The exhibit uses a survey of ideas, memories and documentation through multiple mediums to start a conversation on how social inconsistencies play a part in shaping our communities locally and nationally. Through community discrimination, prejudice and police brutality, Los Angeles continues to be a hotbed of tension. While some advancements in policy have helped to try and heal wounds, new guidelines have been implemented potentially assisting to a rise in racial and economic anxiety leading to eruption within the urban metropolis.
