Was basically confirmed to me today that there are no therapists in this state just counselors and so I have no clue what I'mma do

#being #brooke is sick #that is a mental health tag too fyi #its not that counselors arent good #its just they arent equipped for me #in my experience #im a lot and like the one i went to was like yeah you probably have autism and maybe your bipolar and you should get on some xanax #counselors cant prescribe meds or diagnose you I dont have an official diagnosis for depression beyond the fact that im on meds for it #right now my only official diagnosis is adhd and ive had that since i was 4-5 and got it renewed at 13-15 #anxiety is also practically diagnosed but not officially and THIS STATE DOESNT HAVE ANY FRICKEN THERAPISTS #its very irritating #i am going to try counseling again and then see what else i can do i guess but aaaaaaaa
