i've just binged my way through your bill series and ahhhH!!! i love it!!! but also what about our second weasley? i think that charlie is the least loved one in the fandom out of all the siblings, did you ever think about writing a ff with him?

Firstly: THANK YOU SO MUCH! 💓 The Bill series is definitely my baby hahaha.

Secondly: Okay, so I am definitely down to provide more love for him. I know my friend @charlieweasleysimp is a huge advocate of Charlie (if you couldn't tell from the handle). I read her NSFW alphabet and was like omg.

I know original ideas are better, but if we keep talking, I might consider rewriting the concept of long hair & tattoos but with Charlie. sunburns & dragons?? I feel like he would be so fun, constantly flirty, and more roll-with-the-punches than Bill eeee. And he'd inadvertently flash his torso to Y/N because he's so well-built....

A: What is their aftercare like after a heavy round of tickling?

with his siblings, the aftercare would usually consist of playful words, ruffling hair, maybe sharing a snack, and then later on, revenge! with a romantic partner, he demands cuddles after to compensate for his “torture”

B: How do they react to bondage, do they enjoy it and if yes, what is their favorite pose?

(nsfw!!) i think bill would love bondage from either end. for himself, he isn’t into anything too intricate, he would like a simple spread eagle or just his arms above his head. for his partner, he’d be way more experimental if they were down. i can see him being into like shibari and putting the aesthetic above the actual sexual practicality of the pose.

C: What are their chances in a chase, both as a lee and ler?

oh, bill is very fast and strong, so he has really good chances to escape as a lee, or overpower someone as the ler. however, depending on who he’s up against, he’ll allow himself to be caught.

D: What is their most ticklish spot?

bill’s neck, ears, and hips are his worst spots!!

E: How do they express their wish to tickle/be tickled?

it’s usually just starting the tickle fight so that someone will get him back!! he’s usually a very emotionally open person but he doesn’t want to ask because it feels silly.

F: What is their behavior in a tickle fight like?

relentless! bill loves to mess around with people and is just very playful in general, so tickle fights turn him into a hyperactive puppy who just wants to laugh and make other people laugh. he’s very jumpy and giggly!!

G: How do they react to gentle tickles?

gentle tickles from a significant other relax him, even if he’s still super giggly. with his siblings though, he knows it’s only the beginning of the attack, so he’s much more tense.

H: As a lee/ler or both, do they have specific habits when it comes to tickling?

bill bites his lip when he’s tickling other people, like he’s concentrating really hard on wrecking them.

I: How well would they handle a tickle interrogation?

honestly, i think he’d stick it out quite well. obviously, this would be a consensual and not serious kind of interrogation i hope, so i can imagine he’d hold out for a long time!! he would be super sassy to his ler and just try to escape and turn the tables!!

M: Their tickle behavior during mornings?

bill likes tickling people awake, as he’s often a quite early riser. he’s playful and teasing. if for some reason he decides to sleep in and the roles are switched, he would be so whiny and too groggy to fight back!!

N: Their tickle behavior during nights?

with a significant other, he loves a good tickle-fight-turned-adult-activities before bed, or even just cuddly tickles to tire each other out!!

Today I wanted to talk about names! Some characters have gone through name changes while others have always had the same name.

Before I solidified the a little bit louder now and never be the same again verses, Albus was called Caleb and Lily Luna was Charlotte. (Simon was always Simon from very first rename.) Very happy with my newer renames for the younger two.

Hillary, Tess, and Delilah: Hillary and Tess had the same names straight from creation but Delilah may be the character who has gone through the most surname changes. I don’t know why I started with Delilah for her first name but I can’t imagine her with any other one now. She was first a Finnigan, with Lavender and Seamus as her parents when I was still in my default heterosexuality era. After that, I made Parvati her other mother and changed her surname to Brown-Patil.

More recently I decided to swap the last name order. I just happen to think Patil-Brown flows better than Brown-Patil and as a nice little side effect, it forces Tess, Delilah, and Hillary to be divided when things are done alphabetically as none of their surnames are near each other.

The Potter-Weasley Clan: For the life of me, I don’t know why I did this but I had added on additional kids to each of the Weasleys. Bill and Fleur had Marie between Victoire and Dominique and Marina between her and Louis. I wish I could say I repurposed Marie Weasley into Marie Simmoneaux but no, the younger Marie was just named after the elder one. Charlie had a daughter named Cecelia out of wedlock with his girlfriend Kourrem Issa. (First name absolutely janked from Tamora Pierce.) Molly and Lucy were twins and they also had a younger sister named Anna. George and Angelina had Arthur and Melanie in addition to Fred and Roxanne. Ron and Hermione had a second daughter named Valerie. Ginny and Harry had second daughter Maura.

Draco and Astoria had a daughter named Lyra and after Lorcan and Lysander, who were twins, she and Rolf had a daughter named Lydia also. (As you can see, I’ve shuffled the order of the kids since then as well.)

Effie was always a werewolf but her first name originally was Megaera. Cecelia was always the youngest Longbottom but at first she was the younger of two sisters rather than the youngest of three and her name was first Eleanor.

Cecily Macmillan was initially called Linnea but I like Cecily much better for the character she developed into.

The Zabinis: Blaise’s kids were initially twins called Angelica and Lucia who were Ruby’s age and a younger daughter named Sofia. I prefer the triplets and Bettina!

Bill Weasley Fluff Alphabet

another alphabet because I simply cannot help myself, I love these and I’ve been in such a fluffy mood lately

but, here it is!! hope y’all enjoy this one for one of the most underrated Weasley boys!🥰

A = Admiration (what do they absolutely adore about you?)

Bill is an absolute sucker for your wicked sense of humor. as the oldest, he struggled finding ways to show that he wasn’t the overly strict older brother, and his coping mechanism was mostly dry and sarcastic humor. but when you came along, he fell head over heels because you could make a joke out of nearly anything.

B = Body (what is their favorite part of your body?)

Bill’s favorite part of your body is definitely your cheeks. he loves how rosy they get whenever it’s a bit chilly out, or how whenever you try to lie, they heat up and he can feel it against his hands when he gently cups your face.

C = Cuddling (how do they like to cuddle?)

Bill was never really much of a cuddler, but that all changed completely in due time. sneaky cuddling in his childhood bedroom soon turned into cuddling on the couch in the living room of the burrow when he was visiting, and cuddling just about anywhere you could in your own home. Bill’s favorite way to cuddle with you is with your arms wrapped around each other’s abdomen and your head on his chest, with him rubbing your back. not only is it great stress relief for him, it also works wonders for you.

D = Dates (what does their ideal date with you look like?)

despite being an adventurous cursebreaker with a bit of glamour in his life, Bill does not have the “all that glitters is gold” mentality. he won’t go out of his way for a fancy date every night, but if there’s a nice restaurant you want to go to, he’s already making reservations as soon as you mention it to him.

Bill’s ideal date is a night in, ordering takeout, and maybe binge watching a show that you both like, and ending the night by dancing around the living room to the music playing from the muggle vinyl player.

E = Emotions (how do they express emotion around you?)

being the oldest of seven siblings in total, six of which being boys, Bill had to learn from a young age how to get a hold on his emotions so he wouldn’t accidentally let his anger out on his siblings or anyone else. though, if anyone picked on you or his siblings, they’d feel the infamous wrath of Bill Weasley.

when it came to showing his emotions around you, Bill was terrified at first, terrified of coming off as “too emotional” and being potentially hurt. after quite a bit of reassuring, Bill learned to be as open in expressing his feelings as he possibly could with you.

F = Family (do they want one? If they do, when?)

when he was younger, Bill didn’t really think much of having a family; he was too focused on becoming a cursebreaker and traveling the world. as he got older though, and after the war ended, he knew that he wanted to start a family, but he also knew that he didn’t want to be like his parents and have seven kids.

G = Gifts (how do they feel about gift giving? What are their habits when it comes to this?)

oh he’ll deny it to the ends of the earth and back, but Bill Weasley is an excellent gift-giver. any time he finds something that he knows for a fact you’ll love, he buys it, and he’s always sure to have spare money on him just in case the need arises specifically for that reason. Bill loves to spoil you, even if you tell him it isn’t necessary at all.

H = Holding Hands (when/how do they like to hold hands?)

Bill is also a sucker for hand holding, even as simple a gesture as it is. he’ll hold your hand in public, at home, anywhere. his favorite way of holding hands though is a classic; your hand lazily resting in his, a few fingers intertwined with his other hand resting on top of your clasped hands.

I = Injury (how would they act if you got hurt?)

major injuries? Bill is already on it, getting together everything you need to be taken care with, making sure you’re comfortable, and he’s pretty fussy about making sure you get some rest.

minor injuries? he doesn’t really give much mind to it, unless you decide to be dramatic about it. accidentally nicked your finger while chopping vegetables for dinner? he already knows by the dramatic wail that he needs to get to the kitchen asap and help you get it bandaged up.

J = Jokes (do they like to joke around with or prank you? how?)

Bill’s not entirely strict, so he knows how to let loose every once in a while. he won’t plan elaborate pranks or hurtful jokes, but he will play jokes on you by trying to convince you that you said something you really didn’t say, or he’ll playfully hide something from you that you’ve been looking for for hours on end. he can never keep up the joke though, and always ends up ratting himself out by his giggling.

K = Kisses (how do they like to kiss you?)

Bill’s favorite kind of kiss is a simple one, he’ll pick you up bridal style and press tons of quick pecks to your lips before ending with one, slightly longer than the rest. there is most definitely a photo of this exact situation that has been framed and is now proudly displayed on the end table or mantel.

L = Love (how do they show you they love you?)

Bill’s main love language is words of affirmation. sometimes he gets to feeling insecure and all he needs is a cuddle and you to give him a little pep talk, and he’d do just the same for you on a bad day.

his second love language is quality time. after a long stay in Egypt, he loves coming back home to you and wants to do anything and everything together, even if it is just going for a walk.

M = Memory (favorite memory together?)

Bill’s favorite memory is from the first time you visited the Burrow with him, meeting his family for the first time. everyone had immediately taken a liking to you, and he loved that everyone in his family approved of you and wanted you around more.

your favorite memory is from your first “official” date with Bill, when he gave you one of the leather bracelets that he always wore, signifying to you, that he believed you were special enough to have it for yourself.

N = Nightmare (what is their worst fear?)

Bill doesn’t have a lot of fears, but his worse fear is being perceived as a failure because he didn’t do one little thing right on the job. Bill loved his chosen career, and would hate for anyone to criticize him for how he does the job, or to fail during a mission and cause an entire chain reaction of bad events. these thoughts are usually kept at bay by you consistently reminding him of how great he is at his job and just how many lives he could potentially be saving by doing so.

O = Oddity (what is one quirk they have?)

no one would ever guess it, but Bill’s biggest quirk is that he’s actually quite insecure about himself. how he looked, how he presented himself, he always got anxious over thoughts of that and how he was perceived. after being attacked by Fenrir Greyback, Bill subsequently grew more insecure about his appearance, knowing that everyone would see him differently, but you would constantly remind him just how handsome he is and that he’s definitely still the best looking of all his siblings.

P = Pet Names (what do they like to call you?)

Bill’s a guy who likes to stick with the classics, yet still be a bit casual about it.

so names like sweetheart, honey, babe, baby, and love are all most commonly used.

Q = Quality Time (how do they like to spend time with you?)

Bill’s preferred method of quality time is traveling together and seeing the world, even if he is away from home a lot because of his job. if he could, he’d take you everywhere with him without so much as a second thought.

R = Rhythm (what song reminds you of them?)

Bill’s calm yet wild personality alone reminds you of songs such as Welcome to The Jungle by Guns N’ Roses and Don’t Stop Believin’ by Journey.

S = Secrets (how open are they with you?)

Bill is as open as he can be with you. he respects your decision to trust him to the point that you can be an open book to him, and he is more than willing to reciprocate that to you, telling you anything that you want to know.

T = Time (how long did it take you to get together?)

it didn’t take very long from the “just talking” phase of your relationship before you ended up together. about a month or so in, you both realized that you really liked each other, and Bill set up an impromptu “date” that went so horribly that he doesn’t want to count it as your first date, even if it technically was— no matter how many times you tried to tell him you loved it. during that date was when you agreed to be with him and the rest is history!

U = Upset (how do they act when you’re upset?)

Bill can pick up on your feelings very easily, so if you’re even the slightest bit upset about anything, he’s the first one to realize it. he’s already got all the essentials though—ice cream, chocolates, your favorite movie, and his old jumper that you love to wear that he can’t fit into anymore, and plenty of goofy jokes to make you laugh. on top of all that, he’ll cuddle you until you feel better, and if you fall asleep on him, it doesn’t bother him one bit.

V = Vaunt (what are they proud of? Do they like to show you off?)

Bill is proud of how accomplished he is as a cursebreaker, and he’s also proud of you and how successful you are at your job. but most importantly, he’s proud of how much the two of you have gone through and how you made it out of any situation together perfectly fine, and how much you’ve grown together. this man will show you off any chance he has, and to say that you’re the one he gets to come home to every day? that’s really just the icing on the cake for him.

W = Warrior (how do they feel about you fighting? Would they fight for you, beside you, etc?)

Bill knows that you have a tendency to want to fight for what you believe is right, and he entirely supports that because he shares that point of view. he’ll gladly fight beside you, but when push comes to shove, he’ll fight for you any day.

X = X-Ray (how well are they able to read you?)

even when you have up the biggest front you can possibly put up, Bill is able to see entirely through it. he knows you’re strong and that you don’t like to show a moment of weakness, but if you’re hurting, he can always see it.

Y = Yes (how would they propose to you?)

Bill’s more casual than people give him credit for, and his proposal would reflect that. he’d never go for something public due to the pure intimacy of the moment. on one of your many nights in at home, Bill would take his chance to catch you completely off guard and ask you to marry him. the way he went about it was a simple, yet romantic gesture; he made your favorite dinner all by himself, lit a few candles to set the mood, and waited until the movie was over to pop the question.

Z = Zen (what makes them feel calm?)

Bill is most calm when he can have a day off at home. traveling takes a toll on his mental and physical well-being, so having at least a few days at home to recoup always does the trick for him; plus, he loves it whenever you play with his hair and braid it or put it up in a ponytail.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

Bill is very affectionate and his love language is touch, but he has a weird way of displaying affection. Like he’ll kiss you on the cheek or the forehead, he’ll hug you, he’ll hold your hand or wrap an arm around your shoulder but sometimes? Sometimes he’ll just randomly reach over and pinch you. He loves to cuddle, and will cuddle with you any time. He prefers to cuddle face to face on your sides, probably with your leg thrown over his and his arms as tight around you as he can get them.

Bill wants to settle down as soon as possible, because he was raised in a big family and he wants a big family. He is a great cook, something he got from his mother, and he knows everything he needs to know about cleaning though he is sort of neutral about it. Doesn’t hate it, doesn’t enjoy it either though on some days the monotony can be soothing.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

He would soften the blow by doing something nice for you like getting you a gift you had been wanting for a while, or taking you out to get ice cream. Then he would sit you down and gently explain why he feels as though the two of you should break up. He would talk it out with you, hold you while you cried and then give you your space. Of course, after an appropriate amount of time he would reach out and ask if you would like to remain friends.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

Once he’s in a relationship he is completely committed, and he would get married after about a year or so. Enough for the two of you to get comfortable around each other.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

He is very very gentle, both physically and emotionally. He is highly emotionally intelligent, and always takes your emotions and well being into consideration during your conversations/physical relationship.

He loves hugs, platonic or romantic. He will take a hug any time you are willing to give them, and he gives them out at every opportunity. His hugs are warm and solid, and he pulls you into him so you’re leaning against him and can just fully relax into his arms.

It was about 5 months into your relationship. You were playing with his hair and braided a little chunk of it and he kept it until the hair tie came out in his sleep. He even showered with it the braid still in because every time he looked in the mirror and saw it, he thought of you. The hair tie came out in his sleep and the very next morning, as soon as you had woken up he asked you to braid his hair again. You asked him why it was so important to him, and he said simply, “Because I love you.”

He doesn’t get jealous. He trusts you, and would never doubt your connection. He will step in however, to defend you, if the person flirting with you/hitting on you doesn’t take the hint.

His kisses are slow, languid, like he has all the time in the world. He loves to kiss your lips, but also your forehead, the back of you hand, and your inner wrist. He also loves to be kissed on the lips but he thinks it’s just the sweetest thing when you kiss him on the cheek.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

He is great with children. He’s the kind of guy that treats kids like they’re his equals. He doesn’t baby talk, speaks to them casually and invites them to do things with him like if he’s going to the store, he will ask them if they want to go with so he can give them a flying motorcycle ride. If he’s about to make something for dinner/dessert, he will ask them if they want to help him/learn how to cook the thing.

Spending the first few moments just holding each other and enjoying each other’s company. Then he lets you use the bathroom first, then he will. Then you guys brush your teeth together and take a shower/bath together. Most days he will get out of the shower/bath earlier than you to give you some alone time to enjoy it by yourself, and while he’s waiting for you to finish he will make breakfast. If it is a work day, you get ready for work together,, and he probably would drive you to work if he has the time.

After dinner you guys usually spend time together reading, watching tv or if it was a long day, just cuddling in bed and talking.

He likes to be very open and up front, and will start revealing things about himself on the first date, little by little till you know virtually everything about him.

He is not easily angered at all. He likes to stay calm so he can think, speak and act rationally.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

He would remember everything about you. He remembers all the little details and uses those to best get you gifts he knows you will love.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

His favorite moment overall is when you said you loved him for the first time. Then it was when you said yes to marrying him. Then it was when you actually did get married.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

He is very protective, and he would protect you with spells around the house. He would make sure your wand was never damaged in any way and if you were going out to the store he would go with you to double ensure your safety. He would also encourage self defense classes, so you can defend yourself during times when he can’t be there. He likes to think he can protect himself and therefore there is no reason for you to worry about protecting him, but it just melts his heart when you show you’re worried about him, invite him to take the self defense classes with you or remind him to bring his wand with him when he leaves the house.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

He would put in nearly too much effort. As I mentioned before, Bill remembers every little detail and he is constantly recalling these details to best pick out your dates and gifts and how to celebrate your anniversaries. He even remembers them during everyday tasks, like what you like best for breakfast, if you prefer tea or coffee, your routine, your favorite dinner/lunch/dessert foods, etc.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

He has a habit of being too independent: feeling as though he needs to be the strong one all the time that can take care of himself and you and everything else in both your lives. This comes from being the eldest sibling, having to be like a third parent to his younger siblings at times.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Not very. He isn’t a very vain person, and he really doesn’t care what you or him look like physically. He does care about how he dresses though, because he loves to express himself through fashion.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

No. Bill loves you very much, but he also has enough self love to know that if you were to break up with him or pass away he would live on and someday recover just as he hopes you would.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

Bill brings home random bobbles. Like this ceramic figurine of some old guy ice fishing? Bill just brought it home one day because he thought it kinda looked like Arthur.

Someone who’s aloof. He is very vocal and open and thrives on communication, and if you are aloof or just have a general disinterest in him or what he’s saying then he will lose interest very fast. He also can’t stand people who are extremely messy. He doesn’t mind doing the chores, but if you are going to make a mess then he prefers you to pick it up.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

He is an octopus in his sleep. He will latch on to you, curl himself tight around you and not let go until he wakes up. When he doesn’t have anyone to attach himself to, though, he will fall asleep on his back and stay in that position all night without moving… which causes very light, almost too light to hear, snoring.

The Visitor

It was summer vacation, but on that particular day, Ron was up much earlier than usual, dressing quickly and heading downstairs past the closed doors of his many siblings. Charlie and Bill had both arrived late the night before, and they were already in the kitchen with Molly when Ron bounded in.

“Good morning, dear,” she said warmly, greeting him with a kiss on the cheek. “Breakfast will be ready in a few.”

“Need any help?” Ron asked. He was too excited to sit still, and keeping busy with his mum would pass the time until—

“What are you doing up so early, anyhow?” Bill asked. “Wasn’t expecting to see you for hours yet.”

“Oh, y’know, still on Hogwarts schedule, I guess,” Ron replied with a shrug, taking the plates Molly handed him to set the table.

Bill snorted. “Perce says you’ve nearly missed breakfast more than once, so that’s a load of rubbish.”

“I know why,” Charlie said in a sing-song voice.

“Shove off, Charlie, I just woke up early.” Ron felt his ears starting to redden.

“Your dad’s already spoken to Hugo this morning, he and Hermione will be here soon,” Molly announced suddenly, apparently oblivious to her sons’ ribbing. Charlie gave a triumphant grin.

“There it is!”

“Yeah, my friend’s coming over, so what?” Ron shot back.

“Oh, this is about a girl,” Bill drawled, to which Charlie nodded.

“Hermione and I are just friends,” Ron scowled. “She’s only coming because Dad got extra tickets for the World Cup.”

“Yeah, big Quidditch fan is she?” Bill asked interestedly.

“Well, er—no, not really, but—“

“And Harry is coming when?” Charlie asked, his tone more teasing than Bill’s.

“Not for a couple of days, but—“

“Ah-ha!” Bill and Charlie chorused together. Ron moved to aim a rude gesture at them, but his mother turned toward the table at that moment, and he stuffed his hand in his pocket quickly. His brothers seemed to have gotten the sentiment anyway.

“Be nice, you two,” Molly scolded. “Hermione is a lovely girl, and I don’t expect any of this nonsense in front of her. Oh, and it looks like they’re here!”

Ron darted to the window, ignoring the snickers of Bill and Charlie behind him, to see the navy sedan pulling up to the house. Hermione spotted him and waved eagerly as the car came to a stop, and Ron could see his dad crossing the yard to greet them. Hermione’s dad stepped out and shook hands with Arthur, who pointed Hermione around the side of the house to the door that would lead her directly into the kitchen. Ron met her at the door and gave her a quick hug. “Hey, glad you made it.”

“I’m so glad to be here,” Hermione returned, grinning up at him. It was crazy how they’d only been away from school for a few weeks, and yet he had already started to miss her so much.

Bill cleared his throat behind them, and Ron turned around, stepping away from her awkwardly. Both of his elder brothers were wearing cheeky grins that he pointedly ignored. “Oh, right, these are my other two brothers. That’s Bill, and Charlie.”

“Oh yes, the dragon smuggler, of course,” Hermione blurted.

“The dragon what?” Molly questioned, as Charlie fought not to laugh.

Hermione blushed and mouthed sorry at Ron. “Uh, how about I show you around?” he asked, taking her by the elbow and pulling her toward the sitting room.

“Yes, I think you’d better,” she replied with a low chuckle. “Before I get us into more trouble.”

Ron grinned. “Wouldn’t be us if we didn’t get into some trouble.”
