Okay the one thing that seriously did not make sense to me about season 4 part 1 is the new ODM gear.

Back in season 3 part one, when they’re in the Underground Chapel, Armin explains to the Levi Squad that Kenny Ackerman’s Squad is at a disadvantage because once they shoot the grappling hook from their gun, they can’t shoot anything behind them.

However, in season 4 part 1, the scouts are seen using the same gear as Kenny’s squad when they attack Liberio.

To even further say the Scouts made a mistake with this new gear, if they had kept the old gear (even if it was less practical for such an attack), Gabi would not have been able to put it on or even use it as easily as she did the new gear, thus leaving her unable to get onto the airship and end up killing Sasha.

So, if the Scouts had used the old gear, Sasha would not be dead.

I've been thinking and

Obviously death is a major theme of attack on titan I mean, we see countless people die over and over again so I came up with the idea to compile a list of characters who died on their own terms, because that's probably the best fate you can get in Attack on Titan, obvious spoilrrs for the entire show, but I'll leave out the manga seen as there's only really one more and everyone who read it already knows. So, here we go:

*Kruger could've been seen like a coerced death, more close to Marlowe because of Eren's influence on past Attack Titans so, arguably not but I still think he probably would've done somethimg akin to what he did anyway.

**Erwin is also on the fence as while he did go to his death on his own terms, he was kinda already dead already when he stepped outside Shiganshina, tbf though, the syringe altercation secures it for me as him choosing to go

I don't know if I have to put this here but I don't wanna get people mad so uhm...

⚠️Spoiler warning⚠️ for those who haven't seen AOT season 3 part 2 yet.

I just finished it today. I'm late I know, but I'm slowly catching up.

Man, am I sad about Bertholdt and the eldians from Marley. I really wanna hug them and tell them that they aren't the guys in the wrong.

But I can't totally make them seem innocent. They had a choice. They made a choice. They just didn't know what the consequences of those choices would be.

They knew that they were killing people. They knew that killing is bad. But they were convinced that this will make them heroes. Their families were proud of them.

They didn't know that they would get attached to some of these people. Form actual bonds and friendships with them. They knew they had to kill them. But they didn't know how much it would hurt after spending all those years with them on a daily basis.

So now, I'll moarn all the deaths. Like legit. Why did episode 55 make me tear up. I knew what I was getting myself into, but holy macaroni!

All this is just my opinions and thoughts. I want both sides to be happy, excluding the people who actually knew what they're doing is wrong and still went on to do it.

Also, what's up with them Marley? Like that's discrimination going on there!

I'm going to have to find out more in the next seasons.
