Okay, dollblr, I need your help
My friend's doll collection was stolen on May 19th by his shitty landlord. Charges have been filed, but the landlord and the moving company he used to transport the dolls and other stolen property have been uncooperative in giving the information needed to trace and recover the dolls.
I'm asking that this post be shared as far and wide as possible so he has some hope of getting his most beloved and distinctive dolls back.
If anyone sees a massive dump of Ringdolls and Dollfie Dreams on Mercari, eBay, or Facebook, especially in/around/from the Louisville, KY area, please contact me so I can let him know.
I will update as we assess the full extent of the loss, but the dolls we're asking people to keep an eye out for at the moment are
Ringdoll K fullset edition with attached hair, NS. No outfit. Distinctive features: One magnet fell out and was put back in back upside down, so his headcap doesn't stay closed.
DIM Minimee Ruki head, NS. Distinctive features: Vampire mod.
Custom House Mina (both Saint Mina and LE Sad Mina), NS
Ringdoll Quiz, GS, fullset
Bobobie Pixie. Distinctive features: sky blue skin that yellowed to a minty color. Probably wearing green pajamas with brown airplanes made by me.
ResinSoul Yao, WS. His first doll, probably yellowed a fair bit by now. Distinctive features: a small chip on one of her horns.
DIM Minimee heads of all Gazette and Dir En Grey members. If these turn up as a lot, contact us, it's probably them.
Soom Dain
Soom Dawn
2 60cm Sweetdolls, NS
HZ WangYe head
This ResinSoul Dai and 1st gen Bobobie Apollo, probably still in these outfits

Any dolls that appear in a large group with these should be reported.
I will update tomorrow with more specifics on the missing Ringdolls and DD/DD mods when we've had a chance to sit down and assess the extent of the theft.
@okamikodomo @fullyfunctionalminiaturebeehive @buffdolls @laptopcoffee @lupusdarkmoon @lordhigheverythingelse @nyxypixie @freakstylebjd @literally anyone and everyone we've ever met in this community
Thank y'all in advance for any help, he's gutted over this and I am on his behalf. Still in shock that there are people this vile in the world.

This is Nora the ball-jointed Granny Mouse doll.
There are 2 versions of Nora - Human and Mouse. The mouse version has a tail, long ears and feet. The human one looks like just an old lady.
And there are 3 Grannies in the world - Nora, Mira and Ayra. You can find all the info about them and put your name on the waiting list for the pre-order on this website http://granny.walloyamorring.com/
Being in the waiting list gives you an option to get email from us when we’re ready to open pre-order.
We take orders on 3d printed versions of the grannies time over time, and we’re working on the prototype (master model) of the doll to be casted in polyurethane. We hope that we’ll be able to open pre-order on casted versions in the end of this year.
P.S. the grey cat is our new flexi pet toy. It’s possible to buy a stl file of him and print the toy at your home with FDM or DLP 3d printer. There you can find the cat and other toys for home 3d printing https://cults3d.com/en/users/HappyFlexiPets/creations

after a little over 2 and a half hours, i finally finished my portrait of the Actor. i opted to go for its stringless form, since that made the most sense for a general reference image.
i decided i’d post the versions with and without the wood grain:

She's not quite finished yet, but I couldn't wait to share.
This is Blaise. Her father was a jackalope who fell in love with a moon rabbit. Now she serves as a courier between the moon fairies and the terrestrial fairies.

After your most recent post, I find myself very curious to know which era you dress the most like. I mean, I know you're a Crimson Peak fanatic (note: just joking) so either late 1870s or turn-of-the-century, but which???
Also, could you show us (re: me) a picture of your latest creation?! It would be greatly valued and appreciated
No no, I definitely am a Crimson Peak fanatic. I wear my obsession with pride at this point.
It's actually somewhat broader: late 1860s to early 1880s. Elliptical Hoop, First Bustle, and Natural Form, to be a bit more specific. Historically (hah) early 1870s/First Bustle has been my absolute favorite, but I've been inspired by my descent into CPeak madness- and my increasing attempts to Victorianize my wardrobe in a practical fashion for daily life without going 1890s, which is fine but decidedly not my favorite -to look more into Natural Form. Tragically I cannot wear a giant trailing bustle skirt on the subway at rush hour. Woe and Lamentation.
My latest creation isn't actually for me! It's this 1840s ball gown for my doll Maryse:

Not a great picture, but I’m answering this as I get ready for work. Sorry!
It’s part of an ensemble I’m making for her based on the folk song “Fair Charlotte, or A Corpse Going To A Ball.” The skirt is beaded with aurora borealis crystals at the hem and pearlescent white glass beads in frost patterns, as you can hopefully tell. There are also some nail art snowflakes stitched on, which was a huge pain in the ass.
She’ll eventually have a styled wig to match, slippers and stockings, and possibly Charlotte’s mantle and “silken scarf” from the song.
The artist who made her, Marina Bychkova, is known for drawing inspiration from history, literature, and fairytales, especially darker stories. So I felt like this would be the perfect theme for her first real outfit!

I haven't received a doll in a while! I have wanted this doll for a while, but she had been discontinued a long ago, so I was surprised when she was re-released! I didn't have the money when she was first released, so I made sure to snatch her up this time. I wanted both the Star and Moon, but I have already splurged on many many dolls, so I decided to just get one.
I was also surprised to get all the extras she came with! I was under the impression that the wooden box she came with cost extra, so I expected Dollzone's usual boxes.
My next doll that is coming in should be my Coral Reef Amber! I am just waiting on a tracking number.
I also tried to do my voiceover directly in Davinci Resolve, so there are no edits to my audio at all, so my voice may sound flat.

Louisville Doll Theft Update
So I posted a couple weeks back about my friend whose landlord stole his doll collection, and I have good news and bad news.
The good news is we were able to track down one of the trucks. The bad news is that it belonged to a charity donation pickup that just ended up with their clothes and furniture after everything else had been taken by the "cleaners."
After calling all the cleaners and junk haulers in the area, we've narrowed it down to two, the first admitted to working with Barrett Goff/Allodium in the past but acted a little squirrely when I mentioned stolen property and said they hadn't been on that side of town that week, but the guy was otherwise sweet and cooperative, and said company policy is to donate anything not broken. The second admitted they let their employees just grab and take whatever, then got an attitude and said they "couldn't confirm or deny involvement," and told us to come back with a warrant. They're the only ones out of the internet's entire trove of KY Louisville area junk haulers that refused to give answers, which is pretty sus.
(Who, in the course of a normal conversation, says stuff like "can neither confirm nor deny involvement"? Not sure if these guys are guilty or just extra...)
Anyway, with nothing turning up on online resale platforms, the next stop is flea markets. As they're working extra gigs to save for a new place (and a lawyer), I'm hoping to save them a PI fee by organizing a sweep with people in the area, to run through local flea markets and see if anyone's trying to sell a massive doll collection. They already can't afford HRT anymore, if they have to pay a pi and a lawyer, getting justice will get prohibitively expensive both financially and personally
If you are local to the Louisville KY area, even if you're not in the hobby, please dm me and I'll go over the ones we haven't eliminated by phone yet. They've been advised to get a private investigator, but they really don't have that kind of money lying around after being robbed and left homeless. If I can get enough Baker Street Irregulars together to help, we can let them use their savings for a lawyer.
Again, the collection is made up of mostly Ringdoll, DIM, ResinSoul/Bobobie, and some Soom. Also among the more distinctive dolls we're trying to recover are Custom House Saint Mina and LE Sad Mina, an Island Doll Shukaku ver. 2 fullset, and a secondhand Volks free choice girl with goth vampire faceup and antique-looking dress.
If anyone knows attorneys who take cases for cheap or pro bono, please contact me so I can refer them. They've applied to the ACLU, but with the organization's workload these days, it's kind of a crapshoot.
If you can't volunteer and want to help, you can donate at:
Cashapp: $hyperionasshole and his new PP @memeharrington
Because posts with images get more traffic, here is me and my friend on my annual bluebonnet day, and our dolls (the blondes--RS Dai and 1st gen BBB Apollo--are his, and probably still wearing these outfits):

I’m ready to show Agravain to the world XD!
I have a real love-hate relationship with this doll. His expression is exactly what I want from a Boy Agravain, but his eeeeeyes are so laaaarge. The eye thing didn’t strike me when I bought him - I adored this sculpt - but in the meantime I’ve realised that pretty much all my dolls have a more realistic eye size and D.i.M. Jullis is the odd one out.
Agravain’s tunic is a bit short because he’s growing quite fast... Morgause will need to make him a new one soon!
*I* still need to make him a small dagger and scabbard to hang off his belt.
So - that’s three out of four Orkney boys done! Only Gawain still left to dress. Of course he is the most difficult. I don’t have a clear notion of the look of his clothes yet...
