I could be normal or I could go on long rants about why the police and the entire police system are evil and corrupt in a manner that scares normies. Guess which one I am?

hey guys serious question—are national park officers & rangers considered cops? do they fall under ACAB? im planning to get a career in the field but i likely wont if thats the case.
to add: rangers can indeed issue arrests, tickets, citations, and carry firearms

"We can't abolish prisons, what about all the rapists and abusers and murderers!!!"
56% of people in prison are black or Hispanic
Only about 6% of rapists ever go to prison
Over a million arrests a year are made for drug-related crimes
Most murders are never solved
The majority of domestic abusers don't go to jail
62% of prisoners are in for violent crimes, but violent crimes can be as simple as "you robbed someone and you threatened them with a weapon to get the money"

Americans who are ACAB but support Israel...You know that Israel are the ones who train you're police... Right?
They have had whole training programmings and exchanges with the Israeli police, which thousands have attended all over the US.
For the past 2 decades they have both exchanged tactics in brutality, mass surveillance, racial profiling etc.
These findings were published in a 2018 report called Deadly Exchange by RAIA (Researching the American-Israel allience) and Jewish voice for peace.
Which you can find here
And your tax payer money pays for most of those trips.
But I'm sure it's a complete coincidence that the military who dropped 6000 bombes on Palestine civilians.
Half of which are children.
Are the ones who trained you're police force who routinely employ racist tactics and abuse innocents.
Infact, the infamously horrific scene of a police officer kneeling on George Floyd's neck as he pleaded "I can't breathe." Has been found to be eerily similiar to the way Israeli forces restrain unarmed Palestinians, by kneeling on their necks and heads.
But I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
Dunno how you can be against the police, American or otherwise and than support a one sided genocide....
It's like when people got pissed others weren't upset and cheering about the millionaires dieing in a submersible.
Like sir, what did you think eat the rich meant?
You can't say all cops are bastard and than support a military aparteid state.

A little reminder that these will eventually be used to shoot at you, to kill you when you get in the way of state interest. They currently have obvious weak-spots like a battery pull-out handle, turn-off buttons, etc., but rest assured they will be improved over time. Time to stop looking at technological monstrosities with awe, and recognise them as the tools of oppression they inherently are.

If you’re anti-police you also have to be anti-police for even the people you dislike. I’ve seen some people that claim to be anti-police cheer when a cop attacks or arrests someone they dislike. Even if a cop is attacked by another cop. There are no exceptions. You’re either truly anti-police and make no exceptions or you have cognitive dissonance.

I've seen multiple takes lately calling The Wire "copaganda" and I cannot imagine missing the point harder. Both the point of that show, but also of anti-police attitudes in general. The thesis of The Wire is that the problems it shows are difficult to solve by any one motivated individual because they're systematized, and nowhere is this truer than in the police department. The Baltimore Police Dept. in The Wire is deeply and fundamentally corrupt, and therefore the characters who start out as "good police" tend to have one of the three paths: #1 get corrupted by the system and become bad police, #2 get ground down by the system and become ineffectual clock-punchers, or #3 quit being police officers. (Or #4 just go totally fucking rogue and break all the rules, I guess, if you're McNulty season five.) And people are mad because... most of the police officers on there are sympathetic characters, and some of them are outright good people before they start along the road to one of those paths?
What purpose would it serve to portray all the police officers as inherently bad people even before the system gets involved? I mean for starters, it's wrong; there clearly are real people who become police officers with good intentions, and study after study has shown the reason so many police officers are as violent and racist and so on as a profession has a lot to do with how they're training officers and which behaviors are rewarded within police departments. But also, how does it serve progressive goals to make everything about particular individuals just being "evil" inherently? How does it serve us at all to take the blame off of the corrupting systems? But that's what the people who push this particular narrative about The Wire would be doing. Like it's time to admit that you don't really get what calls for police reform are all about, you just think it's fun to repeat "ACAB" mindlessly, and go.

Pigs (p*lice) came in my house, dragged me (literally) down the stairs, DURING A PANIC ATTACK. People are trying to frame my brother for stealing an driving a car my brother can NOT drive. They stole our personal use green that they did NOT have a warrant for and we have a medical card. The borough says our house Is not habitable. They took the bullets that I found in the park that was an Offering to Loki. They say they are looking for a 5'10"-6' lightskinned male and a chubby white guy. My brother is 5'5". THEY DID NOT GIVE US THE WARRANT BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE. They took a legal gun. They were all very rude. and they cuffed us all and left us in the heat where i almost had a asthma attack luckily a nice neighbor came and gave me water. my brother was taken into custody while he had a panic attack. they would not leave my room so icould get dress because i sleep naked and i have been sexually assaulted and them being in my room contributed to my panic attack which they then said i was lying about. WE WOKE UP WITH GUNS IN OUR FACES. FUCK THIS TOWN AND FUCK THE POLICE
many of them did not have body cameras on. the DA did NOT sign the warrant. they kept misgendering me no matter how many times i said im not a fucking girl. they took a hoodie and a book back that collectively costs 300$ they only had a warrant for surveillance footage and an illegal stolen gun and ammo. they broke our cameras trying to find shit that doesn’t exist those cameras were 200$ each we had 4 cameras. they did not have an arrest warrant they lied to us about what was being searched they went through my old, used, testosterone needles. They dumped my dirty diapers all over my floor (I have them for medical reasons) they gave me more trauma than i already had. I can no longer watch my favorite shows since they are about p*lice. They ruined my favorite shirt it had so many good memories and now it's ruined. I'm scared to be alone I'm scared to be I this town. We are homeless now because they decided to fuck up our house the day of inspection. We hav no money at all, all the money we make from delivery driving goes to the motel. The p*lice did NOTHING about the guy who shot up our house when I confronted them all they said was "we're working on it" and the fucker was RIGHT BEHIND THEM!!
these are my injuries from how these pigs treated me

Just as a reminder for everyone about "no cops at pride." Those cops would arrest you for being queer the second the government ordered them to.
