I think it's right. To give it up. No matter how good it feels.

It's such a simple moment, but I like that Buffy and Spike don't need to actually talk in Wrecked to communicate that he should get Dawn to the hospital. It's also a nice nod to his promise to take care of her "until the end of the world."

just so that we have the timeline clear. jenny gets herself strung up as a hostage and her throat almost slit literally directly because of both her physical and emotional proximity to giles, and the next episode she asks him out. jenny and giles's first date involves watching a student burn to death and not even FIFTEEN MINUTES after this happens she's like "ok so second date time when :)" . jenny helps giles research and this directly leads to her being at the school during vampire attack central; when giles is like "you can literally just stop going out with me at any point in time" she gives him an Are You Fucking Stupid Why Would I Do That look and takes his arm. her breaking point is eyghon, a demon that allows her an up close and personal look into giles's past and giles's heart.
the mortal danger is not the issue with this woman. the issue is always and forever when her feelings are no longer within her control.

LMAOOOOO!!!
No freakin' way! That is the most hilariously awful-looking monster I've ever seen! You know, if they'd had put that in the trailer, I might've watched solely so I could laugh at this!
Edit: So, apparently this guy is from Buffy and not TW. Of course, TW is still using rubber monsters, so we'll have to see if they come out looking any better than this.

omg, buffy, that face, I'm dying here...
Smashed - yes, I knew what awaited me at the end of this episode, and it was everything I expected and wanted it to be. Spuffy is wonderfully messed up. :) I honestly did not know if I was going to see Amy again. I'm a little surprised that she can keep it up with Willow when it comes to magic, considering she spent 3 years as a rat and was kind of incompetent before that.
Wrecked - okay, Willow is out of control. I still can't help but feel like her turn to the dark side was a little rushed. Willow seemed like a character with deeply ingrained moral values, and yet they seemed to disappear almost instantly. Maybe there is something deeply and inherently corrupting about magic itself that really hastens this process. It seems that just like a slayer needs a watcher, a young witch would have needed a mentor. I really felt for Dawn in this episode, not only does she feel left out and abandoned, she also got seriously hurt. I'm surprised she's as well adjusted as she is.
. . .
I haven't brought up ats as of late, and that's because it, uh... gets really bad, guys. Early S3 has many deeply uncomfortable episodes. Poor writing (lines like Cordelia about a necklace: "It really brings out my breasts" or Wesley's: "Speaking of saliva, where is Cordelia?"), racial stereotyping, logical inconsistencies (characters forgetting that vampires can't come in unless invited, VAMPIRES forgetting that vampires can't come in unless invited), bullying & making fun of the victim (Angel with Merl), but the worst part is the sudden escalation of sexual and physical violence aimed at the female cast of the show. Episodes Carpe Noctem and Billy are particularly egregious examples of the show's creators blatantly getting off to this kind of crap.

Wrecked aired for BTVS season 6, episode 10. This was the first appearance of Rack. He is a warlock friend of Amy's and she and Willow hang out at Rack's place. Rack is played by Jeff Kober and is in three episodes total, all in season 6.
Jeff Kober previously played Zachary Kralik, a friend of the Watchers Council in Helpless in season 3.
