Sho sighed as he got ready to leave academy island. He couldn’t believe he was a graduate now. He turned to Ryo and said “I’ll be with you in a second”

He walked over to Kenzan and before the other can speak, Sho gets on his tip toes and plants a kiss on his lips. “I’m going to miss you… don”

They were lying on the bed in Daichi’s dorm watching the nationals duel monsters final.

It was normal for them but tonight Daichi only had eyes for Asuka. As he watched her facial expressions change at every turn in the duel he couldn’t help but fall more in love with her.

When Asuka turned to look at him he made his move, leaning in slowly and carefully before planting a small peck on the corner of her mouth before pulling away blushing “s-sorry…”

Judai has offended Asuka in some way but doesn't realize it.

Judai frowned as he noticed Asuka was ignoring him again. She normally wasn’t this cold shouldered despite the ice deck she sometimes used. So Jaden knew he had to have done something! The question was what?

“C-come Asuka! Don't ignore me! Whatever it is I did I'm sorry...”

Ryo is cornered by a bully, but Judai comes to the rescue.

Judai was in a panic. Ryo’s heart still wasn't in it's top tier shape. So he had to be in danger. He noticed the older Marufuji getting challenged by another duelist and he wasn’t having it!

“HEY!” He shouted “if you’re going to challenge Ryo you have to challenge me too!!”

Judai’s eyes widened in surprise at the spectacular velociraptor costume Kenzan was wearing. They decided to go with Jurassic world and Kenzan insisted Judai be Chris Pratt. Leading Judai to be curious as to who Kenzan would be.

Needless to say he was impressed. “How did you manage to afford one of these!?”

Sho scrunched his face up cutely and let out a little blep.

“That’s right! yours and no one else’s! be grateful!”

He was glad he could feel a little bit more comfortable in this relationship. He liked Kenzan a lot and their arguing going from angry to playful was a very much welcome transition.

"Five more minutes please Sho and then I'll wake...up..." Judai says as he moved his head to the pillow so he could bury himself with. The Osiris duelist was still in a sleepy mood and didn't want to wake up. {OOC: Here's a sleepy Judai for you hehe.}

Shou sighed and rolled his eyes. “Fine fine you can have five more minutes... if we join you!!”

With that he and Kenzan tossed their blazers aside before flicking off the covers and jumping into bed with their best friend, giving him some icy cold cuddles while cackling wickedly.

The three of them knew that they only had so much time together left. So they wanted to treasure every moment.

Sho couldn’t bring himself to look at the Dino duelist.

He had over done it. His grueling training may have helped him be able to stand on his own without Judai or Ryo’s cards but he had lost sight of himself. He pushed his body till he couldn’t take it anymore.

His fingers were numb from the frostbite and paper cuts, his eyes hurt to keep open, he was so so tired...

“Y-you’re right...” he mumbled “I was so obsessed with proving to everyone that I was independent that I pushed everyone away... and in the end I only wound up hurting everyone... how am I supposed to show Judai he can rely on us when I act like this... when I act like I can’t rely on you either...”

He started sobbing “I’m sorry.... I’m sorry Kenzan... I’m sorry I’m an awful friend!!”

Sho didn’t really appreciate being babied by his Kohai. But at the same time he didn’t mind being cared for like this. Kenzan had been surprisingly gentle the entire time.

He fed him soup, he checked his temperature, he changed the cloth that sat on his forehead, it was quite maternal.

Sho blushed and looked aside. He was embarrassed to ask but he couldn’t help but want to. “Kenzan kun...? Will you sit with me until I fall asleep...?”

Still, he found himself rolling over to look at the dinosaur duellist. “But I can't think of anyone else I’d rather take a nap with...”

He couldn't believe the dino brain would actually lie down next to him and stay with him until the feverish boy fell asleep even if it meant getting sick himself. While Sho had his issues he had to admit his kouhai could be a sweetheart.

“Hey, Kenzan-kun...? Thank you...” he mumbled as he slowly fell asleep.
