Okay got done watching latest episode for walten files and man.

Martin has such a unique style. It reminds me of Amanda anaconda art style just more grostque, in good uncanny valley way. The improvement of his style is very nice. Voice acting and sound design too. The analog vhs style with buzzing and random skips, he’s pretty much mastered it.

On to actual plot. So this episode is flashback from when kids died to aftermath of it. Eddie and Molly souls are now in the doll they share together. Seemed they followed Felix whereever now he dumped them at the restaurant ( the coward).

Speaking of Felix three whole days since the accident. Bro dung three shallow graves. Tossed the kids belongs into river make it seem like they drowned. ( the bloody shoe got to me had pause the video ngl) Pussied out committing suicide which again why did you dig three holes Felix. Finally told Jack and Rosemary which, oof. To be a fly on wall from that. Did Jack beat Felix ass? Who knows. But at least what Felix done eats him up everyday until he became numb to it all. Did Sophie know? Maybe she did but with pills erasing all that trauma :(

On to trauma, Susan getting killed by Bon and her mangled body appearing in “ wonderland” good fucking god. And sound of her breathing! Deadass though Bon was sawing her body but no she’s just slowly suffocating in there!!! Rip to my theory of Bon being Jack lol Bon, the white guy ( literal) is new character? I’ll assume he was teased from website which I didn’t follow sorry. Anyway the hell is his motive? How he get here and why Bon burger of all places. Edd and Molly keep their distant from him which is good but sheesh!

Now I really need know what happened to Jack and if Bon had anything do with it. Or maybe they know which bodies since every soul needs a vessel. Theres two more episodes of season 1

Overall, well worth wait. Martin mention rest of episodes are finished but if he wants make changes or whatever go for it. I’ll be waiting

Soooo, y'all know that one scene in The Walten Files 4 where "Bon" says "You can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs" weeelllll, that reminded me of Wukong's omelette line in LEGO Monkie Kid so... I did a little something. I'm putting the art under the cut since there is blood, but if you watched the Walten Files 4 you should be okay seeing it.

I realized while doing this that Martin Walls's art style is kinda like the opposite of mine since he uses a lot of sharp jagged shapes meanwhile my art is more soft and rounded. Which, makes sense considering he's a horror artist.

Anyway, if you haven't watched the Walten Files or haven't caught up I HIGHLY suggest you do. Walten Files 4 is probably my favorite so far. The animation is amazing (and kinda reminds me of the kind of animation my dad likes to do) and is just as terrifying and unsettling as we've come to expect. NOT TO MENTION, I genuinely teared up at the end.
