🤍- Ok. something that’s really helped is this podcast- We Can Do Hard Things, with Glennon Doyle (a personal hero of mine). The first episode, on Anxiety, is especially amazing and enlightening. i highly recommend it and just her stuff in general!

Do you like/listen to musicals?

YES

it is super cliche that my favorite musicals are Hamilton and In the Heights (i think i might watch the movie tonight- so excited!!!) but i also love Mean Girls (fantastic musical!) Wicked, Matilda, and School of Rock!! oh! also Waitress, but I haven’t gotten to see it yet.

I slept from about 11 pm to 8 am, so like 9 hours! pretty good! and i feel fantastic too, although that may be because I've barely left my bed today.

It's a cliche, but either red tulips (when I was really little, before my sister was born, my dad would bring me one red tulip every day when he got home from work) or red roses!

I've never actually watched cartoons? like i don't have any clue what to say here.

3. What does your oc’s voice sound like? (Or, if you have one, what’s their voiceclaim?) Can they sing, whistle, or roll their rs? Do they have any speech impediments or notable dialects/accents?

oooooh i like this question! selfishly, i think Aeri sounds like me with a british accent. If we’re thinking a little more specific, like a female Richard Armitage voice? I’m not sure if that makes sense, I’ll try to record myself speaking at some point to give a better answer.

9. What are your oc’s goals for the future? Relationship-wise, career-wise, or other?

Aeri’s goal is survival. It’s as simple as that.

14. If your oc spent one day free from any consequences or recognition for their actions, how would they act?

She’d probably go on a bit of a revenge spree, to be perfectly honest.

that is a tricky tricky question because i really don’t want to give anything super important away.

i guess what i can tell you is that there’s another family member of hers that plays an important role in her story...

the moon means weird dreams, less sleep, the rise and fall of tides, and that one myth where the moon and a human queen switch places because the moon is jealous and then the queen decides she likes being the moon but the moon wants to be the moon again so the moon is sad.

ok um the element that i generally like best is water, but the element that i think is the coolest is fire.

Oregon, Texas, Oklahoma

Oregon- I answered here!

Texas- 3/10. I don’t like Texas. For many reasons, Ted Cruz being one of them (but I’m trying to keep politics out of this). But mainly because in my opinion, the Dallas airport sucks. I hated the Dallas airport.

Oklahoma- 6/10. It has Tulsa where The Outsiders was set (i adore that book) and where Chandler worked for a little bit in Friends! But that’s all I know about Oklahoma.

OMG YESSS. ok so guys, for context:

basically you all know i’m really tall, right? so at my school a few of the doorways are rather small and i have to duck to get through them and i forgot to do so all the time and hit my head a lot. so a bunch of people started yelling ‘DUCK’ at me when i was approaching that doorway so that i wouldn’t hit my head, it caught on, and now the whole school just calls me duck! and you guys can too, if you’d like!

although i very much do not draw, and i’m not sure you want to ask me for advice cause my answer is probably gonna be “get a balloon that says ‘Happy birthday, J!’ and then pop it in front of him and say ‘I hope your hopes and dreams have been popped, just like this.’” (this is actual advice that i gave to my little sister yesterday about an old bully of hers. she didn’t do it so i might just go down to her school tomorrow and do it myself. i hate J, he made her miserable for a full year. she’s better now though, she barely sees him! they were just doing the SSATs on his birthday and i wanted revenge.)

anyways, i think i’ve just proved that i’m unworthy of cinnamon roll status.

also, my favorite social media platform is in fact tumblr (although Wikipedia is super cool! i was reading a super interesting page on housing in the california gold rush earlier- it’s my history final project but it’s super interesting!)
