It's been a very interesting year to say the least- those months still weren't 100% healthy but it was such a difference it was like living a different life, one not filled with constant dread and fear of the next monthly health episode.

It was unreal and I wish I'd made more use of of that time online while I had the chance, instead of being nervous of setting my body off and ruining a good thing going- but having past a new month my body completely imploding (only partially, which still sucks eggs), I can start to pick myself back up and keep going, hopeful once more! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

post ttc nico thinking bianca might have lived if he was only smarter and stronger and better, and bianca being the only role model he'd had for all the life he'd remembered he absolutely overcompensates becoming a caricature of distrust and seclusion. but he isnt used to it like bianca was and his desire to help (to prove his worth? to prove that he has a right to live when his sister didn't?) manifests in clinging to any opportunity of progress, anything that could earn him graditute or at the very least repentance

People really need to give Steel Wool a break sometimes, man- They messed up with Security Breach and now people act like EVERYTHING wrong with modern fnaf is all exclusively their fault when it's really not.

redemption arcs where instead of the character having to do through the arc with the person they wronged and have the end goal be forgiveness they go through the arc with a completely different character that has no involvement in the main conflict with the goal being self improvement>>>

#feel it opens up alot more character exploration possibilities with the character being 'redemed' where you can explore their end of the #conflict (which tends to be less focused on as the actual conflict in relation to whoever they wronged is what happens in-story) without it #being 'apologism' #and the arc is more about self improvement than forgiveness/fitting the main characters status quo #it also feels alot more fair on the one who suffered from the conflict because to be able to say 'this person needs help but I can't give i #to them' is rlly good #obviously there are times where both characters SHOULD work together for overcome the conflict in question. but with the common/popular #structure of redemption arcs rn (I blame zuko personally) we need more variety #I'm growing to love this trope it's rlly fun #esp if your're a fan of rarepairs/are more interested in the villains pov #current examples floating in my brain: atlas/denkou. 0124ji. morro/echo (but as a long term citrusshipper...when am I not thinking about #them? Deeply inconvenient truth many people really, really, really do not ever want to ever acknowledge much less discuss to find solutions for:

Cars are an accessibility tool.

Public transport is not safe for a variety of people and “just adding more buses and trains and making cities revolve around PT” will not actually address that.

(But nobody likes hearing about how tiny % of the population cannot reliably and safely use PT because they don’t want to actually envision what trying to accommodate that looks like)

#competing access needs are a real bitch tbh but NOBODY ever wants to account for them #when they talk about making things 'walkable' and 'improving PT systems' because it's not as simple and neat #as just making one system instead of having to accommodate multiple sets of mutually exclusive needs #i get it it's real hard and complex and a bit of a mess!! i don't blame ppl for being intimidated by it! #but it annoys me when people demonize the idea of the car while simultainously totally ignoring every single issue with their utopian vision #im not saying that trying to phase out cars and focus on PT is a bad thing #what i'm saying is that it has to be done with the understanding #that you MUST account for small %s of the population who have very specific needs #and not just brush those off as 'just stay in your house and never go to medical appointments' or 'just deal with it' because that's BS #that makes things a lot more complicated i fully admit that #but if you TRULY want a future that's greener and accessible you MUST be willing to account for people with specific needs #otherwise it's just greenwashed ableism and we see plenty of that as it is
