the gun in his hands felt heavy. despite it being a handgun; despite it barely being loaded it felt too heavy for him to hold. it was as if the look of pure fear in chloe’s eyes had switched something in him -- something remorseful; sullen. he wasn’t actually going to shoot her -- it was just a scare tactic. something he had learned from the best of the best (not that he’d admit it, of course). scare people into giving them what you want. into listening to you and not taking any shit from a n y b o d y.

Andi fiddled with her nametag, much like at all her other jobs working the cash register in little music-stores, bits of her name were scratched out with a marker to spell out ‘Mania’. Some people didn’t get it, some people tried to pronounce it like ‘Manxia’ which would usually result in an eye-roll from her, but it was just how Andi operated. Sometimes she just couldn’t shake the secret identity.

The fake ‘jingling’ of bells toned over the store’s PA system as the door swung open, and a girl with blue hair wandered in. 

“Mornin’.” She greeted the customer, trying to stand up straight, sort of, she still had a slouch. “Need help finding anything?”

The man had finished his very violent business on his world he came for as a personal mission. But now he wanted to explore the world, starting with a town or city known as Arcadia Bay. One problem, a tornado was meant to hit it according to his future visions due to timeline issues because someone would decide to mess with the timeline.

Unless he acted. So for the sake of his own interests, he would prevent this tornado from coming into creation. Which meant preventing a young woman from getting killed. He disappeared and appeared between two people, a pathetic looking man and a blue haired woman (why blue hair?), caught a fired bullet and crushed it in his hand. 

As an instinct, without putting any effort into it at all really, he punched the man responsible for the hostile action right in the face, which sent him flying into the toilet room door and out of the toilet room, breaking the door off in the process. Wow, he used like one percent of his power on that strike. Whoops, shit he might be dead. Oh well, he didn’t care.
