Hello all. I have come to a wonderful and terrible realization.

Q!Badboyhalo. Vaguely established to be c!badboyhalo as well. Currently visiting a desert that is seemingly the afterlife, a blank slate of sand, whenever he sleeps and suffering from memory loss. it's so crazy to me- even in a meta sense you can feel the absence, because bad has been on the server off-stream from morning to night basically every day since the reset. like you would just see him meandering around the server, in the tablist, helping and trading and meeting with people early in the morning. and now he's not, and like qPhil right now, unless you know what happened you might not notice. But if you know you KNOW. he's not here. he's always here, and he's not here.

Bad, eternally awake, eternally dependable. If people needed something, they asked him. If eggs needed to be cared for and nobody else was available, he was there. And even after all that has happened, even if he's a trickster, a prankster, a liar, people KNEW he was dependable, especially with the eggs.

He was that background hum of a dependable appliance that you forget about until it goes silent, and you notice something's wrong, but you aren't quite able to figure out just what.

I'll never stop gushing about this because I don't think people realize just how cool it was to see Quackity, Roier, Bad, and Yangdding all hanging out last night (this morning?? Lol)

Being in the fandom for nearly a year, you get used to people speaking different languages and sometimes using the translator. And there are times when people just speak English when together instead because sometimes the translator doesn't pick up certain parts of the conversation, but last night, we just witnessed 4 people relying on the translator completely.

LIKE. HOW AWESOME IS THAT???

A Korean speaker, an English speaker, and two Spanish speakers having fluent conversations in their native languages. And these conversations just flow so naturally that my sleep deprived ass didn't even fully register that they were speaking different languages.

The QSMP is truly revolutionary. I've seen people say it's like reverse Tower of Babel, but in Minecraft; and that's not an overstatement at all.
