You let your phone drop to the bathroom counter, blinking slowly, unable to fathom the conversation that had just taken place. Had he really just said those things? Scrolling through the texts confirmed that yes, he had indeed. The bastard.

Charles had always been the jealous type. But attacking you like that when he had been the one to… It was absolutely ridiculous. Apparently he still couldn’t—or wouldn’t—grasp the depths of how much he had actually hurt you.

You’d loved him with all of your heart. Until he had ripped it out and hurled it to the floor, letting it shatter into a million tiny pieces. Yet, even then, you would’ve forgiven him. If only he’d apologised. If only he’d shown true remorse. But he hadn’t. And so you’d been forced to walk the path of mending your own heart, and move on with your life.

Perhaps a small part of you had hoped that he could be happy for you. That somehow, even after everything, you would be able to greet each other normally—that you could coexist peacefully. But as his texts just now had demonstrated, that wasn’t going to happen. Not right now. And definitely not next week in Texas. You sighed. It would’ve been too good to be true, anyway. Especially considering who you were currently seeing…

A light knock sounded at the door, startling you out of those thoughts. 

“Are you almost ready to go, darling?” a male voice asked, soft.

Right. Dinner. Celebrations. 

You had been in the midst of applying the finishing touches to your makeup and outfit before Charles had interrupted, quite literally shocking you to the core when his name had appeared on your lock screen. He’d been the last person you’d expected to hear from today.

You swallowed the bitter taste that Charles’ texts had managed to leave behind. He wasn’t worth it, you repeated to yourself. You weren’t going to let his shenanigans ruin a perfect night—a perfect date. You ran a hand through your hair and readjusted the necklace around your neck when the bathroom door creaked open behind you. 

Looking up, your eyes met your handsome, new boyfriend’s through the mirror. He was smiling, eyebrows raised in silent question, ever patient as he waited for you to finish up. You felt your pulse quicken at the sight of him, dressed to perfection in a dark suit, hair neatly tousled.

As always, his presence was able to reassure you within the blink of an eye, the tense muscles in your neck and shoulders relaxing as you gladly let all of your complex emotions fall away.

“Yes,” you nodded, a genuine smile spreading across your lips. “I’m ready.”

I literally dipped from the last time I was here 🥲 but you know life's been all over the place then suddenly it's 4 months since reading chap 15 and now I'll be bingeing the new ones akjsksks I MISSED CEO WONWOO SO MUCH (ngl I got reminded to get back to tumblr ever since I started watching king the land 😎)

I'll continue where I left off from the last time I was here... I'm pretty good but I did change jobs around April so I didn't have time to read or even be here but since I have finally adjusted to work I can finally be back!! I'm also hoping I get the energy to write again bec I miss it too

I kinda get you with dating tbh. I feel like people today tend to rush relationships and I don't do well with that bec I want a connection first before jumping into labels and whatnot. we all have different ideas about love and dating so I hope you don't see it anymore as being "broken" all these love shenanigans are just complicated as it is

I personally don't date women but I do agree dating men are a pain in the ass AKDJSKKS so go ahead and do what you feel is better for you! a partner should be someone you can feel calm and safe with.

i’m a virgin and like I have always been told it hurts for the first time, and I like need some big sister advice if ever I do have it

Brace yourself bc this is gonna get a bit tmi as I try to give you the best advice that I can

First and foremost tho, virginity is a social construct anyway, it can refer to the physical aspect of not having your hymen in tact anymore, which can happen even without you having had sex before; or it can refer to sleeping with another person, it’s all up to you how you choose to define it babe🖤🥰

Okay and so my darling confession time here is that I am also technically a virgin myself in the sense that I haven’t slept with another human being yet

However, I am not a virgin in the sense that I’ve never had something inserted into my vagina, I actually did just manage to insert my biggest dildo yet just the other day, which is the size of an average penis so I can give you advice you from that experience bc it’s kinda the same deal, just not with a real person?

Okay so to be perfectly honest for me it did hurt, it took me a long time of opening myself up with smaller toys first before I was able to insert the dildo, and it did take a lot of lube too, lube is always super important in almost all sexual scenarios

Anyways yeah for me personally it hurt quite a bit and I honestly couldn’t push it all the way inside me at first; it took me several attempts / sessions before I was able to fully insert this dildo, but thankfully that’s the luxury of dealing with a dildo rather than a real human being! It hurt enough for me to stop and reevaluate what I need to do / how to go about it but eventually once I opened myself up slowly enough I was able to get it in and actually enjoy it, even if it did still hurt a lil bit, it wasn’t anything too terrible

The best pieces of advice I can give is to make sure you’re really in the mood first, so plenty of making out and foreplay first, make sure you’re nice and wet and horny as hell, this can even include opening yourself up a bit with fingers or smaller toys first! Secondly, as I mentioned, use plenty of lube, and I do mean plenty! Thirdly, do your best to relax, try not to tense your body, just lie back and slowly let yourself be filled up! Perhaps most importantly is to just go slow and take your time, set your own pace, communicate with your partner and let them know how you’re feeling and what you’d like them to do, you and your own comfort should be your no. 1 priority, if you need to stop, then stop, do whatever you feel best with

Stop immediately if it hurts too much though or you can’t physically push it in, some slight pain and discomfort is normal but if it really hurts and you’re really having to force it in there then please just stop immediately and perhaps try again another time, or again try with something a lil bit smaller first

Sorry if this is kinda tmi but I feel like giving you my real life experience is the best way that I can keep honest and open with you guys and how I can give the best advice too!
