y/n was well aware how much luke loved capture the flag. she knew he always helped annabeth lead the blue team to victory. being luke's girlfriend, she also knew his every move. which explains why y/n's currently waiting in a secluded spot in the middle of the forest, in between the lake and the mess hall.

she knew luke would show up soon, on his way to get the red team's flag, the team y/n was on. but capture the flag was the last thing on her mind.

the previous night luke had just so happened to make y/n, the overly confident daughter of aphrodite, become flustered in front of luke's whole cabin. this was going to be y/n's payback.

she tossed her red horse-hair helmet to the side many minutes ago. she hated how it messed up her hair. only a few minutes go by, until she hears rustled footsteps, leaves crunching under someone's shoe.

"princess?"

y/n turns at luke's voice.

"hi handsome," she smiles, waving her fingers.

luke takes off his own helmet, holding it between his arm and waist.

"what are you doing out here? shouldn't you be gaurding your flag, or fighting someone?"

y/n only walked closer, and she could've sworn you heard luke's heart rate pick up from where she was standing.

"i wanted to see you," y/n smiled again, her voice was soft. a contrast from the loud yelling from the capture the flag game going on around the couple.

y/n now stood close enough and wrapped her hands around luke's neck, playing with the dark curls. he hated to admit it but he could sit with y/n's hands in his hair for hours.

luke's helmet fell to the ground, while he held onto her waist.

y/n knew what she was doing to luke. being the daughter of aphrodite definitely had it's perks. y/n however, was lucky. not only could she make anyone fall in love with her with the bat of an eye, she had the power to wrap any soul around her finger. the ladder was happening to luke. what? she loved teasing him.

before luke could ask anymore questions, y/n stood up on her tip toes to kiss luke's lips. he gasped, taken aback by the action, but of course he kissed back. y/n's hands only tighted on his hair as she started deepening the kiss. luke walked the two backwards, pushing y/n's back into a tree. y/n pulled her lips away from luke, but only to place another kiss at the corner of his lips, a few on his cheeks, nose and three on his neck.

luke's ears perked at the sound a horn blowing in the distance. it was chiron, standing next to clarisse with the blue flag in her hands.

"you little cheater!" luke poked y/n in her sides, "you distracted me."

y/n only shrugs, "who's to say?"

luke and y/n both make their way towards the mess hall, where they heard the horn sound coming from.

once the two apear out of the woods, percy's quick to nudge annabeth. the girl turns, and gasps so loudly that it catches the attention of the nearby campers.

"holy shit, what happened to you?" clarisse shouts in amusement from beside chiron.

"clarisse," chiron states in a lecturing tone.

Ok I read through some of them and this what I noticed.

^ mike was surprised because up until that point they’ve never said I love you to each other. The entire season he was trying to get the courage to say it, eleven picked up on it.

^ No evidence in mike lying whatsoever. As an audience where supposed to have an outside look and know a character is lying.

With eleven we seen her before mike arrive and after how she lied abt how she was doing.

For will in ep1 eleven states she doesn’t know who will is painting for at all, then in the van will says she does.

For Mike tho there’s nothing that indicates he isn’t interested in eleven. From the fact each season ends with them, they never have broken up/split up on their own terms. And in s4 he puts eleven basically over everything.

^The party didn’t really lose tho. Them losing would’ve been max and eleven dying. We know elevens strength is determined by love instead of hate like 001. If it truly didn’t work bc it was untrue she wouldn’t have been able to break free.

^This is already explained within the show itself. He doesn’t want to overstep bc he feels he’s not good enough for eleven and she’s gonna realize that and break up with him. He feels like he got lucky of finding eleven and she just stuck with Mike bc he found her first. He just doesn’t want to mess his first relationship up. Remember he’s 14.

^This is where I stopped bc this is so much of a reach it’s crazy. Mikes statement in itself says that if he expresses how he feels he thinks eleven will not feel the same. Aka leaving mike after him being at his most vulnerable. Him not outright say he needs her does NOT speak volumes bc of the fact of the entire season we see how much mike wants and needs her. Pretty much every arc mike has had shows how much he cares for and loves eleven. It’s subtext if it’s byler but for mileven if it’s not explicitly said then it’s not there? Very convenient

It's just the vibes y'know, he acts all laid back and cool, being one of the strongest trainers of their school and being trained by a Champion too, he has a lot going on. Tho it's also the fact that he's so shit when it comes to class, I wanna say academics really isn't his thing, and he's trying so so hard to understand his lessons, but no matter how hard he tries he just couldn't, so somewhere down the line he gave up, and became lazy when it comes to class

And sometimes it gets him y'know, sometimes during class hours while he's at the club room, his thoughts would often drift off to Iris. Iris struggled with classes too, he knew that, she struggled so much but she persisted, and she passed, while not with flying colours, she still passed her classes. Why can't he do the same?

And, y'know, it's his pride, he wants to ask Iris for help, but he also kinda,, resents her a bit now y'know. As the years went by, Iris became so so busy w Champion duties, especially w all the meetings w the Champions, sometimes Iris doesn't have the time to be home for dinner, and he misses her. Sometimes he gets jealous of the other Champions too, how Diantha and Lance and Cynthia are all so close w Iris, the former two treating her like their own daughter, while the latter treating her like her sister. And it sucks for him y'know. Why can she find the time to be w the other Champions but not w her actual family?

It got to the point that one time when he's talking abt Iris, while he still looks up to her, he'd have biting words too; talking to Florian and Nemona, and how sometimes they often forget to visit their home again w how busy they are w class, their journey, and even their own champion duties, and he's just "well, guess that's the job of a champion, huh? Not being able to visit family. I'm sure my sis knows that, wonder how she's doin' right now," all w that smile, that forced af smile, but somehow people still see it as him being laid back

But he misses her, y'know. He just misses her. He eats dinner late, alone, waiting for her. His family thought he was just that lazy that he wouldn't even eat, but he was waiting for her, he's always waiting for her

Oughgh imagine one night Iris got home late too, and she saw Drayton there on the table fast asleep, and augh,,, your honour, that breaking Iris' heart, she forgot she promised they'd train together today, but w the League duties, and w Hilbert out of the region for a bit, she couldn't find the time. Imagine her either waking him up or carrying him to his room, and she notices how light he was. Has he been eating well? But like, she's there kinda kicking herself too, bc she forgot abt her bro y'know, and she wants to make up for it

Also omf bc this was my initial concept for my lil comic, that when he was a bit younger, around 14 and she was 17, when Iris gave him the jacket, it was actually supposed to be after a training session w Drayden, and how Drayton lost to him. Iris tried to cheer him up by getting him the jacket, and ofc that made him happy. But also, before Iris left, she told him that "whenever I think of the day I finally lose to someone, I always think I'd lose to you. I couldn't imagine anyone else be Unova's next Champion but you, Drayton. I can't wait for that battle."

And god did that just cbmdbd that gave him hope yknow, ofc, he was fourteen, he had so much hopes and dreams, but w how he is w class now, how he repeated his second year three times now maybe, how he gave up down the line, he thinks that maybe that battle w Iris won't ever happen. And he's starting to think if he becomes Champion, like, the real deal Champion, he'd bear those responsibilities too, and honestly, he doesn't really like that kinda responsibility. Maybe that's why their grandpa didn't make him Gym Leader despite his strength, unlike Iris, he wasn't good w his duties. He didn't even really call himself the BB League's champ bc he doesn't like responsibilities too lmfao

But yeah, in a nutshell, he's that cool kid that's like, one small problem away from crying but he doesn't cry bc he thinks it's not cool lmfaooo and he's like, Iris' number one fan, he'd always show off how his sis is the champion one way or another I bet that when he was much younger he also pulled the "my sis is the champion and she can beat your ass!" Ok so basically I got in a fight a few days ago bc I wanted to get a big tub of ice ream to melt it and cool down and then my sister came in, switched to my mum and gave me a big lecture on the health difficulties I'd face later on if I didn't lose weight and even said that she wanted me to look st the ice cream and feel ashamed and them said she wasn't fat shaming me. Worse of my abusive younger brother was there muttering that I was a fat bitch so I lost it and swung on him and got my hair pulled amd beaten up. Also that mf broke my headphones. even if you don't ask him to do anything, he'll take things into his own hands because he will not sit back and let you get bullied by your own fucking family. he'd threaten your bother and fuck him up a bit as a warning or to scare him away from messing with you anymore. and if that doesn't work, then he'll take to more extreme measures to really get him to understand. same thing with your sister. any kind of negativity directed at you is dealt with accordingly.

and baji is also of course going to comfort you. he'll come over and sneak into your window or tell you to some with him, and then he'll just hold you as you cry, whispering how he's going to protect you and that you don't ever have to worry about anything like this happening to you again.

This happening right there is not a staple of his entire character. If anything it IS a way to show how much he had degraded and spiralled into qi deviation. He did need a reality check, you are right, but that's bc he is getting progressively disconnected from reality and wrapped in his own biased perception.

You know what this reads like to me? Triton and Ariel.

Dude was fed up with his daughter not only disobeying and neglecting responsibilities, but doing stuff he knew for a fact were dangerous. He was trying to protect her. What he did in the cave, destroying all her stuff, was awful and unexcusable, but can we really call it abusive? Or claim that he didn't love her and was a matter of time before he got violent?

In NMJ's case, dude knows he's dying, he's going to leave NHS alone and in charge of the sect in a world where JGS is pretty much unmatched and he had been trying for so long to get his brother and only heir to actually give a damn about that. Throughout the years, he had yelled and nagged, but how different is that from a strict parent? Dude had to be a parent after losing his and becoming a sect leader at what? 16? I think we can cut him some slack in terms of not being the most wholesome guardian. AND YET not once was he ever mentioned to get physical with his brother, neither would NHS be his happy-go-lucky, lazy self for all their life together if he knew there were actual weight to his brother's threats. Or was JC also abusive towards JL in this regard?

Mxtx herself confirmed in an interview that despite being only half-siblings, the Nie's relationship was good. This here is an outlier situation, an ooc moment for NMJ bc my guy was reaching the point of no return. And the fact that NHS not only forgave him, but enacted a ten years long revenge for him goes to show that he either came to understand the circunstances in which this happened, or the love and good moments he spent with his brother greatly outweighted this sad episode.

I'm sorry, but this is extremely realistic to me in terms of family and interpersonal relationships in general. No one can have a fully wholesome and unproblematic dynamic with another person, much less a close one. You are going to do shit to hurt each other, you are going to be pissed off or even scared when the other person blows up when they are in a very bad place. That doesn't mean that all your time together is now invalid or that that person is "toxic", especially when it's pretty obvious that this is not normal behavior for them.

You are fully valid in not liking this, of course, I just don't think it fully fair to pass judgment on how other characters should feel about him when NMJ is quite literally going through his worst moment right before he freaking dies a painful and untimely end.

Yondu's death and how it was handled in the following gotg projects is the main reason I think how Gamora's been treated is unforgivable. A funeral and two other follow ups to your death/to honor your importance vs "you're not dead, you just can't remember". It would take 2 minutes tops to have Mantis, Drax and Rocket say 2 sentences to eachother about missing Gamora. They don't even had to shed tears if that would be too much. Drax already hated Thanos for killing his family once before. Where was his anger.

vol 3 reduced Gamora from a fully realized character who was an equal partner in the story and interacted with the others and guided them, to mainly someone only Peter really knew. Carrying over her relationship with Nebula from Endgame is the only saving grace. Worse is that Peter talking about it is the only time the canon gives Gamora credit for being essential to the family's origins and by extension the franchise.

Also it makes me really sad that Zoe has probably given the best performance of the bunch throughout her entire mcu run and because Gamora's arc is such a mess it completely overshadows that by the time you get finished vol 3. In fact, imo, vol 3 was fire performance wise for but hits rock bottom plot and arc wise. Without her death or if they had ressurected her, I think she easily would have had one of the best arcs in the mcu.

yeah, when i was comparing the treatment gamora's death to nat's that was already Oof but now comparing with yondu is just...OOOOOFFFFFF. it's just sad seeing the characters not get a chance to rly express their grief for her ever :'( and i think only rly exploring peter's grief makes it seem like gamora rly just existed to be his gf, which i know is a whole nother can of worms of discourse happening in starmora land rn (and given all the circumstances in the film, i honestly think the way starmora as a relationship was handled was pretty solid)

tho we had the holiday special (and i did enjoy it!), i kinda wish we'd had some other gotg project (love & thunder doesn't count since they were just there for 2 secs to support thor LOL) between endgame and vol 3 to actually explore the fallout from iw/endgame a lot more, not just for the gamora situation, but, like, everyone else too. like i mentioned earlier, i think there's a gaping hole in rocket's arc (and nebula's but to a lesser extent) given where his arc left off in vol 2, then the 4 years that passed offscreen between that and iw, and then the 5 years that passed offscreen during endgame, and then ANOTHER 2 years passed offscreen between endgame and the holiday special/vol 3 (i think). i'd imagine losing all of the gotg would've affected rocket a LOT (like remember when he literally shot gamora so she wouldn't risk her life to save peter like lol) and then when they returned, surely that would shift the way he approached his relationships with them

similarly with nebula, i'm assuming she only stuck around with the gotg bc after endgame bc she'd become rocket's bestie for the restie (which i love) and also idk helped the avengers defeat thanos (? idk it also seems like the gotg were just kinda absorbed into the avengers for those 5 years and then became separate again after endgame, which would've been cool to establish more explicitly in canon) but given how uninterested she was in hanging around the gotg at both the end of vol 1 and vol 2, i think we needed to see more of how she went from that to practically being a de facto leader of sorts for the team in the beginning of vol 3

like i said before, i do think much of vol 3 was still very much firing on all cylinders, including the performances, but some of these holes in the arcs were still hard to look past. i know gunn said he wanted the film to be something you could watch on its own without all the context of the previous gotg films/iw/endgame (which makes me wonder how much that informed the way he approached things like the gamora situation) but i think including more story elements and references to past works that would've made vol 3 more dependent on the previous gotg appearances would've fixed quite a few of these problems

Having a game that you love taken from you in any way is rough (I wouldn’t know what to do if my ykw saves were messed with after I already lost the cartridge from the first game which was a gift) but I wouldn’t say to never trust your siblings I’m pretty sure that’s paranoia and it could very well bleed into your everyday making you not trust anyone ever

But as a younger sibling myself who was an ass when I was younger, they will lie and do it again if you make a big deal about this for what reason I can’t say idk why I did things myself and if you don’t make a big deal then their likely to do it again bc ‘you didn’t care much last time’ and if you try and talk it out with them they’ll probably see it annoying so there’s no real winning and this does feel a bit harsh to say but that probably won’t change until they grow up so you’ll really just have to tell them to buzz off for the most part maybe hiding your game in your parents room would work for now though

He also knew, although he claims he couldn't remember who took it. And due to that he thought it would be a bad idea to tell me because I'd "make things worse and make everyone angrier." And yeah I'm not saying I'm never going to trust my brothers again, just that they don't deserve it right now. This whole stunt has hurt me bad. AND GWEN IS NOT ALONE LIKE YES IN HER MIND SHE IS but it’s so funny cus she has more friends than miles from what they show in the movie like the way they portrayed the mary janes kinda made it seem like they were JUST bandmates

not only did they try to get her attention at the prom (yes they were there if you didn’t notice before the lizard attack and she was looking for pete) BUT MJ AND GWEN ARE BEST FRIENDS TOO like after her day one peter, mj is one of gwens close friends after betty brant (the girl w the beanie)

and it’s like yes they are alone but not in the physical sense. they tried to portray their solitude as they had no support systems that could understand them and therefore made the spider society this holy grail of people they can relate to when to me that isn’t true. they did this more heavy on gwen side where they made it seem like mj and them weren’t her close friends and yes she didn’t have her dad but even then she could’ve still opened up in a different way.

they both feel like they have a lot going on with no one to understand the pressure that lays on them. and they lowkey demonized rio by making miles give a latina mami attitude because yes of course two parents aren’t going to hear they kid out when he is giving them attitude and allat. and gwen just straight up ran away from her problems which she has a track record of doing.

i just feel like they are using this “omg they both have been so lonely yearning for each other” thing with miles and gwen to add to their dynamic and it takes away from a message of teen mental health and the generational differences that they could’ve done instead of this idea that you have to depend on people because that’s UNHEALTHY.

miles and gwen do not NEED each other but they are good to support each other and this narrative that they been obsessed with each other since they last saw each other is just unhealthy it’s really toxic to focus depend on individuals to make you happy instead of finding your own peace which is something they both need to learn. they barely knew each other too like it’s just very unrealistic like yes miles has every right to admire gwen because she was everything he wanted to become when finding out he’s spiderman but for him to draw her every single day since is ode like you can’t lie

I just hate when movies do this narrative where the two love interest lean on each other for support and are depressed when they aren’t around each other because 1) if you can’t be a stable person when someone you like isn’t around that’s 🚩 2) depending and literally glorifying someone who gives you happiness to the point where you put them on a pedestal which is literally what miles did is so again UNHEALTHY

Literally instantaneously. Like as soon as I saw them like even thinking about each other for the first time before they ever interacted I was hooked.

my thoughts:

MY THOUGHTS. UMMMMMM. They made a ship based on some of my very favorite dynamics just for me. That was nice of them. I literally am so incoherent about their insane and wildly unhealthy relationship because of how much I want to chew on it. I think it's definitely bittersweet bc of how much room there is for like unrequited shit, emotional abuse, generally terrible vibes, but there's also room for them to be having insanely good sex about it and for Light to be worshipped via Mikami kneeling in penitence for the sins of the world that he has failed to curb sooooo you know you win some you lose some.

What makes me happy about them:

I am very happy about the fact that they are having deranged worship kink sex. That's my #1. But I also think they come to understand each other very well, even if their relationship is a disaster. They have a lot in common and operate in largely similar ways and I love that for them.

What makes me sad about them:

I think the imbalance in their relationship is incredibly depressing but I would never want to change it because it's very fun for Me, Isa. But it is definitely a saddening situation. A mess. You're in love with the person you worship and that person regards you as, what — almost an intellectual equal, a devout servant, an excellent fuck, but not really a person. Enjoy.

Oh my fucking G-d what DOESN'T annoy me about 99% of Mikalight fanfiction. The Mikalight tag on AO3 is a fucking disaster. I will say I hate when Mikami is portrayed as like, either a creep inflicting himself on Light OR an entirely brainless slave to Kira, and both are very fucking common. I also really hate fluffy stuff for them most of the time unless it's like threaded between scenes of total relational dysfunction but that's my own deal.

things I look for in fanfic:

Worship kink stuff done WELL. Mikami characterization that makes him act like a person. Mikami having a sense of religiosity that is rooted in Shinto practices rather than Christianity. <- This one is HUGE. Acknowledgement of the fact that Mikami is clinically psychotic and likely has schizophrenia or a similar disorder that's not ableist and 2edgy like so much fic about psychosis is. Sorry those last two are just expansions on the second one but they're important to ME.

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: 

Mikami is about to be SUPER ALONE and obviously I'd want Light to end up with L. If L is dead Light is going to "end up" with Misa and cheat on her like crazy with men, which is fine. I really struggle to see Mikami entering a long-term emotionally committed relationship with somebody else.

My happily ever after for them:

I don't know that I have one! Mikami hopes to someday be elevated to Light's level by his grace and Light wants a devoted acolyte, so there's a goal and emotional desire there that's unreciprocated and hard to get around. I think it ends badly. However I do also love to imagine them curled up on the couch watching Saw II like it's a comfort movie. So that's something they might always have even if they break up or kill each other or die.

who is the big spoon/little spoon:

Mikami is the big spoon most of the time whether he wants to be or not. However I don't think Light is above big spoon behavior. I think he kind of gets a kick out of wrapping his arms around somebody (this guy in particular because he's cut as fuck, hiiiiii) and being weirdly possessive of them in their sleep.

Joonas and Olli are both injured and stuck with their boring rehab work-outs while the rest of the team is doing ice practices, but the weeks of pedalling on their exercise bicycles side my side is actually a great opportunity to bond with your teammate and get to know them a little better… 🥰

Good old enemies to lovers, with Joel and Joonas being in rival teams and hating each other’s guts on ice, only to fuck each other senseless in the bathroom/hotel after the game 🔥

The day Olli finally builds up the courage to confess his crush on the goalie Tommi is the day the team announces one of their trade to another team 😭 Will Olli confess nevertheless, or forever hold his speech?

Joonas/Niko + winning gold with your boyfriend in the team and accidentally kissing them on the mouth on ice with all the cameras on them 🤭 Blame it on the spur of the moment? 😇

Then of course there’s the ’roommates on an away-game tour’, maybe Niko and Olli? 💕 And maybe one of them is struggling with their game and afraid they’ll be drop out of the roster, and the other has to comfort them in the dark of their hotel room… 💞

And on the topic of hotels, during the pandemic the NHL had to improvise with organizing the playoffs and stuffed all the play-off teams in two hotels. Surely something can be made out of that? 😏

Joel having terrible coping mechanisms when it comes to dealing with making mistakes on ice (no matter how small) and losing games, and Niko’s the one they sent to look after him this time 🙄 He’s new to the team, so he expects to be dragging drunk-as-a-skunk Joel home from the bar, but ends up holding crying Joel in his lap, rocking him back and forth like a baby and reassuring him he won’t be fired and that he’s not the world’s worst hockey player 🥺

So I too have been affected by Deidara also known as @DeidaraSenpai69 and he's been now suspended from Twitter wrongfully and I like others know he had many issues with Twitter. They first target harrass him call it policy violation never specifying anything and bc his tweets are story based how can he ever know what he even is doing is violation. Months ago he got pass that. But now he's been suspended again and they call it hateful conduct lol I lost all my respect towards Twitter but I never had any to begin with now they have fallen down and there is no getting away from that and no forgiveness in the end. The amount of sadness they cause to so many people and those who have passed is downright wrong. The fact that they suspended Deidara for just tweeting something as of story telling based is so wrong. First they harass him and now they suspend him months later. I thought Google was bad for removing accs from inactivity but I lost all I ever had towards Twitter without Deidara Twitter has nothing. And it will stay that way until Deidara is unsuspended. The fact that garbage team is responsible of this and Elon doesn't do anything proves he never cares how can you hire team of filth when you are suppose to be freedom of speech absolutist. Especially suspending someone who is as important as Deidara there is none no one could ever do what Deidara did and no one will ever matter as much as he does. No doubt this will affect everyone and no doubt this changes everything too. And now that Pain is without his friend it breaks my heart. It saddens me so much that I'm giving up on any good this world and humanity has to offer. I can't understand how is Feral so right and. Everyone else are so wrong. If he was better and what he thinks he is then Deidara would be unsuspend and he would be treated better. It's purely twitters own fault for never giving him anything valuable in return and their fault for always messing things up for everyone. The only reason Twitter is any level of go to place is bc of it's users now Twitter as a whole has now fallen down from suspending Deidara and also causing many sadness and misery over this suspension. Unforgivable. My heart goes to Deidara and others too Pain In particular. I felt so bad when it happened and seeing Pain tweet after that made me almost cry. But yeah if Deidara is now gone then twitter lose it's value bc it has lost everything that ever matter and it was never about Twitter and it never will be. But they suspended him they attacked Deidara they ruined everyone's joy and happiness there they Twitter ruined everything. And there is no denying that no doupt this will affect everything wish nothing but bad things for twitter from now on as long as Deidara is suspended that is. But yeah never thought I'd need to do this.. this is truly awful. And not okay it feels so sad and so wrong and nothing makes sense anymore.

WELL conclusion first, it won't work, in my opinion. And of course, the one person is the one and only Ada. That is canon, no point to deny that. But I also see a few fanfic writers pair up Claire/Piers, Claire/Neil, Claire/OC, Leon/Angela, Leon/OC bla bla bla…in FWB setting, and the ending will be Cleon eventually see that they are the perfect one for each other and finally confess and live happily ever after.

And the midterm drama will be coming from Claire most of the time, how she was jealous of Ada having Leon in her palms. I guess it's familiar for women to feel related to this, after all, every rom-com movie practically raised us to be this way. Now, I'm not going to elaborate on Feminism or judge any writers, just saying I don't see Claire or Ada to be the jealous type.

There are enough female role models that tell us when you have enough self-love and confidence, you don't need a man. You don't need to fight another woman for a man's attention or approval. It's a hard goal to achieve and requires experience to see that. I think both Claire and Ada have that kind of mindset.

OG Leon on the other hand, is a complete mess. I've mentioned previously how I love pathetic men, and I want to clarify it's not pathetic from the start, is time after time getting rejected and failing, so he's losing hope.

He's such a dog to me, which means, a good boy and an obedient soldier. He wouldn't know what to do without a leash on his neck. I'm talking about his love life and his career. (He was forced to join, still, putting in all of the hard work and in Vendetta, he's being all cynical but didn't quit.)And when I think about him, it's always that lyrics from the F+M song:

"And with one kiss, you inspired a fire of devotion that lasts for 20 years. what kind of man loves like this."

Capcom wanted to make him a sassy womanizer in OG4, but it didn't work, bc there are more games of Leon chasing after Ada, and RE6 still exists. (I don't read Leon/Reader fics and will never do self-insert in fandom but I imagine the majority of straight women want him to be Jerry Maguire.) I even saw a joke about how Leon flirts with all the other women cuz that's his coping mechanism of being heartbroken by Ada. So if anything jealous is involved, it must be coming from him.

He's such a pleaser/giver. Again with the dog metaphor, if there's a polyamorous situation, it's not started by him. He just accepts in a passive-aggressive way and fights for attention. I think in my opinion, Ada and Claire would quickly acknowledge each other in silent agreement and just go on with their lives while Leon got caught in his own feelings of "how can I make her choose me" and "Why can't I be the only one", maybe in his good days he be like "I don't deserve this" and go out to do some "woman hunting" to boost his ego, but he always comes crawling back to his masters.

He simply cannot let go, so he will suffer in this situation. If you're like me, enjoy seeing men drowning in sorrows, then grab a seat beside me and laugh.

I only talk about OG Leon here because in remake 4 Leon suddenly grows a brain and decides to move on from Ada and dropping bombs to the a3on cult. So I'm really looking forward to Death Island, not for Cleon content, just wondering if DI Leon follows the OG setting or remake setting. I think it will change my future concept of Cleon.
