deaarest, sweetest nonnie. i need to stop hoarding messages like your’s in my inbox, but they honestly lift my spirits up so much. thank you nonnie, you dont know how much your kind words mean to me.

and im glad u enjoyed it, though i gotta say - some of my greatest and worst things were done around 2am when i finished it. y’all are lucky i had some moments of lucidity bc some of the crap that i had typed in my sleepy state were not good. or understandable.

and no - not unless you want everyone to die. no one should ever want me awake at 5 in the morning. caitlin will actually kill cisco if i was awake at that time, and she’d only realise it after she delivers the fatal blow coming back to her normal self as cisco takes his final gasp, an i-love-you in his lips. and in the horror of what she’d done to her bestfriend, teh fear of doing it to others - because she’s tried to fix it and nothing works - and then kill herself, and then iris will die, and wally will try to save her but he’ll fail and barry will try and run back into time to reverse it and somehow get stuck in the speedforce and no one will be there to help get him out.

this will be what happens if i write at 5am.

though, picture it, barry running, desperate to save his friends, yellow lightning off of his body. camera zooms into his face, eyes shining with unshed tears, teeth gritted. and you’ll see a single teardrop slide sideways from his face. a yell of pain, of frustration. his face falls, a look of horror and then acceptance. screen goes black.

and you know he’s stuck. and you know that he won’t even try to return back. because there would be no one to return to.

........ it;s like 11pm, but im pretty sure 5am fics would be worse.
