a/n: i wrote this like two years ago and never posted it, sorry if it's maybe kinda inaccurate now and short compared to my other posts

Fuse

I might just be fantasizing right now, but I feel like Walter's a real touchy dude and he loves when his partner cuddles up to him. He eats that shit up and doesn't mind cuddling all day everyday. He's definitely grabbing a handful of ass no matter what position you two are in, but he's a big fan of having you lay on top of him.

Valkyrie

Kairi only likes to cuddles while winding down, whether that be before bed or after sex. Her hands are on your waist at all times and she's always pulling you closer. She's definitely gonna flirt and make plenty of sleezy comments the whole time.

Seer

He's a lover and he loves to cuddle. He wants to be very close and intimate with his partner, so of course he's gonna wanna cuddle. Expect candles, nice thick blankets and maybe even a small massage. He wants you to hear how his heart beats for you so expect to have your head on his chest often.

Ash

Ummm Ashleigh Reid is NOT a cuddler. She is all business all the time. She will literally have to be powered down before you should even consider just thinking about it. Sorry gang

Mad Maggie

Also not a cuddler, but less anti-cuddle than Ash. She's too busy girlbossing and being a Salvonian icon to cuddle. If you're cuddling Maggie, you would definitely have had to be very close to her for a very long time. She's partial to spooning if she is cuddling.

Hey could you do some Revenant headcannons about him being in different skins and what he’d be like with his s/o? How protective they would be, how affectionate, quirks they have and so on. I absolutely love your work! Also are you still working on your revenant story?

Absolutely! So, I'm obviously doing each individual skin in the H.E.C.K. (one of those AO3 fanfics I have), but I'll be general here:

Each different kind of chassis has a different slant to his personality, varying from minor quirks to major overhauls

Trying to learn each one has proven to be a bit of a significant undertaking, but you've been taking notes (literally)

Each chassis has a different kind and degree of protective: varying from being passive aggressive to anyone he thinks encroaches on you, to literally being a chivalrous knight about defending your honor, to just straight up snapping like a wild animal at anyone who touches you

Sometimes it's the right amount, but a lot of times it's overkill and you need to try to calm him down or reel him in

The more violent chassis are the more risky ones with possessiveness, and not all of them will listen to you when you try to calm him down

The more meek ones will back down if you convince him that it's fine, but none of them seem to lose any vigilance when others are around you

You've learned it's safest to just remain in his personal bubble to minimize his concerns

Affection is very similar: you get a wide variety of flavors from more bashful and innocent to the polar opposite

One thing remains the same: his viscious teasing

If he had a secret love language, it would probably be banter and sass

Even when you can't reciprocate, either from a lack of wit or inability to understand his chassis's speech patterns and quirks, he's still overjoyed at your reactions

Feigning offense or just expressing your confusion always works for him

Interestingly enough, different chassis seem to resonate differently to your usual ways of expressing affection

Hand holding might be off limits to some, it's something he appreciates in others

The Forged Knight chassis just struggles to accept any form of affection, whereas others simply demand it or deny it outright

Forged Knight is shy, Unholy Beast is animalistic, and Relic of Death is very aloof and combative

You still haven't met them all yet, but you're hoping you will in due time

Though I have threads/asks to get to, I'm curious if one of these would catch anyone's attention. I know sending in sentence starters isn't always up everyone's alley and it's a little harder when it comes to interacting with a character who's canonically dead in present day, like mine. Although (I need to write up the details for the first iteration of it) I do have her resurrected in a present timeline (see tags). If you're interested in me either coming to you, or fishing up something with a bit of a red line, give this a like and I'll see what I can do! Trust me when I say, if we're mutuals, I'm interested in writing with you. See this as a little cheat to grab my attention if you want it!

#[ so i've simply been dying to get her in a modern setting /without/ changing the course of events. ]#[ so while i need to refine the details and the circumstances may differ down the line-- it won't affect interact with most of you-- ]#[ as i heavily tie guizhong to the moon/night due to too many references to it in her attire and symbolisms alike... ]#[ and also to the chasm and its origins-- that's a whole other hc. ]#[ i've decided the first iteration of resurrecting her to simply be based within the concept that the gods never quite die... ]#[ because the elements that they're tied to never do either. they're not 'personifications' by any means-- but they're a part of. ]#[ they can manifest into a corporeal form and in the same way; that form can be broken and destroyed. ]#[ and it weakens them immensely; a much more severe form of osial being 'restrained'/locked away for thousands of years. ]#[ i envision that they can't simply reform. but they could over-time. or at least when 'stars align' of sorts. ]#[ when their element is at its strongest and can gather elemental energy from /somewhere/. ]#[ so /after/ the events of the game thus far-- during moonchase; on the night when the moon is at its fullest... ]#[ and at its apex. it's shining less brightly than it normally is-- and it's because it's being used as a battery of sorts. ]#[ you know all of the dust above cuejiue slope? that cloud of dust moves towards the cliff by the harbor-- by that sole glaze lily. ]#[ and dust from across liyue and possibly even teyvat-- slowly gathers. it would look like a shadow from afar. ]#[ and it gathers and along with the energy that the moon supplies that night; when everything falls into place... ]#[ it allows her to regain her corporeal form as it existed prior. ]#[ this is after 'rex lapis' has stepped down and retreats from his position as archon of liyue. ]#[ she doesn't step in by any means whatsoever-- her re-manifestation is actually (in my verse) witnessed by him from afar. ]#[ and then witnesses it up close as she finally forms after a long time of this process. ]#[ she wouldn't go by 'guizhong' except by adepti who remember; but she might go by haagentus. at least initially. ]#[ /breathes. hi. hello. i'm sae and i'm a mess of an individual-- pls come here and don't leave me despite it. ]#[ ooc. ] wherever her spirit may be among the countless grains of sand and specks of dust between the harbor and the mountains…

Crypto

I've said this before, but mans is touch starved, like I'm talking yearning, feening for affection. He wants to cuddle with someone so bad, but won't admit it. If you tell him that you wanna cuddle, he'll be over the moon, but will try to play it cool. It's very easy to see through his act though. Loves to spoon, especially if he's the little spoon.

Revenant

You've got to be out of your mind, I mean absolutely crazy cuckoo bonkers. But if you somehow get him to cuddle with you, he will be super confused and will compensate for it by threatening you the whole time, but he might wrap an arm around you and let you do whatever though

Loba

She's got a lot of love in her heart surprisingly and very touchy in private. She likes to cuddle and loves to be the big spoon. She'll whisper sweet nothings in your ear the whole time, when she's not busy plotting how to torment Revenant next.

Rampart

I had a hard time deciding what to write for Ramya, but I've come to the conclusion that she's just really playful about it all. She'll tickly and tease you the entire time and jokingly complain about how hot it is, but if you try to get up or move away, she'll say that she's just joking and ask you to come back and cuddle forreal.

Horizon

She likes cuddling but finds it hard to find time for it, because yk, women in STEM! She'll definitely be down to cuddle if she's deep into some reading or paperwork. Just be prepared for her to jump up and disturb your peace in the name of science.

I love a good “ got lost/hurt so I stayed away longer than expected ” fic, so here’s my FuseHound twist

BloodHound travels to the neighboring village to discuss trade routes, Walter offers to go with them but they tell him it should only take 2 days (one to get there and the other to get back), they tell him it won’t be long and they will see them soon and leave after a hug and kiss. It storms bad half way through the first day, Walter is worried but has faith in his hunter, plus some houses were damaged and it’s all hands on deck to help the families. Day 2 passes with Walter worried and staying up in hopes of seeing Houndy on the horizon, day 3 has the the village worried and wondering if they should send a hunting party to search for their leader.

Revenant tries bonding with you over the both of you being metalheads (bc he's totally in love with you and practically exploded when he found out) so one day you decide to burn a CD for him with all of your favorite songs so he can wear over-the-ear headphones with it and he was so swoon over this gesture that he burned a CD with all of the songs he grew up listening to and made a little booklet that had the track list and little descriptions for each one about how old he was when he discovered the song/artist and how much he has connected to them over the years <3

Bonus: He also pointed out the ones he performed while he was in a band but he's an asshole and won't tell you what intrument(s) he played specifically no matter how much you bug him about it <33333

Bonus bonus: He was very tempted to point out which ones reminded him of you but he decided against it last minute bc he's Not human and totally doesn't experience human emotions/needs and totally does Not have any feelings whatsoever about anything ever <- every single song that makes him think of you is on that CD <3333333333
