I recently read one of your posts about what the gym leaders dislike the most about each other, so I want to request a post about what they like the most about each other :)
Hell yeah, spread positivity.
Milo:
-Nessa: Her confidence. Milo admires the way she seems to never let anyone get her down.
-Kabu: His advice. Kabu always seems to know what to say, and Milo really appreciates that.
-Bea: Her care for her pokemon. For as strong as she gets, and as hard as she trains her team, she always makes sure to keep her pokemon healthy and happy.
-Allister: His individuality. Milo knows Allister the least, but the fact that he stands out unapologetically is something Milo can appreciate.
-Opal: Her tea. Milo loves visiting Opal because she gives great tea and snacks. Visits are very pleasant.
-Gordie: His jokes. Milo and Gordie share very similar humor.
-Melony: Her cooking. Milo loves a good home cooked meal and Melony’s dishes are welcome in the middle of the Circhester cold.
-Piers: His ambition. Piers was scary to Milo at first, but once they got to know each other, Milo began to realize that Piers has a lot of goals, most of which are to benefit others.
-Raihan: The way he treats his fans. Raihan seems like the type to brag and boast, but Raihan is a really cool dude. Milo can’t stand people who flaunt things too much, so the fact that Raihan could and doesn’t is appreciated.
-Leon: The way he cares about other people. Leon is always looking out for other people, and he always strives to help others around him.
Nessa:
-Milo: The way he supports his friends. Milo does a lot for his friends and supports them no matter what.
-Kabu: His passion. Kabu very clearly cares about his career, and not much holds him back. Nessa is inspired by that.
-Bea: Her strength. Nessa appreciates that Bea is super strong and doesn’t let the fact that she’s a girl hold her back. Nessa’s all about girl power.
-Allister: His humor. Not many people hear Allister tell jokes, but Nessa gets to hear pretty frequently, and he’s funny.
-Opal: Her stories. Every times Nessa sees Opal, she has another exciting story to tell about when she was younger.
-Gordie: How he stands up for himself. Nessa is on Gordie’s side when it comes to the fight with Melony. The fact that Gordie keeps going with rock types no matter is really cool.
-Melony: The way she’s a mom to everyone. Melony takes care of people no matter what, and Nessa appreciates that. Melony proves that you can be kind and strong.
-Piers: The way he does music. Nessa knows how hard it is to be a model and a gym leader at the same time. She understands how much work Piers puts in to do music and pokemon training, even when no one sees it.
-Raihan: His personality. Raihan is a lot of fun to hang out with. He and Nessa have similar personalities, so they get along well.
-Leon: The way he looks out for the rest of the league. Leon is the reason Rose never got the chance to pass a rule to stop the Gym Leaders from doing outside work. Leon protected Nessa’s modeling career, despite all the trouble it put him through.
Kabu:
-Milo: His commitment. Milo always follows through on promises and agreements. Kabu really appreciates that.
-Nessa: Nessa’s work ethic. Nessa puts in a lot of work to do all the things she wants to do. Kabu knows that not everyone would be able to do that.
-Bea: How hard she works. Bea is always training. Kabu always admires those who work hard to get stronger.
-Allister: How advanced he is. Allister is the youngest gym leader Galar has ever seen. Kabu is very impressed.
-Opal: Her attitude. She’s always sarcastic and sassy, and Kabu thinks it’s funny.
-Gordie: The way he looks after Piers. Kabu has known Gordie since he was very young, and he knows that Piers is his best friend. Gordie has always been there to support Piers when he needs it, and it reminds Kabu of his friendship with Melony.
-Melony: She’s a good friend. Kabu and Melony have been best friends for a very long time. And despite how long it’s been, Melony and Kabu are still as close as ever.
-Piers: How hard he works. Not everyone sees it, but Piers puts everything he has into taking care of Spikemuth and following his own ambitions.
-Raihan: His passion. Kabu relates to and admires Raihan’s commitment to becoming stronger than Leon.
-Leon: His strength. Leon is so strong it’s unreal, and yet he’s still very humble. It’s a source of inspiration.
Bea:
-Milo: His physical strength. Bea loves to spar, and Milo is a formidable match.
-Nessa: Her involvement. Nessa is always seen doing something for her community. Bea teaches martial arts, so seeing Nessa teaching swimming is something they bond over.
-Kabu: His desire to better himself. Kabu and Bea train together relatively often.
-Allister: His childishness. No one knows Allister as well as Bea, and it’s refreshing to see him act like a kid.
-Opal: Her stories. Opal was very strong and chaotic when she was younger. Bea loves to hear about it.
-Gordie: His type specialty. Bea loves to train her pokemon against Gordie’s because of how tough they are.
-Melony: Her kindness. Melony is very strong, but she’s also very kind and generous. Bea always loves seeing her fellow female gym leaders proving their strength.
-Piers: His advocacy for his pokemon. Bea knows that Dark Type pokemon have a huge stigma, and she appreciates that Piers works to change that.
-Raihan: His drive. He’s great to train with because he wants to get stronger so badly.
-Leon: His generosity. Bea would understand if Leon refused to help the gym leaders so he could stay stronger, but Leon is always happy to help the gym leaders train.
Allister:
-Milo: His food. Milo always has something tasty to share with Allister.
-Nessa: How nice she is. Nessa is always thoughtful and kind to Allister. She laughs at all his jokes, so it makes him feel confident.
-Kabu: His stories from Hoenn. Kabu visits Hoenn pretty often and brings snacks and other things back for Allister. And his stories are interesting.
-Bea: Her care. Bea is usually seen as strong and cold, but Allister knows that she takes care of him. He thinks of her as an older sister.
-Opal: Visiting her. Visiting Opal is very nice. The visits are always peaceful and quiet. Opal gives him good snacks, and she seems to understand him.
-Gordie: His gifts. Gordie loves to give material gifts for any occasion he can. Gordie is a really good gift giver, too. Allister doesn’t know Gordie well enough to think of something better.
-Melony: How she takes care of him. Melony is very understanding and accommodating for Allister. She also takes care of Bea, which makes Allister feel better.
-Piers: He accommodates for Allister. Allister used to think Piers was loud and scary, but he’s actually really calm and quiet. Piers is able to take Allister somewhere quiet and keep people away when he’s overwhelmed.
-Raihan: His love of books. Allister likes to read, and Raihan is a good person to talk to about books. Raihan also lends Allister really good books.
-Leon: His understanding. Leon is very loud and energetic. He knows he’s a lot for Allister. He just really appreciates that Leon doesn’t get offended when Allister gets too overwhelmed.
Opal:
-Milo: His connection to nature. Milo gets plants, and bonds with Opal over the forests around Ballonlea.
-Nessa: Her advocacy for strong women. Opal grew up in a really sexist time. She really appreciates Nessa encouraging girls to be strong.
-Kabu: His humor. Opal thinks Kabu’s humor is hilarious. She gets along will with him and Melony.
-Bea: Her care for Allister. Opal thinks it’s fascinating that Bea cares so gently for Allister while she’s still so stoic and strong.
-Allister: His mystery. Opal relates to him more than anyone else. How different he is from others is endearing.
-Gordie: His kindness. Gordie is really supportive and kind to everyone, especially his friends. Gordie takes a lot of time to make sure his friends are okay.
-Melony: Her stories. Opal likes to tell stories, but she loves to hear about when Melony was young and wild.
-Piers: His resilience. Opal can tell that Piers is a survivor. He adapts to everything and has achieved success despite everything he’s been through.
-Raihan: His history knowledge. Raihan likes to ask questions about events that Opal lived through and Opal likes to share those stories with him.
-Leon: His care for Hop. Opal’s favorite side of Leon is the caring brother side. She knows how happy it makes Hop when Leon is with him. It’s heartwarming.
Gordie:
-Milo: His humor. Gordie likes to crack jokes with Milo because they always seem to land.
-Nessa: Her attitude. To Gordie, nothing is funnier than watching Nessa put someone down for being a jerk.
-Kabu: His involvement. Kabu is a close friend of his mother, so Gordie saw him a lot when he was a child. Kabu is like a father figure to Gordie in a way.
-Bea: Her eagerness to fight. Gordie loves pokemon battles against her because she understands rock types really well.
-Allister: His ambition. Gordie knows that Allister has goals for his future, and he can admire that.
-Opal: Her gossip. Gordie gets to hear juicy secrets, either from Opal herself or from Melony, who heard it from the source herself.
-Melony: Her love. No matter how much they fight, Gordie knows Melony was a good mother to him. He can’t hate her ever.
-Piers: His supportiveness. Piers has been Gordie’s best friend since they were children. Piers puts his entire self into being a good friend and helping Gordie. Piers has done a lot for Gordie, especially with the fight going on.
-Raihan: His energy. It’s tough to keep up with Raihan, but it’s an adrenaline rush to hang out because of how much always seems to happen.
-Leon: His involvement with the rest of the league. Leon could be some greater presence, but he isn’t. He’s a friend to the gym leaders, and stands up for them when they need. Gordie really appreciates it.
Melony:
-Milo: The way he takes care of his Pokémon. His flock of Wooloo are well loved and it shows.
-Nessa: Her unwavering determination. Melony admires the way Nessa sticks to her choices and hardly ever budges for other people.
-Kabu: His sense of adventure. Especially when he was younger, Kabu would take Melony on plenty of exciting adventures. Even now that they’re older, her best friend is still a lot of fun.
-Bea: Her care for Allister. Melony is one of the few who knows how kind Bea is to Allister. All they have is each other in essence. And Melony is glad Allister has a solid person to stick to.
-Allister: His childlike curiosity. Melony adores kids, and Allister is no exception. She loves that he asks so many questions and it always learning.
-Opal: Her wisdom. Melony is hardly ever caught off guard or at a loss, but when she is, Opal always knows what to say.
-Gordie: His independence. Even though Melony doesn’t like that Gordie doesn’t train Ice Types, she has to admit that he does well for himself. He’s a big presence without riding the traditions of his family, and he built that himself.
-Piers: The way he cares for Marnie. Melony has known Piers and Marnie since they were kids. Melony is grateful that Piers is such a good caretaker for Marnie, even though the fact that they’re in this position breaks her heart.
-Raihan: His generosity. Raihan is very famous and rich, so he’s always donating things or giving to the people around him. Melony thinks that’s a good attitude for someone like Raihan.
-Leon: His humbleness. Melony remembered when Leon first became champion. He’d been a little arrogant at the time, but he’s humbled himself a lot. She’s glad for it.
Piers:
-Milo: His open mindedness. Piers knows Milo was afraid of him at first, so he was surprised when Milo tried to get to know him. He’s glad for it.
-Nessa: Her confidence. Nessa never lets hurtful comments get her down. That’s something Piers admires and is a little jealous of.
-Kabu: His patience. Kabu and Piers aren’t the closest, but Kabu was there for Piers when he needed him. Piers had been a lot of trouble for Kabu to deal with then, but Kabu never lost his temper with him and was patient the whole time.
-Bea: Her relationship with Allister. Piers know what it’s like to be a kid responsible for an even younger kid. Bea’s not exactly in the same situation he was in, but he still admires her resilience.
-Allister: That he’s introverted. Piers relates to Allister not wanting to be around people. Allister also gives Piers and excuse to get to a quieter place to rest in big events.
-Opal: Her ability to read people. That skill has saved Opal and the people around her a few times. Piers included.
-Gordie: His consistency. Gordie has always been a safe haven for Piers. He’s always been sturdy and supportive and hardly ever wavers when Piers needs him.
-Melony: Her care. Melony is the closest thing to a mom Piers has ever had. He doesn’t know where he’d be if she didn’t insist on taking care of him any way she could.
-Raihan: The fact that he’s extroverted. Raihan can be a chore to deal with sometimes, but Piers also appreciates him because he takes the lead. It’s refreshing to just be dragged around and not have to make any decisions.
-Leon: His understanding. Leon has always been someone who wants to understand and accommodate people. He’s saved Piers’ hide many times because he made the attempt to understand Piers.
Raihan:
-Milo: His laid back view of training. Milo is a strong trainer, but he’s friendly about it. Milo makes for a good relaxing warm up or wind down battle.
-Nessa: Her attitude. Raihan and Nessa are a force to be reckoned with when they’re together. Nessa makes Raihan feel even stronger.
-Kabu: His passion. Kabu is an intense trainer because he wants to better himself. This is a trait they both share.
-Bea: Her intensity. Raihan loves training with her because it’s so difficult to keep up. Certainly, a welcome challenge.
-Allister: His mystery. Understanding Allister the way Raihan does makes him feel exclusive. Also, they talk about books a lot, and that’s fun.
-Opal: Her gossiping. Raihan loves to be in the know, and he’s glad Opal is willing to share with him.
-Gordie: Hanging out with him. Gordie is a fun person to hang out with casually. He always seems to know someone or have something to do.
-Melony: Her cooking. Raihan is a sucker for home cooked meals made with love. When he’s in the area, he always wants to stop by for dinner.
-Piers: His reliability. Piers puts up with a lot, but he always follows through on his promises. He may not seem like it at first, but Piers is a very trustworthy person.
-Leon: His strength. Raihan always looks up to Leon. He worries that if he ever does surpass him, he’ll be without a goal and start to decline.
Leon:
-Milo: His love of kids. Milo is an old friend of Leon’s, since they used to live so close together. Milo was always there to help out with Hop when Leon needed, and he taught Hop a lot of important things.
-Nessa: Her dedication. Leon knows she models and trains Pokémon at the same time. She works hard to do her best with both.
-Kabu: His want to be better. Kabu is always working hard, and it pays off. Leon cares a lot about people who want to be stronger.
-Bea: Her training. Bea throws everything into being a Pokémon trainer, and Leon looks up to her for that.
-Allister: He’s a prodigy. Allister is the youngest gym leader Galar has ever seen. He’s also very strong at the same time. Leon has high hopes for his future.
-Opal: Her experience. When Leon has a problem, Opal always knows how to help. She’s gotten him through a lot.
-Gordie: He’s fun. Whenever Leon needs to go out casually, Gordie knows how to help. Hanging out with Gordie is a good stress reliever.
-Melony: She cares about him and Hop. Melony is very sweet, and Leon knows that she took care of him when he was first settling into the league. He was very grateful, but not surprised, to know that she did the same for Hop later on.
-Piers: His dedication. Piers juggles a lot of things. Being a gym leader, his music, taking care of Marnie and Spikemuth. It’s a lot for one person, but Piers perseveres. Leon doesn’t know if he’d be able to handle all that.
-Raihan: His rivalry. Raihan is always at Leon’s heels. He inspires Leon to keep working hard for himself and the people around him. He knows how important he is for Raihan, too.
I tried to do my best but for some reason it took me three days to get through this.

Does any of the gym leaders have pokemon that they don't train but keep them as pets?
Absolutely they do.
Milo keeps his farm pokemon of course. Wooloo, Miltank (are those even in SWSH? idk they're all I can think of), etc. Not exactly pets but they're not battle mons either.
Nessa has a Vaporeon named Moana. The other gym leaders have eeveelutions as well, you just have to find the right tags. I'd start with searching for Moana the Vaporeon (they're all named after princesses).
Kabu has all the spare pokemon for his gym challenge. They're technically not pets either but he does take care of them during the off season. Also he has Pheobe the Flareon.
Bea doesn't keep any pokemon that she doesn't use for training.
Allister doesn't have any specific pokemon, but ghost types tend to drift around him for a bit, get pet and fed, then move on. And of course, all his friends at the cemetary.
Opal considers every shadow and shape in the forest to be her companion. She leaves berries and whipped cream out for them at night.
Melony is the mother of every Snom in Circhester. She knows them all by name and they break into her house.
Gordie has a Snover. He was a gift from Melony before Gordie decided to train Rock types. He can't be used on the team but he still matters a lot to Gordie.
Piers has a Toxtricity or two, some Loudreds to help with concerts and such, and every Zigzagoon or Linoone that may wander the streets of Spikemuth.
Raihan has his hands full with breeding dragons. It's something not many can do, so he's always got baby dragons to take care of.
Leon does not have any extra pokemon for pets. He's busy with his team all the time.

Any Raihan x Nessa hcs? I ship them so much ♡♡♡
I haven’t thought of this before.
-They’re both really competitive. Their relationship is built on friendly competition. Everything is a challenge in a fun way and they love it.
-They hype each other up a lot. Raihan supports Nessa in her modeling career and Nessa supports Raihan as an influencer.
-Nessa had an ex that didn’t want her to model because they were insecure and didn’t want Nessa to show herself off. She was worried that Raihan would be the same, but he was on board for it. He said “you’re beautiful. I know you’re dating me, so what do I have to worry about? You’ll be a great model.”
-They’re that couple in the friend group that are always on each other and it’s sweet but also kind of annoys everyone else. :/
-They’re on opposite sides of Galar pretty much, so their relationship is sort of long distance, but they make it work. They visit each other a lot.

Alister finding a baby shuppet? How cute would that be?
Oh, so cute.
Shuppet would be one of the first ghost types that Allister attracted. When he was little, they’d just surround him. Not dangerously, though.

This is kind of a random ask but what do you think the gym leaders will dress as in Halloween?
I’ve gotten this ask before, so here it is. That was a while ago, so maybe things will change by the time October rolls around.
Also, this one features more than just the Gym Leaders, so that’s fun.

Bea's Falinks loves attention?
They need to be together a lot. If you separate the Falinks, they’ll get anxious, but Bea’s go a bit further. They try to add extra people to their line sometimes. They swarm people they like a lot and just want everyone to pay attention to them. Especially the Falinks at the head of the line. He wants attention the most.

What are the gym leaders + Oleana ' s most embarrassing moments?
Milo:
-A battle against Raihan. He rushed over to Hammerlocke right after doing some farm stuff. Raihan starts up a sandstorm and blows Milo’s hat off. Hay and straw fly out of his hair. Like a lot. Poor guy didn’t even notice. So embarrassing.
Nessa:
-In the middle of modeling. A gust of wind blows her skirt up. It’s a long, flowy dress with a large skirt. Luckily, she managed to hold it down enough to cover herself up, but her makeup smeared on it and it messed up her hair. The picture taken at that very moment was definitely NOT flattering.
Kabu:
-This one happened when he was very young. He had just suffered his 10th loss in a row. He didn’t realize he was crying until he was trying to stifle sobs. Tears were rolling down his face, and his challenger was asking him if he was okay. To make matters worse, he ran off the field, leaving his Centiskorch behind. He tries to leave those days behind him.
Bea:
-Bea was in the middle of a battle. She had been training way harder than she should have been the whole week before. So when the time came to dynamax her Machamp, she reels her arm back to throw, flings it and a loud crack echoed across the field and she kind of collapsed for a second. She pulled a muscle bad. Had to end the battle there because she couldn’t move the arm at all. Humiliating.
Allister:
-Another battle against Raihan. The wind was blowing hard and his mask gave way. If flew across the field, and with a shriek of terror, Allister covers his face and scrambles after it. He must have ran the length of the field and back by the time he was able to catch it. Raihan was chasing it for him, too. At one point, Allister accidentally kicks it and sends it back into the wind. Luckily he was covering most of his face and running too fast for anyone to get a clear picture of his face. He left before he finished the battle because he was so embarrassed.
Opal:
-Her embarrassing scene was when she was much younger. She had slammed every dude in the tournament so far and made it to the gym leader. After talking a heap of trash she loses. Then the guy proceeds to mock her. She’s not allowed to leave the field for 15 minutes while he talks about what a dumb woman she is for thinking she can beat him in a pokemon battle. If security wasn’t so close and people weren’t guarding the exits, she would have broken his nose and ran. But she just had to stand there and take his insults.
Gordie:
-He was in an interview in Circhester about why he won’t be an ice type trainer. He goes on a rant about how it just isn’t for him and ice types aren’t that great. He talks about how he thinks rock types are better than ice types for at least 30 minutes. They wrap up the interview and he gets up to leave. He then slips on some ice. Then he gets up, slips again, and then his Coalossal slips. They’re there for 5 minutes, the camera running the whole time. His face felt so hot he could have given Circhester a proper summer for once. Luckily he still had his shades on.
Melony:
-She was very far along in her pregnancy with her triplets. It was during an interview and she was sitting in a pretty low, very soft chair. She was talking about how she was going to return to the gym after she had them and that she was only on a maternity leave for the time being. It was a pretty long interview about it, full of plenty of unsavory pregnancy symptoms. But the worst part was when she went to get up and shake the interviewer’s hand. And she couldn’t. She just couldn’t get up. He had to pull her up, and even then another person had to come out and help. She was really embarrassed and apologized profusely.
Piers:
-Piers was deliriously tired at his concert. He’d had trouble sleeping and didn’t get a chance to nap before he had to perform. So that’s why he didn’t see the edge of the stage while he was pacing. He just takes a step, but there’s no floor there, so he falls. He lands on his knees and isn’t hurt, luckily, because that could have been really bad. But it was still unprofessional and embarrassing. He finished his show, though. He had to make a social media post about how he was tired and wasn’t paying attention and how he’s not hurt. He had to add the clip of it, too, which was the worst part.
Raihan:
-Raihan is nothing but grace and perfection for the most part, and he’s a master of storms and harsh winds. So when he’s in the middle of a battle against Leon, Raihan starts up a sandstorm. It blows his hood over his head and all of a sudden he can’t see. He spends forever trying to get it off in the sandstorm, so Leon’s Charizard uses a move to make it sunny so he can get his hood off. It was really embarrassing, and he almost considered giving up his signature hoodie. He didn’t, though, it wasn’t worth it.
Leon:
-Leon has a lot of direction mishaps, but never this bad. He gets mocked a lot, yeah, but in his defense, he’s just not good at lefts and rights. But this was inexcusable. Spikemuth is made of ONE. STRAIGHT. LINE. He was supposed to go to Piers’ stage, but he accidentally got turned around, found himself at the front again, and thinking he must’ve taken the wrong road somehow, went down an alley. Luckily, someone found him, though, and brought him to Piers, who mocked him for it for a minute. It’s a shame his phone’s GPS doesn’t help him at all.
Oleana:
-She tripped. It may not seem that bad, but it was in front of a lot of people and she never makes mistakes. Her heel slipped out from underneath her, and before she knows it, she’s falling forward. Instinctively, she throws her hands in front of her to catch herself, but all she does is throw Rose’s drink into his face on accident. Luckily, Rose understood and merely helped her back up. Her ankle was twisted, though, so she had to be carried by someone else, which was the worst part.
The worst part about all of these is that thousands, if not millions of people were watching these.

It's Milo's Birthday! And the gym leaders plan a perfect day for him because he's a precious human Wooloo who deserves all the love in the world
Milo’s birthday plans were to do slightly less work on his farm and have a nice family dinner, but the gym leaders think he deserves better. He’s so nice to all of them and he’s always willing to help when they need it. They each get a turn with Milo, bringing him a gift and taking him to their town to hang out. He gets no work done over the day, but he does get to go home to have a family dinner. By the way, if anyone remembers my calendar post,
Nessa takes him to the beach in the morning. They spend about an hour there, just relaxing. Nessa gave Milo a few very nice shirts, for when he’s not working on the farm. It’s important because he only gets this kind of clothes from Nessa. It’s nice to just relax and chat, but then he has to go see what Kabu wants.
Kabu takes him to Motostoke, where there’s a big farmer’s market/gardening center at this time of year. Kabu walks around it with Milo, and his gift is whatever Milo finds. He spends a long time talking to people about gardening and farming, and eventually Kabu buys him a set of premium farm tools. Milo can’t thank him enough, but soon Allister and Bea drag him off to Stow-on-Side.
Because they share a town, Bea and Allister work together to celebrate Milo’s birthday. The best thing they can do for him is take him on a scenic hike. Milo likes nature, so he really appreciates it. He gets to look across Stow-on-Side, it’s really beautiful. When they get back to the bottom of the trail, Bea gives Milo a set of equipment to train pokemon and Allister gives him some farm clothes for his pokemon (which are really cute). Then he has to head over to Ballonlea so he won’t keep Opal waiting.
Opal takes him for a nice walk in the forest, finished with a nice cup of tea. They have a nice talk, and Opal lectures him about taking care of his health as he gets older (as a joke, mostly). Her gift to him is a framed picture of the whole league. For some reason, Milo said he didn’t have one and that he wished he did, and Opal, who has every picture of the league, decided to get him one. Then Gordie drags him to Circhester.
Milo’s day started early, as per usual, so it’s around lunch by now, so he has a nice meal with Gordie, Melony and the rest of the family. It was really pleasant, and then he went to play in the snow with Gordie and his siblings, because why not? Melony gifts him a new whatever he has around his neck. Gordie gets him a pair of cool shades because “every guy needs cool shades,” though they both know Milo probably won’t ever wear them. Soon enough, he’s heading to Spikemuth to see Piers (and Marnie)
Spikemuth isn’t a very good place for Milo, so Piers and Marnie take him to the cliffs above the ocean. They can’t do much for him there, but it’s a nice peace of quiet after the exciting day Milo’s had. It’s just taking a seat and watching the ocean. Despite being so close to a place like Spikemuth, the water is clean and really nice. The cliffs really are a beautiful place. Piers and Marnie’s presents are less practical and more “welcome to Spikemuth, you’re one of us now” presents. Piers gives him a punk style set of working boots, and Marnie gives him a spiked collar for Eldegoss. Neither of them expect Milo to use these gifts, they’re just supposed to remind him of Spikemuth and them. Milo’s next stop is Hammerlocke, and if he’s not there on time, he knows Raihan will come and get him.
Hammerlocke is full of things to do. Raihan walks him around the city, and shows him all the stuff in it. Milo is pretty interested. Hammerlocke is a pretty interesting place. Raihan’s gift is a book or two about plants/farming. He knows Milo isn’t a big reader, but he figured that Milo would find them helpful and appreciate the new information. He does. Milo’s really excited to get them, because he doesn’t read a lot, but he definitely wants to read about plants, farming and grass pokemon. He’s got one more stop before he can go home. Wyndon.
Leon is able to take Milo anywhere he wants, really. Hop tags along as a surprise since he likes him. There’s a big farmer’s market like area, like in Motostoke, but much, much bigger. Milo has a great time seeing everything and talking to other farmers. It’s great, and Leon’s happy to accompany him. Leon and Hop have a bit of farming knowledge, so they’re able to have conversations with Milo, too. Once again, Milo is able to pick out what he wants and Leon will buy it. Milo feels a little guilty for this, but he was planning on getting a new pokemon for his farm and he absolutely fell in love with one of the ones that was up for sale. Before he had a chance to weigh his options, Leon buys it for him to bring home. Happy birthday, Milo! Oh, and Hop gave him a new straw hat with an embroidered design on the brim. It’s nice, Milo appreciates it.
He finally gets home and has a great time having a meal with his whole (very large) family. He’s exhausted after the day he had traveling across Galar to spend time with the others. It was really kind of them, though. He didn’t get any farm work done and was kind of stressed about it, but when he got home, he realized that his family did his work for him so he could enjoy his day. It’s a good birthday, he’d say.

How about an AU where all the gym leaders +Hop, Marnie, Rose and Oleana 's personalities are completely reversed, like for example Milo turns into a savage and Bea turns into a human slaking.
That’s interesting. The Gym Challenge would probably be kind of unpleasant since the gym leaders would go from being kind of encouraging to rude and dismissive. This turned into a backwards bizarre world where everyone’s angry and evil. Also, I added Bede, even though you didn’t ask. I made myself sad with the misery that’s around this world.
Milo would be pretty lazy and not care about his farm at all. He’d be mean and selfish as well. Probably a healthy dose of hatred for pokemon as well. There’s a chance he’s only a gym leader for money or fame. He’s not humble at all, either.
Nessa’s confidence vanishes completely. She often wears clothes too large for her to cover her body up. She’s quiet and softspoken, and she’ll avoid people as much as possible. She’s probably only a gym leader because she has to be. She doesnt like attention at all.
Kabu is ignorant and irresponsible. He’s reckless and careless. He disregards the challengers, and rarely takes them seriously. He doesn’t take his gym very seriously, and whatever happens, happens. He doesn’t care about the fate of his gym, and literally anyone who asks can be a gym trainer. He’s got no standards.
Bea is lazy and doesn’t care about her training. She became a gym leader because she was a prodigy from the start, and now she just thinks she’s the greatest. She disregards all of her responsibilities, and mostly just sits around. She watches tv and eats snacks all day, and she doesn’t care at all to meet new people. She’ll tell her fans to leave her alone pretty often.
Allister is a brat, plain and simple. He’ll say what he wants, when he wants, and he gets everything he wants no matter what. As soon as he hears the word “no” he throws a tantrum, because he’s a gym leader, so he should get everything. He disregards everyone who wants to meet them, and his advice to everyone is “don’t try, I’m a prodigy, and you can’t keep up with me.”
Opal doesn’t care about her gym. She handed it off years ago to some kid that showed “promise.” She doesn’t care about anything anymore. She stays in her house or goes to plays. She’s just a wicked old lady who uses her age to act entitled. She’s also ignorant about most things and whenever she talks the majority of it is just shit she made up to sound smart.
Gordie has no care at all about how people see him, and he doesn’t care about his fans either. He avoids them at any cost because his time and training are more important. He wants to be better than his mother, and he might have chosen to be a rock type trainer because he hates Melony. Their fight is over who gets to have control over the gym.
Melony is not a good mother. She is self absorbed and does things selfishly. She likes the fame and fortune of being a gym leader. She’s mad at Gordie, borderline hates him for betraying her and being a rock type trainer. And now he’s trying to steal the gym from her? The way she sees it, Gordie’s not her son anymore.
Piers is two sided, normally, so he’s be very flat and lack any sort of personality if it was swapped. He pretends to have quirks and personalities so people will like him and give him what he wants, but at home, he lacks any sort of interests. He’s pretty bland, and he’s exactly what he looks like, prickly and aggressive. He doesn’t get close to anyone, not even Marnie. He keeps to himself and doesn’t care about anyone else. His hobbies are absolutely zero, he’s just kind of existing. No feelings, heart empty. He also lacks any standards and will do whatever it takes to win a pokemon battle, including dynamax if he has the chance. Spikemuth fell to pieces long before Piers was gym leader, so he gave up on saving it. He’s only a gym leader because it’s he best source of income in the dump that Spikemuth became. It’s pretty much a landfill that poor people live in.
Raihan is shy and hides away from people. He runs away from fans when they recognize him, and he hardly touches social media because he’s scared. He doesn’t do any reading in his isolation, either, he just watches the pokemon version of youtube all day and trains somewhere where people can’t bother him. He hates being around the other gym leaders because he doesn’t care for them at all. He just wants his paycheck and his time alone at home.
Leon is boastful and has a serious superiority complex. He thinks he’s above the rest of Galar, including what in canon he would consider friends and family. He doesn’t associate with any “peasants” and he’s not afraid to tell off Rose or any associates. He thinks he’s right all the time and the world owes him their lives since he’s so skilled. He doesn’t bother with Hop, either, since he’s insulted that Hop thinks he can beat him.
Hop is angry and cold to everyone. It probably has something to do with his brother’s behavior, but he leaves no room for fun and games and works himself half to death. His only goal, really, is to rise to the top and crush everyone beneath him. Nobody is worth his time, and he has no interest in his growing fan base. He’ll get angry and ruse with anyone that interrupts him while he’s working, which he always is.
Marnie in canon hides a kind and loving personality behind a cold and serious exterior. So she’s now a cruel and vicious girl who hides her darker side behind a sweet facade. She can be manipulative and cunning, and will do anything to get what she wants. She learned it from watching Piers, from afar, since they’re not close at all. She wants to be powerful so she can take over Spikemuth Gym. She wants to snatch it from Piers and show him up so everyone can see how great she is. Of course, being the next champion would be even better. She wants to leave her shithole of a home in Spikemuth far behind if she can.
Bede is one of the only kind people in this backwards world. He’s just trying to be a good trainer, and thinks that his best chance is to be good and kind. He’s kind, but he’s not stupid, and no one can make him do anything he doesn’t want to. He’s got strong morals and will stick to them no matter what. He never gets to take over Ballonlea Gym because Opal handed it off a long time ago, so he’s trying to just become a gym leader by being strong and hard working.
Rose is the classic fat cat corporate. It’s all about money for him. He’ll do whatever he can to spend as little money as possible and gain as much as possible. He doesn’t care about quality or the people. He uses Leon for his own selfish gain, and Leon goes with it because he also benefits. Rose doesn’t care about Galar, he’s ruined the environment and the economy. Spikemuth is in even worse condition than in canon because it doesn’t profit. It’s basically a bunch of shacks in a pile of rubble.
Oleana worries about what Rose is doing. She can see people struggling. She sees the misery around Galar because all the gym leaders, the champion, and the chairman are awful. Everyone’s unhappy and that makes her sad. She’s kind to as many people as she can be, but people usually use it to walk all over her and exploit her kindness. She just wants to fix the damage that Rose and his lackeys have caused. And yes, the gym leaders and Leon are his lackeys. They’ll do whatever he says to get themselves ahead.

Okay, so the gym leaders + Rose and oleana in a horror film, who's going to die first....nvm it's definitely Rose, but who's going to die next and who can actually survive?
Oh boy. Sorry everyone who loves the gym leaders, there will be some death in this one.
Milo probably makes it pretty far, but one small mistake and it’s over for him. He spends more time protecting the others that he ends up sacrificing himself or something.
Nessa makes it out. As soon as spooky shit starts going on she’s out. The monster doesn’t even get a chance.
Kabu probably dies trying to fight the monster off. He’s all “I’ll save the group,” but that never ends well in a horror movie. :(
Bea makes it out alive, but just barely. She fights back and is able to get away, but, of course, fighting the monster is never a good idea, so she’s pretty hurt by the end of it.
Allister, being a ghost type specialist, is just fine. Probably befriends the monster, to be honest. Too bad he did it after everyone else got killed.
Opal dies pretty early on, unfortunately. Old ladies don’t do well in horror situations, and have you seen her shuffle? She wouldn’t make it two feet in a chase scene.
Gordie makes it out alive, but seriously ruined mentally. He somehow was there for every death in the film, and just really isn’t okay. Everyone who lives is messed up, but Gordie has it the worst.
Melony dies trying to save Gordie. That’s why Gordie is so messed up. She did her best to protect everyone, and she didn’t regret sacrificing herself for a minute. Definitely the saddest part of the movie.
Piers makes it out alive, just barely. Going back to his natural survivor instincts, he knows a bad situation when he sees one, and is able to avoid most situations that would result in his death. But he’s a caretaker, so he definitely gets hurt trying to protect whoever is near him.
Raihan makes it through, pretty well actually. He kind of just bolted the second he realized something’s up. He’s big and strong is able to get out pretty easily, if not a little scratched up.
Leon is basically the main character of the movie. He somehow runs into every trap/dangerous situation and narrowly slips away. Front door or upstairs? Yeah, he’ll be going upstairs, thank you very much. But somehow he survives.
Rose is for sure the first one to die. His corpse is what lets the others know that something’s wrong, actually. Everything was fine until Rose had to do some shit and awaken an eternal darkness or smth.
Oleana kills the monster. Leon may be the main character, but Oleana got back from the grocery store and slaughtered that bitch. Done. Movie over. She’s not putting up with this shit.
Sorry, for those of you that are now sad. But we all know the truth.

DOUBLE ASK :D what do you think the gym leaders + Oleana (because she's cool) are really bad at?
Milo’s bad at taking breaks. The way he sees it is that he has work to do, and he’ll just do it until he’s done. He doesn’t account for the fact that his work is 10 hours in the hot sun. Doing it all in one go can be problematic, so his family and farm hands have to bring him cold drinks and make him sit down for a bit.
Nessa is bad at pretending to be polite. She has a strong personality, and if something bothers her, she’ll let whoever it concerns know. She’s not rude, she’s just not any nicer than she needs to be. She doesn’t try to offend, but some people are just too sensitive.
Kabu is bad at taking days off. He trains hard and tries his best every day. Sometimes he feels sick or sore and needs to take a day off. But he doesn’t. It’s so much harder to call his gym and say he can’t be there than to just force himself to get up and go. People often have to drag him back to home and make him rest.
Bea, like Kabu, doesn’t rest. But she’s so much worse. She can’t even take breaks, because to her, a minute resting is a minute not training, which is a minute wasted. And if someone tells Kabu “sir, you’re not okay, go home and rest” he’ll be all “fine.” But Bea? No, she’ll argue and fight all the time. There is no rest for her.
Allister is bad at making decisions. He overthinks things all the time. Sometimes when he has to make a decision, he overthinks it to the point he gets stressed. It’s not a big deal for small choices, normally. If it has something to do with the gym, though, he gets much more stressed.
Opal is bad at drawing. She keeps trying and wants to get good at it, but it’s just not picking up. She’s determined though, and she’s getting better at simple things like mushrooms and fern plants. Since she doesn’t do much, she can put a lot of time into drawing. She doesn’t want to be great, just decent, since it looks like fun.
Gordie is bad at singing. He’s tone deaf. He knows this, and this does not stop him. He doesn’t try to improve. He only sings along to catchy songs when he’s alone anyway. No need to, really. And also he sings badly near Piers just to annoy him. Haha.
Melony is bad at staying up late. She has three toddlers, and they’re not even the first kids she had to handle. She’s tired. She’s such a mom, and complains about being an old lady all the time. She can’t stay up past 10. She just passes out, it seems. Doesn’t matter what she’s doing, she just ends up alseep in bed at 10 sharp. Also, she never makes it through a movie at night, but she always watches one before she falls asleep.
Piers is bad at not staying up late, his problem is the exact opposite as Melony’s. His sleep schedule is garbage and he’s tried everything to go to bed at a decent time. But he often finds himself up writing song lyrics or doing something else until 3-4 am and sleeping until noon. He can’t help that he works better at night.
Raihan is bad at time management. He always loses track of time and falls behind. When he has paperwork that needs to get done, it always gets turned in late. It’s not that he’s lazy, he just falls behind. He’ll get caught up reading in the Vault or training and not realize that he should have stopped a while ago. He’s often late to events, but his fans play it off as being “fashionably late.”
Leon is bad at organizing. He tries to categorize, but it all turns into a mess. He’s able to keep his place clean, if not slightly cluttered. He also doesn’t have a lot of time to organize, and he doesn’t like the idea of strangers doing it for him. He can lose things pretty easily because he forgets where he puts it.
Oh I almost forgot Oleana. I have to add this as an edit Rip.
Oleana is bad at acting. She feels an emotion, she expresses it. She’s not going to play pretend and try to convince people that she’s feeling another way. She won’t act and put on a face of someone that’s not her. She’s Oleana, and she’s angry, not happy or sad, so you’d better figure it out quick. There’s no lie or deceit here.

I imagine that if the gym leaders had to spend a night in the same room Melony will act like their mum and cook them food and maybe even feed them . I also imagine her tucking them in their beds, reading them bedtime stories and giving them good night kisses because she's the sweetest human alive
Melony cooks them dinner and makes sure they all have comfortable bed to sleep in. She tucks in a room full of fully grown adults and one child. She just wants to take care of them.
There’s a video of the gym leaders in little makeshift beds while Kabu reads them a book. It’s a meme. It’s funny. It was a good night.
Melony gives Allister a goodnight kiss and then the rest of them started asking for one because it’s funny and they’re all close anyway. Melony obliges happily.

Bea twisted her ankle while training and now she can't move, she needs to stay home for a couple of weeks to recover, but she's not used to staying home and not training. To make her feel better, every day a gym leader will spend the day with her doing fun activities until her ankle recovers, she really appreciates the effort they're putting for her sake. She might consider taking a day off every once in a while to just relax and spend time with her friends
Bea worked herself too hard and got hurt. Big surprise there, but this time it’s actually kind of serious and if she doesn’t rest and let it heal, it can get much worse and stop her training all together. It’s painful, but she has to force herself to sit down and rest for a little bit. She hates it.
Milo comes by with some food, and while Bea sits in the dining room, he cooks up a nice meal for them and Allister. They have a nice time chatting and cooking together, even if Bea isn’t really doing much cooking.
Nessa comes by with plans to give Bea and impromptu spa day. She does Bea’s hair and fingernails (she’s not allowed to touch her feet. Bea is kind of like Toph from the Last Airbender in that sense.) Nessa brings facemasks and all that stuff. It’s not Bea’s thing, but it was a nice step out of the norm, and it was pretty relaxing.
Kabu shares her passion for training, so he understands how frustrated she may be. He comes over and talks to her about it. He shows her the things she likes to do when he takes a day off. He brings book he thinks she might like, and helps her relax.
Allister is by Bea’s side every day, all day. He just wants to help, and he might be frustrating her a little by trying to do everything for her. He means well, and Bea understands that. She appreciates his company, and that he’s showing her the things he’s interested in. It makes the time at home a little more bearable.
Opal comes over for a nice cup of tea with Bea. They talk, and Opal offers her a lot of advice. She teaches Bea to relax. She gets Bea to take her break in stride by telling her it was a great time to train her mind and do some self reflecting. Bea takes her advice seriously, and finally feels productive while stuck at home.
Gordie comes over with a video game. Bea isn’t a big video game player, but she does have some fun. It’s a fighting game, so naturally, she’s interested in it. Gordie gives her some advice, in terms of taking breaks and taking care of herself. He suggests that if she had taken more frequent breaks, then her injury wouldn’t have been so bad.
Melony comes over to take care of her. It’s kind of annoying and embarrassing, but Melony cleans up around the place since Bea isn’t able to get up and do it herself. She then sits and chats with Bea. Bea gets to vent and Melony listens patiently. She offers a bit of advice about using this time to relax and doing nothing can sometimes be productive if it’s in your best interest. She basically just comes over for a day and is a mom.
Piers comes over with two guitars. He said he couldn’t think of anything to do with her, so he decided to spend the day teaching her how to play the guitar if she was interested. She’s never backed down from a challenge, so she agrees. Piers is impressed with her progress, but getting used to the strings isn’t as hard for her as most beginners, since her hands are calloused enough for it not to hurt. Bea also talks on the phone to Marnie for a bit. It’s nice. She felt more productive today than most, and will consider continuing guitar lessons with Piers.
Raihan brings over several options. He brought some video games, a puzzle, and a stack of books. He offers to leave the books there for her to read. They’re really interesting. She accepts and thanks him. They do a puzzle together, which is just time consuming fun to take Bea’s mind off of her issue for a while. Raihan promises to bring over another, harder one next time. She wasn’t big on the video games, but she enjoyed the books and puzzles enough to let Raihan take some pictures and post them on social media.
Leon can’t stay for the whole day, though he wishes he could. He suggests giving Bea something to focus on that’s close to training. Strategy study. He has a bunch of old matches from the leaders and a few books to lend her. He shows her his method for studying strategies. They bounce idea off of each other while they’re there, and then he leaves with a “good luck and feel better. I hope we have a great match once you’re feeling better.”
Bea realizes that she has some pretty great friends and she comes out on the other side with a few new hobbies.

Raihan loses his phone for a week!!! D:
It’s a huge disaster. Raihan relies on his phone to do pretty much everything, including social media. Now he’s on social media 24/7 and his fans know to expect him to post multiple times a week. If he doesn’t, they assume the worst, and, of course, he has no way of telling them what happened.
During that week, people keep theorizing what happened to Raihan. He’s also not on TV or anything either, so they seriously wonder if he’s dead or in jail.
Luckily, he only left it on a Corvitaxi, and because it has a rotom in it, he gets it back. It’s a huge deal when he makes a post about losing his phone.
