I got so into this band that it inspired me to get my hands on the editing software again. I don’t make videos often anymore but it’s always a delight if something gives me enough inspiration to dig it up. I had allot of fun making this!
I own nothing except the editing. Song belongs to The GazettE and the pics belong to their respective owners.
still baffled that one popular anti-dany argument pre s8 was that since she was wearing black she leaning toward the Dark Side™...... as if in the same series another unambigously heroic protagonist didn't enlist into the night's guard where everyone must wear black, and the series' author wasn't explicitly against this kind of stereotypical tropes lmao
I'm trying out Black Beauty zucchini for the first time and I notice like half of the female flowers (across multiple plants) have this weirdly wide blossom end deformity with exposed seeds.
Some of these got so big without blooming that I just looked up whether this variety can be parthenocarpic, and apparently yes.
I was gonna say I would definitely not be saving these seeds because of the deformity, but if the deformity doesn't interfere with fruit set then... I guess it's not a terrible thing. I'm still not gonna save seeds because this is kind of offputting, but the fruit's no less edible.
Love your bodily autonomy post. Makes me think of how a couple months ago, for my 18th birthday I got an industrial piercing done. My mom straight up told me the idea of it made her uncomfortable and she didn't really like it, but that as long as I wanted it she was fine with me getting it. It was more the idea of the piercing itself, but still, she was able to respect that /I/ wanted it and thats what mattered. She actually really likes how it looks too haha
Like, I totally get why people are adverse or repulsed by certain bodily changes, but ultimately, it isn't very productive to prevent somebody to go through with that change - be it a piercing, a tattoo, hair dye, or even a surgery.
My dad was the same way. He's told me to my face he finds facial piercings to be something he's adverse to. It didn't stop me from inviting him to drive with me to get my four facial piercings (which he did, and he, too isn't opposed to them on me). At the end of the day, we must realize having conditional autonomy is not autonomy.
(IV, 8, I, p. 341)
me: that's weird, isn't gens masculine? guess i'll look it up on wordreference in case it's also a feminine noun meaning something different.
wordreference:
Inflections of 'gens' (nmpl): pl: gens
Toujours au pluriel quand gens = les hommes en général ou un nombre indéterminé de personnes. L'adjectif qui précède s'accorde souvent au féminin.
