The most beautiful board game you’ll ever play! ⚔️ This project holds a special place in my heart, I created all the art within the game along Daniel, creator of @purpleplantgames and Nujum! He is one of the most talented person I ever met, and now I’m happy to call him my friend 🖤 So proud of this project, and so proud of you Daniel 🙇🏼♀️
Please check the campaign! You won’t regret it 👌🏻✨
🪢The first time I played this game I misunderstood the rules and gave this a second try. The gameplay was really good after playing this game correctly. I had to split up my characters and got really lucky with the horrors spawning late-game. This game is fun as the tension builds and the quick decisions you corner yourself into. The base game is great and there are plenty of characters to play with. I am looking to get the expansions to open up that variability and modes in the game. Replaying this game with other characters will be the main draw for me until expansions arrive but it’s a pretty good game without much complexity. The rules can be fiddly as you have to remember what happens with icons and actions. If you can grab this game I highly recommend it as a light-medium tile placement game.
Have you fallen in to a cave full of horrors too or is this too oddly specific?
So say you backed a game through crowdfunding and the creator came up with a fun component that makes the game easier to play, but isn't necessary to the game.
Would you rather have the game by the due date and get the component later? Or would you rather have it all sent to you at once well after the due date?
My all time favorite game ever just launched their Kickstarter for an updated experience!
Worldspanner Factions is the latest iteration of Duel of Ages; a game that came out in 2003 and had an update in 2013, the aptly named Duel of Ages II. With both of these games, Ive spent countless hours playing with friends, family members, and strangers all over the country at various local shops and conventions. It has been my go to game for getting people interested in gaming as a hobby since the very beginning.
Worldspanner is a game system that lets you play as characters that transcend space and time in an arena of social, political, and physical combat across battle maps of various ages from around the universe. Each game is its own story with a unique map building process that has you thinking on your toes as to what your best strategy could be.
I had always said that if there were only a single game I could play for the rest of my life, it would easily be Duel of Ages. I'm certain that will stand true with the new Worldspanner Factions update and I can't wait!
I am in no way associated with the people behind the game but, if you're looking for something to play with an endless amount of replay value, you owe it to yourself to check out Duel of Ages and the new Worldspanner Factions Kickstarter.
I love a small card game you can slip in your pocket and take anywhere! Card games also make great transition games to bring new people into the great big world of hobby games.
Hey, I run a small website that's (fingers crossed) opening up into a board game cafe real soon. The site is updated daily, as I learn how to navigate the backend (and aptly named) POS.
So if you or any of your friends are looking for all things board game, please consider buying from me. Or even a signal boost would be nice. Thank you in advance.
Jaipur is a small but exquisite economic game for two players in the atmosphere of an oriental bazaar from 1001 Nights. Created by Sébastian Pauchon.
The aim is to make high-quality deals by skillfully exchanging and selling trade goods and camels, which will earn you the most victory points at the end.
To do this, you take it in turns to buy goods on the market and then sell them at a profit and hoard rupees.
You always have to decide whether and how many goods you want to exchange for others, or whether you want to clear the bazaar for fresh, more lucrative goods by picking up all the camels on the market.
Pick the right time to sell as many of the same goods as possible at once, for which a high bonus awaits. But be careful! If your timing is bad, your opponent will snatch the best goods from you with smaller but tactically cleverly placed sales.
The game is played in two out of three fast-paced rounds. Only the player with the most excellence coins at the end is the overall winner.
There are already several editions from different publishers.

I got the opportunity to do tons of card art for @onethousandrats ' newest game, Curses and Covens, and it's definitely not because I happen to have founded the business just to give me the opportunity to draw more witchy shit.
Curses and Covens is being Kickstarted starting Oct 1! If you've liked my art over the years or if you're seeing it for the first time, give it a chance as a Tumblr crowdfunding campaign that totally won't steal your money.
