hiatus update

life events and health events and family events have kept me pretty disconnected for a while, and it's likely gonna be a while before i'm able to be anything resembling "active" here

that said, i've been doing a lot of writing, and if i can get any of it polished enough to post it'll probably go straight to my ao3

Can we Talk About Paul's Death-

Like It hurts me with every fiber of My being but Paul has one of my favorite deaths in The Lost Boys, Good makeup and effects obviously.

Also Damn the Holy water really does it's job lol, I actually had a debate with my brother on when Paul actually kicks the bucket in the bathtub, I presume it's when he leans back and sinks in but my brother thinks it's a bit before then but whether lol.

Anyway I noticed something fascinating I haven't noticed before-

In the picture of Brooke having his makeup done I noticed his hands, The Bone is showing! That's so sick I can't believe I've never noticed it before!

Also pretty sure his brain just becoming mush from the holy water lol. Unless it's from him idk hitting his head on the tile lol, idk I just like looking at the makeup and special effects for the gore in this film because there's nest stuff like the Glitter blood.
