You expect me to believe that there’s NO chance that the protagonist could like someone of the same sex in a story that’s literally about equality and the different effects that systemic persecution has on different people? In a story basically explaining the how harmful oppressive opinions from people of authority/power can be? In a story advocating for people to stay true to themselves and become the people they want to be no matter what anyone says to them? I don’t buy it.

My friend @agrebel18 absolutely hit the nail on the head with the problem with how bi characters/headcanons are potrayed by fandoms with her recent tag on one of my post's:Fandoms view bi characters as inherently desperate to crush on people and having no standards by extension.They assume they'll be attracted to literally anyone if they're the same gender as them,even bullies and abusers-Actually scratch that,at this point,it's like they think they're bisexuals type.If you do this,you have internalized biases against irl bis and you should work on it cause you ain't 'representing' jackshit by insulting us without words
