HAIR ; learn to do a hairstyle rly well so that then u can have a signature go-to hairstyle that looks pretty and looks neat. some neat hair styles include

NAILS ; grow out ur nails and use a clear polish to prevent the nails from breaking. also, file the nails in the shape that u want so that then ur nails can look polished and beautiful.
LESS IS MORE ; if ur going for a clean and polished look, less is more in ur makeup so keep things simple. not only for makeup but for skincare, keeping things simple removes stress from you and frees up your time for other things as well.
TOUCH UPS ; carry some lip palm, hand lotion, extra mascara, perfume etc around with you so that then u can do touch ups throughout the day and keep your appearance polished at all times. i do touch ups during my classes at school bcuz school air is brutal sometimes.

GLOW UP TIPS ; part 1.
౨ৎ dental hygiene
please brush your tongue!! all that bacteria on your tongue is why your breath never smells good. if you don't brush your tongue bacteria will keep stacking over each other and that can eventually lead to a gum disease or worse.
brush your teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. some do it after every meal but at least twice a day is fine. prevents gum disease, removes plaque and food build up!
if you want whiter teeth, use whitening strips! its okay if your teeth are a little yellowish, that doesn't mean they're dirty. some people have naturally yellowish teeth!
use vaseline or a good lip balm to keep your lips nice and hydrated!
౨ৎ hair care
get a silk pillowcase, wont wake up to dry and frizzy hair anymore! reduces friction and lessens tangles and breakage / split ends. yes, it might be a bit pricey but its 100% worth it.
oiling your scalp 2-3x a week, doing this can grow your hair and making it more hydrated and shiny! oiling the ends of your hair strengthens it, also hydrates and prevents frizz.
want to keep your hair length but want to get rid of split ends? try dusting your hair! dusting helps locate split ends easier. keeps length and restores smoother softer looking hair! but this doesn't mean to skip your regular trims.
clean your hairbrush. please. leftover oil from your hair gets in it and when you go to brush your hair its making it oily all over again. wash it once every 3 weeks.

Start off with a clean foundation- By using an unscented bar of soap. Take your time with this step as it is very important. It is best to wash about twice for this step . Make sure to wash with a washcloth.
Next, apply your scented scrubs or body wash - Now that you're clean from your first layer, apply your favourite scented body washes over top with a loofah, an African net cloth, a silicone body brush, or whatever exfoliating tool you have.
* You've just finished a crucial step without realising it , you've double cleansed. Similar to skin care, double cleansing ensures that your skin is clean and prepped . Before going the additional mile, it is important to start with a a clean surface.
Rinsing with cold water- it’s a game changer from someone who loves hot showers and use to find the idea of taking a cold one crazy. It has so many benefits , I feel more fresh and committed to my routine. This is just personal preference.
Put on lotion - A little tip if you use body oil mix in with your lotion , this method is is also your base to smelling good for a longer period of time .
Put on deodorant - Self explanatory
Perfume of you choice - Finish your routine by smelling good in your favorite scent and you’re done !
**Make sure your scents match , avoid mixing any scent’s together that do not go together , finding your signature scent takes time but keep scents in range **

Dr. Bronner's Unscented Bar soap - Wash twice with washcloth
Dove body wash Shea butter and vanilla scent - Wash twice with more of an exfoliating tool . Ex ( loofah , African net , Silicone brush )
Tree hut Brown sugar scrub - exfoliate twice a week at most
Vaseline coco radiant Lotion + body oil
Any vanilla scent perfume

Ear care — the most unspoken body care.
- ear care if one of the most neglected and overlooked body care it is as important as your face routine. Each and every, part of your body needs attention and care 🫶, and my desi babies if you really want to slay those jhumkes you really need to take care of your ear. Anyways let's get started.
1. Cleaning : Clean your outer ear gently with a washcloth. Avoid inserting anything into your ear canal, such as cotton swabs or other objects, as this can push wax deeper or even cause damage.
2. Earwax Management : Let your ears naturally clean themselves. Earwax helps protect your ears from dust, dirt, and bacteria. Do not use eard buds DO. NOT. Baby girlies please don't it can cause problems in hearing and affect your eardrum.
If you have excessive earwax buildup that causes discomfort or affects your hearing, consult a doctor for safe removal.
3. Protection: Wear ear protection in noisy environments, such as concerts, construction sites, or when using loud equipment like lawnmowers or power tools. Earplugs or earmuffs can help prevent hearing damage.
4. Avoiding Water : Keep water out of your ears while bathing, swimming, or showering. Use earplugs or a shower cap to protect your ears, especially if you've had ear surgery or have a history of ear infections.
5. Electronic devices : use airpods, earphones or headphone max 3 hours not more than that and always keep the volume at the adequate level in order not to affect your ear and brain.
6. Regular Check-ups : Visit an audiologist or healthcare professional for regular ear check-ups, especially if you experience changes in hearing, ear pain, or other ear-related issues.
7. Healthy Lifestyle : Maintain a healthy lifestyle, as conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes can impact your ear health. Stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet, and manage stress levels.

i use a lot of things for body care, but here are my favourites!
O1 , dermaveen
as someone who suffers from eczema, dermaveen helps me sm! i love their lotion and unscented soap! they never flare up my skin, break me out or anything of the sort! i especially love their lotion after shaving , which i usually use in par with a scented one !!
O2 , philosophy
philosophy has the sweetest smelling body washes ever! my favourite is birthday cake !! super sugary sweet and leaves my smelling good and feeling fresh!
O3 , frank body
their sugar scrub is the best exfoliator i've ever used! gets rid of all the dead skin, and leaves my skin silky smooth! i use it before shaving for the best effect!
i also love their clearing body wash! it helped sm with my bacne ♡
O4 , sundae body
SUNDAE BODY UGHH ♡♡♡ my personal favourite whips of theirs are 'very vanilla' and 'cherry on top' !! the scent lasts SO LONG and it has such fun cute packaging !! i always get compliments that i smell good even if i'm not wearing perfume !!
O5 , miss dior body milk
not necessarily a brand more a single product,, but god this stuff smells good! leaves me smelling elegant and is super moisturizing but without the sticky feeling after!

🍰 nail-care! exfoliate and oil your cuticles for glazed and beautiful healthy nails .
🍓have a complete skincare routine’
🍰 use vaseline if you have dry or chapped lips, also works really well for your skin also! (everyone’s skin is different. )
🍓to grow your lashes, use coconut oil or vaseline OR a eyelash syrum!
🍰 have good posture! don’t hunch your back even when your sitting, can make you have a better side profile. ( ◠‿◠ )
