Does Jouno's katana actually looks like Shinobu's katana? Like its a full katana but half of its metal is taken away and it results the katana to be more lighter, you cant cut a demons head with that kind of katana, but it acts like a needle or u can say stinger to basically spread the poison around the enemies body, resulting in dying bc poisoned

But yeaa just want to know!! ^^ in this au does jouno has a hard time carrying a normal katana so he kinda improvised? Or his katanas the same as everyone

to answer your question, yes! his nichirin blade is the exact same as shinobu's. funny enough, your ask was directly related to the character secret i had in mind for jouno, so i drew it!

i thought of the reason before, and i feel like the reason is that the insect breathing style is an improved rather than an improvised version of the flower breathing style (that dazai would have created),

wherein jouno's fighting style is about having as little contact with his target demon as possible, thus the whole poisoned blade thing

(and also because he still thrives off of the shocked noises and agonizing screams that come from demons who fall victim to his poison, but i think that's a given.)

This needs to be said, because the same people who say "what the hell are you guys talking? The episode is GOOD!" are the same people engaging in specs and pushing them as if they're going to happen. People are built different, not all are capable of evenly splitting their minds between fun discussion spec and fervently wishing for the spec to happen. Sure it gets a lot of notes on the site, but doing the above feels like throwing hands whenever people react over the theory not coming to fruition.

Yeah, people obviously care about Buddie and the potential of Buddie going canon because it's all they'll focus on leading up to an episode, and then when the episode airs suddenly they remember other characters exist, LOL. My thing is that any Buddie shipper - especially a queer one looking through a queer lens - can make ANYTHING fit their headcanons/theories/wants. That doesn't mean the (supposed) straight guy and straight woman running the ship are seeing it the same way, especially when the straight woman in charge didn't think Marisol's scene with her brother was gonna come across as "inappropriate" or that fans will claim asking your best friend to be the guardian of your kid is a queer thing to do, which, in her defense, it's actually not, because there's definitely people who wouldn't ask a sibling or family member over a friend - if that were even an option - including me (lol, sorry, y'all, it's the price of having no connection with your sisters). What *is* weird about it is that Eddie asked while in a relationship already, but all that did/does is emphasize how wrong Ana was for him and he wouldn't be looking for a new relationship anytime soon (which is why it's equally as likely that he ends the show single as it is for him to end up with Buck). The way some people talk about Buddie is just...we're crossing a line where "not being normal about a show" has gone from funny like "funny haha" to funny like "imagine needing notes this bad..." because you know they don't believe what they're trying to sell.

Kinda wild how the first time we will likely see armand and lestat share the screen will be the ghost/hallucination version of lestat and an apparently oblivious armand.

Why would he be oblivious?

He can see it in Louis‘ mind if he wants to… he wouldn’t show it outwardly of course, but…

I mean usually Armand doesn’t pry all the time. But that, there is very different. Bc Lestat is likely in his dungeon, and he is interested in Louis because of Lestat and… of course he would need to get into his mind to influence him. Which he… canonically does.

I hate that I feel so guilty for not wanting to be Christian anymore.

This is so hard to say because I struggle to put my thoughts into words

I just hate it so much, I'm so miserable. I'm sick of always being told I'm living wrong. Everything I do is somehow wrong. I can't love a woman because it's a "sin". I can't act a certain way, I can't talk a certain way, I can't BE a certain way, because it's a "sin". And I can never fix myself and be perfect because saying I'm perfect is a "sin".

There's always someone telling me I'm doing wrong and that they have a solution for it and they can help me "live right" and it's just starting to feel so manipulative.

And I feel like I'm not allowed to have emotions. I feel like I'm not allowed to be human, because "God comes first" and if I'm miserable, it doesn't matter because "Oh well, at least I'm making God happy."

It's just so hard to wall this path in life and know that in the end I will NEVER be truly happy, because there will always be someone breathing down my fucking neck, telling me, "you're doing it wrong".

This sucks so much because if I voice all my thoughts on Christianity and how I feel, I'll just be told I'm too young to understand anything, or I'm just confused and I'll understand when I'm older.

And I can't leave because I'm still a minor and I'll have to live with these people for a good couple of years before I can move out.

I think you deserve to live your life the way you want to. Whether it be as a cristian, Jehovah's Witness, atheist, etc.

You may have to live your life a certain way for now but maybe if you wait it out? Remember the goal is what you want. As long as you want whatever it is you want and are willing to do whatever it is to get to it, that's what matters. In your case, it's leaving your religion (if I understood correctly) so to do that you have to leave, completely.

I hope things go the way you hope them to go. Remember it's temporary. I'm always here to talk. <3<3<3
