TE VAS A MORIR
Diego Dreyfus, un exactor mexicano, nos presenta “El arte de no hacer”, el capítulo #168 de su podcast llamado “¡Te vas a Morir!"
En este capítulo nos habla sobre la necesidad que tiene el ser humano de hacer siempre algo, de tener que ser el mejor, el más conocido, obsesionarnos con algo sin dejar que la vida nos sorpresa... Nos habla del estrés y malestar que genera no tener nada que hacer, o no tener ideas, no ser exitoso, de no ser suficiente.  
Poniéndose como ejemplo y contándolo desde su propia experiencia, nos anima a buscar lo que a cada uno nos llena desde un punto de inflexión, sin planificar, sin compararnos con el otro, haciéndolo a nuestro ritmo. 
Se trata de un podcast de entretenimiento. Diego nos habla de una manera calmada y dándonos detalles, experiencias, ejemplos, etc., como si fuésemos sus amigos.  
Este podcast, y sobre todo este capítulo, nos lleva a la reflexión sobre la rapidez con la que el ser humano vive y la necesidad de siempre ser la mejor versión de uno mismo. 
Para mi gusto, escuchar este tipo de audios hacen que el oyente frene. No se trata de un tipo de podcast que puedas escuchar haciendo otro tipo de tareas, sino que necesitas poner toda, o sobre todo la mayoría de tu atención para escucharlo. Te frena, te hace pensar y recapacitar sobre el tema tratado y aprender a mejorar. En este caso te abre los ojos y te cuenta que a veces hay que tomar tiempo, parar y luego continuar.
Diego nos cuenta que las cosas están ahí, el éxito está ahí, el dinero, la fama, todo está ahí, solamente hay que parar, saber observar y buscar y disfrutar del camino, porque de esta manera encontraremos cosas que nos ayudarán y nos servirán para ser lo que queremos ser. 
Nos dice que nos debemos fijar en las cosas profundas, no banales. 
En este y en cada uno de los episodios que componen “Te vas a Morir”, solamente escuchamos la voz de Diego Dreyfus. Voz en el micrófono. No existe ningún tipo de música, ni diegética ni extradiegética, ni ningún efecto sonoro, ni eco. 
El volumen se mantiene constante a lo largo de los 12 minutos y 31 segundos que dura. Con un tono de voz grave, una ritmo continuado y creando pausas y silencios entre las frases, dando tiempo al oyente para interiorizar lo que está escuchando. Con una actitud natural y muy tranquila del locutor frente al micrófono.
En algún momento de la emisión, el locutor cuenta una situación que a él le incomoda y la cuenta con un tono irónico, haciendo entender así al oyente que esta parte del podcast no significa para él lo mismo que las otras. 
Todo el podcast está construido con la misma velocidad, pero sin parecer monótono ni aburrido ya que de la manera que el locutor lo cuenta hace captar la atención del oyente. Acentúa los palabras para mostrar que esos momentos para él son más importantes.
