Enjoy trying to decipher my increasingly unhinged comments as you gaze upon what an entire night of work has gotten me.

I introduce to you: An Assassins Creed Valhalla rugby!AU that is definitely going to be written because I miss playing rugby and my only recourse is to live vicariously through these ladies. And a definite self-insert

Just to make it a little more clear: Eivor’s the captain and fly half (not half-back ... it’s 4 in the morning) of the Ravens rugby team. She plays with Birna (Prop ... who’s also Forwards Captain but I forgot to note that), Soma (Scrum-half and Backs Captain), and Tove (the rookie of the group and their newest wing).

Randvi captains another team called the Foxes and is also the open-side flank.

This isn’t an enemies-to-lovers it’s just that Randvi had already been on the other team when she and Eivor met and started dating. Randvi just wants to stay on her own team to avoid any weird drama/changes to the team dynamics. Plus she likes playing for her team and it’s not like they’re warring viking clans so.

Modern AU where Eivor and Randvi are teachers at Ravensthorpe High. Randvi teaches literature and political science while Eivor teaches biology after the biology teacher went on maternity break and never came back. She winds up becoming the principal by sheer accident. Some of the other teachers include:

- Finnr, the other political science teacher, who is about to retire and most of the kids bitch about him grading too harshly.

- Birna, who teaches PE after Dag got fired. She works these kids to exhaustion but she’s fun and not a dick like Dag. Rollo loves this class and once sent Oswald to the ER after a game of dodgeball went off the rails.

- Dag taught PE and everyone fucking HATED this dude. He was such an asshole, all the kids were making a prayer circle for him to get fired. Best buddies with Sigurd and would rather chat with him than teach. He got fired after he got into a physical fight with Eivor. Then, Ivarr took over briefly and that is when the dodgeball incident occurred. He loved the violence and multiple casualties it caused, he wanted those kids to fight to the death.

- Kassandra is new and teaches classical literature and mythology. Super lax teacher who openly talks shit about Dag and everyone comes to her to bitch about the other teachers. Frequently comes into Eivor’s classroom to ask for chalk because she cannot use a smart board to save her life. She has photos of her family all over her desk.

- Basim teaches history with Hytham as his assistant/sub. Both are popular with the kids, but Basim definitely plays favorites and he likes to stir up drama behind the scenes. Hytham has a clear no gossip rule but Basim loves it.

- Reda teaches economics. No one questions this. He and Kassandra are totally best friends, they’re old souls.

-Bragi teaches music and was put in charge of theatre. Help him.

- Sigurd is the principle. Is he a good principle? No. Does he think he’s a good principle? Well, Basim and Dag like to tell him he is, though the latter actually believes it. Definitely has that “how do you do fellow kids” vibe and would rather be buddies with them than do the work. He is much happier as assistant principle.
