Marvel, in the ECHO Trailer: No bad deed goes unpunished.
Also Marvel for the past 15 years: Refuses to acknowledge let alone punish 90% of Tony Stark's objectively bad deeds and instead rewards and practically deifies him.

It’s really funny how the only time Peter was framed as being in the wrong in Spider-Man: homecoming was for something that wasn’t even his fault. It was all Tony’s fault! If tony just told Peter that he let someone know about peter’s suspicions and they will take care of it, Peter wouldn’t have been at the ship! Worst part about it was that tony put all the blame for his mistakes on Peter.

i am TERRIFIED to see daredevil in she hulk… and the fans are so fucking annoying about it like “matt made jokes in his show too” or “it’s a comedy, he’s not gonna be serious” like shut up. the mcu uses recycled jokes that can be applied to any hero and still be as lame as they were when the first person said them, but daredevil had specific humor that differed and wasn’t overused in every single scene ffs

The argument I see way too often from Tony stans is the "you just don't like him because he is realistic" which...I know. I know there are bunch of men who get away with ton of shit just because they're rich, white and men. I know there are misogynistic people, sexualising every girl they come across. I know there are people being homophobic, sexist, transphobic and never getting called out. I know there are men telling rape jokes 'cause "it's just a joke". I know there are rich men drowning in their toxic masculinity harming everyone around them. And guess what? I don't like them either. I know Tony Stark is realistic, and that's why he is dangerous. I don't really care if you like Tony, I don't care if he is your favorite character. What I have issue with is anyone condoning his behavior that shouldn't be condoned. I don't care if he is your favorite character, you need to acknowledge that some of the shit he does, is not okay. And to those who say "it's just a movie" it's not. It's media, and media affects reality. If you don't think that the men like Tony, when seeing him being glorified, wont follow his footsteps because it's 'cool', I don't know what to say. There are too many people like Tony Stark. Saying okay to him, is saying okay to every other asshole like him. You can like his character, and call out the faults of creating characters like him. Tony is realistic. I know. And I hate it.

Found this quote from Stan Lee trying to confirm that he supposedly set out to make Iron Man popular despite being super unlikeable. And if this quote is true, it's incredibly funny that it even worked. Anyways, here's the quote:
“I think I gave myself a dare. It was the height of the Cold War. The readers, the young readers, if there was one thing they hated, it was war, it was the military. So I got a hero who represented that to the hundredth degree. He was a weapons manufacturer, he was providing weapons for the Army, he was rich, he was an industrialist. I thought it would be fun to take the kind of character that nobody would like, none of our readers would like, and shove him down their throats and make them like him ... And he became very popular.”
It's incredibly funny to me, that he was created just to see if he could take a horrible person and make people like him. But jokes on you, Stan. I still don't like Iron Man very much. At least not 60s Iron Man, who regularly (pretty much exclusively) fought Soviets and who seemed to really love the army (considering all his stories were about defending his munitions plants).

This is perfectly said, Batman is everything Disney has tricked people into thinking Iron Man is. If you want a good superhero father and child relationship, Batman has 6 kids.

I've seen some anti Steve Rogers posts and the level of delusions tony stans have is appalling.
They accuse Steve of being a hypocrite (why???) while ignoring the fact that Tony:
- created murder bot and then faced zero repercussions AND the blame for that murder bot fell on ALL Avengers somehow
- signed the Accords and then broke them when he involved Peter into the fight and when he left for Siberia
And you know what's the funniest? Almost every single villain in Tony movies (or even in Spider-Man movies) was Tony's creation.
And all villains in Steve's movies are outside of his influence (Hydra, the corrupted government).
So it speaks volumes about the kind of characters those two are.

Dethroned
Tony, crying after losing Peter in space, remembering he brought a 14 year old boy into a War Zone (making him a child soldier), remembering he didn't tell Peter the truth about The Accords, and remembering he never told Peter about the FBI about The Ferry, and took his only source of safety which nearly killed him, and now he's ACTUALLY dead: I'm the most horrible person in the world! I'm just like my Father!
Bruce, too tired and upset for this shit, and fuming at Tony for deceiving and blaming Peter, and letting him go to space: My Father will be sad to know he's been dethroned.
