So… theoretically… would you guys like if I brought the Arcadia Ledger Podcast back?
Let me know down below or in my asks. It would be after I’m back from the UK, in 2023, most likely.

It’s my birthday in 10 days!
Since I know some people wanted to celebrate with me last year— if you want to gift me something, I’d love art!

This is— and I cannot express this enough— some of the most perfect “younger version” casting I have ever seen.

The tv show pronouncing Thalia the way I did when I was 10 years old, and was told I was wrong for years, is the most validating thing.

Rick Riordan really said “the latter half of 2023 is going to be for the PJO adults” and honestly… iconic of him.
My inner child is thriving.

Grover’s “sooo” during the overlong Percabeth hug is the most third wheel shit I have ever seen. And it’s hilarious.

Percy talking about Luke saying he’s made friends and he thinks they like him… oh, the finale is going to be painful.

“If there’s one thing I know about bullies, it’s that you should never, ever stand up to them.”
“… that doesn’t sound right.”
Less than ten minutes in and this show has already nailed the humour.

She is perfect. Like yes, Annabeth absolutely looks at people like this.

Seeing Luke appeal to Percy’s personal struggles and emotionality… hurts.

I take back everything— the funniest moment in the PJO series is triumphant, heroic music swelling as a 12 year old manages to drive at approximately 5mph.

Walker flipping off the camera when his mom’s not looking and Leah rolling her eyes is so Percabeth coded it’s insane.

The PJO show team randomly dropping teasers and trailers without warning perfectly captures the ADHD chaos that the series embodies and I love it.

Just watched Damsel, and I really liked that through it all, Elodie never lost her kindness.
She was able to be badass and a survivor, and both physically and intellectually strong, while trying true to her kind character and also never losing her femininity.
If you’re into female- centric fantasy, I highly recommend! It was a fun watch. As you could probably tell from the trailers it’s basically fantasy “girl power” feminism 101, but it owns that.
