(Link in Bio) Und die Frage sollten wir uns alle immer wieder im Leben stellen. Spätestens dann wenn wir krank werden, weil wir das Leben vernachlässigen um in gesellschaftlichen Strukturen zu funktionieren und/oder in schlechten Glaubensssätzen feststecken, werden wir unweigerlich mit dieser Frage konfrontiert... Ich wollte schon lange dieses Thema mit euch teilen da ich es so wichtig finde über diese unangenehmen Gefühle zu sprechen um ihnen damit ihre Macht zu nehmen. Die negativen Gefühlen gehören zu uns, genau wie die positiven und alles dazwischen, so wie die Luft zum atmen, die Blumen und das geboren werden und das Sterben. Ich habe keine Angst mehr davor ich selbst zu sein. Das heißt nicht das ich frei bin von der Angst bewertet zu werden.
