Teasing Phrases (Lucien x Reader)

It was the same tone, the same arrogance, the same aura since the day you had met him. He had joined your court after his paternity had been revealed, learning the ins and outs of ruling over people from his father with great attention.

Lucien would be a wonderful High Lord when the day came but that was the only good thing you could say about him. As one of the higher ladies in the Day Court, you were often in his company during social and political events. For whatever reason he had latched on to her, picked her out of the hundreds of others to torment for his enjoyment.

He hadn't known just how well you could dish it back, however.

"That gown looks ravishing on you, Y/N, will you be wearing it later tonight at the pleasure house?" Lucien smirked, clinking his glass against yours while ignoring your eye roll.

"As charming as ever, Lucien. It is a wonder how you manage to keep the ladies off of you," You looked around dramatically, feigning a gasp when your eyes connected back to his. "Oh wait, they seem to be purposely avoiding you."

"You would know all about being avoided, wouldn't you, pet? How long has it been? Years?" His tone had dropped and your gaze turned furious, fingers tightening on the champagne flute before you steeled your shoulders and turned around.

"About as long since the Archeron sister rejected you, my Lord." You snarled over your shoulder while walking away, your heels clicking loudly against the floor as you made your way to the hallway to get some air.

By the Mother, you do not understand just how he knew what to say to get under your skin. Whether it was a cocky smile, taunting words, or even the way he brushed past you in the palace, he was always there. Always waiting to catch you on your bad days.

He was the most frustrating man you had ever met. You hated him. You hated the way he smirked at you. You hated the way his words made you feel. You hated the way his body towered over yours when he would lean in to mock you.

Lucien Vanserra was the bane of your existance. Nothing more, nothing less.

"That was a low blow, Y/N, and you know it." An angry voice said from behind you, your head turning before you could stop it. "You know how I hate speaking of that part of my life."

"And you know how I hate speaking of my ex and yet you nearly invited him to dinner the other night." You retorted with a jab of your finger in his chest. "Do not speak with outrage when you can't take what you dish out. That is your problem, not mine."

"Do not touch me." Lucien hissed, knocking your hand away while backing you up against the wall.

"Or what? What will you do?" You challenged, raising your chin in defiance as he glowered at you. "Yell at me? Hit me?"

"If you do not hold your tongue, pet, I will treat you exactly how you are asking to be treated." His tone was dangerous as your faces were now inches apart, both of your chests rising in quick succession from the adrenaline.

"And how is that, my Lord? Is it the way you treated Ela-" Your lips began to turn up in a smirk before you let out a sharp cry, one of his large hands grasping a fistful of your hair while his body pinned you against the wall.

You could feel his hardness pressing into your thigh, could see the fire raging in his eyes, but you were not afraid. For when he looked into your eyes he saw the exact same expression.

"Do not speak her name." Lucien seethed, baring his teeth. "I shall treat you like the brat you are, the little cocktease that you have been since the day I met you."

Before you could refute him he had his lips on the column of your throat, his mouth burning into your skin as you let out a small whine of need. Everything between the two of you, the fights, the stares, the jealousy, it was all coming to a head.

"I don't think you have the gall, Lucien Vanserra." You dared, grasping the fine material of his shirt before shoving him sideways so now you were in control. "I think it is you who needs to be treated like the tease."

His face darkened with desire and when your lips connected once more, his hands wrapping around your waist to pull you impossibly close, you knew you would be dancing in the flames of lust tonight.

Celebrating my birthday week, I thought it would be fitting to share some of my early works here. Ironically, according to Tumblr, February 2nd also marked the 13th anniversary of this very blog. While I created the account 13 years ago, I began uploading here a bit later. To be honest, I have never been consistent in posting on this blog, but over the past six months, I've been more steadfast in sharing my creations.

My journey in creative pursuits started well before the Tumblr days. I explored various social network platforms, until I eventually settled here. Over time, I've amassed a collection of works that I never published, neither here nor anywhere else.

I understand this might be a departure from my usual content, but bear with me as I take a stroll down memory lane. Perhaps delving into these early works will offer you a glimpse into the artist behind the images.

Take, for instance, this self-portrait from circa 2008, captured with my first digital Canon camera. Gosh, I hated this ugly wallpaper in my room.
