Hey, it's your wine hippie aunt from the late 60's and I must say it's a big change.

I was taking a closer look on my trenchcoat and it made me realise the silhouette looks like it could be inspired by the 60's.

#bleppingthrifts #initially when i bought this i was thinking of a typical trenchcoat where the belt is mostly at the natural waist #and that gave me a motive to like buy a belt for it #so i could accentuate the shoulder pads #but then the more i research about the 60s and more i see drop waist dresses i have i look back at this trenchcoat #that's how i realize that this trenchcoat is supposed to have some 60's vibes and 80's vibe combined #i could buy a belt for this trenchcoat if i have natural waist days but not like for just this coat #still gonna buy black buttons for it though #btw i dont think its a vintage cuz why is there 80's shoulder pads and spikes on them #regardless i love this coat #i think i should embrace it the way it is minus the buttons #the buttons are okay but i love me a black on black look on the coat #fashione inspo #meself

#bleppingthrifts #txt #rambles #the shopping site that i use have this feature which is pretty usefull #rn its on the south of my city #its not pretty far but not pretty near #im sure i could get it before the last week of this month #i know its far af but its the only preloved snakeprint blazer i could find with my budget lol #yeah im the type who could just take any old clothes and wear it in different ways #from the measurements its gonna look kinda big but not too big to the point its eating me up #it will probably look like a dad blazer to me #even though its a woman's blazer #im into the boxy 80's blazers probably thanks to the heathers movie and mom used toowning them (but my dad's family stole my mom's stuff) #in terms of 80s blazers i own like two from my mom #the first one being black short sleeve blazer and second one is a salmon blazer just its shoulder pads gone #(btw the blazer is more in a modern cut than the 80's blazer but i got it one size up lol)

That thrifting moment when you first saw a vintage looking shirt but it doesn't interest you until you look closely to see that there are revolver guns on collar detailling.
