Whether it is an individual or a nation, we all deserve freedom. You can't put a gun to a person's head and tell him he is free.

Lately, I am trying to figure out the empirical state of one's life. What is the formula that makes an animal a human? "Soul" is a refine answer but what is a soul? We got ourselves trapped into complicated theories and never-ending topics, which is good for us because humans tend to get bored with the monotony of life, although we spent half of our lives praying to have a monotony in our life, thus a happy marriage and two kids and a demi-god kinda wife. Anyway, it is my philosophy that all we have are feelings and the soul is just an amalgamation of feelings. Feelings are free of actions. Actions can be impure but feelings always stay in their natural state, which is purity. That's why in mysticism or Sufism, we are encouraged to clean our hearts. The heart is the home of the soul. Everything else we possess is indeed possession of mother earth. She bestows us things to exist in a better state but she takes them back as soon as our bodies stop being a body and become sacks of mud. What remains is the soul.
