Waye!!! How was your flight?
LMAO - I def recommend just posting random ass shit on there I usually have things I either don’t want to show main or pics that I randomly took with people
Thank you for keeping it DL !! Blessed
RIGHT LMFAO I feel like a bunch of people just wasted a shit tone of money and now have some dumbass monkey picture.. my brother told me how Logan Paul bought an NFT for 185,000 now it costs 8 dollars LMFAO
I really like the burn and pain after working out like that warm/ hot feeling yk? Sooo good it feel insanely good.  This is some American psycho shit but I do not usually listen to music when I workout lmao, sometimes if I’m not motivated I’ll listen to rap to get me through hit- I use the Marshall Monitor II headphones idk why I love them bc I can use them with my instruments too, but they fucking slide off my head and it actually trigaers pure rage in me, I’m thinking of hitting up the house speaker from now on lmao..
i LOVEEEE  MIU MIUS SHIT SO FUCKING MUCH BRO OMLL HAVE YOU SEEN THE WHITE VEST,,, USGHHHGHHGHGH I WANTI IT ALL. I’m also obsessed diesel and schapareli- I really wanna get earrings from them but the ones I alway want are sold out or too expensive lmao. Robert Wun has been SERVING IT UPPP LIKE CRAZY TOOO!!!!
Also today I saw a guy who dead ass had the same fit as Timmy like the blue sweater and leather pants HE HAD CURLY HAIR TOO- I’m genuinely convinced that if more men dressed like him the world would be incredibly peaceful… like world peace type shit.
I saw a video on YouTube about it too lmao!! Just sucks ass low-key bc it just feels like a scam- ooo okay so use a HC brand what about we change that C to Q for HQ- High Quality..
I think I kinda get her- as someone who is her height lmao, you are told either you could be a really good model or a basketball player, news flash, did both, unless you do it with passion there is no point, I mean I still do it here and there but I just think she doesn’t like it anymore??? I really hope she does smth she likes and takes a break also that tequila shit was not it... like the hole shoot too oml..
I LOOOVEE ME A BELLA HADID MOMENT OMG during NYE I was doing may makeup and my friend was like ‘oh wow you kinda look like Bella Hadid’ and I’m not kidding you could have told me the air I breathed was golden.. I think she is so much more deserving of that title bc she IS THE super model of our time… like she WORKKKS I see her everywhere- and she is an incredibly kind soul too. I’ve heard about Kendall being incredibly rude, I’m not trying to compare them but like the least you could do is be nice, no one is entitled to keep you in the position you are in and truly I feel like she is becoming irrelevant- so are the other kardashin/jenners oop.
Actually we should pitch that idea to Cudi, literally for free I’m not even kidding- OMFG LIKE MEDITATION FREQUNCIES AND IT’S JUSET HIM HUMMING OOOOUUUUUU

the flight was great, it just got delayed onnce lol, but i’ve been soooo jet lagged and catching up with school work and other things, at least i finally went to pilates!
OMFG 8 not them from thousands going to 8 dollars💀, i would cry. i feel like nfts were the shit during covid and now nobody remembers them, thank god.
yesssss, that burn after working out is the best! it makes me feel like i can move mountains lmao.
dude it definitely is some american psycho type of shit, but i respect it tho. a friend of mine says she likes manifesting while working out so she’s usually in silence lol.
i could never, music is what gets me through the workout, it pains me so much when i get to the studio and my airpods are not charged.
the marshal monitor ones are so cute, and i’ve heard the sound is great, but don’t they break your neck?
i’m thinking of hitting up the house speaker from now on -sameeeee
THE WHITE VEST!!! it’s sooo cute, the crop top ones are also real cute💗
robert wun is KILLING IT. he really makes art pieces that stand out from the average. everything on the SS23 couture collection is so unique, and the whole concept of getting inspiration from horror films is amazing.
theres this rain coat with swarovski crystals that was to die for, and that corset top with with pearls and a pearl necklace thing would look great on timothée.
disel is the shit! i have two of the basic long sleeve tops and i love em, they have this twist to them but go with everything. i want to buy one of those mini dresses and one of the shoulder bags.
yooo that alexander mcqueen leather pants and blue jumper outfit was so underrated, i loved it (although the pants made him look small in that one photo lol)
fr i swear if all guys started dressing and styling their hair like timothée AND went to therapy we would be living in a much better world.
omgggg “you look like bella hadid” that’s compliment if the mf century!!! i would be over the moon, you’ve made it bestie.
bella is so deserving of the super model status. she works her ass off and is so kind! i love how after every show she does she takes the time to thank everyone who worked backstage on an ig post, so sweet! every one want to have her working with them. who would’ve thought she’d become THE model from the hadid sisters.
kendall definitely looks like she’s rude tho. i know she’s all like “everyone thinks i’m mean, but that would change if they really knew me” but she’s always on some new drama about how she’s rude or entitled lol. also, her tequila is not it, it doesn’t even taste like tequila and i got the worst hangover from it, this dude later told me that it is because it has lots of additives lol.
btw i agree, the kardashians/jenners are becoming less and less relevant. when i was younger i loved watching their reality show lmao, but i think their new one is not doing great, i never hear people talking about it anymore.
YOOOO I WOULD DEFINITELY MEDITATE TO CUDI HUMMING! that shit would have me ascending to the moon immediately.
lmaoooo jennifer slayed! that was so camp🤣 also, the way she’s so serious about it, keeping a straight face while. her rhinestone mesh gloves are the moment.
i’ll definitely start saving the insta link to send them you way!
anyways, how was your weekend?

BENEFITS OF BUYING A LEATHER BAG
Let's admit it, all of you. We all adore and love wearing leather products like women's leather bags, shoes, clothing and all other accessories. Well, do not think that leather has become famous and the top trend this century with all the blooming fashion market. But actually, people have been using leather for many years to make goods, accessories, clothes and other items. The earliest evidence of leather objects goes back to 2200 BC. So, you already know by heart that leather items are the greatest selection and the best choices, especially for bags. However, do you know the true benefits of utilising leather bags? No worries, we are about to delve in and explain the help of this unique material that has attained its appeal over a century.
Tumblr media
Benefits of buying a leather bag
Leather's Durability & Flexibility
One of the reasons why leather is one of the most popular women's bag materials is its resilience and durability. Buying a leather bag is a lifetime investment. You can use your leather bag daily without worrying about tearing it. Its natural flexibility serves as the complementary quality to its endurance. It gets more flexible in time, giving it a particular style and allowing it to age gracefully without losing its fashionable appearance, form and functionality.
It's Natural & Eco-friendly
Unlike other synthetic textiles that produce bags, leather is a natural material. This also implies that the procedure of making women's leather bags does not harm and pollute the environment as it would do, while the production of faux or synthetic bags uses more chemicals. As a result, it pollutes the environment. As leather is a natural substance and not fabricated with unidentified chemicals, it makes us feel good and offers peace of mind.
It's Breathing & Naturally Waterproof
Women's leather bags offer a certain level of safety and protection to your stuff inside if you suddenly find yourself in light rain or drizzle. Of course, we are not saying that nothing would happen if your bag gets soaked up in the water, but it can proudly withstand the wetness. Furthermore, leather can breathe too. That means it fights and protects itself from bad and unpleasant odour, dust mites, fungus and dry abrasion, which might easily affect synthetic bags and fake leather.
Stylish and Elegant
The first thing the entire world agrees on is the special sense of sophistication and elegance a leather bag can be. When you carry a top grain leather bag, whether in a basic black, navy blue or red, most likely you'll feel like one of the most stylish and attractive persons during your work trip, in the conference room, on a brunch date, at a friend's get together or at a date night.
A Lifetime Pocket Saver
You may think that women's leather bags are pricey and out of the budget, which makes you hesitant to purchase them. However, after a simple calculation, you'll be easily convinced and satisfied investing in a real, top grain leather bag that will save you money in the long term than buying a cheap quality handbag. So, if you buy a branded pure leather bag for our website by paying a couple of pounds and use it for the next 10-15 years (or more years, depending on how well you take care of it). It costs you only a few pounds each year, or if you use it five days a week or daily, believe us, the pure leather bag is absolutely not costly and a worthwhile investment for a wise person. Otherwise, you'll have to replace your low-quality and cheap bag every year or every month, which would be even more pricey in the long run. You can also opt for the laptop backpack with fine and luxurious details that you can use for a pleasant daily commute, take to work or the university.
Its timelessness with an elegant and sleek design is what we all expect from a laptop bag.
Make a Lifetime Investment with Modora!
So, first and foremost, all of the leather bags at Modora are made of top quality and pure leather. So, all of the benefits and attractive features we have listed earlier directly apply to our bags. However, what differentiates our bags from others is their sleek design and beautiful appearance with the functional and smart interior. That's why our bags are the perfect choice for you!

Astrology Observation/rants? #1
❤️I’ve noticed that people who have venus unaspected in their chart are incredibly attractive idk why???
👸Moon trine/conjunct venus is such a nice placement to have in regards to people in general but especially to the opposite sex. I feel like ppl tend to treat you more gently and kindly bc of it’s feminine energy. It gives a prince/princess charm to the natives mannerisms bc they’re so kind and warm! Men with this placement are kind of babied and seen in higher regards by women (especially older women!!) and the women are kind of protected and nurtured through men. This also goes both ways where women with this placement probably have amazing relationships with other women and the guys are that one friend who has a lowkey bromance with all of his friends lol,, It’s rlly hard to see these ppl in a malefic or fearful light.
🙎‍♀️Moon in Scorpio females have eyes that can pierce through your soul
💆Men with Aquarius venus and Capricorn Mars are top tier
👄Women with Scorpio venus are usually very pretty and sexy and known for their sex appeal if famous
💅Capricorn + gemini venus or rising women are really pretty and make great models
👯‍♀️Lilith in eighth house is considered a sex symbol placement (Brigitte Bardot, Elvis Presley, Angelina Jolie, Sophia Loren)
🤔I would say gemini and virgo risings are the hardest signs to identify because of their mercurial rulership and mutability unlike Pisces and Sagittarius where there are clear distinctions in facial features and physique because of the Jupiter/Neptune affect (long legs, round faces, prominent forehead and eyes) gemini and virgo can easily be dominated by other planets in contact with the ascendant or first house but both signs give someone a very youthful doll like glow
🧠People tend to shit on hard Saturn contacts but I find that with time they usually evolve beautifully and the aspect can become a huge benefic but only with hard work. Saturn is the only planet that rewards for perseverance and patience but it’s always worth it
🥰Leo and Virgo’s are actually really similar in what they expect from themselves and others. They both just want to be appreciated and considered important to those around them.
👩‍🦳No matter what signs are involved sun conjunct venus always has a very feminine and pleasent face usually with a prominent forehead,, they’re also rlly well captured in photographs!
🤳Mars square Neptune probably had a period where they may have read a lot of dirty fanficton or fantasized about weird concepts sexually
🌝Leo moons are WAY more of attention seekers then leo suns im sorry but it’s like their emotional well-being depends on the amount of attention they get whereas Leo suns don’t necessarily ask for it bc they just attract it naturally with their aura (this isn’t every leo moon ofc just the ones I’ve observed)
🤦‍♂️I think Virgo suns are more critical of those around them and how that affects who they are whereas Virgo moons tend to be more critical of themselves and how their actions affect their surroundings
🦵I’ve noticed Mars in the 1st house females are usually rlly toned and skinny with long legs
💃Mars in Virgo is known as being prudish or like a not sexy placement of Mars and I rlly beg to differ, I swear every person that the general public’s been obsessed with when it comes to being hot has this (Dylan O brien, Austin Butler, Idris Alba, Blake Lively, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Felton, Ariana grande, Johnny depp, Britney Spears?!! there’s so many more u guys need to get on this)
🥴Aries moons are all about talking the talk but I swear half the time are not walking the walk and when they do they’ve talked shit to about 6 ppl already and waited for like a week before telling u how they feel
🤡Pisces moons (myself being one) can be so fucking stupid when it comes to liking someone I swear. We tend to make excuses for them and cling to whatever image we’ve set up in our head on who they are. Once evolved though it’s way easier for us to see ppl for who they are off the bat without going through the emotional distress!
😒I can confirm that we attract whatever signs in our eighth house mines in Aries and I swear to god not a year has gone by where an Aries man hasn’t infiltrated my life
👗people who have venus in the second house are the definition of quality over quantity!! always dressed so well with the cutest jewelry. They’re style carries libra energy :)
🥺Aries sun men are some of the most sensitive ppl I’ve ever met!! I didn’t realize it at first but they’re rlly soft and uwu. I don’t know how to explain it but think of Eren from AOT or Natsu from Fairy Tail! They’re kind of like a cheeky kid you want to protect at all costs
🤝I think a lot of square aspects can work in your favor if there’s a specific trine or conjunct aspect that’s energy can balance it out once activated if that makes sense ? Like for example I have venus square neptune and I used to put myself in alot of unnecessary painful situation bc I had a problem with deluding myself when it came to liking someone. Yet I was always aware that the person was not right for me or the situation was toxic bc of my sun conjunct pluto. The Sun/Pluto aspect has kind of forced me to be more aware of the venus/neptune affect and I’ve grown a lot stronger through those painful plutonic experiences in love and I can see through other people’s intentions for what they are with ease. I think that sun/pluto helped cancel out my delusion by making me go through a lot of intense experiences to finally understand what I was doing and see things for what they were.
🧛🏽‍♀️Going off of that I don’t care what anyone else says I LOVE MY PLUTO ASPECTS and trust me their pretty shitty (sun conjunct pluto, moon square pluto, pluto square asc). I’ve been put into some rlly crazy situations for only being 18 but I can go into the world with a lot more awareness of who I am and the people around me. I like the intensity they bring and the forcefulness of change in my habits and life. Pluto has made me a rlly strong person in terms of persevering through life and it’s challenges. I thank pluto for that.
👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏼👨🏾‍🤝‍👨🏻👩🏿‍🤝‍👩🏼I think one of my favorite placements I have that is also super favorable in others is Jupiter in the 11th house! This may seem kind of random but the amount of opportunities and cool experiences I’ve been given through my friends and social circles is something I’m soo thankful for🙏 Friendship and just being a friendly person in general is something I’ve always found luck and happiness in and it’s so rewarding to have so many ppl like and support u for who u are! Making friends with ppl online and making friends from friends is super easy with this placement as well💞

Into i need help. I bought a oculus quest 2 right and i tried to connect it to my laptop and it wont work so I realized i needed and actual pc gaming setup you know, problem is idk anything about PCs and i dont wanna get scammed. Can you help me? Ive looked online and idk wtf im looking at tbh. Can you give like advice and shit lol 😂 love you into 💕
well i'm not a professional at pcs by any means but i've always had a huge fixation on them so i can try to help as much as possible and i'll even try to put it in simple terms. fair warning, i talk A LOT in this post because i love rambling about computers :') i tried to use the simplest terms possible since you seem confused but if something doesn't make sense just ask and i can try to reword.
it all depends on what you want out of your pc. and do you want to build one or get a prebuilt one? if you want my advice i recommend building one. getting a prebuilt pc is the easiest way to get scammed because retailers tend to overcharge and they think they can get away with it because they stuck a flashy high end graphics card and colourful lights in it even though it has shit airflow and they cheaped out on the motherboard and power supply or something like that. if you're going to get a prebuilt pc make sure you look at allll the specs and consult some online reviews to see if they're any good, and figure out if you're going to be overcharged. now i'll talk about building one. a lot of this will still be useful if you're considering buying a prebuilt though.
the very first step is deciding your budget. idk where you are but in USD the typical amount to spend on pc parts is i think like $1000 - 1500 (you can spend less but that's if you don't have a lot of money to spend and are still desperate to have a gaming pc). i'm spending around $1700 CAD (before taxes, eugh) on mine bc i want to get into more demanding games eventually. it sounds very costly but computers like these can last you a decade and are very multifaceted. figuring out your budget first instead of going right ahead and buying stuff is important because each component should take up specific percentages of your budget. another important thing to consider when deciding your budget is if you want RGB (the colourful lights as previously mentioned), because components with that capability are slightly more expensive.
after deciding your budget, your first move is deciding what graphics card (GPU) you want. the GPU is responsible for processing and presenting the visuals on your screen. theoretically it should take up between 35 - 40% of your budget because it is the powerhouse in a gaming system. you have two developers to choose from here: NVIDIA or AMD. from what i've seen people tend to prefer NVIDIA but AMD cards aren't bad and they definitely compete in performance. i'll talk about nvidia though because that's what i know more about. by searching up the oculus quest 2 system requirements it tells me you at least need an nvidia geforce gtx 970. this card came out in 2014 and is by no means bad however it is actually the same base price as a lot of newer cards. if you want to go better than the minimum requirements, first consider what your monitor is capable of. if you don't have one yet, consider what you want it to do. monitors are not considered a part of the budget i keep mentioning by the way. idk how much this matters to you since we're talking about the oculus quest 2 but i'm just kind of assuming you're going to use this pc for other games too. the main two things to take into consideration are max resolution and refresh rate. my monitor has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a 144hz refresh rate. what the resolution means is that there are 2,073,600 pixels in the screen, and can go up to a resolution of 1080p in video games. the refresh rate means the monitor can refresh the picture on the screen 144 times a second, therefore can show a max of 144 frames per second in a video game. to put that in to perspective, most screens have a refresh rate of 60hz, such as regular laptop screens, iphone screens, etc.. monitors come in mainly 60hz, 75hz, 144hz, and 165hz, and for resolution they mainly come in 1080p, 1440p, and 4k. seeing as i don't have any plans on upgrading my monitor any time soon, dropping extra money on a GPU that can achieve more than 144fps and 1440p/4k would be pointless. but forget about the monitor, the oculus quest 2 has a max refresh rate of 120hz and its resolution lies somewhere between 1080p and 1440p. if you know what kind of games you're going to be playing, look up how they perform with different kinds of cards. i'm fairly certain anything above an nvidia geforce rtx 3070 would be pointless because of your display limits, and anything below the nvidia geforce gtx 970 simply won't be enough for the system. you can look at all the GPUs ranked here. after deciding which GPU you want you need to figure out which brand of it you want (NVIDIA themselves, asus, gigabyte, evga, etc), because they all perform at slightly different levels, although the difference is usually only a few frames so it's better to save money. something to watch out for is the quality of the fans in the GPU because if they aren't good, it will overheat and underperform. i'm aiming to get a 3060 or 3060 ti, if that helps. the only problem is that there is currently a worldwide GPU shortage due to covid, tariffs, and the cryptocurrency mining boom (gpus are used in bulk to mine). fortunately there is currently a crypto mining crackdown happening in china, where majority of mining in the world happens, so the demand for GPUs will hopefully start going down soon. you wont be able to build your pc right away but the market is looking better than it has in awhile. this is just about the only argument i have in favor of getting a prebuilt pc, because they have GPUs in them and are more readily available. i don't think that's a good enough reason though especially since part of the reason i'm building my pc is because it looks fun lol. another thing to note is that you should not overspend on your GPU. the shortage has caused a lot of GPU prices to skyrocket into the $2k-3k range but none of them should be above 1k except the highest end ones. when deciding on a GPU, search up the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). cards made by brands other than AMD and NVIDIA will almost always cost a little extra, but do not pay hundreds of
extra dollars. but anyways!! the GPU is now out of the way and is definitely the longest paragraph here because it's the most important part.
next up is the central processing unit (CPU), which you should be spending about 20 - 25% of your budget on. its job is essentially to retrieve instructions from the RAM and execute it. i suppose you could call it the brain. again you have two developers to choose from, this time between intel and AMD. i've had two laptops with an intel CPU and my current one has an AMD CPU and both are very good, however the general consensus is that you can get the same performance for less by going with AMD. CPUs have cores, and each core can run its own process. the more cores you have, the more your pc can think about basically. you can get CPUs will all sorts of amounts of cores but for gaming, 4 or 6 cores is all you really need. 8 is actually already a bit overkill. so you really don't need to get the best CPU out there. the one you get should depend on what GPU you get (hence choosing that component first). you don't want to bottleneck your GPU by getting a CPU that isn't good enough for it, but bottlenecking your CPU with the GPU by a small amount isn't as big of a deal because the goal is to allow your GPU to be used to its full ability. another detail about CPU is clock speed, which determines how quick it can complete tasks. the higher the faster, obviously. my (non gaming) laptop's CPU clock speed is 2.30 GHz and has 4 cores. the cpu i have for my build is the AMD ryzen 5 5600x. it has a base clock speed of 3.7 GHz but it can be maxed out to 4.6 GHz, and it has 6 cores. the oculus quest 2 has a minimum requirement of the AMD ryzen 5 1500x or the intel i5-4590, which is a little low on the performance list. but like i said the CPU should depend on the GPU. all it takes is a google search for which CPU goes best with the GPU you've chosen and you can find several answers depending on if you want the best possible performance, best budget performance, etc.. a nice little fact about choosing AMD over intel is that most AMD CPUs will come with a stock cooler, which is absolutely necessary otherwise your CPU will overheat (this is another thing prebuilts will cheap out on). this only adds to the whole price-to-performance thing. the stock cooler will most likely do unless you push your pc or want the build to look prettier.
next on the list is a motherboard, where all the parts come together in unity. you should spend 8 - 10% of your budget on this baby. it's easy to over and underspend on a mobo. the most important thing when it comes to choosing a mobo is that it supports your CPU. you cannot use the same mobo for intel and AMD CPUs. fortunately the product page will straight up tell you which CPU brand the mobo is meant for and will typically have two versions of the same board. it's important to note that motherboards don't always have onboard wifi, meaning it wont be able to connect to the internet via wifi and instead needs an ethernet cable or an external wifi adapter. if you can't get an ethernet cable to the room where you want your pc, you're going to need onboard wifi, or a wifi card/usb. onboard wifi mobos tend to be more expensive so it's up to you, but i personally bought one with wifi included so i wouldn't have to worry about it because our ethernet cables are in the basement and i'm upstairs. another very important thing about motherboards is that their BIOS version (operating system i guess?? idk how else to describe it) doesn't always support your CPU out of the box and must be updated before using it. this can present as a problem if you don't have another CPU to perform the update with, however some motherboards allow you to 'flash' the BIOS with a only usb drive as long as it's hooked up to power. there are plenty of step by step youtube videos about how to do this. i will have to do this with my motherboard when the time comes because it doesn't support ryzen 5s out of the box. don't let this deter you from getting a certain board as long as it has a BIOS flash feature. next up is what I/O ports you want, which are the ports (usb ports, headphone/mic jack, hdmi port, etc) you'd find on the back of any desktop computer. that is the side of the motherboard. basically just be aware of how many of each ports you want, and remember that there will probably be even more ports on the front of the case you get. the last thing i can think of right now is making sure your motherboard has all the headers (where you plug components in) you want it to have but i'll get to that later.
next up on the list is RAM, aka random access memory. this stores short term data. the amount of RAM you have kind of determines how much your pc can multitask. RAM sticks typically go up by some multiple of 2GB. most standard laptops and desktops nowadays will come with 8GB of RAM, which is enough for day to day use. it can be enough for mid and low end games however it cuts it pretty close most of the time. 16GB of RAM is the sweet spot for gaming and anything above that is pretty much overkill (and once again a waste of money) as long as you don't have a billion unnecessary background processes. a large amount of RAM is typically needed for video editors or computer programmers. you should always make sure your motherboard can support the amount of RAM you want although any good motherboard will support 64GB or even 128GB. the best option is to get a 16GB RAM pack, which will include two 8GB RAM sticks. splitting RAM between two sticks will increase efficiency. this is called dual channel. i also recommend getting DDR4 RAM, which is simply faster than DDR3. a good speed to have is around 3600 MHz. make sure your motherboard supports DDR4. you also want to be weary that your RAM is compatible with your CPU brand because they do have to interact for your pc to function.
next is storage. there are three-ish options here depending on how much you're willing to spend. generally you should spend 8 - 10% of the budget here. you can always get a good ole hard drive for the cheapest, however they are the slowest and physically biggest option, meaning whatever you put on it will take a bit longer for your pc to retrieve and open (they can load about 100-200MB of data per second). the next option is a solid state drive. they are a little more expensive but can load as much as 600MB of data per second and take up less space. the last and most efficient/expensive option is an m.2 nvme drive. these things are physically absolutely tiny and can load up to 4GB of data per second. anything you put on these will open very very quickly. the fairly standard solution for this is a combination of two of these three. personally i'm using one m.2 drive and one hard drive. the hard drive i have can store 2TB while the m.2 drive can only store 256GB. funnily enough these two drives are roughly the same price. the idea here is to install your operating system on the faster drive. this makes it so it only takes like 8 seconds tops for your pc to start up. you can also put any other programs you use most often on there (like your main browser and favourite games) and they will open very quickly, while the bulk of your games and other files will go on the bigger drive. that's all there really is to say for storage, just make sure the reviews are good on the drive you want to get, but that goes for any component.
next is your power supply (PSU). very very important to not cheap out on this. 6 - 8% of the budget should go to this. the function of the PSU is to do exactly what its name implies: supply power to all the components. this is where the website pcpartpicker can come in very handy. not only does it help you build a list of parts that are all compatible with each other, it will also estimate how much wattage you will need to run your pc. 600W is usually enough for a normal gaming pc. PSUs are ranked, and you should never really go below a bronze ranking. you can also choose between non-modular, semi-modular, and fully-modular PSUs. non-modular PSUs have all the cables permanently attached. this can be desirable to people who are confused by what cable is plugged in where but also undesirable as unused cables cannot be removed and make cable management harder. fully-modular PSUs come with the cables all in a separate bag so you choose which ones to plug in. semi-modular power supplies have the necessary cables attached and the rest can be attached need be. it all depends on preference and how much faith you have in yourself. i have an 80+ gold certified fully modular 750W PSU because the thought of unnecessary cable management makes me sick lol. corsair is pretty much the most trusted brand for power supplies. be careful because this is another place prebuilts will cut corners.
now for the case! this one isn't overly difficult to choose and mainly will just appeal to your aesthetics. it's less important to stick to a precise percent of the budget for this one but you also don't want to spend more than 8%. do you want a black case? a white one? do you want a glass side panel so you can see inside your pc and admire your hard work? besides that, you also need to make sure the case is big enough for your motherboard, GPU, and PSU. most info pages for cases will tell you the max size of the GPU and PSU and what size of mobo it's meant for. you also want to make sure there is a place to put your storage drives (unless you only have m.2 drives which are installed on the motherboard). you also want to make sure it has optimal airflow abilities. a case with no airflow will cause overheating. the best ones have mesh fronts and tops to allow cool air to be pulled in and hot air out. it's even better if you can get a case that comes with fans in the front, because they are what pulls that cool air in.
next is the CPU cooler, which i briefly mentioned. if you don't get an AMD CPU then you'll need to buy a separate cooler. you can choose between air coolers (a fan and a heatsink) or liquid coolers. i don't really have much to say about them and i recommend doing your own research on liquid coolers lol.
last but not least, case fans. like i said a lot of cases will come with front fans and also an exhaust fan at the back, however you might want more, or even replace the ones you already have with better ones. pay attention to how many fans your case manual says can fit and plan accordingly. check out reviews to see if the fans you want are quiet and efficient. if you buy a three pack of case fans there is a chance it will come with a fan hub. this makes it easier to control all of them in sync because the hub will connect all the fans to one header on the motherboard. generally 3-6 fans are pretty good for a gaming pc. two or three in the front pulling in cool air, one at the back and two on the top to pull out hot air.
now that i have all the components out of the way i'm gonna talk about RGB lighting. numerous components that i've mentioned have the option of including LED lights to make your pc brightly coloured, which is always nice if you have a glass side panel on your pc. it's an extra bit of money but i personally was willing to sacrifice that because i want to show off my build lmao. motherboards, RAM sticks, GPUs, CPU coolers, and case fans are the main components that can come with RGB lighting. you can also get special LED strips and power connectors designed for PCs. if you decide to go for RGB lighting, do try to stick to one RGB ecosystem, meaning make sure all the RGB components can be controlled by one program. RGB is controlled by your motherboard. for example if you get an asus motherboard you'll probably want to use their program, aura sync. most components can be controlled by any brand's program however if the motherboard itself has RGB lighting it can only be controlled via its own brand's program, along with the GPU. if you want RGB case fans you really have to make sure your motherboard has RGB headers (the thingy on the motherboard where you plug the fan's LED lights into). most motherboards will only have two-ish RGB headers so if you're going to buy a bunch of fans make sure they come with a fan hub, which lets you plug them all into one header on the motherboard. also, never sacrifice performance for RGB. specifically when it comes to GPUs. if you have a choice between a GPU with RGB and a GPU without RGB, always take the one that has better performance (given it's within the parameters i mentioned earlier).
that's all i have to say :) if you couldn't tell i really love this stuff. i will also recommend you watch youtube videos about this, you can see the build process and the reasoning for using each component, and also tips on what to do and what not to do. i hope this helps and wasn't too confusing. i know you said this is mainly because you got an oculus quest 2 but if you're going to get a gaming pc you should definitely consider games outside of the oculus too.

@astralglam filed a report .
mint: does your muse view themself as virtuous & moral? what do these words mean to them?
OHOHO. hey hi ily. this is, of course, one of odo’s deepest ongoing battles, and the moment he stops questioning it is the moment he becomes a founder.
the founders grant themselves god status.  GOD!  status. they just reach out and pluck it. Within their range of power, the founders become unquestionably Just and Virtuous and Moral, their Word becomes Law, it becomes the way things are” and “fact” and they create their own reality stemming from thousands of years of intense xenophobia. they’re above it all. gods don’t make mistakes, right? sure, maybe changelings were hunted and feared ages ago but they still fear it, and that drive for Order and Control over the galaxy is now encoded into their genes and they place a companion structure into the genes of every other species they control, subjugating them to the founders’ own cozy position as Gods, or-- ‘gods’. the founder (i rly don’t like saying “female” founder so she’s THE Founder. she speaks for the link.) makes it quite clear on many occasions that the founders are not here to negotiate. they fully intend to control EVERYTHING at any cost. it is absolutely  chilling  when she cuts garak down with: “they’re dead. you’re dead. cardassia is dead.” and draws the line between the dominion and everyone else miles deep into the sand.
that same genetic coding is one of the first semi-concrete things odo comes to understand about himself and, horribly, he’s landed into conditions under the occupation that very easily could have taken advantage of a less meticulous or stubborn changeling. no, odo says initially (and incorrectly), i am not bajoran** and i am not cardassian and i stand apart from either side of this conflict and so i am bound to PURE Virtue and Morality because of it. he can’t be bribed or bought or won over, and he won’t allow for anything less than a kind of incorruptibility. this effectively wins him allies (and enemies) on both sides, however -- that’s just not how the universe works. the truth of it is that no matter how much he tells himself he is not a part of their regime, his working with the cardassians makes him a collaborator in that he has then recognized their authority and ultimately upheld their legitimacy, even if he never agreed with the cause, even if he was also on some level a casualty of it. at some point when he moves past ‘contract’ investigation and begins to work permanently, he falls into the trap of thinking Order is the same thing as Justice... huge yikes. in that moment he becomes a true and apathetic villain, but he’s subsequently haunted by the resulting execution of innocents. it shakes something up in him. years pass and he still wonders, what other mistakes has he made? what other less direct consequences of his ‘neutral’ arbitration exist? he (and everyone around him) has to live without really knowing, and it’s a constant reminder to him of the power he holds and it informs his understanding of what Real (and imperfect) Justice Means.
**sidenote but later in s7 he introduces himself as ‘from bajor’ and AAAAAA. its good. very good. yeah, you’re bajoran, odo. he gets it now.
Mirror odo is really the ultimate example of an odo having taken those instincts to extremes in an environment that rewarded him for them -- there is no guilt there, and even a sadistic kind of pleasure in it. i’d argue that gaia!odo is another, less extreme example of an odo who’s been alone too long and lost sight of things when he single-mindedly (and against kira’s wishes) chooses her (one person) over 8000. like holy shit? NOT ok? uhhuhhhhfff. anyway. very fortunately, neither of these are OUR odo, but act as great foils to reflect on the worst (bastard cop) qualities or potential qualities of our goo pushed to highly visible extremes, which star trek just loves to do all the time.
but regular/prime odo isnt exactly a rule-follower, either. throughout his life, he frequently takes things into his own hands, uses his abilities to his advantage, spies, wiretaps, eavesdrops, and yes, harasses [quark] sometimes -- he develops his own set of values and personal rules and follows them; even starfleet comes in wary of him and how he operates and hes on thin ice. but because of possibly his most redeeming quality, odo is able to adapt those self-ordained values toward something increasingly honest: for how rigid he can be in personality, he is HIGHLY influenced by the world around him,  listens hard  to what his friends and allies have to say and adapts that feedback; this allows him to evolve and grow and take important matters to heart. he becomes more flexible and better able to hold onto what’s really most important after locking into a decision, because above all else, he is passionately committed to doing the Right Thing. he PLEADS with himself in things past, “your job is to find the truth, not obtain convictions.” by his tendency to push back against what is laid down as ‘law’ (something he becomes more and more aware of and effective at doing) as not always being good or right, or necessarily even creating Order (the thing he’s driven genetically to want), he prepares himself to challenge the most deadly voice of authority -- that of his own people.
so... yes and no. odo’s role and persona as ‘your average security chief’ might dictate that he be virtuous and moral, but he so obviously can’t fit the same exact mold as others in his position -- he has these insane abilities and this mind-consuming nature and it requires he tread with extra care, but he also has a potential for more adaptive, more nuanced morality. he has to build up his own definitions to the words, constantly examine and tease and test them, or else he risks straying too far from what he really wants to achieve -- harmony, honest justice. he has to accept that he’s a part of the system he operates in (not, in fact, alone or isolated! something he actually wants), and know that he is not exempt from making the wrong choice, just like anybody else.
carnation: what is your muse’s relationship with their gender? how do they express or not express this relationship?
ODO AND GENDER!!! i love odo and gender. let’s take this one step at a time. he starts out as an amorphous glob -- he has no gender. there’s no basis for assignment, no culture of difference, and all the goos are goo. odo takes on the shape of the first living thing he sees / the thing he sees most frequently: dr mora. he adopts an image of masculinity from mora and he adopts the hair. that’s about it, and it’s pretty much arbitrary. (maybe the hair is simple enough for his skills, too?) the next people odo meets are also these very masculine, military, cardassian leaders, so again -- this is all he knows! this is neutrality. i imagine it takes him some time to work out what the differences in gender are, and sex, and orientation, romantic vs sexual stuff, all of that. it’s all got cultural baggage he knows nothing about and does not experience, and he’s also dealing with multiple, clashing cultures to boot. since he doesnt have any strong inherent leaning, he simply opts out. he/him becomes his default because thats where he started, thats what he’s been able to successfully present and how people know him, and, terrifyingly, under cardassian rule, it probably offered a bit of safety, too, which was obviously something he needed at the time.
way way way way way down the line in season seven, odo asks kira to (paraphrasing) look at me. what do you see? [i see you.] but this is NOT me, this is only a shape ive assumed in order to fit in. she says, yes, i know that. but this is who you have chosen to be. “a man. a good and honest man.” (i knowww shes not really talking abt gender here BUT) its hard as a trans person not to read the metaphor. he’s chosen to express SOMETHING. he’s chosen something other than what he was given (neutrality) and although he doesnt personally buy into what ‘masculinity’ “should be” (ie the ferengi, smh) / would certainly not argue he doesnt feel non-binary, this is how he has presented all his life, its how hes been treated, and it is what he has chosen to adhere to. there’s a choice in that, kira’s right, and now it reflects something about him.
parallel this, i’ll mention the “female” founder again bc of course there is no discernable reason for her to have a gender -- other than to appeal (im not talking sexually here although there’s,, obviously weird shit happening with the link... yike) to odo in the sense that until that point odo has lived with “gendered” individuals and, i think importantly, kira is with them when they first meet. i think its safe to say the founder saw her, figured she was a friend/ally to odo or at least familiar to him, and took her general representation to appeal as a friend/ally.
otherwise... why, honestly? the founder’s got NO love of humanoids lmao why would she bother.
anyway i’d like to see odo experiment a bit. because when hes safe, he can!! aside from his own doubts and insecurities about shapeshifting, at some point he really has no reason not to, at least a little bit. really, it should just be another thing to practice, much like becoming a convincing rock or a leaf, its just that there are other significances in the cultures around him. i’d just like to see him loosen up a little. have fun. grow ur hair out a bit, odo, why are u still looking like ur terrible dad.

helloooヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ i’m glucose ( 20, she/her, gmt+8 ), and i love birdwatching, drinking really cold drinks and writing poems that i never seem to finish ! nothing spells disaster more than creating a writing account a week before uni starts but here i am with narcisa aka CHAOS !
under the cut is bio, traits and wanted connections - leave a like if you’d love to plot !
NARCISA JIMINEZ ( alba flores, she/her, 32 ), better known to the authorities as CHAOS, has been working for the KUMIHO for around FOUR YEARS as CROWD CONTROL. rumor has it, they can be COERCIVE & SANGUINE but also BLIND-SIGHTED & IRRATIONAL which is why dichotomies, like how despite her modelesque gait, the manicured grip on your arm is unrelenting; like resolve and confrontation swathed in expensive, expensive silk as she haggles for the plumpest chicken in the wet market, so she’s definitely going to make you think of her.
BIO*
• born to spanish parents and one older brother in madrid sometime in the 80s, narcisa grew up around her family restaurant, her papá’s famous salsa and the warm comfort of coming back to a hearty meal every night. yeah, so she’s a self-proclaimed fried chicken gourmet !
• and since young she’s into fashion, cutting out models from glamour magazines and keeping them sandwiched between books. at age 20, narcisa secures an internship position at a reputable fashion magazine as a journalist. she worked hard and fast and quickly rose through the ranks to be within the orbit of higher-ups.
• narcisa became a model herself after the director noticed her ‘really defined features’, but it became her go-to cash-grab job, really. jimmy choo handbags, clothes and cocaine all cost money, don’t they ! but not expensive restaurants; narcisa always ate at home.
• narcisa meets a guy. so it’s an acquaintance of a photographer who decidedly tags along at a party thrown by someone’s friend, alright? they have a few drinks, spend a night together... she gets pregnant and he hauled ass, and of course she can’t walk the runway with a baby bump !
• maybe narcisa doesn’t pretend the crumpled five dollar bill unearthed from her back pocket’s a lifesaver when she has to pay for the groceries because, damn it, milk powder’s just so damn expensive and they’ve even got that shit behind the counter. maybe this is how adulting feels like, narcisa thinks.
• so she begins reselling some of her old stash. it’s bad rep but she reasons its better than using it anyway. they’re well off for a moment, and just when narcisa thinks things are starting to look up again, she gets caught with a packet of E in her hands and jael’s taken away from her.
• not a second lapses without her thinking of her son. she rejoins the ranks of the entertainment industry but this time as a director... until an envelope reaches her desk, and she’s suddenly halfway across the world in a chillier country with pretty cafes and expensive, expensive boutiques. to powerhouse fashion agency kumiho — except it isn’t really what she thinks it is.
• and then she signs the contract, because what else is there to do other than making enough money to buy back her son from whatever foster parents or system he’s trapped in ? make that her life mission. it’s not like she’s hurting anyone intentionally. she’s going to be the crowd pleaser, not crowd controller. just that this time, she’s shepherding hostages, and not hostesses.
read an alternative version of narcisa’s / chaos’ bio here !
PERSONALITY*
+ deludedly optimistic even in dire situations, like there could be police waiting to bust in outside and she’ll still be waltzing around humming bella ciao.
+ her energy’s infectious, or maybe it’s charisma or masterful manipulation... or that she’s just the pied piper amongst the hostages when they’re too frightened to do anything else.
+ definitely a mood setter. is absolutely a party animal when she’s down for it. the happy drunk kind that’ll sling their arms around your shoulders even if she’s just known you for five minutes.
+ won’t take things lying down, will stick up for whoever’s being oppressed, bullied, discriminated because her mama didn’t raise a quitter !
- hotheaded and volatile when cornered, impulsive and irrational when desperate. she’ll claim that pablo escobar’s a distant cousin and she has leads in exchange for immunity or a reduced sentence.
- tends to fixate on details for an extended period of time, like making sure the numbers in her bank account are always rounded off to the nearest thousand at all times.
CONNECTIONS* ( do message me if interested, or we can plot something out anytime ! )
right off the bat I'd imagine narcisa being real close to the women of kumiho, maybe make a few alliances or simply have someone to enjoy a quality face mask with.
someone who she d e s p I s e s with a passion but has to take orders from / work with anyway in kumiho, like boy if she ain’t staring daggers in your back it’s bc she has a real one concealed in her hands.
it could be anyone, but they’re the apple of her eye. her achilles heel. if she’s a fruit then they’re her soft spot. it doesn’t have to be a romantic thing, but she cares.
someone who works hand-in-hand with her crowd control tactics during a heist, preferably someone who’d let her do the talking.
a confidante. it’ll be a mutual thing, the kinds where even the walls have their ears slashed off. i don’t like the kind of porn our hacker’s watching, or, do you think korean food tastes a bit lacking without cumin ? kind of exchange.
a fuck buddy. you’ll-scratch-her-back-and-she’ll-scratch-yours type deal. let them love on each other, but they’re not actually in love.
a romantic interest, but it’s probably gonna be short-lived anyway.
she could definitely do with a leg-up in her stay in Korea bc she’s a foreigner, after all. could be an agent from a modelling agency who knows jackshit, a friend in the police force, a landlord, even the kindly student cashier in the convenience store, etc.. you see, she’s not taking advantage; she’s grateful.

What is a computer?  1.0
We live in an era where we cannot imagine our lives without computers. We use them for everything and everywhere; at home, at work, school, we even carry them in our pockets. But have you ever asked yourself what exactly is a computer?
Today we will cover the pure basics of the computer. What is the computer, what is its purpose, and we'll mainly touch on the topic of history.
HISTORY OF COMPUTERS
Computers were designed years and years ago. People always created inventions that could help them in everyday life with their labor work - they invented tools like hammers, axes, knives etc... And then the idea sparked...what if we create a tool that could help us think?  And that's how first "computers" were invented.
They already had them in ancient times - but in a very different form from what we know computers for now. The first "computers" were actually calculating devices. Most known is the abacus, this was the first invention that we know of, that was already able to assist people with simple operations. It was invented around 2500 BC in Mesopotamia and was a simple machine made out of beads and rods.
It wasn't until the industrial era where first electronic devices were invented but more sophisticated electronic devices or the so-called early computers weren't seen until the 20th century. The first digital electronic calculating machines were developed during World War II. The speed, power, and versatility of computers have been increasing dramatically ever since then.
The earliest appearance of the word computer was actually in around 1613 in the book by Richard Braithwaite, and it wasn't a machine at all, in fact, it was a person who did calculations. It was also considered as a job title and it stuck around for a while. It wasn't until the late 1800's when the meaning of computer started shifting and started referring to devices.
There were many mechanical devices created in the 17th century that were already able to solve a lot of mathematical functions, in fact, those machines were so successful they were used for the next three centuries. But those machines weren't accessible. They took hours, days to generate the result and were extremely expensive. Some major inventions, for example, were Napier's Bones (1614, invented by John Napier), The slide rule (1633, William Oughtred), The rotating wheel (1642, Blaise Pascal) and many more.
Let's talk about Charles Babbage now. "Father" of the first computer.
Charles Babbage is known for being the father of the first computer. He created and developed two concepts in his life. One being the Difference Machine and the other being The Analytical machine. He was also assisted by the world's first "programmer", who was, in fact, a woman, by the name Ada Lovelace. None of the machines were actually built when Charles Babbage was alive, as he stumbled across funding issues. However, in 1888, Henry Babbage, Charles son, was able to complete a portion of this machine and create basic calculations with it and demonstrated it years later in 1906.
Fun fact: The Difference Machine was actually fully built, based on the original Babbage's concept in 1991 at the London Science Museum. This machine weights around 3 tones, costs 500 thousand dollars and works completely.
Quite a revolutionary invention was also Hollerith Tabulating Machine, that was also built out of mechanical parts BUT it was already dependent on electricity. Calculations with his machine were much faster and it was the Hollerith's company that later on with years grew into the worldwide known company called IBM.
1ST GENERATION COMPUTERS
The first computer without mechanical parts was ENIAC, built in 1946. It was 1000x faster than the Tabulating machine and its weight was over 80 tons. The size of the machine was approximately the size of a big classroom. ENIAC and other computers that followed and for the storage of data used vacuum tubes, are sorted into the 1st generation of computers.
1st generation of computers was around from 1940 - 1956 and those computers were only able to solve one problem at the time and were using the vacuum tubes.
2ND GENERATION COMPUTERS
In the year 1956, the 2nd computer generation was created. Those were the first computers that used transistors instead of vacuum tubes.
3RD GENERATION COMPUTERS
In 1964 the 3rd Generation came and lasted to 1971. Those computers had integrated circuits and they replaced transistors with silicon chips. That increased the speed and efficiency of computers and were also the first computers that were able to solve many problems at the time.
4TH GENERATION COMPUTERS
The Year of 1971 was the revolutionary year and it's also the start of the 4th computer generation and computers that we use now, also belong into this group. They are known for using multiple integrated circuits, built onto a single silicon chip.
The birth of personal computers, known as PC'S was in 1981. The computers were simple and reliable. They kept developing, causing the drop in price and improvement in quality. Although the components of computers are getting more and more complex - that allows the use of the computer to be simpler than it was ever before.
So now that we traveled through years and years of computer history I wonder...What is a computer?
Well... A computer is an electronic device that manipulates information or the so-called data. It's instructed to carry out sequences of arithmetic or logical operations automatically. Computers follow sets of programs and these programs enable computers to perform an extremely wide range of different tasks.
But a computer can't run those tasks if it's not complete... So what is a complete computer?
A complete computer consists of hardware and software. To make it simple, the hardware is any physical parts of the computer. Which includes all of the computer components such as a monitor, keyboard, speakers, mouse and internal components (processor, hard drive, etc...). While the software is any set of instructions that tells the hardware what to do.
Fun fact: The computer sees data as numbers - 1's and 0's and those numbers are the so called binary code. Then, computers combine the numbers into more complex things such as photos, videos, movies, websites, games and much more.
PC’S
When most people say computer, they're talking about personal computers. This can be either a laptop computer or a desktop computer - the difference between the two is minimal and mainly based on the portability of the computer.
Personal computers, also called PC'S come in two main styles. PC and Mac. PC's are the most common type of computers and there are many different companies that make them. They usually come with the Microsoft Windows operating system while the Mac computers are all made by the company called - Apple. Apple's computers come with the Mac OS X operating systems but we will talk about the operating systems in the future posts.
And for the end of this post...
Computers now come in many shapes and sizes. Smartphones, tablets, game consols, and now even TV's have built-in computers although they might not do everything a desktop or a laptop computer can.
There's another type of computer that plays a significant role in our lives but not many people are aware of them. They are the so-called servers. A server serves information to other computers on a network. In fact, every time you use the internet, web servers deliver the web pages that you want to see to your computer. Servers are also used in many offices to store and share files.
And this is how I am ending my post for today. I know, it's a lot of information but there are so many facts I left out today. The history of computers is extremely wide, in-depth and overall very interesting. So feel free to explore it, educate yourself about it, because I am sure, you'll find a piece of history that you'll enjoy.  In the next post, I'll touch the subject of computer components or the so-called Hardware. So make sure to follow my blog and stay updated on my new posts.
Thank you so much for reading and have a great day!
-B.
