saw that somebody put my old chart with just slimecicle, neil, and bill wurtz on here and it gained some steam lol. the pinterest comments asked for a sequel featuring jack stauber, will wood, and jerma985 so... here it is! enjoy. or don't, idc.
hi you're on a rock, floating in space. some of it's water, fuck it actually most of it's water. i cant get from here to there without Buying a Boat. it's sad. im sad. i miss you
how did this happen~
a long time ago nothing is nowhere. when? never. and also Now. nothing has never been anywhere. that means it's been everywhere. its so every you dont even need a where. you dont even need a when. that's how every it gets...
forget this i wanna be something, go somewhere, Do Something. i want things to change, i wanna invent time and space. and i know its possible because everything is already here and its probably already happened. i just dont know when to start.
the bill wurtz reference gave me a fucking heart attack btw/pos
just so you know
I'm glad people are catching it! :D I know most people know bill wurtz from the history of the world/history of japan videos, but I actually really love his music more than either. It just has a nostalgic vibe to it that it's hard to put into words, and sometimes there are little poignant moments that hit surprisingly hard. long long long journey is one of my favorites, but here are some others since I haven't done a post like this in a while.
i can play - the last few lines of this are so haunting for such a relatively upbeat sounding song. they still pop into my head every now and then.
i like - i like picturing gaster for the first bit of this lol
new canaan - the bit that goes "i'm going crazy and i'm feeling blue/cause i know where i'm going but not what to do/ and i always dream of you/every word i say is true" gets me each time, just makes me think of people i've lost
we could just get high - love this chorus and how it keeps echoing off for the ending
dance the night away - just short and silly
might quit - the free association lyrics in full display here
you're free to do whatever you want to - the bridge of this one is a bit poignant i think
There are some people in the same hall as us in the complex and every time I see their welcome mat, my brains just leaps to every Bill Wurtz video I've ever seen.
If I like Lemon Demon, Bill Wurtz, Jack Stauber, Tally Hall/Miracle Musical, and Cozmo Sheldrake but I DON'T like Will Wood, what are some other artists to try out?
