my grades are more than low enough. I am so happy and proud of myself for trying my best everyday, I don’t need a letter to tell me weather I did well or not. so what if all my grades are below D? I am doing my best and that’s what matters. 

  I’m working so damn hard, I do everyday, even if you refuse to give me the education I need, I keep going and always try. I want this to change and I want help more than anything. I wish my form of dyslexia had a magic way of learning that would work for me. But it’s not gonna happen right now, so I will just keep on talking about it. 

     I did not wake up some day and ask to be born with so many things that make it hard for me to go through daily life, It could be worse? Sure. But that’s not what I’m focusing on. I’m focused on the fact that Dyslexia should never be seen as something easy, relatable, funny, because it’s not. I will cry for hours on end asking why? Why can I not learn all these things while others in my class scream out loud “OH THIS IS EASY”. I cup my hands over my ears to block out your stupidity tbh. 

     No, I’m not just some person who reads words backwards and mixes my letters every so often. This is so much more than that for me, it controls my life, because yes, I am in school for 9 hours a day + homework. All of these hours require understanding, reading, and writing at the least. I could wish and wish to be smarter and more understood everyday, that won't help anything tho. My dyslexia is not something you can “specialize in” sure, maybe you can try to understand it a bit more. But unless you are me? You will never know or understand how it is. 

     I only learned how to use punctuation decently, a year ago. Because I never was taught in a way I could understand. I went to tutoring everyday for 2 hours, but everything she said still made no sense. I don’t even know how to say my feelings on my dyslexia, It’s hard. No I can’t remember what we learned yesterday or 2 hours ago. I don’t get what we are learning I really do not.  Stop assuming, after the 60 times i tell you, that I know it, and understand it. I’ve said it so often, what makes you think I’m kidding, can you not absorb that information? I learn different and I want to be able to be taught in that different way, because I want the education that 99% of the kids in this school get. how do you think “fake it till you make it” is gonna look on my job application? Who's fault was it, because its sure not my fault for being told that 1000 times. 

     Please stop telling me my As look like 9s and that its funny that I can't tell right from left. God what good are you doing?

     I will spend my whole entire day on school work I never get finished, While we have 20 assignments the class has already done? I’m stuck with only 3 of them done and turned in on time. 

     May I just add, I don’t like when people call dyslexia a “mental illness”. It’s a learning disability, AND LEARNING DISABILITY isn't a bad word! It’s real and something that I’m apart of. I might make no sense typing all this, maybe I only understand what I’m trying to say. But we people we not asked to be this way, we don’t ask for this, its not something thats trendy.  

     My dyslexia is a part of me, no matter how much I hate it, I would never change it, (maybe a little ehemm) but still. I didn’t get all I wanted to say out, only about half of it. 

     This is the end and ya, my Dyslexia is not simple, it never will be. I am gonna keep doing my best and working my ass off for the well worth Fs I get in class, because I just want to spread awareness that people like us, are out there. It may not be something you think of, or think about learning about or supporting tons. But I will keep on talking about it, because its real, so thanks.

THE ZOO ARC (Steven Universe Review)

Confused about how I’m reviewing an entire arc of episodes that has been promoted to release at the end of this month? Well, Cartoon Network put the episodes on their website without warning last night. And I watched em. 

But you dont care about that. Lets talk about the episodes. I’ll be as spoiler free as I can but its a pretty intense arc. Just watch it and then come back if you still care. 

The first one starts out by breaking the cardinal rule of the show: STEVEN PUTS STUFF TOGETHER AND ASKS QUESTIONS ON HIS OWN.  Except, not really. His questions come up because his dream powers are causing his mind to connect with that of Blue Diamond. Side note: any other time Steven’s dream powers have acted up, its because Steven is thinking about the person as he falls asleep, or otherwise because he lucid dreams his way there intentionally. This time it is COMPLETELY unprompted as far as I know, and its not really said why. But thats okay. 

Anyways, its really Connie that puts together that she’s seen the thing in Steven’s dream before, and thats the only thing she does this whole arc. While we’re on the subject, Lapis and Peridot show up momentarily in the subsequent episode only to also get left out of the entire rest of it. The three are told that if anything happens while the main crew is gone, they must defend Beach City and the earth, which shows how much the Gems trust them, but since, to our knowledge, nothing really happens, it doesnt mean anything really. I really want to see the three of them interact on some kind of mission sometime soon though. That would be really fun and solidify the three of them not only as Crystal Gems, but as a team themselves. I’d really like that. 

Anyways, Greg and Steven go off in search of answers to what really happened to Pink Diamond, and do so by flying to Korea in Andy’s plane. They have a nice touristy montage through Korea, and then end up at the Palanquin. There, they find Blue Diamond, who is mourning Pink. Greg has a nice moment where he connects with her, where he tells her he knows how she feels and what she’s going through. Its a really good scene. The two characters aren’t ones you’d expect to connect. The parallel is nice, not expected, and really clever. Its emotional, and genuine. Its also interesting to see Greg do something like this, as its definitely what Steven would do in the situation. I somehow always thought that side of Steven really was from Rose. After all, we’ve seen that she loved everything on the Earth. But... the more we’ve learned about who Rose was, it does make much more sense that having this kind of response to Homeworld things definitely comes from Greg, not Rose. 

Anyways, Greg is dadnapped by Blue Diamond and put into her Human Zoo a few lightyears across Space. 

Steven and the OG CG crew follow in the Roving Eye they stole from the Rubies. Speaking of whom, we see them briefly, and its mentioned that they’ll clean up THAT mess on the way back. The second episode in the arc seems mostly wasted on in-jokes like this. Steven messes with the ship’s controls, and as they go farther beyond the speed of light, it becomes harder and harder for the Gem’s to maintain their form, which results in some not that funny shape shifting shenanigans at first, and some soul-crushing loneliness later. Steven has a revealing, yet predictable emotional moment while the Gems arent able to take form, confessing he feels this is all his fault for asking questions. But the problem is solved and the Gems comfort him. This is by far my least favorite of the five, in case you can’t tell. Its got its moments, but not enough for me to really like it. 

The third episode brings the quality back up though. They arrive at the zoo, and realize they’re going to have to sneak past the Homeworld Gems stationed there. Garnet unfuzes, and Steven and the four Gems start faking their way through the security so they can get to where Greg and the other humans are held.

Something I really like about this episode, and the last one in particular is that each of the Gems that does come along on the journey has to deal with their own little struggle. They all have moments that are unique to their characters, and they’re all balanced well. Ruby, Sapphire, Amethyst, and Pearl all grow as characters, at least a little bit. Pearl is the most obvious, as she is forced to revert to being subservient to the other Gems. Sapphire and Ruby have to be apart again, and the stakes are much higher than in Hit the Diamond. Also, while that largely seemed to focus on Ruby and her interactions with the other Rubies, this focuses a tad more on Sapphire, having to pretend to be in charge of the other Gems, and having to struggle with the knowledge that they WILL fail. Without Ruby, its hard for her to change the course of time she sees before her, and we really see the effects of that. She gets a lot more screentime than she usually does, and its really nice. 

At the base, we’re introduced to the main villain of the arc, a Holly Blue Agate in charge of the Zoo. Compared to Peridot, Jasper and even Lapis, she’s relatively mediocre, and I kinda doubt she’ll ever become as important as those Homeworld Gems, but she does her job well. She’s super uptight and perfectionist, and while she clearly enjoys her work on the Zoo (expressing delight at both the new human arrivals) 5,000 years of dealing with the squadron of Amethysts and other Earth Gems that crew the station is clearly wearing on her. Any tiny thing that goes wrong, she blames on them, which is really nice for our heroes, but at the same time only allows them to see how ferocious she would be to them if she found them out. Even Steven never really tries to befriend Holly Blue. She manages to be scary while also hardly raising her voice. She expects things to work the proper way, and whoever is making things NOT work properly will suffer, if she has anything to say about it. 

Without spoiling how that episode really goes from there, the fourth episode in the arc focuses on what things have been like for Greg actually in the Zoo. And this episode is probably my favorite of the bunch, though the last one is really good as well. The humans in captivity are all very blissfully unaware of how life is. They all seem to be happy, but their lives lack true meaning or love of any kind. The people there are all really nice, albeit childlike and a bit weird. They’re somewhat entitled, a bit lazy, and all seem to lack any real individuality. But this isn’t a fault of the writers, its just that they’re all just products of the world they live in. Even Greg is starting to just do what he’s told and exist in this blissful utopia. He only really disobeys it when he discovers that romantic relationships in this world are all predetermined by the automated voices. And Greg doesn’t want a new Romantic relationship. Especially not with any of these people that can’t make decisions on their own. I wont spoil how this one ends either so lets move on to the finale. 

btw, I DO spoil the finale. If you havent’ watched it, just know that its very good and you should watch it. 

The final episode begins Greg and Steven being captured by the Amethysts aboard the Zoo. The have our Amethyst as well, who plays like she’s being held captive before revealing she has befriended them all since the last time we saw her. It turns out that all Earth Gems are about as unruly and immature as our Amethyst is. There’s even a Jasper and a Carnelian from the Beta kindergarten mixed in. The whole gang is delightful, and I wish we got to spend more time with them, but we really only get enough time to see how accepted our Amethyst really is among the rest of the misfits and freaks from Earth. From there, the squad helps hide Steven and Greg from Holly Blue long enough to get them to a large room where we see a bunch of bubbled Rose Quartzes. As they make their way across the giant room, a couple suitably giant gems come in. Blue Diamond and Yellow Diamond. Blue is still depressed about Pink, and Yellow is attempting to cheer her up, so they can get rid of the Roses and the Earth, and move on. 

She sings a song, accompanied by Blue and Yellow Pearl. I dont like it that much. Yellow Diamond’s singing voice annoys me, and Deedee is definitely better as regular Pearl. But, its still really good for what it is, and it allows us to see into Yellow Diamond’s head a little. The Pearls are really fun as well. I love how Yellow Pearl is so opposite of ours. She glories in her diamond’s arrogant sass, and feels so honored whenever she’s addressed, no matter how demeaning the task she’s commanded to do. 

That aside, Greg and Steven regroup with the rest of the squad, and they all manage to make it past the Diamonds without incident. They make it back to the docking bay, and almost make it into the Roving eye, but are caught by Holly Blue. We get a quick fight scene, but its mostly just the Gems showing off. The Agate is apparently more bark than bite, and her squad of Amethysts don’t do much to help, as they’re rooting for their friends over their hated boss. Pearl gets the last laugh, telling Holly Blue why it’d be a bad idea for her to reveal to the Diamonds what just happened, and they fly off into the sunset.

Its a great arc. Definitely bigger and more intense than almost any arc before it, but at the same time, some of the episodes, the second especially, seem really slow. Theyre all just kind of building, and then the last episode, while really great, just kinda wraps up all that setup. Its really great, and it leaves room for the rest of season 4 to be even bigger and more amazing. 

I really hope we see the humans and the Earth Gems of the Zoo again. I imagine we’ll have to, since all the Rose Quartzes are bubbled there. All three groups are native to Earth, and I’d love to see them all return there sometime. But... we’ll see. 

This was a great arc, and a step in a wonderful new direction for the show. Can’t wait for more.

The antagonism between them is not really something we pay attention to-we just are drawn to sounds we like. Basically my hubby took out insurance about 10 months ago with a new insurance company. He had 4 years no claims with his old company so informed the new company of this. The new insurance company have been taking out the payments every month from our bank however we have never had his insurance documents off them. When he contacted them the other day to query this they informed him that because the old insurance company will not supply them with no claims info they can not cover him. This is an answer I got about owning a car with no insurance and if my license would be suspended even if I turn in the tag and registration. It makes no sense as a lot of people have licenses for ID only and do not have a car (because they aren't allowed or can't drive): By law if you have a driver's license you are supposed to carry insurance whether you own a vehicle or not. It's usually called non-owner's liability coverage. Because of this law they would be able to suspend your license if your company cannot provide proof that you have coverage. This answer makes no sense. I won't say who provided it/they don't allow me to answer them though.

Not yet ready to love 😂

The last blog I did about how valentines isn’t spontaneous made me realise that neither are my blogs so from now on I’ll write something whenever I feel inspired rather than every Friday. I won’t be writing every day like I used too it will probably be as irregular just sporadic. This post is on my favourite subject, the one that fascinates me the most and the one I am most curious about - love and relationships. Btw before I continue the legendary Prince has just released music on Spotify in case you like that kind of stuff, I’m just listening to kiss ‘you don’t have to be rich to be my girl’ 💜.

The definition of a vow is a 'solemn promise’, solemn meaning formal and dignified, characterised by a deep sincerity. This is a vow commonly used in most marriages:

'I, (name), take you, (name) to be my wife/husband, to have and to hold from this day forward; for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part, according to God’s holy law. In the presence of God I make this vow.’

I have realised I can’t ever make any such vows, i could never promise to always love and cherish her. It’s a contradiction in itself, love cannot be tied down and secured, love is free to exist whenever it wants. As soon as vows are uttered the false has already made itself prominent and until it is recognised the relationship is doomed to duality - love and hate. If I were to say vows like this to her it would be a disservice to the beauty we may feel, I would be saying something unreal and unnatural, why get mind involved in beauty? Only mind wants the false security of promises. Why make promises one cannot keep? If love were permanent anyway then why make promises at all? Because in this case it is used to bind, just like saying 'I’ll buy you something nice if you stay with me’, it’s a bargaining tool and it can manipulate anyone who is unaware. The lesson I have learnt from the effort I put into the girl I used to write about is that I couldn’t always be perfect to her and my mistake was to give the impression that I could. I told her I was different and I wasn’t intentionally deceiving her at the time I truly believed it just like people truly believe in vows but I wasn’t being true. I am not different when I say I am different, when I separate myself and say 'I can be true unlike most men’. That doesn’t mean I need to say 'I am the same as everyone’ either, it’s only her that can see the love in me I can’t show her it by telling her it’s there. There isn’t such thing as difference anyway there is only sameness because we all have the same soul so paradoxically if I can see her sameness and she can see mine then we are being different, not are different but being different, a fundamental difference ☺️. It is not for me to say when or if I can be true it is for her to see me as love itself, it is not for me to try and convince her or make her believe I am love this is unconscious manipulation. If she has seen the undefinable then why would I need to tell her and if she can’t see it then she will trust my words and I don’t want her to just trust my words I want her to trust her self, I want her to know herself because words on their own cannot be trusted. Only love can be trusted and love comes from within not from another. I have never been so true or given so much love to anyone before and yet I still couldn’t uphold it no matter how much I wanted too and I never will so long as I believe it is my duty to uphold it. I am still conditioned by my own insecurities so how could I possibly always love someone when I can’t always love me? If I promise her love I am trying to take her freedom unconsciously, I am saying 'trust me I cannot hurt you like the rest’ which will make it more likely I do hurt her like the rest, something I unquestionably want to cease doing. I don’t want to hurt women I want to respect them, I want to honour their individuality and pay homage to their femininity. I want to always do this too in every moment of my life but not for them as in not because I feel I should or I ought too but because it would be a life of utter bliss to always do so, it would be a gift for myself and just like any gift of true value - it is in the benefit of all. If a woman doesn’t want to be hurt don’t choose me I can never promise I won’t act out hurt. If a woman wants to be free of hurt then only she can free herself, she doesn’t need to involve me or anyone else.

I still think about this girl and it’s liberating to say because I think it’s nice to know for anyone who may like me as more than friends at the moment. I don’t want anyone to like me at the moment, I don’t mind if they do it’s not a problem ha but I’m saying I just want friendship, I simply enjoy conversation as friends. How can I love someone if I’m thinking about someone else? In between the gaps when I’m not thinking sure but thats only more thinking and the most common solution it arises is to move attachment from one to another. To replace the thoughts of one person with someone else so the obsession and possessiveness continues just the face changes. I am looking to end my own attachment to everything not just a girl. I wrote about how I wasn’t attached to her which just shows my unawareness, 'I thought i wasnt’ 'I could swear I wasnt’. The only difference with her is that I was much less attached to her than I have ever been anyone which meant I treated her the best I have anyone. But I could of done better which simply means I could of been more aware. I want to go further on the journey of love and only I can take the journey it is only for me to continue, I do not need anyone to get me there. I want to share what it’s like to be there not rely on someone to give me what they never can. I simply want to stop thinking, I want more satoris as Osho says. I’ve never wanted to think about this girl I’ve never wanted to think about anyone and I never want to in the future but the mind cannot be stopped it can only be watched. It is usually not a compliment to say that one thinks of another because nearly all thinking is uncontrollable, it’s more accurate to say 'I can’t stop thinking about you and I don’t always want too’. It’s only a compliment when you consciously choose to think of someone when in pure consciousness because only in this state has one truly got the choice. Choosing to think of someone is creative itself because it isn’t fantasy it’s 'how can I share my joy with them’. I’ll put a video on my fb after I post this by Osho on how to stop thinking it’s beautiful. It is very normal to think about someone you like without consciously choosing too, it’s also very normal to drop them like a hat, and to cheat on them, and to talk bad about them so normal is not as comforting as it may sometimes appear. I want to break the mode of normal and the next girl I pursue I hope to communicate more clearly, I hope to be more honest and dignified so that she has the opportunity to choose more freely, I don’t want to hide anything from her by unconsciously trying to impress her and secure her and attach to her.

I have titled this post 'not yet ready to love’ because I remember writing a post that I was. I both am and I’m not though, I could truly love a girl at the moment but I don’t know how often, I just know I’m in my mind more at the moment so it would take someone compassionate to love me when I am identified with thoughts, and thoughts about another too. I could say I’m ready to love and tomorrow I may wake up and be completely in the moment again but as of now I’m not and if I was in a relationship I would be taking space for myself. So being ready to love is in constant fluctuation until one is enlightened. If a girl likes me now or likes me in the future then it may not be so nice for her to read me talk about someone I admire. On the other hand she may admire that I can admire, she may love that I still see the beauty in someone because it could be her one day and how lovely for a girl to respect a guy who still feels beauty. It’s a great sign they are less consumed by jealousy and more possessed by unconditional love, it’s a great sign that they truly care about me too and if she still feels beautiful to the people she used too or still does talk too I would want to admire it too. I would want to admire that she knows the true meaning of forgiveness and unconditional love and I would want her to feel free to do as she wants. You know people often say 'anyone would be lucky to have her’ well I would add to this and say 'anyone would be lucky to have her only if they know how lucky/fortunate/special and everything else beautiful they already are’. Only someone who knows their beauty can treat someone beautifully. To finish I would like to write about the qualities in her that I became so fond of, never did I need to point out what she isn’t doing I only needed to celebrate who she already is. Shes funny, she is amazing to her cat she adores him, she never promised anything to me, she is interested in true love and she is aware that most men can’t yet, she is lovely to talk too especially when she is drunk which is refreshing 😂, she values the heart over looks, she loves nature and the simple things, she has a lot of friends, she likes the Buddha ha, she didn’t judge me for my writing, she valued our friendship and she didn’t want to like me most likely cause of my situation. I wanted to write this because I don’t know what tomorrow brings I may never feel the need to ever think about her again but whilst she is on my mind I wanted to make it clear that she is a beautiful person and no girl has ever treated me so beautifully.
