honestly (coming from someone who read both the webtoon and webnovel) the webnovel is a lot better but the fact that it's on wattpad makes people turned off from it.

BUT i really think if they webtoon used the webnovel story it would be somewhat better received cause everyone is like a/s-tier there

i mean yeah thats valid. and theres also the fact that you have to pay to read it HDJFBFJ (altho you found a way around that so that's probably not as big of a factor as it being on wattpad). given my limited exposure to the webnovel, it does seem a lot better in terms of love triangle and backstory stuff-- still, i sort of feel like the overall choice to make dark moon centered around around a single female character who has a romance plot with one or more members of the group, rather than having it be more lore/storyline-heavy and centered exclusively around the boys' fictional counterparts, detracted a lot from its potential. i cant say much for the webtoon being more wel-received if it used the webnovel plotline (seeing as ive never actyally read it), but i like what sooha could have been, and i love taking the little bits of dark moon you give me and turning them into something of our own ❤️
