When I had nothing at all.

You taught me how to fight.

You took my back off the wall.

You helped me see the light

In the dark of it all.

When I met you I was a wrecking ball.

I was just a crash and burn

Heartbreak kid.

I had trust issues

That were off the grid.

I looked out for myself

And that was it.

I didn’t have the guts for grit.

But then one day you came.

An accomplished hand.

To take on more

than you could have planned.

You looked into the eyes

Of a lost boy

And saw the shell of a man.

I will never understand

Why you never gave up on me.

Like the world before you had.

Why did you want to trust me

Before I could even trust me.

Against the odds you took a kid

From a broken home.

And transformed him

Into an Ironclad.

My dearest love, It has been quite some time since I have written to u. And as my life is only but but a fragment of time, it is the only life I have . We were once larger than life . But we were not prepared for what life was to bring in to our world. Reality. I know now why, they try to keep apart upon our escape of a secluded island filled with fantasies. Because of how we had adjusted to a simple but yet difficult life, we were confident that the world was ours once again. Our paths crossed upon and endless body of the bluest most beautiful, never ending body of water. That quickly turned our world with gray and darkness. We we not prepared for the cruelty that the world possesses. Nor were we equipped to handle the rough seas. 1 out of two is difficult to make the adjustment, the transition becomes less complicated and the the water is not as rough. But 2 of 2 is destined for chaos. My love, we were trying to make the adjustments and the world did not follow our instructions. Why? Because it’s not our world, our world was easy. Here, We tried to mold it, it would not mold. I tried to hold on to the sun so it would always shine on u, only to be burned. The moon was dead only to be turned to dust. The stars lost their twinkle and and the flowers no longer bloomed. But in that instance came a soul that brought it all back to life. The colors of the world were brighter than ever, but we had faded to far, we were lost in a beautiful world, but we only saw the bad. We allowed the darkness to take the beauty from our lives. We still have life but the life u love, is not the same as mine. Because mine revolves around u. Come back to me and place the diamonds back into the sky and allow the beauty of the universe, to place us where we belong. Together, until death do is part. The answers, they lie in “The Secret.” R.

As I look in to your eyes, I am hypnotized by the beauty the color blue possess. What happened? Where did she come from? She finally realized that she was beautiful she found herself. But wait, if I look beyond her mesmerizing eyes I see something, its something only a real man can see. Her pain. Though her beauty is in a class of its own, she still sees the reflection of who she once was. The inside doesn't match the outside. She falls for the men she once craved to have. Only to be used and lied to, her confidence is not what it should be, but it feels good to be wanted. I know u therefore I see u. I see the the woman that wants to be held, made love to but most importantly respected for her true beauty within. A superficial man is just an old boy. Respect yourself and reflect on who u are, then be who you want to be, and most importantly carry yourself with confidence. Confidence doesn't mean your to good. It just means, u know who u are and know what u want. A man who sees u as concided, is just a boy who cannot rise to the occasion! He is not equipped with the tools nor the maturity to carry on an intelligent conversation nor can he find the words that undress u during a romantic dinner.. I see your true beauty, how u ask? As I watch the sunrise in the distance, coming from under a never ending body of water. My heart is full and content for i am at peace with the decisions i have been brave enough to make. Change is not easy but to love who i am again, i must move forward and break the chains that bind me. I no longer wonder why i wasnt enough and why he couldn't love me like he promised. I've watched many sunrises, but today, this one is special. Like the sun i too am rising above the water. And though at one point i was not sure if i would ever have another chance to breath, for my journey was filled with many obstacles. But this morning something changed, something is different. I can breath, therefore i am free.

Can you feel my heart beat from where u are now? Can u feel my pain as it pumps life though my body? I searched what seems like a lifetime to find myself in you, only to loose myself without you. But through all the chaos, we somehow found each other again. Let go of who I was and embrace who I have become. Allow me to show you how wonderful life can be. Stop looking for reasons to be angry and start looking at the reasons to happy. We can live the rest of our lives in total bliss and happiness. Or we can continue on the path that we are on waiting on the day that takes us our separate ways. This is our choice to make. Not mine, not yours, but ours. Open your eyes and your heart and you will see just how beautiful the world can be .

Wow, its crazy how mysterious life is. Death has no rules. It has no friends, nor does it have love or compassion . But death is not mean nor does it hate. How can a word that we associate with darkness and evil lead to eternal paradise? Life is death, and death is life. Who or what determines when or where we die? When a life is taken by another life, we say "it wasnt his time," or was it? Maybe that's the way it was written from the beginning? We tend to fill in the blanks with what we feel is comforting. But in all reality we dont know, no one does for sure and the reality of it is, no mere human ever has. So my solution is simple, do not worry about death, live, live and live and then live some more. Smile and love those around u each and every day. Because just as sure as u will not cheat life, you will not cheat death. You took your first breath, rest assure you will take your last. If I were a betting man, I'd bet my life on it.

I wish there was something i could do to change the world. I would start off allowing people to feel what it is like to be the victim of a bully. How worth less and empty, they feel. To walk around every day with a sadness that tears them apart inside because they believe that their life is important than the person standing beside them. To feel like if they were dead that the world would be a better place. Bullys do not understand that those feelings never go away. Even as adults their self esteem is no where to be found. And they live their lives in the shadows. Who are we to think that we can be so cruel to another living being. We are not neanderthals, survival of the fitest, should not mean to degrade another human life. It should stand for protecting those that cannot protect themselves and helping those that are to weak to help themselves. I've been blessed with children that have beatiful personalities and they are collegiate athletes, which means, that they are stronger that a great deal of society. But i have taught them that they are not given those blessings to hurt but rather to help . A bully is the worst type of human form. Because he preys on those that are different and weaker than he is. And he walks with his chest out and his chin up like a rooster in a hen house. But hear this, every dog has his day. U see even a bully can be bullied. And if i see you preying on the weak, then i will become the bully that bullies you! Never mistake a man for the silence that comforts his soul for weak, but fear him, unlike a bully, this man does not need to hurt to gain notoriety, but he will not hesitate to end yours. And expose u for the coward u are.
